외식프랜차이즈 시스템에서 영역초월행동과 서비스품질의 관계 및 성별의 조절효과 (The relationship between boundary spanning behaviors and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in outdoor-food franchising system)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between boundary spanning behaviors and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 204 employees in outdoor-food franchising system, hierarchical regression analysis showed that service delivery has positive relationships with all service quality factors, and external representation and internal influence have partly positive relationship with them. Gender appeared to have partly moderating effect on the relationship between only internal influence and service quality.

  • 최근 인터넷을 통한 B2B 전자상거래가 국제적으로 확대됨에 따라 단일화된 전자상거래 표준의 정립이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이에 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS는 국제 단일 전자 시장 형성을 목적으로 ebXML 표준을 채택하였고, 새로운 표준을 따르는 전자상거래 시장에서는 메시징 서비스를 위하여 ebXML 기반 메시지 전송 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 메시징 서비스 제공을 위하여 ebXML 메시지를 생성하고 신뢰성있게 전송하며 관리하는 MSH(Message Service Handler)를 구현하였다. 구현한 MSH는 다양한 시스템 환 경을 지원하며, 단순한 인터페이스로 로컬 환경이나 분산 환경에서 MSH를 쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 또한 장애 발생시 메시지 재전송, 중복 메시지 처리, 확인(Acknowledgement) 메시지 전송 등을 통하여 인터넷 상에서 신뢰성 있는 메시지 전송을 보장한다. 개발된 시스템은 현재 ebXML 등록기/저장소 시스템에 적용되고 있다.

개인혁신성과 자기효능감이 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Intention to Use Mobile Delivery Application Services, Depending on Personal Innovativeness and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스에 대한 사용자의 개인적 특성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고 검증하였다. 이를 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 연구모형으로 채택하고, 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 사용자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 먼저, 개인혁신성은 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유희성에, 자기효능감은 인지된 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성은 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인혁신성과 자기효능감은 서비스 이용의도에 유의한 간접효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 향후 모바일 배달 앱 서비스 개발에 있어 사용자의 개인적 특성과 서비스에 대한 인식을 고려한다면, 사용자의 자발적이고 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있음을 시사한다.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

서비스 분야에서 인간공학과 인적오류 연구 (Human Errors and Human Factors in Service Delivery Processes: A Literature Review and Future Works)

  • The aim of this study is to review previous studies on human errors in the service delivery processes. Service industry is sharply growing in the advanced countries. Many people are looking for something to contribute to the service industry. Although there are many research topics related to service domain that human factors and ergonomics specialists can do contribute, a few researchers are studying such topics. This paper indicated how previous researches on human factors and human errors have addressed the service domain, in order to prompt human factor study on the service domain. A variety of sources were inspected for literature reviews, including books and journals of managements, medicine, psychology, consumer behavior as well as human factor and ergonomics. The characteristics of human errors in the service domain were investigated. Human error studies in several service sectors were summarized such as medical service, automotive service operation, travel agent service and call center service. Until now, human factors community was not much interested in human errors in service domain. However, there is much space to contribute to service domain; human error identification, human error analysis and control of human error. The research of human error in service domain can provide clues to improve service quality. This paper helps to guide to identify human error of service domain and to design service systems.

외부 운반 학교급식의 미생물학적 품질 평가 (Assessment of Microbiological Quality of Outsourced School Meals)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide a basic resource for establishment of hygienic management standards for meal delivery from the central kitchen to schools. Flow diagrams for delivery of food were analyzed, and time-temperature conditions of the food and environment were measured. Four different foods samples including Mexican salad, radish salad, stir-fried pork and vegetables, and stir-fried chicken and vegetables were collected after production and before service. Microbiological analysis was performed for aerobic plate counts (APC), Enterobacteriaceae, coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella spp., S. aureus, B. cereus, C. perfringens, and L. monocytogenes. After completion of production of cooked foods 2~3 hours were taken for the cooked foods to reach the temperature danger zone. Food temperatures at the meal service did not meet the recommended temperatures ($10/57^{\circ}C$) for conventional school food service systems. The highest APC counts were observed in radish salad (5.70 log CFU/g), followed by Mexican salad (5.18 log CFU/g). Enterobacteriaceae and coliform counts were within acceptable levels of those recommended by the UK Public Health Laboratory Service. No E. coli or pathogens were found. These results provide useful information for determination of microbiological hazards in school food service systems, and suggest that time-temperature control during delivery is necessary for the safety of cooked foods.

