훼손된 시계열 데이터 분석을 위한 퍼지 시스템 융합 연구 (Fused Fuzzy Logic System for Corrupted Time Series Data Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 노이즈에 의해 훼손된 시계열 데이터의 모델링에 대하여 다룬다. 모델링 기법으로, 논싱글톤 퍼지 시스템을 사용한다. 논싱글톤 퍼지 시스템의 주요특징은 미지의 비선형시스템의 입력이 퍼지값으로 모델링 된다는데 있다. 그러므로 퍼지시스템에 인가되는 학습데이터나 입력데이터 등이 노이즈나 외부 환경에 의해 변형된 경우에 매우 유용하게 적용될 수 있다. 성능비교를 위해 벤치마크 데이터로 잘 알려진 Mackey-Glass 데이터를 사용한다. 이들 데이터 모델링을 통하여 결과를 비교, 분석하여 논싱글톤 퍼지시스템이 잡음에 대하여 보다 강인하고 효율적임을 본 논문에서 보인다.

  • The series and parallel connection is essential for increasing power ratings of resistive type for fault current limiters. To increase voltage class, components are connected in series and to increase current level to the nominal value, they are connected in parallel. There are two ways to connect components in series and parallel. First, connected in series and then the module connects to the parallel. Second, connected in parallel and the module connects to the series. We have studied for the two ways. In this paper, we particularly investigated way to connect components in parallel first This way has the advantage of inducing effective simultaneous quench without any other devices, for example, the thing which is inducing magnetic field to the limiting and shunt resistors. And also we studied for the endurance of component which is patterned to the bi-spiral for prospective fault current. It is very important to understand this, because SFCL will use as the only device to decrease burden of circuit breaker. As experimental results, limiting component patterned to bi-spiral endures fault current up to 30kA and it works well, in parallel to series connection,

다중속성 시계열 데이타베이스의 효율적인 유사 검색 (Efficient Similarity Search in Multi-attribute Time Series Databases)

  • 시계열에 대한 색인 및 검색 연구는 하나의 속성으로 구성된 시계열에 대하여 주로 수행되어 왔다. 그러나 음악, 비디오 등의 멀티미디어 데이타베이스는 다중속성 시계열 데이타베이스에서 유사 검색을 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 기존의 다중속성 시계열 데이타베이스에 대한 연구는 두 다중속성 시퀀스간의 유사도로 속성 간의 거리의 누적을 사용하고 있기에, 개별적인 속성 시퀀스에 대한 정보를 상실하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 속성 시퀀스 측면에서 다중속성 시계열 데이타베이스의 유사검색 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 검색 공간을 효율적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 착오 누락이 없음을 보장한다. 또한 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 성능 향상을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, the control algorithm and control methods for a combined system of shunt passive filter and series active filter in 3-phase 4-wire system are discussed. Moreover, the 3-phase 4-wire system is widely employed in distributing electric energy to several office building and manufacturing plants. In such systems, the third harmonic and odd multiples of $3^{rd}$($9^{th}$, $15^{th}$, etc.) are termed as triple and zero sequence components that do not cancel each other in the system neutral. As a result, the triple harmonics add together creating a primary source of excessive neutral current. Regarding this concern, this paper presents a new control scheme for a series hybrid active system. This series active power filter acts not only as a harmonic compensator but also as a harmonic isolator. Hence the required rating of the series active filter is much smaller than that of a conventional shunt active filter. However, the performance of the combined system is greatly influenced by the filtering algorithm employed in the active power filter. This paper proposes a series active power filter scheme based on performance function. Some experiments was executed and experimental results from a prototype active power filter confirm the suitability of the proposed approach.

직렬 아크 및 코로나 방전의 주파수 스펙트럼 분석 (Frequency Spectrum Analysis of Series Arc and Corona Discharges)

  • In this paper, we analyzed the frequency spectrum of radiated electromagnetic pulses generated by series arc- and corona- discharges as a basic study to develop an on-line diagnostic technique for power facilities installed inside closed-switchboards. To simulate series arc and corona discharges, five types of electrode system which consists of needle and plane electrodes were arranged. The experiment was carried out in an electromagnetic shielding room, and the measurement system consists of an ultra log antenna and an EMI receiver. From the experimental results, the frequency spectrum exists in ranges from 30 MHz to 2 GHz for a series arc discharge and 30 MHz to 1.2 GHz depending on defects for a corona discharge. The peak frequency of the series arc- and corona- discharges were 100 MHz to 160 MHz and 40 MHz to 80 MHz, respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 정수값을 갖는 계수 시계열의 조건부 이차적률인 변동성(volatility)을 다루고 있다. 여러 가지 정수값 GARCH, 즉, INGARCH 모형들을 소개하고 계수 시계열인 국내 풍진발생건수에 적용시켜 보았다. 과산포(over-dispersion)와 영과잉(zero-inflation)현상을 계수 시계열의 변동성 분석 입장에서 살펴보았고 향후 분석 모형으로서 영과잉(zero-inflation) INGARCH 모형인 ZI-INGARCH 모형을 살펴보았다.

