일부 대학생의 거주형태에 따른 야식 및 영양소 섭취 상태 (Night Eating and Nutrient Intake Status according to Residence Type in University Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 거주 유형별 야식 섭취 상태를 비교하여 적절한 야식 지도에 활용하고자 자가, 기숙사, 자취 대학생으로 분류하여 이들의 야식 관련 식행동, 야식 메뉴별 섭취 빈도와 기호도, 영양소 섭취 상태를 비교 분석하였다. 전체대상자의 평균 연령은 21.8세, 신장, 체중 및 체질량지수는 각각 167.7 cm, 59.4 kg, $20.9kg/m^2$였으며, 성비는 남학생 43.7%, 여학생 56.3%였고 거주형태별 유의한 차이가 없었다. 야식 비율은 자가군 65.7%, 기숙사군 84.0%, 자취군 73.6%(P<0.001), 일주일에 2~3회 야식하는 비율은 자가군 23.8%, 기숙사군 29.7%, 자취군 32.1%(P<0.05)로 자취군의 야식 비율과 야식 빈도가 높았다. 야식하는 이유는 전체적으로 '배가 고파서'와 '사람들과 어울리기 위해서'라는 비율이 높았다. 야식하는 시각은 자가군의 경우 9~11시가 31.4%로 가장 높았으나 기숙사군은 11시와 새벽 1시 사이가 60.7%로 가장 높았고, 자취군은 9~11시, 11시~새벽 1시가 각각 34.2%를 보여 기숙사생이 가장 늦은 야식을 하는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.001). 야식 비용은 자가군과 자취군의 경우 5,000~10,000원이라는 응답이 각각 21.0%와 35.4%, 기숙사군의 경우 3,000~5,000원이 35.1%로 가장 높았다(P<0.001). 야식 시 영양과 건강을 생각하는지에 대한 질문에 항상 생각한다고 응답한 비율이 자가군 15.2%, 기숙사군 14.1%, 자취군 11.8% 순으로 높았다(P<0.01). 함께 야식하는 사람은 자가군이 친구(38.1%), 가족(27.6%) 순으로 높았으나 기숙사군과 자취군은 친구와 함께 하는 비율이 모두 71.1%로 매우 높았다(P<0.001). 야식 메뉴의 섭취 빈도에서 치킨(P<0.05), 빵(P<0.01), 과일(P<0.001), 분식(P<0.01), 주류(P<0.05)가 거주형태에 따라 유의한 차이를 보여 일주일에 2번 이상 자주 섭취한다는 비율이 자가군은 빵과 과일류, 기숙사군은 치킨과 분식, 자취군은 분식과 주류가 다른 거주형태의 학생들보다 높았다. 야식 메뉴의 기호도 평가에서 보쌈/족발은 자취군(P<0.05), 음료/차류는 자가군(P<0.05)이 가장 좋아하는 것으로 나타났다. 1일 에너지 섭취량은 기숙사군이 1,761.6 kcal로 자가군의 1,527.1 kcal와 자취군의 1,616.4 kcal보다 유의하게 높았으며(P<0.01), 콜레스테롤의 섭취 밀도는 자취군이 세 군중 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 기숙사생은 자가생이나 자취생보다 야식 비율과 빈도가 높았으며, 가장 늦은 야식, 적은 야식비용, 야식 메뉴로 치킨과 분식의 잦은 섭취를 보임으로써 이들을 대상으로 한 올바른 야식 지도가 더욱 요구됨과 함께 대학생들의 거주형태에 따라 야식 섭취 양상이 다름을 알 수 있었다.

  • 이동이 불편한 장애자에게 있어서 자동차는 필수 불가결한 존재이다. 특히 장애인의 재활을 통한 사회 참여라는 측면에서 볼 때, 정상인들과 동등한 이동의 자유는 성숙사회에 있어서 질적인 삶을 영위하기 위한 중요한 요소이다. 이 연구는 이동수단을 통한 장애인의 적극적 사회참여와 휠체어 사용환경의 확대 추구를 목적으로, 휠체어 사용자들에게 있어서 트랜스포테이션에 대한 제반적인 문제요소를 조사하고, 이들 문제요소의 해결을 위하여 장애인 승차의 특성을 고려한 자동차를 스타일링 측면에서 접근하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 기존의 양산 차에 장애자를 위한 편의 시설을 보강하고, 구조 변경된 차량들의 조형적인 부분을 제시하였다. 또한 국내에서 생산되는 차종을 선정하여 휠체어 탑승이 가능하도록 내부구조를 제시하고, 스케치를 통해 변경된 차량의 모델을 제시하는 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다.

