OSS를 활용한 소프트웨어 개발의 사용영역이 날로 확대되고 있으며 기존의 OSS 선정기법에 관한 연구들은 이론적으로 잘 정립되어 있으나 실용적이지 못하며, 평가지표의 수가 많고 선정기법이 어려워 실제 적용하기에 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 선정평가지표를 최적화하고, 선정단계를 실용화하여 보다 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 선정기법을 제안한다. 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 공통으로 사용되고 있는 평가지표를 식별하고 배제와 그룹화를 통해 최종 14개의 평가지표와 31개의 평가항목을 추출하여 이해하기 쉽도록 재 정의한다. 그리고 정의된 평가지표를 초기평가(I), 기능평가(F), 특성평가(C), 보완평가(S) 등 4개 단계로 나누어 평가하는 단계적 선정기법을 제안한다. 제안한 OSS 선정기법의 적정성을 평가하기 위하여 OSS 사이트에서 MySQL 데이터베이스 관리 툴 29개를 후보로 선정하고 제안한 선정기법을 적용한 결과 평가시간의 감소되고 사용방법이 간결해졌다.

관계분석형 R&D 포트폴리오 방법은 중점기술의 선정기준이 독립적일 경우 각 선정기준의 고유한 목적과 특성을 반영하여 중점기술을 선정하는 방법이다. 본 연구는 중점기술을 도출하기 위한 방법으로 관계분석형 R&D 포트폴리오 방법을 제시하고 선정기준과 분석지표간의 상관관계 분석하는 1단계, 각 선정기준에 최적으로 부합하는 포트폴리오 매트릭스를 구성하는 2단계, 중점기술을 도출하는 3단계로 나누어 방법론을 적용하는 과정을 서술하였다. 본 연구에서는 중점기술을 선정하기 위한 4대 선정기준과 기술수준, 경제성, 기술성을 파악하기 위한 분석지표간의 상관관계를 HoQ를 응용한 표로 작성하였다. 상관관계표를 바탕으로 각 선정기준을 최적으로 만족하기 위해 고려해야 할 분석지표를 도출하였으며, 도출된 분석지표와 선정기술을 두 축으로 포트폴리오 매트릭스를 구성하였다. 4대 기준을 모두 충족하는 충족형 포트폴리오 P0와 4대 선정기준의 고유한 특성을 반영하여 각 선정기준을 효과적으로 충족하는 포트폴리오 P1~P4를 구성하여 중점기술을 도출하였다. 선정된 중점기술은 명세기반의 키워드 분석 등의 과정을 거쳐 미래 안보환경에 대응하기 위한 중점분야 선정에 활용될 수 있다.

In this paper, a criteria for selecting an appropriate load redistribution algorithm is devised so that a fault-tolerance distributed system can operte at its optimal efficience. To present the guideline for selecting redistributing algorithms, simulation models of fault-tolerant system including redistribution algorithms are developed using SLAM II. The job arrival rate, service rate, failure and repair rate of nodes, and communication delay time due to load migration are used as parameters of simulation. The result of simulation shows that the job arrival rate and the failure rate of nodes are not deciding factors in affecting the relative efficiency of algorithms. Algorithm B shows relatively a consistent performance under various environments, although its performance is between those of other algorithms. If the communication delay time is longer than average job processing time, the performance of algorithm B is better than others. If the repair rate is relatively small or communication delay time is longer than service time, algorithm A leads to good performance. But in opposite environments, algorithm C is superior to other algorithms.

Since 'Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure' were changed in January 2005, BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects of Private Participation in Infrastructure was introduced in the domestic construction market for the purpose of providing public facilities with the public. Selecting the most qualified Promoter should be considered discreetly in BTL projects because BTL projects is for projects with approximately thirty year project life cycle, plan, construction, operating, maintenance and obviously the success of the project totally depends on the capability and role of Promoter. However, score for cost is likely to influence selecting Promoter to take the project. Accordingly, low bid contract with too much competition could decrease the quality of the construction plan and operating plan. Thus, this study did preliminary research and documents on problems of evaluation criteria for selecting Promoter in BTL projects, and proposed improvement factors by doing questionnaire over specialists of each field.

The purposes of this study were to find factor which influence on the selection criteria of food supplier. Questionnaire were distributed to 52 general hospitals with more than 400 beds located in Seoul and Kyongin province, and responded questionnaires were collected from 44 dietetic departments (84.6%) and 18 purchasing departments (34.6%). The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) supplier selection criteria include quality, service, cost and supplier competency. (2) With having been met with tight competition and market opening, hospitals plan a strategy to improve quality, service and they tend to have more interest in various supplier selection criteria. (3) Purchasing departments estimate more highly the rate of reflection in considering supplier selection criteria than the rate of importance about cost criteria, which reveals that purchasing departments sensitively respond to cost cutdown. (4) When selecting suppliers, a significant(p<.01) influence of stability of supplier industry environment on the selecting criteria such as the importances of quality, service, and supplier quality are recognized only after recognizing the stability of food delivery industry. Food supplier industry secures stability more quickly through major companies' participation in food distribution industry and this will reveal the importance of supplier selection criteria. (5) Suppliers which are selected by the quality criteria, service criteria, supplier quality criteria make efforts to communicate with foodservice departments, to give more proper information about substitute food, new product, and to make commitments, while suppliers which are decided by cost criteria do not establish supportive relationships with foodservice departments.

