초동수사란 사건발생의 초기에 행하는 긴급한 수사 활동이다. 초동수사가 잘못되면 사건이 영원히 미궁에 빠지거나 많은 증거가 사라져버리게 된다. 따라서 초동수사가 잘못되면 많은 인력과 예산을 낭비하거나 또 다른 피해자가 발생하게 되는 것이다. 초동수사는 범죄현장을 중심으로 한 수사와 피해자중심수사 그리고 피해품 중심 수사 등이 있다. 현장중심 수사는 범죄현장주변에서 유류품의 발견, 범행일시의 확정, 참고인의 발견, 지리감 등을 파악하는 수사 활동이다. 피해자 중심수사는 피해자의 인적사항, 피해자 및 가족의 생활상태, 재산상태, 교우관계, 가정 내부사정 등을 파악하여 범인을 검거하는 수사방법이다. 피해품 중심수사는 범죄피해품의 소재 이동경로를 추적하여 범인을 검거하는 방법이다. 경찰의 초동수사역량을 강화하기 위해서는 초동수사에 대한 교육을 강화하고, FTX(현장훈련)를 지속적으로 실시하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 초동수사매뉴얼을 제작하여 활용하여야 하며, 사건분석시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. 또한 과학수사기법의 개발과 국민의 협조가 필요하다. 앞으로는 사건에 대한 초동수사부터 철저히 하여 국민에게 믿음을 줄 수 있는 경찰이 되어야 할 것이다.

To make internet shopping mall competitive, effective consumer service should be provided. The objective of this study is to analyse the consumer satisfaction for internet shopping mall. For this purpose, questionnaire survey has been used. For the statistical analysis, multivariate linear regression were utilized using the SAS program. According to the results in this study, the variables that positively affect toward consumer satisfaction are the quality of goods, the information of goods, the display method of goods, the convenience of ordering point of time and cancellation. On the contrary, the variables that negatively affect toward consumer satisfaction are the price of goods and the weakness of information security.

Since the 9.11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has become more important than ever before. With this as a momentum, a customs supply chain security paradigm emerged intended to guarantee secure flow of cargo across boarder. Under this circumstances Incoterms(R) 2010 rules have allocated obligations between the buyer and seller to obtain or to render assistances in obtaining security clearances. Thus, security related obligations such as providing advance manifest information is the mandatory requirements for any export and import. The impact on the seller and buyer of security related obligations under the Incoterms(R) 2010 rules environment is obvious. Assistance to provide the security information in advance has become indispensable obligations to the seller and buyer. As such assistances is at the cost and risk of the party responsible for the clearances of the goods, the choice of recognised partner and compliance with the relevant security program, in order to enjoy the relevant benefits, becomes paramount.

본 연구는 중고거래 온라인 플랫폼 중 국내 대표 서비스인 당근마켓과 번개장터를 중심으로 보안 관련 서비스에 관한 사용자 경험을 측정하는 데 목적이 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션을 이용한 태스크 실험과 설문조사 및 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 정성적, 정량적 연구를 진행했다. 연구 결과 현 중고거래 플랫폼 내의 안전성과 보안성 관련 서비스를 사용자들이 더욱더 쉽게 인지 할 수 있도록 적극적인 인터페이스가 필요하고, 판매자에게도 이익 실현이 이루어지는 거래방식이 필요하며, 보안성을 강화하기 위해 제공되고 있는 서비스 또한 지속해서 그래픽(Graphic) 요소의 시인성을 높여야 한다. 이 연구는 구매자가 판매자가 되는 C2C 형태의 플랫폼에서 보안성 측면을 고려한 안전한 중고거래 플랫폼의 지속적인 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

