The purpose of this research was to develop and evaluate a preventive mental health program for the depression among the elderly in community. Based on the review of literature, intervention program for preventing depression among the elderly was developed. In particular, the program focuses on enhancing the sense of control which is from social cognitive theory. The preventive mental health program consists of two parts: Tan-Hak and Social intervention program. Tan-Hak was oriented to cognitive change and activities, while social intervention program dealt with some social skills for relationship, stress management, motivation of social activities (volunteer activities), positive future designing, etc. For the evaluation of this program, we employed depression scale and medical measurement such as hormone test before and after the program, and in-depth interview of subjects. Overall, this program was successful in some points. First, through the pre and post test, this program has positive effect on strengthening the sense of control, and consequently, lowering depression level. Secondly, 18 people started this program called "smile class" at first time, and none of them turned out until the end of the program. This implies that the program was interesting to the elderly.

미 개념은 단정적으로 규정된 개념이 아니라, 새롭게 그 내포와 외연을 확장할 수 있는 유동적 개념이다. 이런 입장에서 미 개념을 자유 개념으로 정의하고자 한다. 자유는 바로 인간의 삶의 의미만큼이나 포괄적이고 전체적이며 유동적인 개념이다. 결국 미는 어떤 한 사람의 확정적인 정의에로 환원될 수 없다. 이런 맥락에서 필자는 칸트의 미학을 반성적 미학으로, 장자의 미학을 실천적 미학으로 특성화하면서 양자 미학의 유사와 차이를 동시에 해명하고자 한다. 양자의 미학의 차이는 칸트가 주관의 반성적 차원을 강조한다면, 장자는 자연 개념을 강조한다는 것에 있다. 그렇다고 양자가 서로 상반적인 미학을 구축한 것은 아니다. 즉 칸트의 미학은 선험적 방법을 사용하고, 장자의 미학은 좌망의 방법을 사용한다는 방법론적 차이에도 불구하고 양자는 다 같이 자유 개념을 미의 본질로 간주한다는 차원에서 공통의 지반 위에 서 있다. 그러나 자유에로 나아가는 방법은 동일하지 않다. 칸트가 무한한 의지의 선험적 자유를 강조한다면, 장자는 자연의 필연성을 인식하고 나의 자유의지의 환상을 자각하면서 자연에 순응할 것을 강조한다. 그러면서도 양자는 자연과 자유의 모순적 관계를 인정하고 동시에 극복을 시도한다. 그러나 자유에로 가는 비법에 관한 한 장자의 미학이 칸트의 미학보다 우위라고 생각된다.

In this paper, the task-oriented optimal configuration in the sense of Velocity and Force manipulability measure of manipulator mounted on ROV is considered. Manipulability is a quantitative measure of manipulator's capability obtained under the limits of joint velocities or torques. The base arrangements and optimal joint configuration of manipulator, that maximize the manipulability measure under the constraints of given task, are investigated. With the two types of base arrangements of manipulator, workspace analysis is carried out to investigate merits and demerits of each arrangement on the view of manipulability measure. To find optimal joint configuration for a given task with each arrangement, the SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) optimization are performed. Weighted linear combination of velocity and force manipulability measure is object function for SQP optimization. The kinematic parameters of Dual Orion manipulator which will be mounted on KORDI ROV are used for simulation.

Purpose: This qualitative study aimed to identify the common, lived experiences of grandmothers who cared for their grandchildren as the primary caregivers. Methods: This study was based on the phenomenological method described by Colaizzi (1978). Results: Seven theme clusters emerged from the data as follows: "grandmother caregivers accept the parenting role of the incessant responsibilities and the distrust of non-kin caregivers.", "grandmother caregivers have a double maternal roles; an instrument-oriented maternal role to their own child and relationship-oriented maternal role to their grandchild.", "grandmother caregivers are partially authorized to make decisions in the matters of their grandchild.", "grandmother caregivers suffer a deterioration in their health by an acceleration of the aging process.", "caregiving causes grandmother caregivers to feel a sense of social isolation, and persue various coping strategies to control this feeling.", "grandmother caregivers have a greater feeling of self-esteem, but they often conflict with their adult children if they don't feel appreciated by them.", "grandmother caregivers have limited social support and their health issues are often overlooked in the family context.' Conclusion: The results of this study can guide nurses and health care workers to understand the experiences of grandmother caregivers and to implement individualized nursing interventions suited for them.

From a social psychological perspective, Make-up is an tool for run a lot smoother and perform communication efficiently. Many people give a turn to hair color through dyeing form due to yearning to change individual image through the image which the color is having. This paper study how make-up behavior, hair color and self-consciousness will affect the Level of Expected social-psychological effect of College Girl Students. In the sense of make-up behavior, according to result, a group of make-up behavior of self-satisfaction-oriented the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of make-up behavior of tradition-oriented. Hair colors doesn't seem to be having much effect on the level of expected social- psychological effect, but have been shown to influence make-up behavior and self-consciousness. On the self-consciousness, a group of high self-consciousness the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of low or fair self-consciousness. They doesn't have much effect passive expected effect as 'complement of self insufficiency' or 'a person consciousness' But they are affect active expected effect as 'the pleasure of change' and 'positive ascent'.

