It is very essential to recruit professional teachers for Gifted Education because the main goals of this school are focusing on the highly advanced technical science fields, enhancing self study and research environment which leads to develop self-directed learning and creative learning. The purpose of this study is to improve of the current Gifted Education Action Law For Teacher Recruitment in Gifted Education. The results of this study are follows; 1. Establishment of Standards for Teachers' Qualification in Gifted Education To recruit professional teachers, they are studied to use the current Gifted Education Action Law and to converse the legal position of Busan Science Academy 2. Developing Professionalism and Improving Conditions of Employment To gualify for Gifted Education, it is necessary to developing professionalism and improving conditions of employment. To provide long-term training and a sabbatical year for research. To make able teachers teach in a school longer than other teachers if teachers agree to it. To pay research funds for teachers for gifted education. To give advantage for gifted teachers in promotion. As the result of study, it has been systemized the standards of recruiting qualified teachers of the Science School for Gifted, has been proposed the ways of developing specialty of teachers and working conditions.
This study was conducted to provide information of affective area in developing a nursing curriculum. The sample consisted of 38 sophomores and 43 seniors in Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, Han Yang University. Data were collected by using a structured questionnaire, which consisted of social, home and self control aspects in self concept. The results are summarized as follows; 1. CD In sophomore, as father's academic career were higher, the self concept In social aspects became higher. The students whose father's job was profesion and a white-collar job and who applied for nursing by force and were satisfied with their educational expenses had more positive self concept in social aspects. In senior, as their age were higher, the self concept in social aspects became higher. The students who had religion, recognized the visions of nursing, and were satisfied with their major, had more positive self concept in social aspects. In self concept in social aspects, home environment explained the major variable in sophomore. On the other side, the variable related to major was important in senior. (2) In sophomore, the students who were satisfied with educational expenses and their major had more positive self concept in home aspects. In senior, the students who counseled of their problems with their parents and recognized the visions of nursing had more positive self concept in home aspects. Counsel of their personal problem with their parents explained the most affective variable $(9.6\%)$ for self concept in home aspects in senior. But, it explained only $1.1\%$ of the variance for self concept in home aspects in sophomore. (3) In senior, the students who were unsatisfied with their educational expenses had more negative self concept in self control aspects. 2. There was no significant difference accord ing to the academic year m social, home and self control aspects. 3. The aspects with the highest positive perception of the self concept was home aspects. Self concept in social aspects was more positive perception than in self control aspects. Self concept in self control aspects was lower than in other aspects. 4. Significant relationship a revealed between social aspects and home aspects in sophomore. In senior, the positive correlation were found between social aspects and home aspects and between social aspects and self control aspects. In conclusion, the self concept m home aspects was more positive perception than in other aspects. It resulted from the fact that the nursing uniqueness was based on the spirit of humanity and service. But, when we consider social and self control aspects, good relationship between subjects and nurse is important in nursing, so it is desirable that nursing curriculum include human relationship program. Therefore. in order to strengthen positive self concept, professors and parents must pay attention to student's problems and counsel with then is required.
Purpose: This study was to analyze the quality of life of married women practicing a natural family planning method based on given parameters in order to obtain some specific basic data for developing holistic programs to enhance the quality of life of married women practicing natural family planning. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected from married women who had been practicing natural family planning over two years. Data were collected from May 20 2001 to March 5 2002 using a structured questionnaire and interviews. The total number of subjects was 239. Collected data were analyzed using PC-SAS, which utilized descriptive statistics. In addition, LISREL 8.0 program was used to utilize covariance matrix. Results: The hypothetical model was reasonably fitted to commonly accepted data. Revision was required for the x2 value and RMR, and the model was revised by eliminating 6 paths. The revised model was fit well for commonly accepted data (x2 = 86.26, GFI = 0.97, NFl = 0.98, NNFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.96, RMR = 0.02, CN= 422). Variables that influence the practice of natural family planning were communication of spouses, knowledge about natural family planning, self-efficacy and perceived benefits. Variables that control the quality of life were self-efficacy, internal health locus of control, attitude toward natural family planning, communication of spouses, perceived benefits and natural family planning behaviors. Conclusions: These findings prove that the quality of life of married women practicing natural family planning can be improved through developing programs that enhances communication of spouses, self-efficacy and perceived benefits.
Recently, several approaches are proposed to support developing Self-Adaptive System. However, they do not provide the way to accept interaction between requirements and architecture. It makes difficult to judge the impact of changing requirements, handle quickly, and understand adaptation process for stakeholder. To overcome above problems, this paper suggests the interweaving method for providing traceability based on the relationship between requirements and architecture. This traceability allows tracing the impact of changing requirements, and it provides the rationale of architectural decision for advanced degree of understanding. Example shows the usefulness through developing process and changing process on Smart Grid domain.
