한부모가족의 건강성 관련 특성과 변인에 관한 연구 (The Characteristics of Single-Parent Family Strengths and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the strengths of single-parent families and the related variables based on the family strength approach. The major findings were as follows. First, good communication, family bond, children's adjustment and coping ability were characteristics of single-parent family strengths. Secondly, strengths of single-parent family were related to income and period of becoming a single-parent family. Thirdly, single parents who had a higher level of personal resources such as high self-esteem and economic stability perceived a higher level of family strengths. Fourth, single parents who had a higher level of social support perceived a higher level of family strength. Fifth, there was no interaction effect between personal resource and social resource on single-parent family strengths. Last, both personal and social resources had effects on the strength of single- parent family. Especially personal resource and self-esteem were the most important variables and had a strong influence on single-parent family strengths. The results of this study have important implications for theory, research and practice. Research on the strengths of the Korean single-parent family is new and more extensive investigation is required.

결혼이주여성의 생식건강행위 영향요인 : 계획된 행위이론의 적용 (Influencing Factors of Reproductive Health Behavior in Married Immigrant Women : Application of Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the reproductive health behavior of married immigrant women (MIW). Methods: A cross-sectional based survey was conducted. The data were collected using a self-reporting questionnaire of MIW who lived in cities and provinces. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: A total of 141 subjects participated in the study (mean age, $34.23{\pm}6.53$). Of the participants, 45.4% were Vietnamese. The reproductive health behavior score of the subjects was $4.09{\pm}0.51$. The reproductive health behavior showed positive correlations with attitude (r=.37, p<.001), perceived behavioral control (r=.35, p<.001) and intent (r=.33, p<.001). The factors influencing the reproductive health behavior were attitude toward the reproductive health behavior (${\beta}=.24$, p=.005), perceived behavioral control (${\beta}=.18$ p=.046), experience of breast feeding (${\beta}=.20$, p=.014), and the self-evaluated Korean listening ability (${\beta}=.18$, p=.019). These variables explained 29% of the variance in the reproductive health behavior. Conclusion: According to the above results, a specific educational program for MIW is needed to increase their reproductive health behavior.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the soundness of homelife and the stress of home management perceived by housewives living in Seoul as well as to investigate how the soundness of home life affects the stress of home management. In total, 914 housewives were studied to serve as a data sources. The major result are as follows : 1. Communication variables huts the strongest effect on the soundness of home life. 2. Wife's self-actualization influences the soundness of home life and home management stress. 3. Wife's internal-external control has an positive effect on the soundness of home life and home management stress. 4. The soundness of home management variables-family unification, time, psychological health, human ability, physical health should be developed as human capital.

고등학생이 지각한 수학 수업방식이 수학자기효능감에 미치는 영향력에 대한 유형탐색: REBUS-PLS를 적용하여 (Detecting types for the influence of math teaching methods perceived by high school students on math self-efficacy: Using REBUS-PLS)

  • 본 연구는 「경기교육종단연구(GEPS)」의 2019년 고등학교 2학년 자료를 이용하여 학습자가 지각한 수학 수업방식(교수자중심, 학습자중심)이 수학자기효능감에 미치는 영향력에 대한 이질적 잠재집단을 탐색하였다. 탐지된 잠재집단의 특징을 프로파일링하기 위해 교수·학습 관련 변인들의 분포를 확인하고, 구조방정식모형을 설정하여 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 두 개의 잠재집단이 탐지되었으며, 그 특성에 따라 교수자형 집단과 학습자형 집단으로 명명하였다. 탐지된 교수자형과 학습자형 집단에서 교수자중심수업에 대한 지각과 학습자중심수업에 대한 지각, 그리고 수학교수능력에 대한 인식은 분포가 유사하였지만, 수학자기효능감과 수학흥미, 수학수업참여의 경우 교수자형 집단이 학습자형에 비해 높게 나타났다. 또한 교수자형 집단은 학습자형에 비해 수학교수능력에 대한 인식이 수학자기효능감과 수학수업참여에 미치는 영향이 크게 나타났으며, 학습자형 집단은 교수자형에 비해 수학흥미가 수학자기효능감과 수학수업참여에 미치는 영향이 크게 나타났다. 본 연구는 경로모형기반의 단위 분할 탐색 REBUS-PLS 방법을 적용함으로써 수학 수업방식이 학습자에게 미치는 영향력에 관한 새로운 연구방법을 제시하였다.

