사상체질별 7대 건강행위와 주관적 건강상태의 연관성 (The Association between Seven Health Practices and Self Rated Health by Sasang Constitution)

  • The purpose of this study aimed to know the association between seven health practices and self rated health by Sasang constitution. We recruited 367 subjects aged from 30 to 59. KS 15 questionnaire was used to classify Sasang constitution and visual analogue scale was used to estimate self rated health. Chi-square test was used to know the difference of occupation distribution by Sasang constitution. Anova test, T-test and Chi-square test also used to analyze the difference of self rated health between the health practice group and non-health group in individual Sasang constitution. SPSS 21.0K was used and significant p was <.05. Regular morning meal, non-snaking, good sleeping and sufficient exercise had higher self rated health score (p<.05). Regular morning meal, good sleeping and sufficient exercise had higher score in Tae-eumin (p<.05). Good sleeping had higher self rated health score in Soeumin and Soyangin (p<.05). These results suggest there is possibility that health practices for health promotion could be different according to Sasang constitution.

Employing Laccase-Producing Aspergillus sydowii NYKA 510 as a Cathodic Biocatalyst in Self-Sufficient Lighting Microbial Fuel Cell

  • In the present work, we isolated and identified Aspergillus sydowii NYKA 510 as the most potent laccase producer. Its medium constituents were optimized to produce the highest possible amount of laccase, which was after 7 days at 31℃ and pH 5.2. Banana peel and peptone excelled in inducing laccase production at concentrations of 15.1 and 2.60 g/l, respectively. Addition of copper sulfate elevated enzyme yield to 145%. The fungus was employed in a microbial fuel cell (MFC). The best performance was obtained at 2000 Ω achieving 0.76 V, 380 mAm-2, 160 mWm-2, and 0.4 W. A project to design a self-sufficient lighting unit was implemented by employing a system of 2 sets of 4 MFCs each, connected in series, for electricity generation. A scanning electron microscopy image of A. sydowii NYKA 510 was utilized in algorithmic form generation equations for the design. The mixed patterning and patterned customized mass approach were developed by the authors and chosen for application in the design.

말레이시아 농산물 수출입 동향 (The Export-import Trends of Agricultural Products in Malaysia)

  • To strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural sector of the Korea, the direction of market trends on agriculture of the Malaysia was reviewed. The most dominating agricultural area in value is palm oil products, and forest products, sea products poultry products and rubber products is in order. The cultivated area of highest two top plants, oil palm and rubber, was about 4.4 million hectares in 2005, but it is decreasing year by year. Comparatively, rice field, pine apple and fruits tree cultivating area is increasing in tendency by the year. Among all the agricultural products, those items such as pork meat, poultry, egg were self-sufficient, rice, fruits, vegetables and sea products were about 70 to 80% self-sufficient, and beef meat, goat meat and milk were below 20% self-sufficient. Most of the grains, such as wheat, rice, barley, corn etc. and their processed food were imported. Also, temperate fruits such as apple, pear, and water cultivated as well as sprouting vegetables are imported. Ornamental products as cutting flowers and orchids are exported to mainly to the Singapore, but high quality temperate fruits and vegetables are imported from Australia. Oil palm exportation covers the balance of the other items imported and obtaining the foreign money as well in Malaysia.

ON SELF-RECIPROCAL POLYNOMIALS AT A POINT ON THE UNIT CIRCLE

  • Given two integral self-reciprocal polynomials having the same modulus at a point $z_0$ on the unit circle, we show that the minimal polynomial of $z_0$ is also self-reciprocal and it divides an explicit integral self-reciprocal polynomial. Moreover, for any two integral self-reciprocal polynomials, we give a sufficient condition for the existence of a point $z_0$ on the unit circle such that the two polynomials have the same modulus at $z_0$.

에너지자립형 태양열 주택의 설계 및 시공 방법 체크리스트 수립 연구 (Design Checklist for Self-sufficient Zero Energy Solar House(ZeSH))

  • Most of solar system dissemination has been focused on domestic hot water system of which utilization to a building is relatively simple and safe than solar heating system. Through the survey on a cause of solar house dissemination failure in Korea, we conclude that design integration and systematic approach method for technology application are the most important element for a successful solar house. KIER(Korea Institute of Energy Research) and Hanbat National University have started new project on a development of Zero energy Solar House, called ZeSH which can be sustained just by natural energy without the support of existing fossil fuel. This is the 1st phase research of 10 years long-term ZeSH plan which develops a low-cost and $100\%$ self sufficient ZeSH. The goal of 1st phase ZeSH research is to get a $70\%$ self sufficiency only in thermal loads. Actual demonstration house, named KIER ZeSH I was designed and constructed as a result of 1st phase research work in the end of 2002. Various innovative technologies such as super insulation, high performance window, passive and active solar systems, ventilation heat recovery system are applied and evaluated to the KIER ZeSH I. A lot of computer simulations had been conducted for the optimal design and system integration in every design steps. Considering all the results from detailed hourly computer simulation, it is expected that at least $70\%$ self-sufficiency in thermal loads which is 1st phase target value can be excessively achieved in actual demonstration house. Besides, many valuable findings from the design and analysis to construction could be established such as collaboration method among the participants, practical design and construction techniques for system integration and the others. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the main findings through the development of KIER ZeSH I project. Practical guidelines in every design step for new low- or zero- energy solar house is proposed as result.

자활사업 참여자의 조직헌신이 정서적 자활에 미치는 영향 및 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Organizational Devotion and Moderating Effect of Economic Stress on Emotional Self-Sufficiency among the Participants of Self-Sufficiency Program)

  • 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활과 조직헌신의 관계를 분석하고 동시에 이들이 경험하는 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과를 검증하여 향후 국내 자활사업에 대한 실천적 함의를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2012년 11월 대구광역시 자활근로사업 참여자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사자료를 활용하였으며 698명이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 변수간의 인과관계 및 조절효과 검증을 위해 다중선형회귀분석방법(Multiple Linear Regression Analysis)을 적용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 자활사업단에 소속된 자활참여자의 조직헌신 정도가 높을수록 정서적 자활 역시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직헌신과 정서적 자활간의 관계에서 참여자들이 인식하는 경제적 스트레스 정도가 조절변수(moderating variable)로 기능하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 비춰본다면 향후 국내 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활 향상을 위해서는 공동체의식교육 이외에 경제적 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 정책적 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활에 대한 조직헌신과 경제적 스트레스 효과를 검증함으로써 향후 자활사업의 효과성 제고를 위한 실천적 개입의 기초자료를 제공해준다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • In the single-input and single-output system, the parameter of plant is scalar polynomial, but in the multiple input and multiple output, it accompanies, being matrix polynomial, the consideration of observable controlability index or problems non-commutation in matrix polynomial as well as degree, and it is more complex to deal with. Therefore, it is thought that a full research on the single-input and single-output system is not sufficient. This paper proposes that problems of minimum variance self-tuning regulator by using numerical calculation example of multivariable system and pole assignment self-tuning regulator.
