최근 경제는 제조업에서 서비스업으로 이동하고 있기 때문에 서비스 공급사슬을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나, 공급사슬과 관련된 기존연구의 대부분은 제조업에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해서, 서비스 공급사슬을 조사하고 분석할 필요가 있다. 시뮬레이션은 복잡한 시스템을 분석하고 설계하는데 가장 자주 사용되는 기법 중에 하나이다. 서비스 공급사슬은정교한 설계 단계가 필요한 복잡하고 거대한 시스템이다. 특히, 서비스 공급사슬의 성과를 예측하기 위해서 서비스 공급사슬을 구성하고 있는 구성요소 사이의 동적인 상호작용의 행위를 밀접하게 조사하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 첫 번째로 서비스공급사슬의 개념적 모델이 개발된다. 다음으로 개발된 서비스 공급사슬의 개념적 모델에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하기위한 새로운 절차를 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 모델링의 절차는 UML 분석과 설계 도구를 이용하며 ARENA 시뮬레이션 언어로 구현된다. 제안된 절차의 두 가지 주요한 특성은 서비스 공급사슬을 설계하는데 체계적인 절차의 정의와 또한 ARENA 시뮬레이션 언어로 개념적 모델의 변환에 대한 규칙을 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 서비스 공급사슬의 지식을 개선하는데 이용될 수 있으며, 또한 서비스 공급사슬 시뮬레이션 모델의 개발을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 지원한다.

In this paper, we propose a micro payment service based on Open API (Payment & Account Management API). To support a business model that enables operators to offer integrated billing, a payment and an account management API is crucial. This service is based on the architecture of Parlay X web services[1, 2]. We described the network architecture and the logic procedure for a micro payment service.

This paper describes a modeling of service composition manager based on TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture). The Service composition function is mainly motivated by the desire to easily generate new service using existing services from retailers or $3^{rd}$-party service providers. The TINA-C specification for the service composition does not include the detailed composition procedure and its object models. In this paper, we propose a model of components for the service composition, which adapts a static composition feature in a single provider domain. To validate the proposed modeling, we implemented prototype service composition function, which combines two multimedia services; a VOD service and a VCS service. As a result, we obtain the specification of the detailed composition architecture between a retailer domain and a $3^{rd}$-party service provider domain.

모바일 네트워크에서 멀티캐스트서비스의 이용량 증가로 MN(이동단말)에게 끊김없이 멀티캐스트 서비스를 전송하는 통신이 중요한 통신 형태가 요구될 것이다. 본 논문에서 IETF에서 표준화가 진행중인 PMIPv6(Proxy Mobile IPv6)에서 MLS(Multicast Listener Support)에 대한 현재의 문제점을 지적하고, 네트워크 기반의 이동성관리 기법인 PMIPv6 네트워크에서 도메인간 고속 멀티캐스트 핸드오버 절차를 제안한다. 제안된 도메인간 고속 멀티캐스트 핸드오버 절차에서는 MN의 컨텍스트를 사용하여 멀티캐스트 관리를 최적화한다. 제안된 고속 멀티캐스트 핸드오버 절차를 기본적인 것과 해석 모델링을 통하여 비교분석하고, 도메인간 핸드오버의 경우에 제안된 도메인간 고속 멀티캐스트 핸드오버 절차가 기본적인 것과 비교하여 서비스 단절 시간과 전체 네트워크 오버해드가 상당히 감소한다는 것을 보여준다.

IPTV 서비스의 활성화를 위해 IPTV 단말의 사업자 이동성 확보 방법이 제기되었다. 사업자 이동성이 확보되면 서비스 이용자가 IPTV 단말을 시중에서 직접 구매 후 자신이 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 사업자를 스스로 선택하여 IPTV 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 이를 위해, IPTV 단말은 서비스를 제공받기 전 일련의 프로비저닝(provisioning) 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 한국정보통신기술협회(이하 TTA)는 IPTV 단말의 프로비저닝 절차에 관한 표준 기술 규격인 TTAK.KO-08.0026을 제정하였다. 본 논문에서는 이의 개정 문서인 TTAK.KO-08.0026/R2의 내용과 그에 기반하여 구현한 IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 시스템의 구성, 기능, 동작 절차, 파라미터 및 이슈 사항 등에 관해 소개하고, IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 절차의 파급 효과와 표준화의 발전 방향에 대해 논하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the service satisfaction of users using community service, and to suggest directions for continuous growth and high service of social service providers in the future. This study was conducted on G metropolitan cities. T-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted for the comparison of 476 users of social service users by gender, income level, and age. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors affecting user satisfaction. The statistical package analyzed was SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, the application process, the satisfaction of the service period, and the satisfaction of the service provider were statistically significant at the income level. In addition, in the age group satisfaction, the application procedure, the satisfaction of the service period, the satisfaction of the service frequency, and the satisfaction of the workforce were statistically significant.

