Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. 본 연구에서는 예술영재 담당 교사들의 연수 현황 및 연수에 대한 인식을 조사하여 실효성 있는 연수를 운영하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였으며, 연구결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 응답자의 약 49.4%는 예술영재교육 관련 연수 경험이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 연수경험 없이 영재를 지도하고 있는 교사도 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 일반적으로 기초 연수를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 연수자가 직접 프로그램을 개발 해 볼 수 있도록 구성된 수업내용은 미흡하였던 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 예술영재교육 연수 운영 시 연수지역의 접근성을 고려하고, 연수에 대한 사전 홍보와 정보의 제공이 반드시 필요한 것으로 시사되었다. 셋째, 실효성 있는 예술영재교육 연수를 위해 '연수강사진의 전문성 확보'와 '연수 유형의 다양화', '연수기관 및 연수 운영진의 전문성 확보'가 연수 운영측면에서 중요한 요소라고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 연수 프로그램 측면에서 현장 적용이 가능한 교육 프로그램의 제공과 기초, 심화, 전문 등 연수 종류에 따른 차별화된 프로그램 개발, 연수 내용의 다양성을 중요한 요소로 인식하고 있었으며, 연수 환경 측면에서 교통과 연수시설의 편의성이 가장 중요한 요소로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 실효성 있는 예술영재교육 연수가 되기 위해서 예술영재교육의 특성을 반영하여 차별화된 연수모형과 현장적용이 가능한 연수 커리큘럼이 개발 및 보급되어야 하며, 효율적인 연수 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다.

Banks traditionally focus on the financial services against the uncertain future liquidity needs, i.e. saving as well as lending. As the business model of banks has been shifted from the originate to hold model to the originate to distribute model since the enactment of Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act in 1999, the financial services encompass information gathering and generating, underwriting and risk sharing through packaging claims for the investors, in addition to the payment and settlement services. Ensued are the financial market integration and diversification of financial services, with which the accessibility to financial services is arguably significantly enhanced. Such integration and diversification necessarily entails the risk of contagion due to the non-fulfilling service over the several other financial services, which would be contained easily under the separate financial services. This paper addresses the pricing of fees for the integrated financial services through which the contagion could spread when the users of financial service are not immune to the failure to fulfill their obligation due to the economic turmoil. Consequently the information asymmetry about the clients is unavoidable. Higher fees could drive out the otherwise good clients out of the pool of customers for the financial services. Then, the risk could be exacerbated due to the proliferation of bad clients who are vulnerable to the financial distress and liquidity crunch. So the banks should take into account the interactional effect of the fees between/among the non interest based activities and interest based activities under the information asymmetry. Contrary to our general perception, the current analysis demonstrates that the bank should focus on the reduction of cost associated with good clients rather than that of bad clients.

Diversified SaaS applications allow users more choices to use, according to their own preferences. However, the diversification of SaaS applications also makes it impossible for users to choose the best one. Furthermore, users can't take advantage of the functionality between SaaS applications. In this paper, we propose a platform that provides an SaaS mashup service, by extracting interoperable service functions from SaaS-based applications that independent vendors deploy and supporting a customized service recommendation function through log data binding in the cloud environment. The proposed SaaS mashup service platform consists of a SaaS aggregation framework and a log data binding framework. Each framework was concreted by using Apache Kafka and rule matrix-based recommendation techniques. We present the theoretical basis of implementing the high-performance message-processing function using Kafka. The SaaS mashup service platform, which provides a new type of mashup service by linking SaaS functions based on the above technology described, allows users to combine the required service functions freely and access the results of a rich service-utilization experience, using the SaaS mashup function. The platform developed through SaaS mashup service technology research will enable various flexible SaaS services, expected to contribute to the development of the smart-contents industry and the open market.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 충성도에 따라 세분화하고 각 세분시장을 목표시장으로 하는 공공도서관서비스 포지셔닝전략을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위해 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 인터뷰결과는 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관서비스에 대한 충성도가 낮은 집단에 제시된 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 이동도서관서비스의 확대실시 및 셔틀버스의 활용, 둘째, 정기적이고 체계적인 이용자조사, 셋째, 공공도서관 서비스 홍보방식의 다양화, 넷째, 이용자조사를 통해 이용자가 원하는 자료 구비 등 이었다. 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 충성도가 높은 집단에 대한 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 내부마케팅, 둘째, 도서관 시설 및 설비 품질의 일정 수준 유지, 셋째, 취학 전 아동 및 초, 중, 고등학생과 학부모를 위한 독서프로그램 기획 및 제공이었다.

클라우드(Cloud) 기술이 적용되는 영역은 기술의 발전과 서비스의 다양화로 점차 확대되고 있다. 방송 플랫폼에도 투자 효율화, 운영 효율화, 서비스 경쟁력 확보 등의 측면에서 클라우드 기술이 도입되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 클라우드 방송 플랫폼이 UI와 서비스에 도입되면서 서비스 경쟁이 가속화 되고 있다. 클라우드 방송 기술은 단말기의 자원과 소프트웨어 구조에 종속성 없이 서비스를 제공하고, 단말기 별로 분리되어 관리되고 있던 UI와 서비스를 서버기반으로 통합하여 운영될 수 있도록 한다. 논문에서는 클라우드 방송 플랫폼에 대해서 설명하고 적용 효과에 대해서 설명한다.

With rapid social change, security industries were diversified and universities related total security service were founded for training of specialist with a theory and practical affairs. Today, universities must provide an education which fits to job characteristics in rapidly changing society. Also students through this education must find their job properly. The purposes of this study, therefore, are to search a career selection of students majoring in total security service related departments and to study a role of universities for development of specialist related security industries. Revitalization plan of human resources for departments related security services are as follows ; roles of universities: a specialization of curriculum and a diversification of training method. 'academic-industrial cooperation', role of government: 'a legal and institutional policy on academic-industrial cooperation';. Universities, cooperations, government must cooperate mutually for development of specialist related security service field.

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate service design cases by online service companies and suggests framework to understand service design of them. Background: Recently, exploratory service design cases by online service companies such as Google, Apple, and NHN has been developed. Service design and online service experience design has been booming among user experience professionals but these two areas are not clearly defined. It is interesting to study the definition and key factors of service design and online service experience design. Moreover, investigating service design cases by online service companies is needed. Method: Due to diversification of service design cases by online service companies, this study has reviewed online resources and literatures about top 5 online service companies in USA and Korea. Furthermore, this study used expert interview who worked for service design at NHN. To understand the attributes of service design cases, this study developed 3 types of service design classifications scheme such as service design as extension of online service, space design and event service design. Finally, this study suggested a new framework for service design cases. Results: This study investigated service design cases by online service companies and suggests key issues and frameworks to uncover service design for online service. Conclusion: Service design cases for online service was analyzed by $2^*2$ matrix(extension, $enrichment^*product$, service) to explain characteristics and attributes. NHN's Knowledge-iN bookshelf at NHN library1 is a unique form of service design as a tool of enrichment of online experience. Application: The results of this study might help to understand service design cases and plan new service design for online service companies with structured framework.

공공도서관이 지역사회에 대한 정보를 수집하고 제공해야 하는 것은 지역사회 기반시설로서 매우 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 공공도서관 및 이용자 대상 공공도서관 지역정보서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화 방안으로 지역정보 이용을 위한 접근점 다양화, 이용자 요구를 반영한 지역정보 콘텐츠 개발, 공공도서관 중심의 지역정보서비스 협의체 구성, 인식 개선 및 이용 활성화를 통한 지역정보서비스 홍보를 제언하였다.