A Genetic Algorithm Based Approach to the Profitable Tour Problem with Pick-up and Delivery

  • As express courier market expands rapidly, companies are exposed to fierce competition. To cope with struggle for their survival, they are continuously making efforts to improve their service system. Even if most of service centers are directly linked to a consolidation terminal in courier service network, some of them with regional disadvantages are operated in milk run type from/to the consolidation terminal, which is a traditional PDP (Pick-up and Delivery Problem). This study suggests an approach to solve the PDP with the objective of maximizing the incremental profit, which belongs to PTP (Profitable Tour Problem) class. After the PTP is converted to TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) with the same objective, a heuristic algorithm based on GA (Genetic Algorithm) is developed and examined through an example problem in practice of a courier service company in Korea.

대학생들의 음식배달대행서비스 인식에 관한 주관성 연구 (A Study on the Subjectivity of University Students' Recognition of Food Delivery Service)

  • 본 연구는 음식점에 직접 고용되지 않은 직원이 제공하는 음식배달대행서비스 행태에 관한 대학생들의 주관적인 의견과 인식의 구조를 유형별로 도출하기 위해 Q-방법을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 설문지를 작성하여 P샘플을 선정하고 분류작업을 거치는 Q-sort를 PC QUANL프로그램을 이용하여 Q요인 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 총 3가지의 유형으로 분류되었다. 제 1유형(N= 7): 효율 추구형, 제 2유형(N= 19): 편익 추구형,〕제3유형〔(N= 6): 가성비 추구형으로 각 각의 유형별로 다른 특징에 기인하여 요인을 명명하였다. 각 유형별 특징은 제 1유형: 소비자와 외식업소 모두에게 효율적인 측면을 인식하는 유형, 제 2유형; 신속, 편리, 유익함의 편익을 제공받는 측면을 인식하는 유형, 제3유형; 인건비 절약에는 기여 하지만 소비자에게 부담가중의 초기 시장에서 가격과 품질 측면을 인식하는 유형으로 나타났다. 분류된 3가지 유형에 따른 음식배달대행서비스 사업의 문제점을 도출하여 발전 방향과 개선방안에 대하여 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

강원도 지역 가임기 여성의 분만서비스 접근성 분석 (The Spatial Accessibility of Women in Childbearing Age for Delivery Services in Gangwon-do)

  • Background: This study purposed to analyze the spatial accessibility of women in childbearing age to the healthcare organizations (HCOs) providing delivery services in Gangwon-do. Methods: Network analysis was applied to assess the spatial accessibility based on the travel time and road travel distance. Travel time and travel distance were measured between the location of HCOs and the centroid of the smallest administrative areas, eup, myeon, and dong in Gangwon-do. Korean Transport Database Center provided road network GIS (Geographic Information System) Database in 2015 and it was used to build the network dataset. Two types of network analysis, service area analysis and origin-destination (OD)-cost matrix analysis, applied to the created network dataset. Service area analysis defined all-accessible areas that are within a specified time, and OD-cost matrix analysis measured the least-cost paths from the HCOs to the centroids. The visualization of the number of the HCOs and the number of women in childbearing age on the Ganwon-do map and network analysis were performed with ArcGIS ver. 10.0 (ESRI, Redlands, CA, USA). Results: Twenty HCOs were providing delivery services in Gangwon-do in 2016. Over 50% of the women in childbearing age were aged more than 35 years. Service area analysis found that 89.56% of Gangwon-do area took less than 60 minutes to reach any types of HCOs. For tertiary hospitals, about 74.37% of Gangwon-do area took more than 60 minutes. Except Wonju-si and Hoengseong-gun, other regions took more than 60 minutes to reach the tertiary hospital. Especially, Goseong-gun, Donghae-si, Samcheok-si, Sokcho-si, Yanggu-gun, Cheorwon-gun, and Taebaek-si took more than 100 minutes to the tertiary hospital. Conclusion: This study provided that the accessibility toward the tertiary hospital was limited and it may cause problems in high-risk delivery patients such as over 35 years. Health policy makers will need to handle the obstetric accessibility issues in Gangwon-do.

인터넷기반 P2P 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 콘텐츠 전송 서비스 시스템에 관한 연구 (Contents Delivery Service System in Internet-based P2P Computing)

  • 웹 컨텐츠의 수가 폭팔적으로 빠르게 증가하고 있고, 대부분의 컨텐츠의 크기는 고정적이지만 증가되는 양은 상당히 유동적이다. 그러므로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 클라이언트/서버 형태의 컨텐츠 전송 시스템은 서버의 의존도, 과부하 등으로 인해 시스템이 마비되는 취약점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인터넷상의 유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 자원의 공유를 목적으로 하는 P2P 컴퓨팅 환경에서 유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하여 사이버 교육 시스템을 구축하는 데 필요한 콘텐츠 전송 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 시스템은 인터넷 전송뿐만 아니라 위성 채널을 통해 콘텐츠를 전송할 수 있도록 시스템을 구현하고 실시간 강의와 비실시간 강의의 콘텐츠를 모두 전송하도록 설계한다.