2022년 국가기록원은 공공표준 「전자기록물 보존포맷 선정기준(v1.0)」을 제정하여 전자기록물 유형별로 적합한 보존포맷을 선정할 수 있도록 기준을 마련하였다. 기술 발전에 따라 파일포맷의 종류와 그에 따른 전자기록물의 유형이 다양하게 생산되고 있으나 문서 유형의 보존포맷 PDF/A-1b 외 다른 유형의 전자기록물에 적용 가능한 보존포맷은 제시되지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 보존포맷 선정기준의 범위를 확장할 수 있도록 시청각기록물, 특히 비디오 유형 전자기록물의 고유기준을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 고유기준을 마련하기 위해 비디오 유형 전자기록물에 관한 필수보존속성을 제안하며, 이를 기반으로 비디오 유형 고유기준을 도출하고자 한다. 이에, 비디오 파일의 특성에 따라 비디오(컨테이너)형, 비디오(코덱)형으로 구분하여 각각 3개, 6개 고유기준 평가항목을 도출하였고 평가항목별 평가문항을 설계하여 비디오 유형 전자기록물의 보존포맷 적합성 평가를 위한 선정기준을 제시하였다.

Objectives : There are plenty of medical record of acupuncture & moxibustion in Traditional East Asian medicine(TEAM). We performed this study to find out the hidden criteria lies on this record to choose proper acupoints. Methods : "Zhenjiuzishengjing", ancient TEAM book was analysed using document clustering techniques. Corpus was made from this book. It contained 196 texts driven from each symptoms. Each texts converted to vector representing frequency of 349 acupoints. Distance of vectors calculated by weighted Euclidean distance method. According to this distances, hierarchical clustering of symptoms was builded. Results : The cluster consisted of five large groups. they had high corelation with body part; head and face, chest, abdomen, upper extremity, lower extremity, back. Conclusions : It assumes that body part of symptom is the most importance criteria of acupoints selecting. some high similar symptom vectors consolidated this result. the other criteria is cause and pathway of illness. some symptoms bound together which had common cause and pathway.

In recent, an unfaithful construction bring about many social problems. The bidding process considering bidding price firstly is one of the reasons raising an unfaithfull construction work. Thus, we should consider many other criteria including bidding price in the bidder selection process. This paper suggests an analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model for selecting the best bidder of a large construction project. A questionnaire was used to obtain domain experts' opinion about criteria to be considered in the bidding process. A hierarchical structure of the AHP model is formed using criteria obtained in the survey. The model consists of bidding price, construction capability, financial status, faith, and their 17 sub-attributes. The relative importance of bidders are judged by pairwise comparison or absolute measurement. An illustrative example is given to show the process selecting the best bidder using the suggested AHP model.

문서 유형의 전자기록물 장기보존을 위해 국가기록원에서는 PDF/A-1을 보존포맷으로 선정하였고 문서보존포맷으로 명명하여 공공표준으로 제정하였다. 문서 중심의 하나의 보존포맷인 PDF/A-1를 선택할 수 밖에 없기 때문에, IT 발전과 업무 변화에 따라 실제 업무에 적용할 수 있거나 적용해야만 하는 다양한 전자파일 포맷들을 활용하는데 제약을 주고 있으며, 문서 이외에 다른 유형의 전자기록물(행정정보데이터세트, 시청각기록물, 웹기록물 등)에는 적용되기 어렵다. 그러므로 전자기록물의 보존포맷을 다양화할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는, 우선 전자기록물의 보존포맷을 다양화할 수 있는 보존포맷 선정체계를 제시한다. 또한, 보존포맷을 선정할 때, 모든 전자기록물에 공통으로 적용되는 기준인 공통기준 및 평가방식, 그리고 전자기록물 유형별로 적용되는 고유기준을 도출하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

Environmental Impact Assessment System, ever since its enactment in Korea fourteen years ago, has been steadily improved by introduction and implementation of new concepts and methodologies which include Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) preparation technique, selection of environmental factors, and the like. However, current guideline requires that every EIS, regardless of the specifics of the project type or characteristics of the site, must evaluate and study for all twenty-two environmental factors as set forth in the regulation. The situation causes many undesirable problems like; lack of site specific evaluation in most EISs, over-sized EIS drafts, consuming too much time and costs for EIS preparation, and so on. The objectives of this study are: - To establish a set of criteria to classify the types of the projects in terms of features of the project content and the characteristics of the site area. - To establish a guideline for selecting major environmental factors of the project type criteria, and - To provide basic materials for the preparation of complets draft EIS of the Amendment of Environmental Impact Assessment Act.
