남자대학생의 라이프 스타일 요인이 의복의 구매동기, 정보원활용, 의복선택기준에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Impact of Lifestyle Factors on Clothing Purchase Motives, Information Use, and Selection Criteria in Male College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lifestyle factors on clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria in male college students. The sample included 241 male college students, and an instrument was developed based on the previous studies. The statistical analyses used for this study were factor analysis and multiple regression. The result of factor analysis showed that lifestyle consisted of six factors : clothing interest, serif-confidence, social participation, planned clothing purchase, family-orientation, and conservativeness. Clothing purchase motives consisted of conspicuous consumption motives, fashion and individuality motives, and economic motives. Clothing information use consisted of four factors: paper/display, personal advice, fashion show/clothing observation, and electronic media. Finally. clothing selection criteria consisted of practicability, fashion/individuality, and conformity, Multip1e regression revealed that there were significant effects of lifestyle factors on clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria. For example, self-confidence factor had a negative impact on conspicuous consumption motive, personal advice information use, and fashion/individuality criteria. The relative importance of lifestyle factors were different according to different dimensions of clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria.

20~30대 여성의 유행선도력에 따른 속옷 구매행동 및 태도에 관한 연구 (Fashion Leadership, Underwear Purchase Behaviors and Attitude of Females in Their 20s-30s)

  • This study examines the underwear purchase behaviors of female consumers based on fashion leadership. Data research was conducted on 348 females in their 20s and 30s located in the city of Seoul & the surrounding Gyeonggi provincial area. The SPSS 17.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Scheffe's test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study are as follow. 1. Fashion leadership was identified with four factors; fashion opinion leadership, fashion innovation, confidence of fashion, and potential fashion leadership. Customers were segmented into the following three subdivisions: fashion leaders, fashion followers, and fashion laggards. 2. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear purchase motive included pursuit of fashion, economic, and fashion coordination. Fashion leaders highly regarded the pursuit of fashion & fashion coordination, but fashion laggards regarded economics highly. 3. The factors derived from the factor analysis of selection criteria included design attributes, brand attributes, functionality of clothes, and practicality. Fashion leaders regarded the attributes of design and brands highly; fashion followers regarded design attributes highly. 4. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear attitude included fashion/shopping orientation, fashion coordination orientation, and wear sensation/modesty orientation. Fashion leaders regarded fashion, shopping, design, and fashion coordination orientation highly relative to fashion followers and fashion laggards. 5. Fashion leadership showed significant differences in purchase motives, selection criteria, and underwear attitude.

방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiology Department Students' Motivation for Major Selection and Satisfaction on University Life Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 방사선(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행되었다. 2021년 6월 20일부터 7월 20일까지 부산, 경남 소재 대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년 학생 308명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기 보다 개인적 동기로 전공 선택을 했을 경우 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며 전공 만족도의 하부요인 중 일반 만족, 주변 관계 만족 시 대학생활 적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서는 학교, 교수, 학생 사이에 친밀함을 확보할 필요가 있으며 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 급변하는 교육의 정책변화를 인지하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 영위할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

권장도서목록을 활용한 자기 선택적 독서 프로그램이 고등학생의 독서 동기 유형에 끼친 영향 분석 (An Analysis on Impact of the Self-selected Reading Program Using Recommended Book Lists to High School Students' Reading Motivation)

  • 본 연구는 학교도서관을 통하여 자기 선택적 독서 프로그램을 설계 운영한 후, 학생들의 독서 동기 유형을 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구의 자기 선택적 독서 프로그램은 도서 선정의 자율성 보장을 위해 다수 영역, 다수 도서의 권장도서목록으로 제공하였고, 읽기와 쓰기를 통합해 개발하였다. 프로그램 종료 후 이수 학생들을 대상으로 6개 영역의 독서 동기를 측정한 결과 자율 동기 영역이 타율 동기보다 월등하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자기 선택적 독서 프로그램은 권장도서목록을 활용해 도서 선정의 자율성을 보장하고, 자율동기에 따른 안정적이고 지속적인 독서 습관을 기를 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Analysis of Value Pursuit Discount Store Customers Using Means-End Chain Theory

