A Method for Effective Mobile Electronic Notification Service of Private Institutions

  • Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

전문병원 간호사의 전문직업성이 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 서비스 수준에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurse's Professionalism on Customer Orientation, Job Satisfaction and Service Delivery Level in Specialty Hospital)

  • 이 연구는 대부분의 병원에 있어 구성원 수가 가장 많을 뿐 아니라 서비스 제공 과정에 고객과의 직접적인 접점이 가장 빈번한 간호사의 전문직업성이 직무만족과 고객지향성 및 서비스 제공 수준 간에 미치는 영향과 구조적 관계를 분석하여 구성원으로 하여금 양질의 서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 전략적 방안을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 서울지역의 6개 전문병원의 간호사 142명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 크론바흐 $\alpha$와 SPSS 2.0K를 이용한 요인분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 전문직업성은 고객지향성과 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 서비스 제공 수준에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 고객지향성은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면에 직무만족은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 간호학과의 교과과정에 고객만족과 서비스의 중요성을 강조하는 과목이 포함되어야 하며, 전문병원도 재직 중인 간호사를 대상으로 고객관리의 중요성을 지속적으로 교육하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

Analytical Framework for Promoting Customer Participation in Benefit Delay Type Services

  • Purpose - Benefit delay type services have a characteristic of benefit delay that does not immediately appear at the time of delivery of service. Due to a characteristic of benefit delay, the customer's participation in the service delivery system is hindered, and the quality of service declines. As a result, customer satisfaction would be reduced. The purpose of this study is to construct an analytical framework to analyze a mechanism that promotes customer participation in benefit delay type services. Research design, data, and Methodology - Existing research has considered only the performance of service companies to enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction. This study focused on customer participation as a factor affecting the quality of service and customer satisfaction and attempted to construct an analytical framework based on a theoretical perspective of motivational research. Results - By adopting the motivation theory, this research derived three concepts, the possibility of gaining benefits, the emotional experience, and the desire of benefit. And motivation is created when the three factors interact with each other. Conclusions - This paper has constructed an analytical framework for analyzing factors that promote customer participation in the benefit delay service and finally has proposed case study for further research.

유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용한 디지털 콘텐츠 전송 서비스 시스템에서의 작업할당기법 (A Job Scheduling Method for Digital Contents Delivery Service System using a Idle Computing Resources)

  • 다중 서버 환경에서 사용자의 요구 서버를 처리하는 서버를 결정하는 데 있어, 시스템의 전체 성능을 극대화시키고 서비스 요청의 응답시간을 최소화하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상의 유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하여 다중 서버 환경에서 구축된 콘텐츠 전송 시스템에 적합한 작업할당 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 클라이언트 요구 작업의 예상 서비스시간, 각 서버의 가용길이, 각 서버의 부하량을 퍼지화하고 전문가 지식을 이용하여 새로운 서버 선정 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 방법에 비해 우수한 성능을 증명한다.

  • Currently, various companies are actively participating in research and development of drone delivery services. Existing studies do not comprehensively provide integrated functions for future drone delivery services such as mission automation, customer verification, and overcoming performance limitations, which can lead to high manpower demand, reduced user service trust, and potentially overloading low-end devices. Therefore, this study proposes a drone mission automation system (DMAS) using EdgeCPS technology to provide the three aforementioned functions in an integrated manner. Real-world experiments were conducted to evaluate the proposed system, demonstrating that the DMAS components operate according to the specified roles in the delivery scenario. In addition, the system achieved user verification with a similarity of more than 90% in the process of receiving the product, and verified a faster inference speed and a lower resource share than the existing method.

약물중독에 대한 한국과 일본의 서비스 전달체계의 비교 (Comparison of Service Delivery Systems in Korea and Japan on Drug Addiction)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 약물중독에 대한 서비스 전달체계를 비교하여 한국의 약물중독 대책에 시사점을 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법은 공적자료를 바탕으로 자료를 수집했으며 수집된 자료의 분석은 국가 간 차이법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 한국과 일본은 약물중독 대처에 표면상으로는 유사한 시스템으로 중독자와 그의 가족을 지원하고 있었지만, 차이점 또한 발견되었다. 한국은 약물중독 대처만을 위한 기구가 없으며, 단약이 어렵고 재발이 쉬운 중독임에도 불구하고 지속적인 원조가 미흡하다는 점이 발견되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 제안으로 첫째, 약물중독만을 위한 대처가 필요 둘째, 통합적인 서비스 전달체계 안에서 긴밀하고 상호보완적인 연계 셋째, 치료와 재활에 대한 지속성과 적절성이 필요, 넷째, 예방 교육의 콘텐츠가 필요함을 제언했다.

  • Development of digital information and internet technology causes the changes of technology environments and companies, and the variety of customer needs has been dynamically changed in terms of integrating information system with customer satisfaction. Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations. In addition, the performance of the algorithm developed in this study is evaluated through the case study.

Y세대의 배달앱 선택속성과 결과 (Generation Y's Delivery Apps Choice Attributes and Their Consequences)

  • Purpose - Recently, the mobile application field has been receiving astronomical attention from the past few years due to the growing number of mobile app downloads and withal due to the revenues being engendered. Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.

ebXML TRP 2.0을 위한 MSH (A Message Service Handler for ebXML 2.0)

  • 최근 인터넷을 통한 B2B 전자상거래가 국제적으로 확대됨에 따라 단일화된 전자상거래 표준의 정립이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이에 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS는 국제 단일 전자 시장 형성을 목적으로 ebXML 표준을 채택하였고, 새로운 표준을 따르는 전자상거래 시장에서는 메시징 서비스를 위하여 ebXML 기반 메시지 전송 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 메시징 서비스 제공을 위하여 ebXML 메시지를 생성하고 신뢰성있게 전송하며 관리하는 MSH(Message Service Handler)를 구현하였다. 구현한 MSH는 다양한 시스템 환 경을 지원하며, 단순한 인터페이스로 로컬 환경이나 분산 환경에서 MSH를 쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 또한 장애 발생시 메시지 재전송, 중복 메시지 처리, 확인(Acknowledgement) 메시지 전송 등을 통하여 인터넷 상에서 신뢰성 있는 메시지 전송을 보장한다. 개발된 시스템은 현재 ebXML 등록기/저장소 시스템에 적용되고 있다.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.