테일러급수의 이해에 대한 연구 (A study on understanding of Taylor series)

  • 테일러급수는 대학 전공 수학의 여러 개념을 포함하는 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있다. 이 주제는 미적분학, 해석학, 복소해석학 등의 수학뿐만 아니라 물리학, 공학 등 다른 학문에서도 유용성과 응용성을 가진 강력한 도구이다. 그러나 학생들은 이 주제의 수학적 구조를 제대로 이해하는데 어려움을 느낀다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어떻게 학생들이 테일러급수 수렴을 이해하는지를 알기 위해서 학생들의 수학적 특징을 세 유형으로 분류한다. 그 후에 테일러급수 수렴의 구조적 상(image)을 이용해서 테일러급수 수렴에 대한 이해도를 분석하고 이에 대한 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

Time Series Classification of Cryptocurrency Price Trend Based on a Recurrent LSTM Neural Network

  • In this study, we applied the long short-term memory (LSTM) model to classify the cryptocurrency price time series. We collected historic cryptocurrency price time series data and preprocessed them in order to make them clean for use as train and target data. After such preprocessing, the price time series data were systematically encoded into the three-dimensional price tensor representing the past price changes of cryptocurrencies. We also presented our LSTM model structure as well as how to use such price tensor as input data of the LSTM model. In particular, a grid search-based k-fold cross-validation technique was applied to find the most suitable LSTM model parameters. Lastly, through the comparison of the f1-score values, our study showed that the LSTM model outperforms the gradient boosting model, a general machine learning model known to have relatively good prediction performance, for the time series classification of the cryptocurrency price trend. With the LSTM model, we got a performance improvement of about 7% compared to using the GB model.

Charge-Transfer Complex Formation between Stilbenes and 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanoquinodimethane

  • Formation of intermolecular charge-transfer complexes between 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) and two different series of stilbene derivatives has been studied spectroscopically at $25^{\circ}$C in 1,2-dichloroethane. The compounds of Series I include stilbene and derivatives which have fused phenyl rings on one end of the central ethylene structure and a phenyl ring on the other end. The other Series, II, is comprised of stilbenes which have various para substituents on one of the two phenyl rings. The equilibrium constant, $K_c^{AD}$ and the molar extinction coefficient, ${\varepsilon}_{\lambda}^{AD}$, were determined using the Scott equation. The values of the charge-transfer transition frequency, ${\vu}_AD$ and $K_c{AD}$ correlated well respectively with the ionization potentials of the fused rings of Series Ⅰ or of the compounds of Series II and with the values of ${\sigma}_p$, the Hammett constants of the Series II substituents. trans-4-N,N-Dimethylaminostilbene and trans-4-nitrostilbene were found to be able to participate in electron transfer reaction with TCNQ forming the corresponding anion radical, TCNQ$^-$:

ARIMA 모델을 이용한 수막재배지역 지하수위 시계열 분석 및 미래추세 예측 (Time-series Analysis and Prediction of Future Trends of Groundwater Level in Water Curtain Cultivation Areas Using the ARIMA Model)

  • This study analyzed the impact of greenhouse cultivation area and groundwater level changes due to the water curtain cultivation in the greenhouse complexes. The groundwater observation data in the Miryang study area were used and classified into greenhouse and field cultivation areas to compare the groundwater impact of water curtain cultivation in the greenhouse complex. We identified the characteristics of the groundwater time series data by the terrain of the study area and selected the optimal model through time series analysis. We analyzed the time series data for each terrain's two representative groundwater observation wells. The Seasonal ARIMA model was chosen as the optimal model for riverside well, and for plain and mountain well, the ARIMA model and Seasonal ARIMA model were selected as the optimal model. A suitable prediction model is not limited to one model due to a change in a groundwater level fluctuation pattern caused by a surrounding environment change but may change over time. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically check and revise the optimal model rather than continuously applying one selected ARIMA model. Groundwater forecasting results through time series analysis can be used for sustainable groundwater resource management.
