서울시 간호사회 가정간호시범사업 서비스 내용 및 만족도 분석 (The Contents and Satisfation of Home Care Progral Delivered by Seoul Nurses Association)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the contents and satisfaction level of the patients received home care service, and to compare the differences of the contents by the characteristics of the patients. Seventy eight patients received home care service from 1st Jan. to 30th Sept., 1996 were data-collected to analyze the contents and outcomes of home care service. Sixty-nine patients currently receiving home care service were participated to evaluate the satisfaction level of home care service. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, $x^2$ test, and ANOVA by SPSS $PC^+$ program. The findings of this study were as follow : 1. The contents & outcomes of home care service 1) The mean age of the subjects was 64.4 years: 58% of them were female. Those who living in Seoul were 83% and the rest of the subjects was living in Kyung-Gi. 2) The subjects who had one diagnosis were 41%. Over 60% of them had the disease of neurologic & sensory system. 3) The mean number of visit was 6. Only one visit was 22%. The mean time of care was 79 minutes. Duration of visit from 31 minutes to 60 minutes were 47 %. The subjects who terminated the visit because of death were 67.3%. 62% of the persons who referred them to the home care service were nurses. 4) The pain after the service was more relieved than before. The amounts of intake, the degree of bed sore, edema & fracture after the service were more improved than before. Health status after the service was improved in general. 5) There were significant differences between initial and last conscious level in tracheostomy care & oxygen inhalation care. There was significant difference between initial and last degree of activity in blood sugar check. 6) There were significant differences on the number of visit in assessment of the status, evaluation & observation, vital sign check, skin care, injection, medication, bed sore care, colostomy care, relaxation therapy for pain relief, patient education, family care, exercise therapy, position change, supply of disinfected equipments and infection control. There were significant differences on visiting time in nasogastric tube care, drainage tube care and oxygen inhalation care. 2. The satisfaction level of home care service 1) 50% were male. Over 60 years of the subjects was 61 %. Those who living in Seoul were 82%. 2) The subjects who had one or two diagnosis were 32% respectively. 55% of the persons who referred them to the home care service were nurses. 3) Total level of satisfaction of home care service was very high. 4) The older the age, the higher the satisfaction level. The larger the number of visit, the higher the satisfaction level. 5) The subjects who were in cloudy state were higher level of satisfaction than in alert or coma state. The subjects whose activity were normal or who needed assistance were higher level of satisfaction than bedridden or immobilized subjects. These findings suggested that the patients had substantial need for posthospital care. They tended to be elderly and to have experienced the wide range of health problems associated with aging, chronicity, including limitations in activities, and other serious health problems. So, the nationwide home care systems beyond the limit of demonstration program by local association and the development of the effective financial system of home based health care are necessary for the clients who are in need of home care.

맞춤형 방문구강보건사업 현황조사 (A study on the state of customized visiting oral health programs)