For web application vulnerability diagnosis, from the development stage to the operation stage, it is possible to stably operate the web only when there is a policy that is commonly applied to each task through diagnosis of vulnerabilities, removal of vulnerabilities, and rapid recovery from web page damage. KISA presents 28 evaluation items for technical vulnerability analysis of major information and communication infrastructure. In this paper, we diagnose the vulnerabilities in the automobile goods shopping mall website and suggest security measures according to the vulnerabilities. As a result of diagnosing 28 items, major vulnerabilities were found in three items: cross-site scripting, cross-site request tampering, and insufficient session expiration. Cookie values were exposed on the bulletin board, and personal information was exposed in the parameter values related to passwords when personal information was edited. Also, since the session end time is not set, it was confirmed that session reuse is always possible. By suggesting security measures according to these vulnerabilities, the discovered security threats were eliminated, and it was possible to prevent breaches in web applications and secure the stability of web services.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact of the New Container Security Initiatives of U.S., CSI(Container Security Initiative) and C-TPAT(Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism). The CSI which aims to pre-screen high-risk containers in ports of loading. It is a unilateral effort that seeks to develop bi-lateral agreements between the United States and foreign countries with significant container trade volumes into the U.S. C-TPAT is a voluntary initiative to develop cooperative security relationships between the U.S. government and U.S. firms in the global supply chain. Government and Industry have already responded with proposals to create more confidence in supply chain security. These proposals call for heightened inspection and scrutiny of the goods flowing through a supply chain, increased information exchange among participants of supply chain. While government and the private sector are working together to launch new initiative to create more secure and reliable supply chains, industry is rapidly exploring the potential of new technologies such as RFID. The security recommendations will eventually become the requirements to be complied with by importers and their supplier extending to the carriers. It is needed that Korean shippers involved in US importer's supply chain should pay attention to the requirements and start implementing the security measures.

인터넷 뱅킹 서비스가 보편화되면서 많은 사용자들이 온라인을 통한 재화의 교환이 가능하였다. 하지만 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스에서 존재하는 보안위협에 의하여 사고사례가 지속적으로 발생하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스의 전 구간에 걸쳐 다양한 보안기술이 적용되었으며, 본 논문에서는 금융기관 구간과 네트워크 구간에 적용된 보안기술에 대한 조사 결과를 서술한다. 본 논문의 결과를 통하여 내부자에 의하여 발생하는 피해사례와 구현과정에서의 취약점으로 인하여 발생하는 위협에 대응하기 위한 참고 자료로써 활용 가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This paper aims to not only investigate the nature of financial security and its measurement, but also to compare financial security level in 629 listed companies divided into four different industries (materials, industrials, health care, and consumer goods) before building a theoretical framework and regression models to examine the determinants of financial security. By gathering 2,167 financial statements published in Vietnamese Stock Exchange during eight years from 2012 to 2019, with the support of STATA, the research results indicate that six different internal factors, which are liquidity, profitability, firm size, debt management ratios, asset management ratios, and cash flows, explain 77.7% the change of financial security ratio and 3.4% the change in sustainable growth ratio. Specifically, while firm size has a positive impact on sustainable growth ratio but a negative impact on financial security ratio, deb management and profitability have an insignificant influence on the financial security level. Furthermore, an increase in asset management ratios would result positively in both two dependent variables whereas a rise in sustainable growth and a decline in financial security ratio are expected to witness if there is an increase in cash flows.

Troublesome problems are being caused by hallucinogenic drugs which come not only from illegal narcotics but also from unprohibited general drug-kinds such as cough-remedy agents of textromerupan, namely, Lamina, Rubi-king and the likes. Abuse and misuse of narcotics permeated into and threatens mental health of socially-known peoples, actor, actress, talents and businessmen as well. This study especially dealt with problems related with Mesampetamin, Rurajaepam, Texstrometropan and Karisofrodol which affects mental behaviour, and considered counter-measures through analysis and developed appropriate system of goods circulation for guidance to be complied by the medicine professionalists. The guidance sought here is recommended to the government ministries for further enforcement of crack-down of the drug crimes. Arquesa in method is recommend as a method of identifying behaviors and facial expressions of abusers and misusers of narcotics at the spot in place. This study is directed to curtailing hallucinogenic drugs use for absolute preventive security by detecting out black dealers of narcotics supplying to the abusers and misusers. There is a need of special education program to cut off the flow of narcotics or drugs crimes into official security force as well as private security personnel. This study introduced a priority and emphasis of real augmentation to theory and practice of the modern scientific security which can protect the mental health of the guarded persons as well especially in the light of security safety curriculum at the school.

4차 산업혁명의 몰입과 함께 산업의 전반적인 흐름이 ICT 기반의 비즈니스 환경으로 나아감에 따라 의료산업에도 환경변화가 일어나고 있다. 공공재 성격을 지닌 의료산업에서는 의료서비스의 신뢰성과 지속성을 요구하고 있으나, 스마트 환경으로 전환하기에 기존 시스템들의 호환성, 확장성 문제로 인하여 보안에 대한 도입이 늦춰지고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 신속하게 스마트 의료환경에서 보안체계를 구축하기 위하여, 필요로 하는 보안기술을 도출, 분석하고 도입하기 위한 이해관계자들이 관심을 가져야하는 부분과 역할에 대하여 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 의료보안체계를 구축하기 위한 이해관계자들의 다차원적인 노력에 대하여 확장성 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