전라북도내 병원, 학교, 사업체 등의 집단급식소 98개소를 대상으로 작업 단계별 식품의 일반위생 관리항목의 실행 실태와 영양사의 중요성 인식도를 조사하였다. 식품의 구매 및 검수 단계의 위생관리 항목에 대해서는 59.2-98.0%의 실행율을 나타내어 다른 단계에 비해 상대적으로 잘 실행이 되고 있었다. 전처리 단계에서 '바닥에서 식품 취급 안하기'라는 항목은 병원의 경우 실행율이 53.8%로 나타나 사업체(32.5%)와 학교(34.2%)보다 상대적으로 높았으며, 사업체와 학교 급식소에서의 전처리 작업 방법의 개선이 요구된다. 조리 단계에서는 위생관리 항목 실행율이 모두 30% 이하로 나타나 전반적인 개선이 필요하였으며, 저장 단계에서는 학교와 사업체의 작업 과정 개선이 필요하였다. 배식 단계에서는 전반적으로 위생관리 항목에 대한 실행율이 낮아 개선이 필요하였다. 위생관리 항목에 대한 영양사의 인식도 조사 결과 각 단계별로 전반적인 위생관리 실행에 대한 교육 및 인식의 변화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This paper propose a personalized defection detection and prevention procedure based on the observation that potential defectors have tendency to take a couple of months or weeks. For this purpose, possible states of customer behavior are determined from past behavior data using SOM (Self-Organizing Map). For the evaluation of the proposed procedure, a case study has been conducted for a Korean online game site. The result demonstestes that the proposed procedure can assist defection prevention effectively and detect potential defectors without deterioration of prediction accuracy comparison to prediction by MLP. Our procedure can be applied to various service industries that can capture fluent customer behavior data such as telecommunications, internet access services, and content services, too.

일반적으로 비용이 많이 들고 복잡한 처리과정을 거치는 디지털 항공사진측량은 독립형 워크스테이션 시스템을 기반으로 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 Open Geospatial Consortium에서 제안한 국제 GIS 표준인 Web Processing Service을 통해 항공사진측량 처리 과정에 대한 새로운 접근 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실험을 위해 항공사진측량 업무를 기본단위로 정의하는 WPS 프로파일링 과정을 거쳐 여러 개의 제네릭 프로세스로 정의하였고, 정의된 프로세스는 WPS 표준에 따라 각각 서버 S/W와 클라이언트 S/W 모듈을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 WPS의 기본 단위 항공사진측량 프로세스를 다수의 사용자가 웹을 사용하여 공유, 재활용 측면의 접근을 기대할 수 있었다.

This paper describes implementation of the core DSM-CC UU interface. It briefly describes the reference model for the DSM-CC and related standards that should be reviewed for the implementation. The Common Object Request Broker Architechture, Revision 2.0 (CORBA 2.0) is sued as a remote procedure call (RPC) scheme for the UU Interface. Entire system was implemented with C++ on Windows NT platforms. The implementation procedure has been decomposed ito two tasks. The first task is to implement the Naming Service for service navigation. The Naming Service is one of the CORBA Services that extend the core CORBA specification. A client GUI is implemented for easy navigation among various services. The second task is to construct multimedia server and client for a Video-on-Demand (VoD) system. MPEG-2 Transport Stream is transported via ATM AAL5 using the Windows Socket 2.2 ATM extension API. A GUI enables the user to navigate the service domain and select a program. After the selection the user can control the MPEG-2 stream with VCR-like buttons.