  • Objectives : This study was to examine the state of customized visiting oral health programs in a bid to help facilitate the unified operation of the programs and the development of required guidelines. Methods : The subjects in this study were 49 dental hygienists who were professionals responsible for customized visiting health care programs across the nation. Results : 1. Regarding the form of employment of the dental hygienists were investigated many contract and daily workers. 2. As to the possession of equipment necessary for visiting oral health programs, denture cleaners(12.2%) were most widely possessed in some regions, followed by mobile scalers(10.2%) and mobile suctions(8.2%). In terms of expendable devices and materials, dental mirrors, pincettes and explorers were the most widely possessed dental checkup devices, and the most widely possessed oral hygiene supplies were toothbrushes, interdental brushes and denture cleaners. Those devices and materials were in more possession than the other types of devices and materials. The most widely possessed equipment for educational purpose was laptop computers, followed by beam projectors and screens. The most widely possessed teaching materials were dentiform, followed by CD-ROMs. 3. Those whom they visited the most for oral health care service were elderly people, followed by the disabled and patients with chronic diseases. The dental hygienists who went out to visit those people outnumbered the others who stayed at public health centers. Concerning the types of visiting oral health care service, the most prevalent service provided to the elderly included denture cleaning/management, oral massage and preventive treatment against dental caries. The most dominant service provided to the disabled involved education of the oral health care act, preventive treatment against dental caries and toothbrushing by professionals. The most common service offered to patients with chronic diseases was education of the oral health care act and oral health education. The dental hygienists paid a visit to a mean of 5.8 households a day. The average weekly number of households cared by the dental hygienists was 27.3. It took a mean of 37.1 minutes for them to take care of each household. 4. As for satisfaction level with the implementation of the visiting oral health programs, they expressed the greatest satisfaction at teamwork with professionals($3.56{\pm}0.94$), followed by the professionalism of their work($3.21{\pm}0.94$) and workload($3.08{\pm}0.94$). Their satisfaction level with the work conditions required for creative job performance($2.75{\pm}0.98$) and partnership with other institutions($2.64{\pm}1.03$) was below 3.0. In regard to the impact of their characteristics, marital status made a statistically significant difference to satisfaction level with workload. The unmarried dental hygienists were more pleased with their workload than the married ones(p<0.05). 5. As to needs for education for professionalism improvement, they asked for education about visiting oral health care skills the most, followed by education about oral health care for patients with chronic diseases, education of planning/evaluation and education of oral health care for the disabled. Conclusions : The top priority for the vitalization of the programs was the procurement of budget, followed by the procurement of equipment and educational media and the procurement of human resources.

CYBERCRIME AS A THREAT TO UKRAINE'S NATIONAL SECURITY

  • The information space, the main components of which are information resources, means of information interaction, and information infrastructure, is a sphere of modern social life in which information communications play a leading role. The objective process is the gradual but stable entry of the national information space into the European and world information sphere, in the context of which there is a legitimate question of its protection as one of the components of the national security of Ukraine. However, the implementation of this issue in practice immediately faces the need to respect the rights and fundamental freedoms guaranteed by international regulations and the Constitution of Ukraine, especially in the field of cybersecurity. The peculiarity of the modern economy is related to its informational nature, which affects the sharp increase in cyber incidents in the field of information security, which is widespread and threatening and affects a wide range of private, corporate, and public interests. The problem of forming an effective information security system is exacerbated by the spread of cybercrime as a leading threat to information security both in Ukraine and around the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the state of cybersecurity and on this basis to identify new areas of the fight against cybercrime in Ukraine. Methods: the study is based on an extensive regulatory framework, which primarily consists of regulatory acts of Ukraine. The main methods were inductions and deductions, generalizations, statistical, comparative, and system-structural analysis, grouping, descriptive statistics, interstate comparisons, and graphical methods. Results. It is noted that a very important component of Ukraine's national security is the concept of "information terrorism", which includes cyberterrorism and media terrorism that will require its introduction into the law. An assessment of the state of cybersecurity in Ukraine is given. Based on the trend analysis, further growth of cybercrimes was predicted, and ABC analysis showed the existence of problems in the field of security of payment systems. Insufficient accounting of cybercrime and the absence in the current legislation of all relevant components of cybersecurity does not allow the definition of a holistic system of counteraction. Therefore, the proposed new legal norms in the field of information security take into account modern research in the field of promising areas of information technology development and the latest algorithms for creating media content.

느리게 배우는 학습자를 위한 초등예비교사의 수학수업 설계 (A Study on the Pre-Service Elementary Teachers' Lesson Plans for Math Underachievers with Hypothetical Learning Trajectories and Universal Design for Learning)

  • 본 연구는 가설학습경로와 보편적 학습설계(UDL)를 기반으로 초등예비교사가 느리게 배우는 학습자에게 맞춘 수학 수업을 설계한 사례를 활용한 연구이다. 가설학습경로는 계열성을 특징으로 하는 수학 교과에서 느리게 배우는 학습자에게 맞추어 도움을 제공해야 할 때 그들의 현재 이해 및 발달의 상태를 파악하고 그것에 반응적으로 수업을 설계할 때 의사결정의 근거로 삼을 수 있다. 또한, 보편적 학습설계는 수업을 설계할 때 수업에 존재할 수도 있는 잠재적 장벽을 제거하여 모든 학생이 접근할 수 있는 풍부한 학습 환경을 안내하는 프레임워크이다. 본 연구는 초등예비교사에게 느리게 배우는 학습자의 특성에 맞춘 수업을 설계하는 경험을 제공하여 가설학습경로를 생성하게 하고, 보편적 학습설계의 원리를 적용한 수업안을 작성하도록 하였다. 그리고 수업안에 나타난 가설학습경로의 특징 및 보편적 학습설계의 적용 결과를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 논의를 통해 예비교사교육과정에서 느리게 배우는 학습자를 위한 수학수업 설계 경험의 필요성과 느리게 배우는 학습자를 위한 수업설계에서 가설학습경로 및 UDL의 적용 가능성에 관한 시사점을 도출하였다.