The purpose of this study was to draw application elements of housing interior design according to user-oriented sensibility types. The sensibility evaluation experiments were conducted to target the general user 118 people using the sensibility evaluation tool for housing interior space. The results of the analysis were as: To produce the 'cozy' space, the colors and materials giving soft and natural feeling should be used. For the 'practical' space, type of ceiling and window that give the visually open feeling, the user-oriented furniture arrangement that allows using the space efficiently. For the 'cheerful' space, the simple and natural effects should be produced by using closed space that stable. For the 'traditional' space, the natural fishing material having rough texture should be used. For the 'unique' space, the space contained the dynamic feeling by the diagonal or vertical line and the graphic expression in the wall. For the 'congenial' emotional space, basic is the symmetric, stable and simple space. On the other hand, for the material, small size, natural texture or typical and soft materials should be used. For the 'sensuous' space, the dynamic and vertical sense of space should be expressed by the type of ceiling. The most important elements for the space of 'gorgeous' sensibility, is the color.

이 연구는 마음그램을 활용한 인성교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초적인 틀과 방향을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. '마음그램'이란 기존의 분석심리학 및 유식학의 마음구조를 기반으로 인간의 마음을 네 가지 마음자리(탐닉형, 분노형, 경쟁형, 이기심형)로 유형화하고, 이를 위한 인성교육의 단계적 구조를 알기 쉽게 도식화한 것을 말한다. 마음유형별 프로그램의 설계는 세 단계로 구성된다. 첫 번째 단계는 관찰을 통해 자아의식의 원인을 자각하는 '발견'의 단계이며, 두 번째는 부정적인 욕구를 긍정적인 욕구로 조절하는 학습과정인 '전환'단계, 세 번째는 공동체의식의 함양을 목표로 하는 타자와의 '관계'지향의 단계이다.

A flue-cured tobacco variety (Nicotiana tabacum cv. Wisconsin) was used for Plant transformation with the complementary DNA (cDNA) of potato virus Y-necrosis strain (PVY-VN) replicase gone (Nb) which was synthesized through reverse-transcription Primed with oligo(dT) and Polymerization using RNase H-digested template. The cDNA was cloned into Plant expression vector Plasmid (PMBP2), and introduced into tobacco plants by co-culturing tobacco leaf disks with Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 containing the plasmid before Plant regeneration. Eight Plants, in which the inserted cDNA fragment was detected by Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), out of 70 putative transformants inserted with sense-oriented Mb cDNA showed no symptom at 3 weeks after inoculation, while the other 62 plants, and all plants with vector gone only and antisense-oriented NIb cDNA had susceptible vein-necrosis symptoms. However, only 2 of the 8 resistant plants were highly resistant, which remained symptomless up to 10 weeks after inoculation. Among the first progenies (T1) from self-fertilized seeds of the two resistant transgenic plants, less than 10 % of 71 plants appeared highly resistant (with no symptom), 70% moderately resistant (with mild symptoms on 1 - 2 leaves), and about 20% susceptible (with susceptible symptoms on 3 or more leaves) at 3 weeks after inoculation. These results suggest that the PVY resistance was inherited in the 71 generation. Key words : potato virus Y. viral replicase gene, transgenic tobacco Plants, resistance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the noble eight fold oriented meditation activities(NEFOM) interacts with young children's development of morality and sociability. This research has 56 participants aged 5 with a control group of 28 young children and another group with 28 kids. The instrument is a meditation program consisted with 10 training sessions; the noble eight fold was intensively applied and encouraged the participants to think of the behaviors that are desired in this theoretical framework. For the purpose, the research questions are as follows: First, are there effects of NEFOM on the morality of preschoolers. Second, are there effects of NEFOM on the sociality of preschooler. Main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, NEFOM can improve preschoolers' morality in a sense of making a decision based upon its right and wrong in intentions, rather than immediate gain and loss as a consequence of their actions. Second, NEFOM can facilitate sociability by providing some opportunities to feel joy, happiness, tranquility, and hopeful emotions, instead of negative feelings of depression, stress, and aggressiveness. Furthermore, it can suggest concrete behavioral directions for them. To summarize, the meditation activities designed by the eight principles of the noble eight fold have strong educational potential to facilitate seeking the foundations of mindsets and thus have positive impacts on young children's morality and sociability by encouraging them to think through the principles and concrete directions for the behaviors.

This study aims to improve plans by analyzing spatial compositions of cohousing common houses, their role depending on the types of users and spaces, and satisfaction from the user-oriented design perspective. For this study, a basic concept was examined based on previous studies and literature reviews. So-Haeng-Ju(Happy House with Communication) Houses 1, 2, and 3 in Seongmisan Village was analyzed. As well, interviews with residents of these houses were conducted to analyze the role of user behavior in common house depending on the types of users and spaces. As a result, it was found that there were common characteristics of roles in an exchange with neighbors, cooperative child-care, and residents' meetings. The time and behavioral types were different depending on the living patterns, characteristics, and family members of residents. User satisfaction with the locations of community facilities including communal kitchen and communal living room, the composition of rooms, communication with residents, and the connection between communal living space and personal living space, was above the average. However, user satisfaction with storage facilities, or defect repair and facility maintenance was low. Most of cohousing common house users were satisfied with the use and size of spaces, and a sense of community, including communication with neighbors beyond the environment and Seongmisan Village. In conclusion, a realistic alternative is required for future cohousing by developing a system regarding human resources networks and cost bearing issues.