  • Purpose - This study attempted to identify the value promotion clues that may operate as a consumer's motive, by shedding new light on consumer value and by reconstructing each variable analyzed through the means-end chain (MEC) theory. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, 202 copies of effective questionnaires using the data of Yang and Ju (2012) were subjected to correlation, regression, and SEM. Results - All store selection attributes were verified as having a positive influence on the relationship quality. Although the store selection attributes were verified as exerting a positive influence on the relationship quality, according to the verification result of the mediating effect, consumer value was verified to be influenced only by the relationship quality instead of by the store selection attributes. Conclusion - As a result of path analysis on the proposed model after modification, it was verified that only product factor had a statistically significant positive influence and that social value was completely mediating between relationship quality and emotional value. It may be highlighted that the MEC theory concept would be applicable to the cause-and-effect relationship model.

외모관리동기에 따른 외모관리행동의 차이에 관한 연구 (Differences of Appearance Management Behaviors among Appearance Management Motives)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in appearance management behaviors and demographic variables among groups classified by the appearance management motives. The questionaries are administerd to 493 female and male adults above 20 years old in Seoul, Kyeonggi-do, Daegu and Kyungpook regions. For analysis of data from 478 respondents, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ANOVA, Duncan test and ${\chi}^2$ test were applied. We show the following results: First, factor analysis for appearance management motives extracted three factors such as self-development, emphasis on the trendy appearance, and sexual appealing motive. Factor analysis for appearance management behaviors extracted four factors such as weight training, surgery/skin care, hair care and clothing selection. Second, three groups of the appearance management motives were classified into such as the social self-management type, the sexual appealing self-management type, the passive appearance management type. The social self-management groups are more interested in self-development, emphasis on the trendy appearance, and sexual appealing motive. And they are also more involved in appearance management behaviors: clothing selection is the most pursuing appearance management behavior. Third, among the demographic variables, the single and female in 20s and 30s with higher level of education belonged to the social self-management group. In this contribution, we find significant differences in the appearance management behavior and demographic variables classified by the appearance management motives.

간호전문대학생들의 임상실습현장에서의 수행에 관한 연구 -실습의 내용 빈도를 중심으로- (A Study of the Junior Nursing College Students실 Role during Clinical Practice)

  • The role and function of nursing care nowadays, tend to acquire sophisicated technology because specialization has expended due to increase of the medical population and the improvement of national health standards. To implement nursing care independently as a professional nurse, the apprehension of specific knowledge and skill should be acquired during basic nursing education. So it is important for nursing education not only to include theory and actual techniques, but also to strengthen the practical training in the actual clinical setting. This study was carried out with the following objectives; 1. To survey the detailed content and frequency of actual nursing students display during their clinical training. 2. To investigate the detailed content and frequency of actual nursing behavior which students display in each clinical a area. 3. To identify the motive for selection of nursing as their major and to determine the degree of self confidence, extent of knowledge and recognition of nursing responsibility. 4. To observe the relationship between actual nursing behavior and each of the following; 1) Motive for selecting nursing as a major 2) Self confidence 3) Knowledge of nursing care 4) Recognition of nursing responsibility The conclusions of this study were as follows; 1. Among the detailed nursing behavior which junior nursing college students carry out in clinical training; taking respiration's showed the highest frequency, and taking body temperatures, blood pressures, and pulses and making beds were next in frequency in this order. 2. In detailed nursing behaviors according to clinical area; taking vital signs showed the highest frequency in the emergency room, pediatric ward, orthopedic ward, general surgical ward and internal medicine ward. However, in the operating room, assisting with endotracheal tube insertion and sterile techniques were showen to have the highest frequencies. In nursery, umbilical cord care and the measurement of body weight were the highest in frequency In neurosurgical ward, the measurement of vital signs, changing position and tracheostomy care were the highest in frequency. In obstetric and gynecological ward and in the delivery room, checking duration, intensity and frequency of contractions was the highest in frequency. 3. In regard to the motive for majoring in nursing, the aptitude and interest of the student had the highest percentage(32.86%), and self-confidence in nursing activities (M=3.36), knowledge in nursing activities.(M=3. 09), and the recognition of the nursing activity (M= 3.76) wire in the middle range. 4. When the detailed nursing behaviors were compared with motive, self confidence, knowledge and recognition, it was found that when the nursing behavior was difficult and regarding much endeavor although the motive was high, the frequency of the nursing behavior was rather low. But in the cases in which there was much self confidence and a high level of skill was required, nursing behavior was carried more frequently. When there was muck self confidence and skill was not required, the frequency of nursing behavior was rather low. In the cases of a high level of knowledge, the frequency of nursing behavior was low and when recognition for nursing behavior was given the frequency of nursing behavior was low.