An Optimized Deployment Mechanism for Virtual Middleboxes in NFV- and SDN-Enabling Network

  • Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software Defined Networking (SDN) are recently considered as very promising drivers of the evolution of existing middlebox services, which play intrinsic and fundamental roles in today's networks. To address the virtual service deployment issues that caused by introducing NFV or SDN to networks, this paper proposes an optimal solution by combining quantum genetic algorithm with cooperative game theory. Specifically, we first state the concrete content of the service deployment problem and describe the system framework based on the architecture of SDN. Second, for the service location placement sub-problem, an integer linear programming model is built, which aims at minimizing the network transport delay by selecting suitable service locations, and then a heuristic solution is designed based on the improved quantum genetic algorithm. Third, for the service amount placement sub-problem, we apply the rigorous cooperative game-theoretic approach to build the mathematical model, and implement a distributed algorithm corresponding to Nash bargaining solution. Finally, experimental results show that our proposed method can calculate automatically the optimized placement locations, which reduces 30% of the average traffic delay compared to that of the random placement scheme. Meanwhile, the service amount placement approach can achieve the performance that the average metric values of satisfaction degree and fairness index reach above 90%. And evaluation results demonstrate that our proposed mechanism has a comprehensive advantage for network application.

소형 무인기 통제를 위한 다자간 방식 관제시스템 구축방안-설계 중심으로 (Implementation of Multilateral Control System for Small UAV Control-Focused on Design)

  • 본 논문은 국내 전 지역에서 동시에 비행 중인 다수의 소형 무인기 위치정보를 신속하고 안정적으로 수집하기 위해서, LTE 기반의 소형 무인기 관제시스템을 구축을 위한 설계 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 다수의 소형 무인기 운용기관이나 감독기관에서 비행 중인 전체 소형 무인기의 위치를 동시 모니터링 할 수 있도록, 주요 요구사항을 네트워크(N/W), 하드웨어(H/W), 소프트웨어(S/W), 데이터베이스(DB), 개발 아키텍처, 비즈니스 니즈로 나누어 도출하였다. 이러한 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해, 소형무인기 실시간 위치추적 시스템의 설계 요건 측면에서 N/W, H/W, S/W, DB설계, 아키텍처 설계 방안을 제시하였다. 시스템 설계 시 소형 무인기 다자간 관제하기 효과적으로 하기 위해 단위 시스템의 기능과 역할에 따라 Front-end Service 영역과 Back-end Service 영역으로 나누어 아키텍처를 설계하였다. 소형 무인기의 위치와 상태를 파악하고 제어하는 Front-end Service 영역은 Client PC 방식을 적용함으로써, TCP/IP 네트워크를 통해서 N개 까지 확장이 가능한 설계 부분에 대해 연구하였다.

개인화 서비스 지원을 위한 상황인식 프레임워크 (Context-aware Framework for Personalized Service)

  • 모바일 디바이스의 발전과 무선 네트워크의 확산은 정보와 자원의 교환 및 공유를 보다 손쉽게 하였으며, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술과의 결합으로 "모바일 클라우드" 서비스에 대한 관심의 증대로 이에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행 중에 있다. 특히 사용자 개개인의 성향과 상황에 갖춘 '개인화 서비스'의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 적절한 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자의 현재 상황에 대한 인식과 함께 사용자의 성향, 선호도 등과 같은 사용자 프로파일을 분석하여 사용자의 요청에 부응하는 서비스를 도출할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 개인화 서비스를 지원하는 기존의 프레임워크들은 대부분이 웹을 기반으로 제안되었기 때문에 모바일 디바이스에는 적합지 않으며, 사용자의 상황정보 중 위치정보를 제외한 다른 상황정보들을 거의 고려되지 못한다. 따라서 기존의 프레임워크에서 고려하지 않은 사용자의 상황정보들과 프로파일을 이용하여 보다 적합한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 상황인식 프레임워크를 제안하였다.