원주지역 대학생들의 음주실태 및 음주문화에 대한 인식 (Alcohol Consumption Rates and the Perception of Drinking Cultures Among College Students in the Wonju Area)

  • The objective of this study was to examine alcohol consumption rates and the perception of drinking cultures among college students in the Wonju area. An examination of factors such as frequency of drinking, average quantity consumed, and frequency of heavy drinking suggested that the drinking rates were relatively high. Over 70% of subjects drank at least once a week, 66.2% typically drank more than 5 servings at a time, and 19.2% of males and 13.0% of females were heavy drinkers. It was revealed from an AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test) assessment that 71.3% of the subjects tested had various levels of alcohol-related problems. These problems were more severe in subjects that were male, selfboarding, or overweight. Alcohol related knowledge was not high because the subjects didn't know or incorrectly recognized some contents such as blood alcohol concentration, the energy content of alcohol, and the empty caloric characteristics of alcohol. Generally male, self-boarding, and overweight persons were not critical of the undesirable characteristics associated with drinking culture. Two opinions that were generally considered to be permissible were: 'Men should be able to drink' and 'Drinking is essential for a smooth human relationship'.

대학생의 식습관과 건강상태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Food Habit & The Health Responses of College Students to the Todai Health Index)

  • This study is intended to investigate the demographic characteristics and socio-economic status of students, and to reveal the correlations between food habit and health condition by Todai health Index. The results of this study were summerized as followes: 1) the sex ratio of the subjects was 309 males: 129 females. Mean score of the food habit was 7,56 in males and 8.88 in females. The subjects were included in Fair and Poor group generally. Food habit score of students living their own home were significantly higher generally. Food habit score of students living their own home were significantly higher than those of the others (Lodging & Relatives, Self-Boarding, Dormitory, and so forth). 2) In males and females, mean of height and weight were 171.6cm, 62.1kg and 159.9cm, 50.9kg, respectively. Though there was insignificant difference in the physical index according to food habit score in general, there was a special trend in case of male that the higher food habit score they have, the higher physical index they get. The subjects with low food habit score showed the higher THI point in Life-irregularity, Straight-forwardness, depression and Sufferings than those with high food habit score. The female subjects with high food habit score showed the lower THI point in depression, on the contrary, showed higher in vanity. There was significant correlation between instant food, drinking and smoking and THI point.

경남지역 일부 여대생의 건강관심도에 따른 체형인식, 식생활습관과 영양소 섭취 실태 조사 (Survey on Body Image Perception, Dietary Habits and Nutrient Intakes according to Interest Level in Health of Female University Students in Gyeongnam Area)

  • This study was conducted using a self boarding questionnaire survey to investigate body image perception, dietary habits and nutrient intakes according to interest level in health of female university students in Masan area (n=302). The subjects were divided into 2 groups according to interest level in health ('High' group, n=101, 'Low' group, n=201). Body image according to BMI was significantly different regardless of interest level in health (p<0.001). The answer percentage indicated that the purpose of weight control is health, regular use of the scale, and regular exercise were significantly higher in the high group (p<0.05). Nutrient knowledge score (p<0.01) and food frequency score (p<0.001) were significantly higher in the high group (p<0.01). There were no significant differences in nutrient intake, but intake, NAR and INQ of vitamin C were significantly higher in the high group (p<0.001). Nutrition knowledge score (p<0.01), food intake frequency score (p<0.01), and INQ and NAR of vitamin C (p<0.01) were positively correlated with the interest level in health. These results will be useful as a basis for the development of effective nutrition education programs in order to increase interest level in health and apply well in real life what have learned through the correct nutrition knowledge.