The purpose of this study was to explore characteristics of sixth grade students' opistemological beliefs in science and the relationship to learner's characteristics: learning motivation, learning strategies, and logical thinking. The subjects were 265 sixth graders and data was collected through two types of questionnaires, translated and modified by researchers: opistemological beliefs regarding science, learning motivation & strategies. The results of this study were as follows. The students believed that the goals of science were related to activations such as 'Science is experiment', or 'Science is invention: These beliefs were connected with the emphasis of science classes or the focus of the science curriculum. However, the students' beliefs related to the changeability of science knowledge, the source of science knowledge, and the role of experiments in developing knowledge were oriented to modern opistemological views. Moreover, the beliefs were meaningfully related to students' characteristics: learning motivation, learning strategies, and logical thinking. Among the students' characteristics, logical thinking was especially related to all of the factors of students' beliefs: the changeability of science knowledge, the source of science knowledge, and the role of experiments in developing knowledge. However, the students who believed that scientific knowledge came from scientists, science teachers, or science textbooks had high levels of self-efficacy. Therefore, the belief that scientific knowledge is formed by self-discovery, in order to generate high self-efficacy, needs to be encouraged. From the results, it is possible to check the orientation of current science education based on the students' opistemological beliefs. In addition, the resources can be accumulated for persevering in our efforts to achieve a positive orientation for science education.

The current Sudanese preschool system depends on limited methods of education, children's education needs to be equipped to keep pace with technological development, also, the large gap that exists between the families and the Kindergartens, where many parents have no idea on how their child progresses in the KG context. The aim of this research is to integrate ICT in the preschool education to enhance and improve the preschool education, by building an Integrated Educational Application (Computerized Application for Preschool Education CAPE) which will help to improve the learning outcomes. The researchers used the Experimental Research Methodology, the characteristic of CAPE application is; suitable for children's age, the application style is more attractive to the children and contains a different way to help children get learning. Alawaeel and the Smart Child Kindergartens in Republic of Sudan were selected as a sample of the study, with sample size specifically, 50 children's. Also, the Central Bank of Sudan Kindergarten was selected as one of the institutional Kindergartens for easy communication with parents of children with a sample size 21 children. The study found that; using CAPE application in KG enables children to increase general learning effects and developing child's cognitive skills. Also, the children who were allowed to use CAPE by their parents are performed better in the overall evaluation of KG lessons. Also, using the CAPE in the Pre-School education helps the parents following their children's progress better and more reliable. The researcher recommends that to apply the computerized application and includes the second level. Also, converting the computerized program into an application to be used by children by their self, without the intervention of parents.

Purpose: The study was conducted to explore the experiences of job retention among working people with mental illness. Methods: The participants were members with mental illness at the S Community Mental Health Center in Gyeonggi Province and who had been working for more than six months. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with 11 participants between June 27 and August 20, 2018. The data were analyzed through Corbin and Strauss's grounded theory method. Results: The core category was struggling to take root in the community as a productive member. The core phenomenon was the desire to be a productive person, and the causal condition was the willingness to change for a purposeful life. The action and interaction strategies included maintaining regular living patterns, maintaining medication, developing one's tips for self-management, and self-approval. The intervening conditions were difficulties in forming social relationships, presence of symptoms, social resources, and acceptance of one's mental illness. The consequences were restoration of family relationships, healthy pleasure through work, social inclusion, development of self-worth, and transition to an independent person. Conclusion: Working people with mental illness are struggling to take root in the community as a productive member. This study suggests that a holistic understanding of the job retention experience among people with mental illness is required. The findings will provide the basis for developing interventions that can improve job retention among working people with mental illness.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program for university students based on animation. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-efficacy, social support, sense of community and health-related quality of life (HRQoL), including the direct and indirect effects of the variables on HRQoL. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a convenience sample of 249 middle-aged and elderly residents living in a rural community in A-County, K Province. The structured questionnaire included 4 scales from the Euro Quality of life-5 Dimensions (mobility, self-care, usual activities, pain/discomfort, anxiety/depression), and measures of General Self-Efficacy, Social Support, and Sense of Community. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results: The mean HRQoL score for the participants was $0.87{\pm}0.13$. Self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.13, p=.039) and age (${\beta}$= -.38, p<.001) were significantly associated with HRQoL, explaining 21% of the variance. In the path analysis, self-efficacy showed a significant direct effect on HRQoL (${\beta}$=.14, p=.040) and significantly mediating relationships between both social support (${\beta}$=.05, p=.030) and sense of community (${\beta}$=.02, p=.025) and HRQoL. Conclusion: Although self-efficacy was found to be the main predictor for HRQoL, the findings imply that social environmental factors such as social support and sense of community need to be considered when developing interventions to increase HRQoL in middle-aged and elderly residents in rural communities.
The purpose of this study is improving the teachers' self-efficacy for pre-secondary music teachers. The research questions for this study were the improvement for teachers' self-efficacy for pre-secondary music teachers and the pre-secondary music teachers' perception about peer mentoring. In this study performed the interview and analyzed the in self-reflection journal in order to identify the improvement effect of teachers' self-efficacy and the participants' perception change in the peer mentoring. As the results from analyzing the change in participant's perception about peer mentoring the mentors had the opportunity to review previous learning contents and practice experiences while developing their team activity and for the mentees. Mentees said that they were given various help from the mentors' advices and their interactions and communication with mentors. From these results, it could identify that there was positive change in participant's perception about the peer mentoring. Based on these results, this study analyzed that it would need to require some chances for pre-secondary music teachers to be given some educational practice and field experience utilizing various teaching methods in order to improve their self-efficacy and the perception of peer mentoring.