감사 추적 시스템 설계 및 구현을 통한 안전한 QoS 빌링 시스템 (Secure QoS Billing System Using Audit Trail Subsystem Design & Implementation)

  • 본 논문에서는 VoIP나 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 실시간 트래픽을 위하여, IETF에서 인터넷 QoS 제공 방안으로 제시된 IntServ와 DiffServ 혼합 모델을 사용해서 Delay Sensitive 트래픽과 넓은 대역폭을 가지는 QoS 서비스를 제공하였다. 제안한 QoS 서비스를 Best, Good, Default 서비스로 정의하고, 제안된 IntServ와 DiffServ의 혼합 모델을 사용한 End-to-End QoS의 3가지 서비스 모델을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석하였다. 제안된 QoS 모델에 따른 서비스 요금 지불을 위하여 RADIUS 프로토콜의 Accounting, Authentication, Authorization (AAA) 기능을 이용한 IntServ와 DiffServ의 혼합 모델을 사용한 빌링시스템을 제안하였다. 안전한 빌링 시스템에서는 RADIUS 프로토콜의 감사 추적 기능을 강화하기 위하여, IEEE POSIX.1E 표준안에 의한 감사 추적 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

학술정보 상호대차 서비스 현황 및 변화 분석: 2004년-2014년 KERIS 데이터를 중심으로 (An Analysis of the Current State and Changes in the Interlibrary Loan Service Focused on KERIS Data From 2004 to 2014)

  • 본 연구는 2004년에서 2014년까지 11년간의 KERIS 상호대차 트랜잭션 데이터를 대상으로 서비스 현황과 기간별 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 발견한 주요 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4년제 대학도서관의 신청과 제공건수 사이에는 밀접한 상관관계가 있었으며, 타 관종의 경우 거의 관련이 없게 나타났다. 둘째, 상호대차 대상 자료는 주제별로 살펴보면 사회과학 분야 및 문학 분야가 상위를 차지하고 있었다. 언어별로는 영어 자료가 절반 가까이 차지하고 있었다. 셋째, 신청건수가 제공건수보다 많은 기관이 전체 중에서 약 60%를 차지하였으나, 4년제 대학도서관의 경우는 비교적 균형을 이루고 있었다. 넷째, 2012년을 기점으로 KERIS 상호대차 서비스는 모든 면에서 지속적으로 성장하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

센서 네트워크 기반의 Pull 및 Push 서비스 연구 (A Study of Pull and Push Service Based on Sensor Networks)

  • 최근에 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스는 Push와 Pull 서비스 형태로 제공되고 있으며, 이와 같은 Pull/push 서비스를 제공하기 위한 OpenAPI(Application Program Interface)에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 아직 Push와 Pull 서비스와 이를 지원하기 위한 OpenAPI에 대한 연구가 아직 미비하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Pull 서비스와 Push 서비스를 이용하여 센서 네트워크 기반의 응용 인터페이스를 제공하는 Push 서비스와 Pull 서비스 모델을 제시하고, Push 서비스와 Pull 서비스를 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위하여 웹 서비스 기반의 Pull 서비스 구조를 제시하고, .Net 프레임워크 기반의 원격 서비스(Remote Service)를 이용하여 센서 네트워크에 수집된 온도, 습도 등의 상황 데이터를 Pull 서비스 형태로 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 더불어 TCP/IP 소켓 인터페이스를 이용한 Push 서비스 구조를 제안하고, 이 서비스를 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 통해서 기존의 특정 데이터베이스 중심의 센서 네트워크의 폐쇄적인 응용 인터페이스를 개방적인 표준 인터페이스로 전환하여 사용자가 여러 곳에 널려 있는 많은 상황 데이터를 쉽게 접근하여 확인할 것으로 기대한다.
