The service running of driverless rail vehicle has been required by various social and commercial issue. Currently, the new domestic line between Bu-san and Gim-hae is plan to be provided the LRV(Light Rail Vehicle) with driverless operation firstly in domestic service. These driverless vehicle have some major properties to make it lower the operating and maintenance cost, however on the other side, it unavoidably raise some potential hazard to make it lower the passenger safety because it is hard to take care immediately in emergency state during vehicle running. Therefore it is highly requested that we should consider various conditions at design stage to manufacture and operate the safest vehicle. Therefore, in this paper, we will survey the design concept of vehicle interior facilities based on the previous experience, (1) The difference of interior facilities between normal and driverless vehicle, (2) design and operational concept of passenger side door function to find out best application for domestic line driverless vehicle.

We consider an AS/RS(Automated Storage/ Retrieval System) which performs both of single and dual commands. The service times of single and dual commands are assumed to be differently distributed. Steady-state probabilities at the service completion epochs are calculated. Then, we transform the arrival rates of storage and retrieval commands into those of single and dual commands. Using this, we propose a non-preemptive queueing model with priority for the performance analysis of an AS/RS, and obtain approximated means of queue lengths and waiting times.

This paper describes the background of the electrical safety emergency dispatch system and analyzes the operational status of the system. This system is to provide the enhanced electrical safety service to general-purpose electrical equipment users. Annual average of about 6 million cases have been implemented since 2005. In order to enhance electrical safety service and more effectively prevent electrical disasters in future, institutional expansion of the electrical safety emergency dispatch system with keeping budget is necessary. If periodic inspections with a remote monitoring system is applied, the effect of electrical safety will be improved.

본 논문에서는 광역 ATM 망에서 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 입력 소스 트래픽의 QoS 등급에 기초한 라우터 시스템에 적용되는 다양한 스케줄링 알고리즘들을 분석하고 서비스 특성에 따라 QoS 요구사항을 보장할 수 있는 새로운 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위하여, 인터넷망에서의 패킷 다중화기의 요구사항을 살펴보고 실시간 서비스제공을 위한 패킷 다중화기의 기능 구조와, 다양한 QoS를 만족시키기 위한 스케줄링 알고리즘을 설계한다. 마지막으로 모의 실험을 통해 평균 지연 시간 및 망 자원 활용의 공평성 측면에서 알고리즘의 성능을 고찰한다.

These days, aging, the aged and patients rapidly increased to produce problems, for instance, rapid increase of demand on medical service, higher medical expenses, low quality of the elderly's lives, shortage of physicians and nurses, and others [1]. These days, not only IT technology but also medical technology has taken the lead in settlement of the problems. Patients see a doctor to be given medical treatment and service when they are sick to have difficulty. The study investigated lifestyle monitoring system of chronic disease patients to indicate variation depending upon time. The health care is likely to solve problems of the elderly and chronic disease patients and to satisfy desire of better life quality by living healthy life and to diagnose diseases and give medical treatment and to give solutions in accordance with changes of paradigm of medical services.

In this study, the Reliability of degraded steam turbine blade was evaluated using the limited fatigue data. The statistical estimation of limited fatigue data implies that some unknown uncertainties which may be involved in fatigue reliability analysis. Therefore, an appropriate distribution in the fatigue strength was determined by the characteristic distribution - linear correlation coefficient, fatigue physics, error parameter. 3-parameter Weibull distribution is the most appropriate distribution to assume for infinite region. The load applied on the blade is mainly tensile. The maximum Von-Mises stress is 219.4 MPa at the steady state service condition. The failure probability($F_p$) derived from the strength-stress interference model using Monte carlo simulation under variable service condition is 0.25% at the 99.99% confidence level.

In this paper, we investigated the performance of a binary feedback switch algorithm for the ABR(Available Bit Rate) service in ATM networks. A binary feedback switch is also called EFCI(Explicit Forward Congestion Indication) switch and can be classificed into input cell processing(IP) scheme according to processing methods for the EFCI bit in data-cell header. We proposed two implementation methods for the binary feedback switch according to EFCI-bit processing schemes, and analyzed the ACR(Allowed Cell Rate) of source and the queue length of switch for each scheme in steady state. In addition, we derived the upper and lower bounds for maximum and minimum queue lengths, respectively, and investigated the impact of ABR parameters on the queue length.

일본은 관설소방이 발전되어 있으면서도 민간인으로 구성된 의용소방대가 발달된 대표적인 국가이다. 일본은 지진이나 태풍 등 대규모 재해가 발생할 때 관설소방만으로 대응에 한계가 있으므로 현재도 의용소방대를 활성화시키기 위해서 여러 가지 정책들을 추진하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 일본 의용소방대의 정책을 분석하여 우리나라 의용소방대 활성화를 위해서 도입할 만한 정책에 대해 제안하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of quality property of hospital information system, the quality level, and its effects. The participants were 730 employees who are using hospital information system in hospitals. In order to analyze the relationship, the quality property regulates the consideration of user's taste and the state of user's favor for the design of hospital information system, and the quality level regulates user's convenience and properness. The main results from this study can be summarized as follows, First, the perception of quality property for hospital information system showed few significance level between occupation, but revealed significance level between position. The evaluation of quality level showed significance level depending on the occupation and position. Second, quality property which generally affects to the quality level of the hospital information system were different between types of occupation and quality factor.

Mobile cloud computing (MCC) combines mobile Internet and cloud computing to improve the performance of applications. In MCC, the data processing and storage for mobile devices (MDs) is provided on the remote cloud. However, MCC faces the problem of energy efficiency caused by randomly varying channels. In this paper, by introducing the Lyapunov optimization method, we propose a combined service subscription and delivery (CSSD) algorithm that can guide the users to subscribe to services reasonably. This algorithm can also determine whether to deliver the data and to whom data is sent in the current time unit based on the queue backlog and the channel state. Numerical results validate the correctness and effectiveness of our proposed CSSD algorithm.
