According to the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) report, the suicide rate of senior citizens has been high since 2009 due to lower social participation compared to their youth and depression. As entering the Information Era, it became easier to form and expand relationships due to the influence of online community sites. However, it is difficult to use these community sites for the elderly because they lack accessiblity for seniors. In this paper, we describe the content of community mobile apps for senior citizens' social solitude and participation in information society. We also, analyze why community sites are difficult to use, and suggest community mobile app interfaces and content considering physical and cognitive conditions, focusing on user scenarios based on PACMAD, one of the user assessment models. This will serve as the basis for encouraging the elderly to participate in the information society.

Health promotion is essential for overcoming the low health longevity of senior citizens preparing for aging population. Therefore, the lower body strengthening exercise to prevent falls is crucial to prevent a fall in the number of deaths of senior citizens. In this game model, the elderly are aiming at home training contents that can be found to feel that the elderly are going out of walk and exercising in the natural environment. To achieve this, Kinect extracts a specific bone model provided by the Kinect Sensor to generate the feature vectors and recognizes the movements and motion of the user.

This study aims to develop a face-to-face & non-face-to-face convergence tea culture therapy program for elderly people experiencing CORONA 19 pandemic anxiety and digital alienation, and apply the program to eight senior citizens aged 70 or older who use the K Senior Citizens' Day Care Center in P City to verify its effectiveness. Anxiety among elderly people experiencing coronavirus anxiety was 3.02 (SD 0.25) before participating in the program and 2.79 (SD 0.15), indicating a significant difference between before and after participating in the program (Z=4.245, P=.004) Based on this analysis, we present practical suggestions for the expansion of face-to-face & non-face-to-face convergence tea culture therapy programs to alleviate anxiety among elderly people who experience CORONA 19 pandemic anxiety.

Korea is currently an aging society with a population of about 15 percent over the age of 65. Accordingly, the government is currently working on a number of measures. However, the problem that is rapidly increasing rather than decreasing is the traffic accident of the elderly. It has increased so much that we can check it out in multiple media right away. An average of 110 elderly people die or are injured in traffic accidents a day, or about 40,000 a year. The National Police Agency reported a 25 percent increase in elderly traffic accidents from five years ago. This paper analyzes traffic accidents of senior citizens through the Big Data analysis and R programming language to present the main causes of traffic accidents of senior citizens and areas where measures are needed to prevent them.

To identify the relationship between leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of sports instructor for elderly, this study conducted a research on 199 exercise sports instructors for elderly working at 6 sports centers located in 6 regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. The research results were as follows. First, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the organizational commitment. Secondly, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Above results showed that leadership of sports instructor for elderly is an important factor that enhances organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus, it is necessary to provide leadership education on sports instructors to develop upright character and capability. This would result in promoting elderly's participation in sports for all, enhancing pleasure, and continuing healthy life in old age. Furthermore, the role of such sports instructors would enhance the quality of life for elderly.

The Delivery Companies are Facing the Difficulty in their Delivery Services due to the Continuously Increasing Delivery Demand and Insufficient Supply of Delivery Persons to Satisfy the Demand. In Such Circumstances, the Delivery Companies have been Implementing the CSV Service by Introducing the Senior Parcel Delivery Service Creating Jobs for Senior Citizens. This Paper Investigated the Impact of the Quality of Senior Parcel Delivery Service, CSV Activities, and Individual Characteristic Factors of Consumers on the Customers' Confidence and Intention to Use the Delivery Service of Delivery Companies. For the Empirical Analysis, the Online/Offline Questionnaire Survey was Executed with the Individuals who used the Delivery Service and 216 Samples were Finally Selected for Empirical Analysis. In Accordance with the Analysis Results, the Speed, the Quality of Senior Parcel Delivery Service, had Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence, but Safety had no Significant Impact on it. Next, the Sincerity of CSV Activity by Senior Parcel Delivery Service Companies Showed the Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence. However, the Adequacy of CSV Activity had No Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence. Furthermore, the Consumption Value and Ethical Consumption Propensity, the Individual Features of Consumers, Demonstrated the Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence and also on the Customers' Confidence on and their Intention to use Senior Parcel Delivery Service Companies.

