어머니의 가정관리능력이 자녀의 자기관리에 미치는 영향: 자녀의 자기조절능력을 매개로 (The Effects of Mothers' Home Management Ability on the School-Aged Children's Self Management Skills: via the Mediation of Self-Regulation of Children)

  • The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.

  • The main aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment on school-aged children's time management and life management skills through the mediation effects of children's self-regulation. Study participants included a total of 317 fifth- and sixth-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area, and their 317 mothers. Children and mothers completed questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling was adapted as the main analysis technique. The findings were the following: First, mothers' parental beliefs that emphasize the child's independence were significantly related to greater self-regulation ability in children, indicated by cognitive, motivational, and behavior regulation. Second, better quality of mother-child attachment perceived by children was also found to predict greater self-regulation in children. Third, children's self-regulation was strongly related to time and life management skills. When the child is better at self control, the child showed greater management skills, both in time and everyday life. Finally, as hypnotized, the test yielded a significant mediation effect of self-regulation in the association from mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment to children's time and life management skills. The findings suggested the important role of parental beliefs about child rearing and attachment between mother and child in developing self-regulation and management skills of school-aged children.

자기관리과정이 루푸스 환자의 자기간호활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Self-Management Course on Self-Efficacy, Fatigue, Coping Skills and Self-Care Activities in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)

  • Purpose: A quasi-experimental study was conducted to identify the effects on Self-efficacy, Fatigue, Coping Skills and Self-care Activities by Korean patients following a Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Self-Management (SLESM) Course. Methods : A two group pre-test and post-test design was used. The participants in the study were forty-one people with Systemic Lupus Erythematosis of which 21 subjects were assigned to the experimental group and 20 to the control group The experimental group received six weekly 2-hour group sessions, while the control group did not receive any intervention Outcome measures included self-efficacy, fatigue, coping skills and self-care activities. Baseline demographic and clinical variables did not differ between the two groups. Results : Patients who Participated in the self-management course showed significant decrease in fatigue (p= .038), improvement in self-efficacy (P= .001) and coping skills (p= ,048), increase in self-care activities (p= .003), and in the number of types of self-care activities(P= .048). Conclusion: Self-efficacy, coping skills and self-care activities improved and fatigue was reduced following the SLESM course. This study showed that a SLESM course is a good nursing intervention that can be offered in community settings.

펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Goal Orientation and Self-management of Fencing Epee Players on Psychological Skills)

  • 본 연구는 2017년 국가대표 펜싱 에페선수 선발전에 참가한 선수를 대상으로 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 활용하여 설문지 타당도 및 신뢰도 검사, 빈도분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제지향성과 대인관리, 정신관리, 자아지향성과 훈련관리, 대인관리, 정신관리, 팀조화, 몸관리와 불안조절, 정신관리와 팀조화가 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리, 심리기술이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유의한 영향은 없었으나 하위 요인간 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

셀프리더십 향상을 위한 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 교수-학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 - 중학교 기술.가정 교과의 '청소년의 자기관리' 내용을 중심으로 - (Developing and Implementing Practical Problem Based Lesson Plan to Improve Self-Leadership Skills -Focusing on the Unit of 'Youth's Self Management' in Middle School Technology - Home Economics-)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 교육을 통해 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 '청소년의 자기관리' 내용을 중심으로 실천적 문제 중심의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하고 이 수업이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 고양시에 소재한 중학교 2학년 2개 학급을 대상으로 실천적 문제 중심 수업을 적용하고 셀프리더십의 향상 정도를 대응표본 t검정으로 알아보았다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안의 총괄 학습목표를 '자신을 존중하고, 자신의 시간관리 및 장기목표를 스스로 계획하고 실천할 수 있는 능력을 길러 자신을 삶을 스스로 통제하고 조절할 수 있는 주도적인 청소년이 되도록 한다'로 정하였다. 학습 내용요소로 '나의 자아 존중감 향상', '나의 주장 훈련을 통한 자아 존중감 향상', '인생의 목표 설정', '시간자원의 중요성', '시간자원의 주도적인 관리'로 정하여 6차시의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안을 적용한 결과 실천적 문제 중심 수업방법이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 의사소통기술, 학습능력기술, 집단관리기술에서 수업 전후에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 이를 통해 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 수업은 현대사회에서 요구되는 자기 스스로를 이끌어 갈 수 있는 셀프리더십을 갖춘 인간을 키우는데 적합한 교수-학습 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

