Although researchers have, during the past decade, become increasingly interested in customer satisfaction customer reaction, and service quality issues, very little of research has devoted to the family restaurant. Family restaurant industry is among the fastest growing sectors of the tourism market. This paper discusses the importance of the family restaurant product and service quality, and presents the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer reaction. The literature supports the value of family restaurant's service quality and relation between service quality and customer reaction. Exploratory study examined customer's satisfaction with service quality components and customer's reaction with satisfaction. The survey was conducted in four phases; service quality, customer reaction(satisfaction, repurchase intention, and word of mouth), restaurant information, general profile of customer. The results of the study show that service quality(product's quality, physical character) provided family restaurant customer with the overall satisfaction, and service quality affected on customer reaction(repurchase intention, positive word of mouth). Also overall satisfaction affected on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth.
The main objective of this study is to find the Interrelationship between Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction in Commercial Banks in Uganda. A review of literature was conducted to find out the relationship among Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction. The literature review confirms this relationship. A survey was conducted to collect data. The sample size of 210 commercial banking customers was drawn from different banks in Uganda. The result shows, the Electronic banking adoption was found to have a positive relationship with Service Quality, Service Quality was found to have a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction; and Electronic banking adoption had a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction. In light of the findings various recommendations were put across on how retail banks can better satisfy their customers through the use of electronic banking channels. Electronic banking adoption will then foster Service Quality where a customer's service expectations are exceeded by the actual service She/he obtains. This will then bring about Customer satisfaction where the customers find that their needs are met by the service.
This study examines the relationship between public service satisfaction, trust in local government, and community satisfaction. Previous studies on community satisfaction have insufficiently dealt with public services or trust in local government and have not fully conducted an integrated analysis. To close these knowledge gaps, this study includes public service satisfaction that was constructed with the subcomponents economic support, education, and public safety and trust in local government as factors affecting community satisfaction. Moreover, this study verified the mediating effect of trust in local government between public service satisfaction and community satisfaction. Online surveys were carried out with 980 residents in Jeonbuk, Korea, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed. The results indicated that public service satisfaction affected community satisfaction directly or indirectly. In particular, the satisfaction with public safety influenced community satisfaction both directly and indirectly. In addition, trust in local government had a mediating effect between all sub-components of public service satisfaction and community satisfaction. Today, regional disparity between urban and rural areas in developing countries is widening. As a result, residents in rural areas are gradually moving to urban areas. Therefore, rural areas need to increase the community satisfaction of their residents. In this regard, this study suggests important policy implications for community satisfaction enhancement.

This study analyzes the mechanism that explains how various service quality factors are related to consumer satisfaction when plus-size and regular-size women are engaged in fashion shopping. We constructed and tested service quality- perceived value-satisfaction model with size as a control variable. We defined plus-size women as those with a BMI over 25 and regular-size women below 25. Data were collected during April and May, 2012 and responses from 189 plus-size women and 246 regular-size women were used in the final analysis. The results are as follows. First, among service quality factors, attention was significantly related to perceived service value for both plus-size women and regular-size women. However, store facilities were significantly related to perceived service value for only plus-size women and kindness was significantly related to perceived service value only in the case of regular-size women. Second, perceived service value was significantly related to product satisfaction and service satisfaction for plus-size women and regular- size women. However a moderating effect was found between the groups where the influences of perceived service value on product satisfaction and service satisfaction in the case of plus-size women were greater than regular-size women. Third, in the case of regular-size women, service satisfaction was positively affected by product satisfaction. However, the relationship between them was not found in the case of plus-size women.

To analyze the data, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were applied. The results were as followings: 1) As a result of factor analysis, the service quality were identified by four dimensions: environmental service, personal service, products service, and promotion service. 2) As a result of correlation analysis and regression analysis, the service quality had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This study, which took place in an Italian restaurant in Seoul, investigated the impact of meal duration on the evaluation of satisfaction and service quality, according to the service stages (order, cook, check) of a restaurant. Research procedures included two phases: during the first phase, data on expected-perceived meal duration, and service quality and satisfaction were collected by surveys, which were distributed at the restaurant. The second phase investigated the relationships among meal duration, customers' satisfaction, and service quality. T-tests and regression analyses were used to examine relationships between these variables. Results indicate that both failing to meet customers' expected meal duration, as well as the perceived meal duration could negatively impact the satisfaction and evaluation of service quality. The study confirmed that meal duration is indeed related to the responsiveness aspect of service quality. The important aspect of meal duration management is to improve service quality and satisfaction, which can lead to a restaurant's success. Therefore, understanding the relationships among meal duration, satisfaction, and service quality is a part of a good foundation for effective meal duration management.
Purpose: This research aimed to suggest retailing companies some ways to enhance customer satisfaction with service recovery and recommendation intention towards these companies. For this purpose, current study examined the relationships among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend and the moderating role of ego-resilience. Research design, data and methodology: Current study developed a structural equation model in which perceived service recovery justice is a predictor, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction are mediators, intention to recommend is a dependent variable and the ego-resilience is a moderator between the perceived service recovery justice and the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. Data were collected from customers who experienced service failures from retailers. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 365 samples were used for analysis after deleting data having missing value. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to test the validity, reliability, and structural equation modeling. Results: Empirical results showed that the perceived service recovery justice had a negative influence on the perceived service failure severity and a positive influence on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. These results indicate that when customers perceive the service recovery justice more highly, they perceive the service failure less severe but they perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery. In addition, the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction had a positive influence on the intention to recommend. These results indicate that when customers perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery, they are more intend to recommend the retailer. Moreover, the influence of the perceived service recovery justice on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction was moderated by the ego-resilience. Conclusions: This study contributed to the service recovery literature by proving the relationship among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend. Moreover, current research introduced the ego-resilience into service recovery research area and revealed the moderation role of the ego-resilience. Managerially, this research suggested retailing companies some ways to effectively recover from service failure.

As a result of measuring the service quality in terms of support, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness, a high overall reliability was demonstrated in the service. The consumer satisfaction with the home help service was discovered as being high, in general. Meanwhile, with the female research participants, the lower the service fee was perceived to be, the higher the consumer satisfaction.
