This paper introduces a real-time face swapping system that enables video influencers to swap their faces with arbitrary generated face images of their choice. The system is implemented as a Django-based server that uses a REST request to communicate with the generative model, specifically the pretrained stable diffusion model. Once generated, the generated image is displayed on the front page so that the influencer can decide whether to use the generated face or not, by clicking on the accept button on the front page. If they choose to use it, both their face and the generated face are sent to the landmark extraction module to extract the landmarks, which are then used to swap the faces. To minimize the fluctuation of landmarks over time that can cause instability or jitter in the output, a temporal filtering step is added. Furthermore, to increase the processing speed the system works on a reduced set of the extracted landmarks.
Load balancing plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of information management systems during periods of high user access requests; therefore, load balancing approaches should be reasonably selected. Moreover, appropriate load balancing techniques could also result in an appropriate allocation of system resources, improved system service, and economic benefits. Nginx is one of the most widely used loadbalancing software packages, and its deployment is representative of load-balancing application research. This study introduces Nginx into an educational administration system, builds a server cluster, and compares and sets the optimal cluster working strategy based on the characteristics of the system, Furthermore, it increases the stability of the system when user access is highly concurrent and uses the Nginx reverse proxy service function to improve the cluster's ability to resist illegal attacks. Finally, through concurrent access verification, the system cluster construction becomes stable and reliable, which significantly improves the performance of the information system service. This research could inform the selection and application of load-balancing software in information system services.

For securing password-based authentication, a user must select and manage a strong password that has sufficient length and randomness. Unfortunately, however, it is known that many users are likely to choose easy-to-remember weak passwords and very poorly manage them. In this paper, we study a domestic user case of password selection and management. We conducted a survey on 327 domestic users and analyzed their tendency on password creation and update strategies, and also on the password structure and account management. We then analyzed an effect of a server's password creation rule on a structure of a user-chosen password. Our findings include that there are password structures and special characters that users significantly prefer while the effect of server's password creation rule is insignificant.

To perform on-line cyber education, it is indispensable to delivery contents file to participant users. When users' requests occur simultaneously in a shot period, server falls into overload phase. A common to avoid overload is a software solution based on P2P, which does no cost any additional expense. But, in this solution, it yields many problems such as service delay and system failure because of peer self-control. In this paper we propose an efficient load balancing policy based on P2P system. which is the contents delivery system for cyber education system using idle computing power in the proposed solution, we present server selection scheme called P2P-Pattern method, which results in minimum service delay. we can see that our scheme outperforms previous scheme.
Rapid advances in mobile computing and the availability of wireless communications will soon provide mobile users with the ability to access data regardless of the location of the user or of the data. SRA(Static Replica Allocation) that is traditional scheme has been used for the replication method on the server. This replicates the data on the replica server after a moving host has been transferred to the cell. This strategy is simple and can easily relocate data. However, if a mobile user does not exist in the cell, the replicated data can be deleted in order to maintain data consistency. In addition to, if the mobile host leaves from replicated cell, it is difficult to access data in terms of replication route. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method of relocation based on data consistency strategy called USRAC(User Selection Replica Allocation based on Consistency) and also analyzes access cost according to the moving rate of mobile users, according to the access rate of mobile hosts, and according to the number of cells of mobile users and mobile hosts.
This paper proposes a prototype realization of multi-view HD video transport system with synchronized multiplexing over IP networks. The proposed synchronized multiplexing considers the synchronization during video acquisition and the multiplexing for the interactive view-selection during transport. For the synchronized acquisition from multiple HDV camcorders through IEEE 1394 interface, we estimate the timeline differences among MPEG-2 compressed video streams by using global time of network between the cameras and a server and correct timelines of video streams by changing the time stamp of the MPEG-2 system stream. Also, we multiplex a selected number of acquired HD views at the MPEG-2 TS (transport stream) level for the interactive view-selection during transport. Thus, with the proposed synchronized multiplexing scheme, we can display synchronized HD view.

With the increase in a number of access technologies and data rates, a continuous connection among different networks is demand of the future wireless networks. In the last decade, user connectivity among different access networks remained a challenging job. Therefore, in this article, we proposed a user-centric and user-perspective based network selection mechanism for fast handover management in heterogeneous wireless networks. The proposed scheme selects the most appropriate network among available networks on the basis of resources i.e. cost, data rate, and link quality. Initially, we load the Media Independent Information Service (MIIS) with the information of cost and data rate provided by different network operators. Similarly, Mobile Node (MN) is also loaded with the user preferred cost and data rate for different applications. The MN obtains the information of cost and data rate from MIIS server upon a predefined threshold, and make a decision for handover according to its current cost and data rate. Furthermore, we employ an optimal threshold mechanism for initiation of the handover execution phase to minimize false handover indications. The proposed scheme is based on a survey for network selection and its implementation in C programming language to validate its performance and accuracy. The simulation result shows that the proposed scheme performs superior then the schemes present in the current literature.
H.264 SVC(Scalable Video Coding) provides the advantages of low disk storage requirement and high scalability. However, a streaming server or a user terminal has to extract a bit stream from SVC file. This paper proposes a bit stream extraction method which can get the maximum PSNR value while date bit rate does not exceed the available network bandwidth. To do this, this paper obtains the information about extraction points which can get the maximum PSNR value offline and decides the spatial/temporal resolution of a bit stream at run-time. This resolution information along with available network bandwidth is used as the parameters to a bit stream extractor. Through experiment with JSVM reference software, we proved that proposed bit stream extraction method can get a higher PSNR value.
A peer-to-peer web caching has been studied recently as it can reduce the traffic converged on the server side and can support the traditional web caching model. Although the peer-to-peer web caching has the merit of having additional cache space from the local caches of peers without additional infrastructure, several constraints such as dynamic participation and local caching strategy caused by the autonomy of peers in peer-to-peer networks nay limit the performance of the peer-to-peer web caching. To overcome these limitations, we propose an efficient directory-based peer-to-peer web caching system under dynamic participation of peers. In the proposed caching system, we present new peer selection and replica management schemes by introducing the concept of the object lifetime in P2P networks. We evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system through trace-driven simulations with a web log dataset. Simulation results show that the proposed system has higher accuracy and fewer redirection failures than the conventional directory-based P2P web caching system in feasible peer-to-peer networks.

A retaining wall system suitable for a construction project is selected on the basis of subsoil conditions. If the decision-maker selects an improper system, it has a negative effect on the cost and schedule of the construction project. There have been many studies related to the models and processes for selecting optimal retaining wall systems. However, engineers who are not familiar with formal analysis methods could not easily utilize the formal methods proposed by previous studies. In order to overcome this problem, we developed a web-based decision support system called Dr. Underground, which is both physically and technically easily accessible by engineers. Dr. Underground was developed based on a selection method developed from a precedent research project. It was developed using a server-side web language ASP.NET and MS Access as a database. Decision-makers can input data about the building's condition, construction site conditions and adjacent site conditions in this system. Based on the input data, Dr. Underground recommends an optimal retaining wall system for the inputted conditions and provides detail information on the system.