중국 연변 지역 대학생의 성별과 민족, 거주형태에 따른 건강관련 생활습관 및 식생활 비교 (Comparisons of Health Related Lifestyle and Dietary Behaviors according to Gender, Ethnicity and Residence Type of University Students in Yanbian, China)

  • This study aimed to examine the health-related lifestyle habits and eating behaviors according to gender, ethnicity, and residence type of university students in Yanbian, China. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 302 university students. Of the male students, 12.1% and 42.0% were in the underweight and overweight groups, respectively, and of the female subjects, 21.3% and 16.3%, were in those respective groups. More male than female students preferred the overweight body somatotype. In contrast, about 49.4% of female students were hoping to be underweight, and female students had more obvious difficulties with body somatotype perception, whereas their exercise frequency and time spent exercising per day were much less than those of male students. More Chinese than Korean-Chinese subjects exhibited regular eating habits, which included eating at the same time everyday and at the same frequency per day; these habits were, accompanied by generally healthier lifestyle habits regarding regularity of activity and exercise time. Self-boarding students had a significantly higher BMI ($23.7{\pm}5.1kg/m^2$) and were more likely to be overweight (43.5%) as compared to students who lived in a dormitory or with family. Salty taste was preferred by Chinese students more than Korean-Chinese students, and greasy taste was preferred by Korean-Chinese students as compared with Chinese students. This study found that inherent and environmental factors are related with the dietary behaviors of university students in Yanbian, China. Further studies are required to elucidate the structural elements of family life and the sociocultural factors associated with dietary behaviors in Yanbian.

  • 스마트공항은 ICT 신기술을 공항에 적용하여 공항 이용자인 여객 입장에서는 편리하고 안전한 서비스를 제공받고, 공항 운영자 입장에서는 공항 시스템의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 추진하는 미래 공항 서비스로써 적용 범위는 랜드 사이드, 터미널, 에어 사이드 등 공항의 전반적인 분야를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트공항 실현을 위한 다양한 범위 중에서 여객 편의성을 제공하는 터미널의 공항 프로세스에 대한 기술적 해결방안에 대해 제안한다. 공항 프로세스를 스마트화하기 위해서는 웹 또는 모바일 체크인, 셀프 체크인/태깅/백드롭/보딩 등 셀프 서비스가 강화되어야 하며, 자동출입국, 스마트 보안검색, AI기반 수화물 자동검색 등의 기술이 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 공항과 스마트 프로세스에 대한 개념을 설명하고, 기술적 고려사항에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

직장의 유무가 야간대학생의 식행동 및 영양섭취 상태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Daytime Jobs on the Dietary Behaviors and Nutrient Intakes among Evening Class University Students)

  • This study was conducted among the university students to investigate the effects of working in an daytime and studying in an evening class on dietary behaviors and nutrient intakes. A 24-hour recall method was used along with food frequency questionnaires. The subjects were composed of three groups : 172 were in the daytime calss regular student group(RS), 178 were evening class students without a job(ESWOJ), and 140 were evening class students with a job(ESWJ). An average age of the ESWJ was 31 years old, which was 9 years older than the RS and 7 years older than the ESWOJ. The types of the residence were significantly different among the groups ; were seif-boarding 74% of the ESWJ stayed at home while 47% of the RS were self-boarding and 61% of the ESWOJ. The survey shows that while a great majority of the RS and ESWOJ has breakfast and supper at home, about 10% and 17% of the ESWJ ate breakfast and supper, respectively, at the cafeteria in their work place. The most frequently skipped meal was the breakfast in all groups. Approximately 9% of the ESWJ tended to skip the breakfast, while 27% of the RS and 33% of the ESWOJ did. It turns out that the mose common reason why ESWJ skipped meals was due to a lack of time. About 71% of the ESWJ ate out more than once a week compared to 57% and 62% of the RS and ESWOJ, respectively. Approximately 30% of the ESWJ ate out more than once a week compared to 57% and 62% of the RS and ESWOJ, respectively. Approximately 30% of the ESWJ spent less than 10 minutes at meal time, showing a hurried eating habit. The results show that the ESWJ tended to eat a variety of food s and eat less instant foods, but drink coffee more often compared to the other two groups. The results also show that in all groups, the intakes of energy, Ca, and vitamin A were lower than the Korean Recommended Daily Allowances(RDA). In addition to these nutrients, protein, vitamin B1, vitamin $B_2$, and niacin were also lower than the RDA in all make students, and Fe was lower than the RDA in all female students. Among the deficient nutrients, vitamin A showed the lowest % RDA : 48% in the male and 64% in the female students. The intakes of Ca, Fe, and niacin in the ESWJ were significantly greater than those in the RS and ESWOJ groups, and the vitamin C intake in the ESWJ was greater than that in the ESWOJ(p<0.01). In conclusion, university students in all three groups have a serious imbalance in the nutrient intakes, and the evening class students with a daytime job have unhealthy dietary behaviors in the light of high frequency of eating out and heavy coffee drinking, a rushed eating pattern, and therefore showing a strong need of proper nutritional education for them.

