Background: Selective health benefit was introduced for decreasing economic burden of patients. Medical devices with economic uncertainty have been covered as selective health benefit by National Health Insurance since December 2013. We aimed to analyze impact of selective health benefit to medical expenditure and provider behavior focused on electrosurgery (ultrasonic shears, electrothermal bipolar vessel sealers) for gastric cancer patients covered since December 2014. Methods: We used the National Health Insurance claims data of 2,698 patients underwent gastric cancer surgery between August 2014 and March 2015. Medical cost and patient sharing per inpatient day were analyzed to verify that covering electrosurgery increased medical expenditure and changed provider behavior from open surgery to endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery. Additionally, we analyzed the claim rate of medical device or goods relating gastric endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. Results: Medical cost and patient sharing per inpatient day were increased after covering electosurgery as selective health benefit (39,724/1,421 won). However, there were no medical expenditure increases after adjusting claim of electosurgery and patient sharing was decreased 1,057 won especially. The coverage of selective health benefit did not increase the claim rate of medical device or goods related endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery, either. Conclusion: Covering electosurgery decreased patient economic burden and did not change of provider behavior. Expanding selective health benefit is needed to decrease economic burden of severe patients. Further study should evaluate the long term effect with accumulated data.

We propose and analyse a flexible secure file sharing scheme which can be used for data sharing among members in P2P environment. When a member wants to share data, notification messages are sent to the members with whom the member wants to share data. Each notification message includes one-time password encrypted with the receiver's public key. A member who received the notification message can download the data by using the one-time password. The proposed scheme provides selective sharing, download confirmation and efficient memory management. In terms of security, the proposed scheme supports authentication, entity privacy, replay attack protection and disguise prevention.

본 논문에서는 사용자 중심의 커뮤니티를 정의하고, 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용한 커뮤니티 구성 방법과 맥락정보 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 재구성 방법을 제안한다. 최근 유비쿼터스 스마트 공간에서 협업 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 기존 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 관련 연구에서는 정적인 커뮤니티 구성으로 인해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따른 커뮤니티의 동적 구성이 어렵다. 따라서 커뮤니티를 사용자의 행동에 따라 구성하기 위해서는 사용자 맥락 정보를 이용하는 것이 필요하다. 제안된 방법은 사용자 중심의 정형화된 맥락 모델을 이용하여 사용자의 관심사를 추론하고 커뮤니티의 목적을 설정한다. 그리고 주기적인 사용자의 맥락 정보 감시를 통해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따라 동적으로 커뮤니티 재구성이 가능하게 한다. 커뮤니티 관리 모듈은 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용하여 구성원들 사이의 관계성을 분석하고, 분석된 관계를 바탕으로 커뮤니티의 특성을 결정한다. 제안된 기법의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서, 맥락인식 기반의 증강현실 경험 공유 시스템을 이용하였고, 사용자의 맥락 정보의 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 구성과 커뮤니티 구성원들간의 콘텐츠에 대한 선택적 공유를 실험하였다. 제안된 방법을 활용하면 선택적 공유를 위한 동적 커뮤니티 구성이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study examines the motivations that prompt customers to use commercial sharing services (CSSs), and the relationship between anti-consumption and the perceived utility of CSSs in the fashion-sharing business. This study tries to understand how the two types of anti-consumption can differentially affect consumers' perceived utility to use CSSs. In particular, as the types of CSS have diversified and many consumers have used them, it can be expected that the influence of anti-consumption on the perceived utility of CSSs can change, depending on the field where the CSS is applied. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs was used. Results: This study found that (i) two types of anti-consumption (voluntary and selective) differentially affect the perceived utilities to use CSSs; (ii) the two types of anti-consumption differentially affect the perceived utility to use CSSs depending on the level of the brand. Conclusions: In order to promote the spread of consumers' use in the sharing economy, it will be possible to identify what important utility is and make a meaningful contribution to the establishment of future marketing strategies.