Urban rivers and their surrounding environments have been altered due to factors such as rapid economic growth and urban development. This alteration have caused the rivers to lose their original value and become exposed to various pollution, resulting decrease in citizens' quality of life. This study aims to estimate citizens' Willingness To Pay (WTP) for water quality improvement in Suyeong River in Busan. To estimate the non-market value of the Suyeong River, the WTP of Busan citizens for water quality improvement was estimated, applying Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The WTP for improving the water quality from Grade 4(polluted water) to Grade 2(game fish like bass can live in it) was estimated using the water quality ladder concept of the US Environmental Protection Agency, assuming annual donations for five years. For the CVM, the logistic distribution and Spike Model were adopted. As a result, citizens residing in the surrounding area of Suyeong River expressed a higher WTP. Considering more than half of the Busan citizens are aware of the "conservation of nature and ecosystems" as a major function of the Suyeong River, this higher WTP could serve as a basis for improving the value of urban rivers.

As the living standard of citizens are improving and the demand for the quality of life is increasing, the demand for the facilities of welfare and convenience for varied ages rises. Besides, our residential environment is faced with the need for changing into the environment of integrated function of living, which holds health, leisure, culture, education, welfare, etc. Considering the present reality requiring the augment of welfare facilities due to our aging society, community integrated facilities are needed, which can contain welfare service for home-living citizens within residential circle and can accept diverse needs of residents. Accordingly, the study began in order to suggest a better direction for community integrated facilities' plan that considers all age brackets for aging society. The study is to figure out way of thinking what community space of 3 age cluster middle-age in the 30s~40s, preparatory senior citizen in the 50s and old age brackets in the 60s~70s. As methods for attaining the aim of this study, surveys of documents and questionnaire survey were simultaneously used. The result of the study, investigating the importance of a community among the members in the residential complex, showed that all the age groups have highly perceived its importance. All the age groups responded that leisure are important to the elderly. It indicates that importance of their social relations are within the residential environment and it proves that there is lack of facilities for leisure activities of residents in apartment house.

Warning phase of disaster is a critical period in determining the likely survival of threatened citizens. Elderly requires special attention primarily because they tend to be uncompliant and less likely to cooperate with authorities. But there is much less research on how elderly respond to disaster warnings, while there is a strong consistent empirical literature on older citizen in the recovery periods of disaster. The purpose of this study is to examine coping behavior of elderly when they are at risk of disaster. Data were collected from 130 senior citizens aged over 60 who are residing in Pyungchang and Injae in Kangwon province which had damaged due to heavy rain in 2006. Perry & Lindell(1997)'s index, a series of six categories that represent coping behaviors which progressively approximate the action of evacuating was used : do nothing(1), check environmental cues for evidence of a threat(2), engage in threat-specific property protection(3), engage in protective action for personal safety(4), prepare to evacuate(5), evacuate the areas as instructed in the warning(6). Almost respondents(69.2%) chose the level 6(51.5%) and level 5(17.7%). This proves the elderly are not uncompliant or uncooperative population. Furthermore, this finding emphasizes the importance of public warning in case of disasters. And 13.8% of total respondent checked level 1 for their reaction.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the innovation characteristics that AI Elderly Care Robots have on elderly consumers and to verify the acceptance or mediated resistance by the elderly of the innovation characteristics. Research was conducted throughout this study of the characteristics of the elderly so that the study results could contribute to the improvement of the quality and manufacture of AI Elderly Care Robots by lowering the psychological resistance of the elderly. Survey questions were answered by senior citizens aged 65 and older. The SPSS25 and AMOS22 programs were used for analysis. The analysis confirmed that innovation resistance has a significant mediated effect on the characteristics of elderly consumers and their willingness to accept the innovation characteristics of the AI Elderly Care Robots. Through this study, Ram's innovation resistance model has been verified empirically and it is estimated that by considering the specificities of elderly consumers and using the information to contribute to the development and modification of AI Elderly Care Robots will increase the willingness of the elderly to accept the innovation characteristics of the AI Elderly Care Robots.
