도시안전맵 웹사이트 구축을 위한 기존 웹사이트 분석연구 (Research for Building an Existing Web Site to Web Site Analysis of Urban Safety Map)

  • In urban life, an interest in safety and demands for safety information about crimes and traffic are increasing. As well, communication on the internet is so active. In this study, we analyze web sites in US, UK, and JP, which have started safety map services, and then we provide basic material for the introduction of safety map into Korea. According to the analysis result, in US and UK, the safety map web sites are administered by the government and provided to the general public. The geographical area is provided around administrative districts and statistical data. In JP, The safety map web site provide not a one sided service but the service that user can directly take a part in, and also there is an web site for crimes against vulnerable people.

  • In order to promote foodservice for older adults, foodservice directors in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) must identify the dimensions used by residents to evaluate the service quality of dining service. A multidimensional measure of perceived service quality was developed based on residents' responses about their experiences with dining service. A survey was administered to residents in two CCRCs. Based on the results of principal component analysis, this study identified four dimensions: food quality, dining room employee's attitude and service skills, dining room employee's safety and cleanliness, and systemization of service delivery process. A new dimension that reflects residents' concern for the dining mom employees' safety and cleanliness also emerged. 1bis study points to areas of improvement for food quality and dining room employee's safety and cleanliness.

  • 가정용 LPG 저압조정기의 사용수명을 평가하기 위하여 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 조정압력과 폐쇄압력은 사용경과 7년부터의 조정 기에서 표준값을 현저하게 벗어나는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이들 결과로부터 LPG 저압조정기는 약 6년 정도의 사용수명을 갖고 있는 것으로 평가된다.

  • This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

호텔종사자의 내부마케팅과 고객만족의 관계에서 서비스품질의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of service quality between internal marketing and customer satisfaction)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and the mediating effect of service quality. Based on the responses from 163 hotel employees and 489 customers who encountered them, the results of hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all internal marketing factors have positive relationships with service quality, and service quality has positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Also, service quality has mediating effect between four internal marketing factors(education, compensation, delegation of authority, and internal communication) and customer satisfaction.

  • As natural disasters are increasing due to the unusual weather and the modern society is getting complicated, the rapid change of the urban environment has increased human disasters. Thus, citizens are becoming more anxious about social safety. The importance of preparation for safety has been suggested by providing the disaster safety services such as regional safety index, life safety map, and disaster safety portal application. In this paper, we propose an application framework to predict the urban safety index based on user's location with realtime weather/atmosphere data after creating a predication model based on the machine learning using number of occurrence cases and weather/atmosphere history data. Also, we implement an application to provide traffic safety index with executing preprocessing occurrence cases of traffic and weather/atmosphere data. The existing regional safety index, which is displayed on the Si-gun-gu area, has been mainly utilized to establish safety plans for districts vulnerable to national policies on safety. The proposed system has an advantage to service useful information to citizens by providing urban safety index based on location of interests and current position with realtime related data.
