본 연구의 목적은 직장암 남성들이 경험하는 성생활을 파악하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 직장암으로 치료를 받고 있는 8명의 남성으로, 반 구조화된 질문을 통한 면담내용을 Downe-Wamboldt의 내용분석 방법(8단계)으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 3개의 범주와 9개의 하위범주가 도출되었다: 신체적 어려움, 심리적 어려움, 상호역할적 어려움. 이와 같이, 직장암으로 치료를 받는 남성들은 성과 관련된 신체적, 심리적, 상호역할적 어려움을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 직장암 남성들이 경험하는 성과 관련된 경험을 드러내 주었다는데 의의가 있으며 추후 성 관련 프로그램 개발에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, a miniaturized stage with two prismatic-prismatic joints (2-PP) type parallel compliant mechanism driven by piezo actuators is proposed. This stage consists of two layers which are a motion guide layer and an actuation layer. The motion guide layer has 2-PP type parallel compliant mechanism to guide two translational motions, whereas the actuation layer has two leverage type amplification mechanisms and two piezo actuators to generate forces. Since the volume of the stage is too small to mount displacement sensors, the piezo actuators embedding strain gauge sensors are chosen. With the strain gauge-embedded piezo actuators, a semi-control is implemented, which results in hysteresis compensation of the stage. As the results, the operating range of $30{\mu}m$, the resolution of 20 nm, and the bandwidth of 400 Hz in each axis were obtained in the experiments.

Utilizing Sb-based bulk epilayers on large-scale low-cost substrates such as GaAs for fabricating infrared (IR) photodetectors is presently attracting significant attention worldwide. For this study, three sample series of $GaAs_xSb_{1-x}$, $In_{1-x}Ga_xSb$, and $InAs_xSb_{1-x}$ with different compositions were grown on semi-insulating GaAs substrates by using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and appropriate InAs quantum dots (QDs) as a defect-reduction buffer layer. Photoluminescence (PL) signals from these samples were observed over a wide IR wavelength range from $2{\mu}m$ to $12{\mu}m$ in agreement with the expected bandgap, including bowing effects. In particular, interband PL signals from $InAs_xSb_{1-x}$ and $In_{1-x}Ga_xSb$ samples even at room temperature show promising potential for IR photodetector applications.

The finite strip transition matrix technique, a semi analytical method, is employed to obtain the buckling loads and the natural frequencies of symmetric cross-ply laminated composite plates with edges elastically restrained against both translation and rotation. To illustrate the accuracy and the validation of the method several example of cross play laminated composite plates were analyzed. The buckling loads and the frequency parameters are presented and compared with available results in the literature. The convergence study and the excellent agreement with known results show the reliability of the purposed technique.

Semi-open을 기초로 하여 만들어진 S-closed 공간의 일반적인 성질을 살펴보고 S-closed 공간과 (maximum) filterbase와의 관계를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 regular closed된 cover C, regular open set인 족(族) C, rc-accumulation, (maximum) filterbase에서의 관계(關係)를 살펴 보았다. Mapping theory에서 almost-open almost-continuous map f가 almost continuous되는 것을 보였다.

Precipitation measurement with ground-based radar needs an information of the raindrop size distribution (RSD) characteristics. A 10-month dataset was collected in tropical Atlantic coastal zone of northeastern Brazil where the weather radar was installed. The number of drop was mainly recorded in 300 - 500 drop $mm^{-3}$, of which the maximum was registered around 1.1 mm drop diameter.

In this article, we discussed semi-analytical approximated methods for solving mixed Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations, namely: Adomian decomposition method and modified Adomian decomposition method. Moreover, we prove the uniqueness results and convergence of the techniques. Finally, an example is included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed techniques.

In this work, a recently developed semi-analytic technique, so called the residual power series method, is generalized to process higher-dimensional linear and nonlinear partial differential equations. The solutions obtained takes a form of an infinite power series which can, in turn, be expressed in a closed exact form. The results reveal that the proposed generalization is very effective, convenient and simple. This is achieved by handling the (m+1)-dimensional Burgers equation.

In this study, the experiments for surface enhancement of silver surfaces were done, where we checked the characteristics of silver surfaces made by Tollen's method. The surface enhancement of Quinoline was analyzed by three kind of silver mirror substrates. The assignments of the vibrational bands shown in SERS spectra are given based on both literature and the semi-empirical calculations at the PM3 methods. Finally, we deduced that the adsorption orientation of quinoline was little tilted flat to the silver mirror surfaces by using of the surface selection rules.
