An Hybrid Probe Detection Model using FCM and Self-Adaptive Module (자가적응모듈과 퍼지인식도가 적용된 하이브리드 침입시도탐지모델)

  • Nowadays, networked computer systems play an increasingly important role in our society and its economy. They have become the targets of a wide array of malicious attacks that invariably turn into actual intrusions. This is the reason computer security has become an essential concern for network administrators. Recently, a number of Detection/Prevention System schemes have been proposed based on various technologies. However, the techniques, which have been applied in many systems, are useful only for the existing patterns of intrusion. Therefore, probe detection has become a major security protection technology to detection potential attacks. Probe detection needs to take into account a variety of factors ant the relationship between the various factors to reduce false negative & positive error. It is necessary to develop new technology of probe detection that can find new pattern of probe. In this paper, we propose an hybrid probe detection using Fuzzy Cognitive Map(FCM) and Self Adaptive Module(SAM) in dynamic environment such as Cloud and IoT. Also, in order to verify the proposed method, experiments about measuring detection rate in dynamic environments and possibility of countermeasure against intrusion were performed. From experimental results, decrease of false detection and the possibilities of countermeasures against intrusions were confirmed.

  • This paper deals with design method of learning fuzzy controller for control of an unknown nonlinear plant using the self-tuning algorithm of fuzzy inference rules. In this method the fuzzy identification model obtained that the joined identification model of nonlinear part and linear identification model of linear part by fuzzy inference systems. This fuzzy identification model ordered self-tuning by Decent method so as to be servile to nonlinear plant. A the end, designed learning fuzzy controller of fuzzy identification model have learning structure to model reference adaptive system. The simulation results show that th suggested identification and learning control schemes are practically feasible and effective.

  • In this paper, we propose the design of active queue management (AQM) control system using the self-recurrent wavelet neural network (SRWNN). By regulating the queue length close to reference value, AQM can control the congestions in TCP network. The SRWNN is designed to perform as a feedback controller for TCP dynamics. The parameters of network are tunes to minimize the difference between the queue length of TCP dynamic model and the output of SRWNN using gradient-descent method. We evaluate the performances of the proposed AQM approach through computer simulations.

  • 자가 적응 시스템은 사람의 직접적인 개입 없이 자율 제어를 통한 자가 최적화 (self-optimization), 자가 치유 (self-healing) 등의 능력이 요구되고, 이러한 시스템은 시스템이 조달된 환경과 시스템 내부 상황을 고려한 적절한 적응 정책과 목표 평가를 통해 시스템의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있어야 한다. 목표 기반의 자가 제어 시스템은 목표 만족도에 따라 시스템을 자율 제어하기 때문에 목표 기반 자가 적응 시스템에서의 목표 만족도(goal satisfaction) 평가는 매우 중요하지만 기존의 연구들의 목표 만족도 평가 방법에서는 환경 변화가 반영되지 않는다는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 목표 모델에서의 상위 목표에 대한 하위 목표들의 기여도에 따라 가중치를 부여하고 시스템의 외부 환경 변화에 따라 가중치를 동적으로 변경하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 기존의 목표 평가 방법보다 사용자의 요구가 잘 반영되고 신뢰성 높은 평가가 가능하다.

A Game-Style Learning System for the Enhancement of Underachievers' Motivation (학습부진아의 동기유발을 위한 게임형 학습시스템)

  • Underachievers, having had more experience with failure in teaming, tend to lose their self-confidence and motivation for study. If they achieve more when studying, they will enhance their self-confidence and motivation and their learning accomplishments will be increased. A game-style learning system was, therefore, developed in which the learner gains self-satisfaction and motivation with a proper 'hit and win' in a game-style program. The system supplies learning content automatically and randomly while adapting to the student's level by continuously checking the learning progress. Positive effects in motivation and learning achievement were recorded when underachievers used this program.

  • Electro-hydraulic shift control of a vehicle automatic transmission has been predominantly carried out via an open-loop control based on numerous time-consuming calibrations. Despite remarkable success in practice, the variations of system characteristics inevitably deteriorate the performance of the tuned open-loop controller. As a result, the controller parameters need to be continuously updated in order to maintain satisfactory shift quality. This paper presents a self-learning algorithm for automatic transmission shift control in a construction vehicle during inertia phase. First, an observer reconstructs the turbine acceleration signal (impossible to measure in a construction vehicle) from the readily accessible turbine speed measurement. Then, a control algorithm based on a quadratic function of the turbine acceleration is shown to guarantee the asymptotic convergence (within a specified target bound) of the error between the actual and the desired turbine accelerations. A Lyapunov argument plays a crucial role in deriving adaptive laws for control parameters. The simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) studies show that the proposed algorithm actually delivers the promise of satisfactory performance despite the system characteristics variations and uncertainties.

  • A new approach, Multi-Objective Design Exploration (MODE), is presented to address Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) problems by CFD-CSD coupling. MODE reveals the structure of the design space from the trade-off information and visualizes it as a panorama for Decision Maker. The present form of MODE consists of Kriging Model, Adaptive Range Multi Objective Genetic Algorithms, Analysis of Variance and Self-Organizing Map. The main emphasis of this approach is visual data mining. An MDO system using high fidelity simulation codes, Navier-Stokes solver and NASTRAN, has been developed and applied to a regional-jet wing design. Because the optimization system becomes very computationally expensive, only brief exploration of the design space has been performed. However, data mining result demonstrates that design knowledge can produce a good design even from the brief design exploration.

  • In this paper, we applied self-tuning controller with I-PD type to process with time delay's. Process parameters are estimated by the recursive least squares algorithm, and optimal gains are obtained. This paper shows self-tuning controller with I-PD type performs better than that of general PID type for the nonlinear system with sudden change of set-points.

  • In this paper, a speed controller using a microcomputer is implemented and applied to a DC Servo Motor. Adaptive control is applied to a system for which a priori knowledge to its mathematical model is insufficient, on the basis of input and output data an apropriate controller is constructed through which the system input is synthesized. The pole-placement PID self tuning control algorithms as a control algorithm is used to compare the performance of the controller with that of the classical PID controller through computer simulations and experiments.

  • 본 논문에서는 Self-Attention을 활용한 딥러닝 기반 문맥의존 철자오류 교정 모델을 제안한다. 문맥의존 철자오류 교정은 최근 철자오류 교정 분야에서 활발히 연구되고 있는 문제 중 하나이다. 기존에는 규칙 기반, 확률 기반, 임베딩을 활용한 철자오류 교정이 연구되었으나, 아직 양질의 교정을 수행해내기에는 많은 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 교정 모델들의 단점을 보완하기 위해 Self-Attention을 활용한 문맥의존 철자오류 교정 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 Self-Attention을 활용하여 기존의 임베딩 정보에 문맥 의존적 정보가 반영된 더 나은 임베딩을 생성하는 역할을 한다. 전체 문장의 정보가 반영된 새로운 임베딩을 활용하여 동적으로 타겟 단어와의 관련 단어들을 찾아 문맥의존 철자 오류교정을 시행한다. 본 논문에서는 성능평가를 위해 세종 말뭉치를 평가 데이터로 이용하여 제안 모델을 실험하였고, 비정형화된 구어체(Kakao Talk) 말뭉치로도 평가 데이터를 구축해 실험한 결과 비교 모델보다 높은 정확율과 재현율의 성능향상을 보였다.
