A Study that Target Amount of Standardization by Menu Management Effect on the Job Efficiency (메뉴관리에 따른 조리 표준량 목표가 업무 효율성에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how menu management effect on job efficiency at a hotel restaurant. Target standardization amount is needed to set for effective menu management to give quality menu toward customers to do that bring effective job efficiency. The survey is conducted to employees who are working at hotel restaurant. To verify the hypotheses, set this study up frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and linear regression analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed through statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0. Moreover, adjusting regression analysis using multiplying matrix was carried to obtain the results of effectiveness. The results show that menu management is required to apply the target amount of standardization in order to increase the job efficiency. At a menu planning phase, managers are expected to compose menu after having full consultation with employees. During the process, the target standardization amount can play a key role to improve job efficiency. Conclusively, to get effective customer service performance, it is necessary to set the target amount standardization if you are considering a trend and taste of customers who should be kept being adjusted or supplemented in line with a trend.

  • Construction Technology Service is currently hardly managed due to failure to offer standard management system of service performance, company performance, and business evaluation in every Ordering Agencies. After Construction Technology Promotion Act is enforced in May 2014, Ordering Agency obligates them to report to Minister of Land and Transportation within 10 days upon contract/ amendment/ completion. In 2013, in advance to enforcement of this law, performance management system for construction technology service was developed for a test run. However this system only applies to main contractors while management and operation of subcontractors are unavailable that causes problems on connection and integration with Experience Management Trustee. Therefore, this research will establish systematic foundation that enables real-time information of service performance and evaluation of subcontractors to result standardization of performance and evaluation for public ordered services.

  • In this review, several new technologies considered when providing an open service environment in a mobile communication network are described. Recently, 3GPP developed some standards related to IoT services for opening a service platform in an SCS environment based on the OSA concept in a 3GPP LTE system. Similarly, the development of a new framework is underway to allow a plurality of services to commonly use an API environment in which a service provider or client accesses a 5G mobile communication system. Extending the existing LTE SCEF concept, the standardization of the northbound API is applied in the 5G CAPIF environment. Therefore, it is possible to construct a framework that facilitates access from outside, and takes advantage of the common management of various open service environments. An open service platform environment is expected to play an important role in transforming a network with simple connectivity services into a variety of new service markets, or into a service environment that can create added value.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a system for quality management and improvement of overall public services. Methods: Literature Review, Framework Design Method, Case Studies Analysis Results: Public Service Quality Management Principles, Definition of Public Services Quality Management Areas, Quality Management Guidelines, Service Quality Management Tools Conclusion: In this study, a study case of the public service quality management framework, which is a system that supports overall quality management and continuous quality improvement of public services, is presented. The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.

  • The objective of this study is to test Parasurman, Zeithaml & Berry(1985)'s service quality gap analysis model, and to confirm reliability and to confirm reliability and validity of the model. The reliability of the model is adopted, but the validity must be retested in the further study. In the results of the gap analysis model, the correlation between consumer expectations and management perceptions of consumer expectations(gap1) was not accepted. The correlation between management perceptions of consumer expectations and service quality specifications(gap2), the correlation between service quality specifications and the service actually delivered(gap3), and the correlation between services delivered and services promised to consumers(gap4) were accepted. To improve domestic telecommunication service quality, practical guides such as standardization of job roles, cooperation among customer-contact persons, communication between managers and employees, evaluation programs for employee's improvement of service quality, appropriate supports for customer-contact persons were suggested. For generalizing the gap model, additional studies under the different contexts and industries will be needed.

  • In Ubiquitous Information society, real shape of spatial information and accurate position information are required. Spatial information standardization is needed to service for the people. International standard was defined to ensure compatibilities of various standards, technologies, and terminologies and to promote mutual trade certain criteria and standard forms were established through international agreement. International standard is made by International Organization for Standardization, and International Standard Organization Technical Committee 211 manages the geographic information field. ISO TC 211 is working on LADM (Land Administration Domain Model) which defines administration law and spatial surveying component related to land and efficiently manages data and land systems of the countries. This study introduced processing of standardization of a surveying package which is related with LADM and comparing it with Korea Cadastral information system.

  • The standardization of Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) technique should secure a interoperability among the different softwares or hardwares on ITS service. The domestic standard research takes the advantage of a preoccupation on the world ITS market through the international standard(IS) reflecting the domestic technique. The objective of this research focused on the database technology for ITS is to introduce the domestic standard activity for adopting ISs and the current interior corresponding situation against ISs. The first step, we analyze the international standardization action through gathering and investigating the up-to-date issues and documentations focused on ISO/TC204 WG3. And then, we look into the domestic situation about TTA ITS PG 310 and ITS Korea. consequently, a synthetic view, we have analyzied, how interior standard corresponds with the international standards, and how the standard establishing process is being done. The expectation of this research is to help understanding the up-to-date domestic/international standardization and the situation of the standard action related with the database technology for ITS. Also, we take advantage of this result to encourage the international competitiveness on ITS market.

Standardization of Ingredient Classification and Quality Attributes of at School Foodservices (학교급식 식재료 분류 및 품질속성체계 표준화 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to standardize ingredients used by school foodservices. This study analyzed the current notation of ingredients in used by used in school foodservices through the NEIS system employed by school foodservices of elementary schools through high schools in South Korea. Specifically, this study suggests systemized standardization of ingredient classification and quality attributes of at school foodservices by applying a case study analysis. The findings from the case analysis of the Electronic Procurement System operator are as follows. Classifications for ingredients of the NEIS system used by school food services consisted of included food group, food name, detailed food name, and description. Classification was not clearly divided between the classification scheme and the attribute system. Therefore, food group, food name, and product information of each food should be categorized as the classification scheme, whereas the detailed food name (excluding product information) and description should be standardized as the attribute system, which is composed of required attributes, recommended attributes, and other attributes. This study suggests that system standardization should be carried out in the field of school foodservices, as advancements between distributors and school food service providers could affect food ingredient quality. Thus, standardization can influence purchase and distribution in many ways.