조리전공 남자대학생의 아침식사 빈도에 따른 식생활과 외식형태 (Dietary Life and Eating-Out Style Related to Breakfast Frequency of Male-Students in Culinary College)

  • This study was to investigate dietary life and eating-out style related to breakfast frequency of male students in culinary college. This survey was conducted using questionnaires for 110 male students at college in Hongseung. Mean height and body weight of those we investigated was 174 cm and 70.5 kg. The one to two times per week breakfast eating group was 34.55%, which is exceedingly numerous; none per week breakfast eating group was 30%; three to tow times per week breakfast eating group was 15.45%; everyday breakfast eating group was only 9.09%. The breakfast frequency was very low, and the not-eating breakfast problem is serious to think of in male college students. Mean weight, body fat and body mass index(BMI) of the everyday breakfast eating group was lower than the other group even it was not significant. The self-boarding house or dormitory living condition group was not eating breakfast was significant. So a correct dietary lift and eating habit should be taught further for male college students. The smoking group was a significant low frequency of breakfast eating, as well as the lower frequency of breakfast, or worse recognition of self health condition. Higher frequency of breakfast showed more contentment of self body weight. Cooked rice was significantly the most preferable for breakfast. The lower breakfast frequency tended to eat breads or cereals. The lower frequency of breakfast, self recognition of eating rate as speedier was significant, and tended to have a higher frequency of eating-out because of being annoyed by cooking. The lower breakfast frequency ate out more. Twenty five percent of the everyday breakfast eating group ate out because of a special day, and thirty five percent of the not eating breakfast group did so because of being annoyed by cooking. Their mean dietary evaluation grade was under the normal grade, which means that culinary college male students' dietary lives were poor. The lower frequency of breakfast and lower grade of food life evaluation, indicates the importance of nutritional breakfasts education should be improved for male culinary college students also.

항공권 초과예약의 법률적 문제에 관한 연구 (A Study on Legal Issues with Airline Over-booking Practice)

  • 1장에서는 항공권 초과예약의 개념, 항공사의 초과예약 운용실태, 그리고 그에 따른 문제의 본질이 무엇인지를 제시한다. 2장에서는 초과예약으로 인해 탑승거부를 당한 승객이 보상을 요구하는데 필요한 법적장치가 충분한지를 검토한다. 현재 우리나라에는 국제법적, 국내법적, 행정적 구제수단이 전무(全無)하거나 불충분하지만 미국과 유럽은 그렇지 않음을 대비시켜 실효적 구제수단의 마련이 시급함을 강조한다. 3장에서는 초과예약의 형법상 사기죄 구성가능성을 검토한다. 1절에서는 사기죄의 객관적, 주관적 구성요건과 초과예약의 양태를 비교하고 대법원의 확립된 판례를 정리해 초과예약이 우리나라 법정에서 사기죄를 선고받는데 부족함이 없음을 보여준다. 필요한 결론에 이르렀음에도 논문은 더 나아가 대법원 판례와 반대 입장에 있는 학설(다수설)의 부당함까지 논증한다. 학설은 사기죄가 성립하기 위해 피기망자의 '재산상 손해'가 필요하다고 한다. 이 논의는 사기죄의 보호법익에 관한 논의와 논리적 근거를 공유하므로 우선 2절에서 학설이 주장하는 보호법익의 대상부터 논박한다. 학설은 사기죄의 보호법익이 '재산권'이며 '거래의 진실성'과 '신의칙'은 부차적인 것이라고 주장한다. 하지만 논문에서는 후자가 곧 '경제적 의사결정의 자유'로서 사기죄의 주된 보호법익이 되는 것임을 반증한다. 이어 3절에서는 '경제적 의사결정의 자유'침해가 바로 '재산상의 손해'와 동일한 것임을 개념적 분석을 통해 논증하여 학설의 자기모순을 증명해 보인다. 이어 4절에서는 외국의 판례와 입법례를 제시하여 3절이 도출한 결론의 논거를 다시 한 번 공고히 한다. 따라서 논문은 항공사의 초과예약 관행이 이론과 현실재판 모두에서 사기죄의 구성 가능성이 매우 높다는 결론에 이른다.