간호대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 문제해결능력 및 취업스트레스가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy, Problem Solving Ability and Job-seeking Stress on Nursing Students' Career Maturity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 S시에 소재하는 2개 대학교 간호학과 학생 230명에게 구조화된 설문지로 2017년 10월 20일부터 11월 10일까지 자료 수집을 하였다. SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 진로성숙도의 차이는 성별(t=2.117, p=.035), 연령(t=-2.572, p=.011), 학년별(F=4.716, p=.010), 대학 입학 당시 학력(t=-2.695, p=.008), 성적(F=11.127, p<.001)과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 진로성숙도는 진로결정자기효능감(r=.585, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.407, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있었으며, 취업스트레스(r=-.424, p<.001)와는 유의한 음의 상관관계에 있었다. 다중회귀분석으로 간호대학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 진로결정자기효능감과 문제해결능력, 취업스트레스임을 확인하였고, 이들 변수의 진로성숙도에 대한 설명력은 42.8%이었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 간호대학생의 진로성숙도 증진을 위해 간호학 고유의 전문직관에 대한 이해도를 높여 전공에 관한 자신감을 고취시키고 직업적 발달 과업에 대한 준비도를 향상시킬 수 있는 중재 교육프로그램 개발 및 검증이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees' psychological empowerment on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the intention of changing an occupation, and then to suggest the ideal ways to improve productivity through human resource management and to get competitive advantages for efficient management. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we performed both literature review and empirical research. There are conclusions to investigate psychological empowerment about employees in family restaurants. First, self-determination ability, competence and the influential power of which components of empowerment employees perceived affect job satisfaction significantly. In other words, empowered people feel job satisfaction and commit to their organizations. In the relation between empowerment and organizational commitment, influential power and roles affect them significantly, but self-determination ability and the meaning do not. Next, job satisfaction significantly affects organizational commitment and the intention of changing jobs, but organizational commitment doesn't affect the intention of changing jobs significantly. Finally, we suggest some implications about the management of family restaurants based on the results of this study.

지역기관을 활용한 중·고등학교 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (A Study on Development and Application of STEAM Program for Middle and High School Students using Local Institution(KAIST))

  • With the 4th Industrial Revolution, educational change is required to cultivate the ability to adapt in the rapidly changing future. Accordingly, the importance of nurturing convergent talents to create new values using the humanities imagination, science and technology creativity, and engineering problem solving ability has emerged. The purpose of this study is to develop STEAM education program with Daedeok R&D Zone and KAIST resources for middle school and high school level. With this program, we investigated the effectivenss of STEAM education on creative problem solving ability, self-efficacy and the perception of STEAM education with pre-test and poste-test model. For this study, 91 students(46 middle school, 45 high school) participated in STEAM education program. As a result student participated in the STEAM program improved the creative problem-solving ability and students' interest in math and science. Also, students perceived STEAM program provided benefits of science-related career information. The suggestions were discussed based on the results.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the health concept of college women and their pattern of health behavior, The research was a descriptive method using a self-report questionaire which include open-ended questions. The subjects were 195 college women ages from 19 to 25 years. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Perceived health concepts by college women were physical well-being, powerfulness, ability of role performance, ability of social adaptation. emotional stability, satisfactory life, harmony. 2. Health behaviors cleanliness by college women were : taking food selectively, maintaining cleanliness, making an effort to be healthy, avoiding stimulents. living positively, relaxing physically, endeavoring to maintain physical function.

남자대학생의 성 경험 유무에 따라 콘돔사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 예측요인 (Predictors of Condom Use Intentions according to Experience of Sexual Intercourse in Male College Students)

  • Purpose: To promote condom use for young men, there is necessary to meet their varying needs for condom. The purpose of this study was to examine what predicts condom use intention according to experience of sexual intercourse among Korean male college students. The conceptual framework for the study was the theory of planned behavior and the health belief model. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was used with self-report questionnaires, which were completed by 399 subjects. Logistic regression analysis was done to examine predictors of condom use intentions according to experience of sexual intercourse. Results: The susceptibility to sexual transmitted diseases/ Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (STDs/AIDS) and pregnancy and benefits from condom use were significant predictors of condom use intentions in the non-experienced group. The significant predictors of condom use intention for the experienced group were barriers to condom use and condom use self-efficacy. Conclusion: These findings suggest that sex education program should be developed to overcome barriers to condom use, enhance condom use self-efficacy, and maximize the benefits from condom use as well as increase the perceived susceptibility to STDs/AIDS and pregnancy. To enhance condom use self- efficacy, practicing and increasing ability in interactive negotiation to use condom should be included.

자기효능 정보자원 프로그램이 관상동맥 질환 환자의 지각된 자기효능감과 자가간호행위에 미치는 효과 (An Effect of a Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program on Perceived Self-Efficacy and Self-Care in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate whether a self-efficacy information resources program based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura (1986) would increase self-efficacy and self-care in patients with CAD. Method: The study was a one group, pretest-posttest pre-experimental design research. The Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program was composed of a video tape program and a telephone coaching program and based on vicarious experiences and verbal persuation. The Program was used as an experimental treatment from February 27. to May 27, 1999. Twenty patients participated from a university hospital located in Seoul. Three days later after a pretest the telephone coaching program was given. It was repeated weekly during a 3 week period. At the end of this period post-test data were collected by mail. Data were analyzed with a random permutation test using SAS program. Result: 1) Scores on self-efficacy after the Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program were significantly higher than before the program (p=0.06). 2) Scores on self-care after the Program were significantly higher (subjective self-care, p=0.0005; objective self-care, p= 0.0002) than before the program. Conclusion: The Program was found to be an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and self-care. When nurses who care for CAD patients plan to increase their patients' self care ability, they should always consider the concept of self-efficacy.