시설 중증장애아동의 결연가정체험 프로그램을 통한 적응행동과 자기관리기술 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of a Host Family Experience Program on the Adaptive Behavior and Self-Management Skills of Children with Severe Disabilities at a Facility)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of a host family experience program on the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of children with severe disabilities and to suggest its applicability into clinical practice. The investigators developed a host family experience program and researched the pre-test and post-test designs with nonequivalent groups. The experiment and comparison groups were comprised of 34 children with severe disabilities that lived at S, a care facility for the severely disabled. They were examined for the program's effects on them before and after the application. After analyzing 17 cases for differences in the subjects' quantitative scores, a qualitative analysis was carried out on one representative case. The quantitative analysis results reveal that the experiment group showed a significant increase in their scores of adaptive behavior and self-management skills compared to the comparison group. Positive changes were also observed among the former group in the qualitative analysis. Thus the host family experience program was effective in improving the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of the children with severe disabilities at the facility. These findings indicate that the host family experience program played a positive role in enhancing the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of the children with severe disabilities at the facility and that such host family experience programs should be applied and reinforced in the field of social welfare practice.

Factors Affecting Self-management Behavior among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in a Border Area of Southwest China

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the status and factors associated with self-management behavior (SMB) of patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) in a border area of southwest China. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with T2DM patients in Dali, China. The participants filled in the questionnaires including demographic and disease-related characteristics, psychosocial status, resources of DM knowledge, knowledge of DM care, competency in DM care skills, the Chinese Diabetes Management Self-Efficacy Scale (C-DMSES), and the Chinese Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (C-SDSCA). All the data were analyzed with SPSS version 26. Multiple linear regression analysis examined associations between predictors and SMB. Results: A total of 470 valid questionnaires have been collected. The score for overall SMB was 50.71± 11.99; 19.6% of patients were at a good level, 48.3% were moderate, and 32.1% were poor. The significant factors that influenced SMB included self-efficacy (β= 0.37; p< .001), competency in DM care skills (β= 0.22; p< .001) and lacked in the treatment confidence (β= -0.09; p= .023). Conclusion: The level of self-management among T2DM patients in this area was medium-low state. For future studies, our findings suggest that self-efficacy, competency in DM care skills, and treatment confidence should be considered essential factors in improving the self-management behavior of T2DM patients in the border area of southwest China.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 스트레스 대처능력이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-Leadership and Stress Coping on College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, stress coping skills, and college life adjustment in nursing students. The data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from November 4 to November 22. The subjects of the study were 335 nursing students in 1 nursing college located in K city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression test using the SPSS Win. 18.0 program. The results were as follows: the mean score of self-leadership was 3.38, the mean score of stress coping skills was 3.45, and the mean score of college life adjustment was 3.35. There was a significant difference in college life adjustment according to motivation of entrance. Goal-setting, self-reward, and constructive ideas about the self-leadership and active stress coping skills were influencing factors of college life adjustment. In conclusion, it is necessary to increase the level of self leadership and active stress coping skills in nursing students. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop diverse educational programs that can increase self-leadership and active coping skills.

AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

상사의 리더십 유형에 따른 근로자의 행복 수준 차이 (Difference in Happiness Level of Workers Depending on the Leadership Type)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십을 유형화하여 상사의 리더십 유형에 따라 근로자의 행복에 어떠한 차이가 있는 지를 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 연구 목표로는 첫째, A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형을 도출하고, 둘째, A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형에 따른 구성원의 행복의 차이가 있는지에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 잠재프로파일 분석(Latent profile analysis)을 실시하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 리더십 유형은 다음의 4개의 유형으로 확인되었다: 1) 자기관리, 과업관리, 사람관리, 조직관리 영역별로 모두 완벽한 능력을 보이고 있는 엘리트 리더십 유형, 2) 사람관리능력이 상대적으로 다소 부족하지만 자기관리 능력이 뛰어나고 그 외 과업관리, 조직관리능력이 우수한 유능한 리더십 유형, 3) 사람관리가 다소 낮으면서 전반적으로 보통 수준인 자기중심적 리더십 유형, 4) 자기관리는 보통수준이나 과업관리, 조직관리능력이 다소 부족하고, 사람관리 능력이 취약한 소극적 리더십 유형으로 확인되었다. 이러한 상사의 리더십 유형에 따라 근로자의 행복 수준을 분석한 결과, 유의미한 차이를 확인하였다. 이 연구는 잠재프로파일 분석을 통해 대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형을 제시하고, 행복과의 관계에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