In this paper, we investigate cooperative diversity in a spectrum sharing environment where secondary users utilize primary users' spectrum only if the interference power received at the primary users is maintained below a predetermined level. The outage probability of a selective decode-and-forward (DF) based cooperative diversity scheme in the secondary network is derived to analyze the effects of spectrum sharing on cooperative diversity. Our analytical and simulation results show that the outage probability is saturated at a certain level of transmit power of secondary users due to interference regulation, and, hence, cooperative diversity gains are lost. Through asymptotic analysis, we also identify the critical value of transmit SNR beyond which the outage probability is saturated.

XML이 인터넷 상에서 수많은 정보의 표현과 교환의 표준으로 자리매김해감에, XML 데이터를 안전하고 효율적으로 배포하기 위한 방법의 강구가 강력히 요구 되는 추세이다. 특히 Peer-to-Peer와 같은 환경에서 그런 경향은 더욱 두드러지고 있다. 지금까지의 SDI 연구는 user profiling 에 대해 새로 입수되는 XML source에 대한 match(filtering 문제)에 관련된 문제에 집중, 효율적 배포와 관련된 연구가 드문 실정이며, 효율적 배포에 관련된 소수의 기존연구에서도 중앙집중식 관리방식을 사용함으로써 Peer-to-Peer와 같은 분산환경에는 바로 적용시키기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특징을 가지고 있는Peer-to-Peer 환경에서 인가정책과 비밀분산을 이용함으로써 안전하고 확장이 용이한 XML 데이터의 배포 방법을 제안한다.

This study focuses on analyzing a subset of consumer activities (especially social medium) in their wedding preparation. The focus of this study is on wedding online communities and understanding the impact of communities on selective behavior for information-acceptance. Data was compiled based on female consumers in their 20s and 30s who actively participate in online community forums. It included female consumers preparing for their weddings and individuals interested in weddings. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected from January $10^{th}$ to $23^{rd}$ in 2012. The online communities were identified from Naver, Yahoo, and online search portals; subsequently, they were rank-sorted based on number of members, visitors, and forum posts. We identified four different characteristic based on the findings from the analysis of on-line wedding communities. The characteristic of these communities were divided into sharing experience, functionality of the webpage, informativeness, and interactivity; consequently, use of these online communities is based on trust and significant personal relationships between the members online. Out of the four different community characteristics, sharing experience was found to have a greater impact for the selective behavior of wedding dresses and information- acceptance than the functionality of the webpage, interactivity, and informativeness. We conclude that trust in information provided by members with marriage process experience is the foremost important factor in the behavior of individual consumers wit iexplore.exe -extoff hout marriage process experience. Therefore, the impact of these online communities catering to would-be brides is based on the trust of posters and how well it is articulated.

In this paper, we proposed cross-layered approach of video codec and communication system for the efficient video streaming service. Conventional video streaming is served by divided system which consist of video codec layer and communication layer. Its disintegration causes the limitation of the performance of video streaming service. With the cross-layered design, each layer could share the information and the service is able to enhance the performance. And we proposed the selective retransmission method in communication system based on the cross-layered system that reflect the information of encoded video data. Selective retransmission method which consider the characteristics of video data improves the performance of video streaming services. We verified the proposed method with raw format full HD test sequence with H.264/AVC codec and MATLAB simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves about 10% PSNR performance.

본 논문에서는 제안하는 계단충전방식에서는 직렬로 연결된 전지에 있어서 각 전지의 $\Delta$V=0 시점이 서로 다름을 고려하여 각 전지별로 선택적으로 충전단계를 절환시킴으로써 과충전 또는 부족충전을 예방할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 각 단계의 초기에 전지간의 잔존용량의 불균등을 해소하기 위해 시분할 균등충전모드를 추가하였다. 기존의 계단충전방식에 비해 선택적 충전단계절환을 위한 간단한 회로가 추가되지만 과충전과 부족충전을 예방하므로 전지수명과 충전효율을 개선시킬 수 있다.