간호대학생의 전공 만족도가 전공몰입에 미치는 영향과 전공선택 동기의 매개역할 (The Influence of Major Satisfaction of Nursing Students on Major Commitment and the Mediating Role of Motivation for Major Selection)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입을 파악하고, 전공몰입의 영향요인 그리고 전공선택 동기의 매개역할을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 대구·경북지역에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 228명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2020년 11월 7일부터 11월 16일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공몰입 영향요인으로는 전공만족도와 전공선택 동기가 예측되었다. 전공 만족도와 전공몰입의 간에 전공선택 동기는 부분매개역할을 하였고, 구체적인 분석에서는 개인적 동기가 부분매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 전공몰입도를 향상시키는 기초정보를 제공하게 되며, 간호학 선택과정의 중요성을 시사하였다.

요리직종의 기능경기대회 참가동기와 인식도 및 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participants Motives and Recognition, Effectiveness of the Cooking Skill Competition)

  • This article studied the motivational factor of participation skill competition and their effectiveness. This study was restricted to cooks within those who had participated in a cooking contest to allow measurement of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 116 cooks by questionnaires from April 6, 2005 to April 23, 2005, of which 106 responses were used for statistical processing to perform this study First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables were analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development and self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition has a significant effect on effectiveness. A total of three factors were extracted from Recognition consisting of 10 variables. Each factor was labeled as awareness of the competition, revision of test questions, and selection of the judges of the competition. Second, three factors were derived from 12 variables in association with the effect of the contest, including factors of contribution to industry development, technical and technological effect, and psychological effect. In addition, it was revealed that the motive of participating in skill competition had an significant impact on recognition. Third, the results of regression analysis demonstrated that factors relating to recognition of skill competition and participation motives significantly influence on the effect of the contest. One limitation of this study is that the Population of the survey was limited to those who had Participated in the contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions in an effort to extend the application of the present results to other studies.

미혼남녀의 결혼관에 나타난 결혼 이데올로기 (Marriage-ideology Reflected on the View of Marriage of Unmarried Men and Women)

  • The purposes of this study were to find the general trends of marriage-ideology reflected on the view of marriage of unmarried men and women, to estimate the differences according to related variables and to investigate relation of variables and marriage-ideology. The samples were selected from the unmarried 164 men and 235 women living in Kwang-ju. The major findings were as follows; 1. Unmarried men and women didn't reveal high level of marriage-ideology but men's marriage-ideology scores were higher than women. The overall tendencies were that women's achievement of vicarious status was more imporant than that of personal status, marriage was the male-leading union and men's conditions of mate-selection must be superior than woman. Unmarried men and women usually did not accept equality between sex and they have strong gender-stereotype. In the view of sexuality, premarital viriginity and extramarital intercourse were more rigid with woman and they took a serious view of man-centered kinship. 2. Marriage-ideology were significantly different according to mother's age, necessity of marriage, motive of marriage, marriage taboo according to family origin, the eldest son's parent care-giving, a notion of preferring a son. 3. Men and women's marriage-ideology was positively related to variables. Especially, women's marriage-ideology had high relation to motive of marriage and a notion of preferring a son. But women's marriage-ideology was negatively related to educational level. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(1) : 27∼43, 1998)
