  • 정보화 사회의 발전으로 각 조직체는 정보시스템 의존도가 매우 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 정보시스템에 장애가 발생하여 신속하게 대응하지 못하면 조직체의 신뢰에 치명적인 결과를 초래하게 된다. 최근에는 정보시스템의 지나친 업무 의존도 때문에 사이버테러의 주요 공격 목표가 되고 있다. 대학의 정보시스템은 기업의 정보시스템 보다 안전성이 더욱 취약하지만, 정보시스템의 가용성 확보를 위한 정책지원이 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 논문은 대학의 학사정보 서비스를 위해 시스템 장애에 대비한 재난 복구의 이론적인 내용을 고찰하고 학사정보 서비스의 가용성이 확보될 수 있는 PC 기반 학사행정 고가용성 정보시스템 구현에 관하여 연구하였다.

  • 본 연구는 현장방염처리 물품에 대한 성능검사와 관련하여 불합리한 제도를 개선하고, 합리적인 방염성능검사 방법을 통하여 현장방염처리 물품에 대한 방염의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 2년 동안 일선 소방관서에서 실시한 현장방염처리 물품에 대한 방염성능검사 실적을 토대로 최근에 사용되는 인테리어 마감자재 및 현장방염처리 경향에 대한 분석을 하였다. 또한 현장방염처리물품에 대한 성능검사 방법 및 절차, 방염처리업 등록제도의 문제점 등을 분석하여 현 실정에 적합한 방염성능검사 방법 및 성능검사의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 우리사회에서 중요한 화두가 되고 있는 저출산 고령화 대책, 사회적 일자리 창출 등의 영향으로 사회적 주목의 대상이 되고 있는 사회서비스 정책의 동향을 살펴보고, 거시적인 관점에서 대안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 현재의 사회서비스 정책은 중앙과 지방의 단절, 최소생활보장 장치의 미흡, 서비스 일자리와 취약한 서비스 대상자에 대한 균형의 결여 등이 문제로 제기되었다. 이에 대하여 이용자의 선택과 참여를 증진하는 수단으로서의 시장기제의 도입과 시장의 부정적인 영향을 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 견제장치로서의 반시장기제의 통합을 대안으로 제시하였다.

  • The dependency on technology has increased with the increase in population. Technology plays a crucial role in facilitating, organizing and securing people's life nowadays. The Internet has penetrated every face of present-day lifestyles. Yet another ubiquitous use of digital technology today is evident in transferring money and speeding cross border payments that are done through digital transactions. This paper investigates transferring money and data through banks and companies by using the Blockchain concept through decentralized distributed system. The present research also peruses several contexts in which this technology has already been implemented successfully and demonstrates the advantages of replacing the paper money with digital money. Using cryptocurrency will facilitate people's life by reducing time, securing the process of money transfer, and increasing data integrity. The primary benefit of this content analysis is that it addresses an innovative subject, in a new light and using timely recent research references drawn from 2018-2020. Thus, our study is a contemporary and conclusive source for all present and future endeavours being undertaken in the domain of using blockchain for e-transactions.

  • This research project is a program promoted to seek diversification of domestic radioactive waste analysis institutions, and seeks public development, win-win cooperation, and cooperation between the entrusted institution and the entrusted institution. Accordingly, the entrusted institution established a standard analysis procedure for establishing a quality control system for radioactivity analysis, establishing a radiation control zone, obtaining KOLAS accreditation, and performing proficiency tests, which are the performance ranges requested by the entrusted institution, and intersecting the radioactive isotope waste generated at the actual site. Verification was performed to confirm the analysis quality. In addition, facilities and equipment for radioactivity analysis were supplemented and expanded, and the basic technology foundation and technical skills were secured through securing professional technicians and education/training. It is judged that the entrusted institution will contribute to securing radiation safety through the smooth execution of treatment, disposal, and transportation through value creation and analysis of radioactive waste generated by radioactive isotope-using institutions (research institutes, hospitals, industries, etc.) by succeeding in this research project do.

북한 발전과 주민 안전을 고려한 북한 신재생에너지 전력 시장 가치 추정 (Estimating the Value of the North Korean Renewable Energy Power Market Taking into Account North Korea's Power Generation and the Safety of Its Inhabitants)

  • While protecting its lives and property from natural disasters such as floods and droughts, North Korea needs to develop into an informationized industrial society by securing renewable energy power in the era of energy transition. In addition, existing research has considered that a policy of continuous and consistent expansion of renewable energy based on the safety of the lives of ordinary people could be the solution. South Korea needs to recognize that the supply of energy for a minimum of living is more important to the North Korean people than the economic benefits of securing North Korea's renewable energy market. Therefore, in this paper, from that point of view, we have calculated the amount of electricity that North Korea lacks necessary for the lives of its inhabitants that can be replaced by renewable energy, and considered ways to estimate the market value.

  • Today, as the number of vehicles equipped with autonomous driving functions increases, the use of various sensors increases, and the complexity of system configuration increases. The ISO 26262 standard was published to prevent caused by systematic errors. Recently, the issue of external environmental factors rather than mechanical failure has increased. This issue is a problem outside of the scope of ISO 26262, and the ISO/DIS 21448 standard was published to solve this problem. Also, Mobileye proposed the RSS model that defined safe distance for dangerous situations in order to secure the safety of autonomous vehicles and who is responsible in case of an accident. In this paper, integrated process of ISO 21448 and RSS model, and through these results, we expect that possible to contribute to securing the safety and reliability of autonomous vehicles in the future.

Planning and decommissioning of a disused Theratron- 780 teletherapy machine and the dose assessment methodology for normal and radiological emergency conditions

  • The present work represents a technical guideline for decommissioning a disused teletherapy machine model Theratron-780 and contains category one 60Co radioactive source. The first section predicts the dose rate from the source in case of normal and radiological emergency situations via FLUKA-MC simulation code. Moreover, the dose assessment for the occupational during the whole process is calculated and compared to the measured values. A suggested cordoned area for safety and security in a radiological emergency is simulated. The second section lists the whole process's technical procedures, including (preview, dismantle, securing, transport and storage) of the disused teletherapy machine. Results show that the maximum obtained accumulated dose for occupational were found to be 24.5 ± 4.9 μSv in the dismantle and securing process in addition to 3.5 ± 1.8 μSv during loading on the transport vehicle and unloading at the storage facility. It was found that the measured accumulated dose for workers is in good agreement with the estimated one by uncertainty not exceeding 5% in normal operating conditions.

  • 북한이 ICBM을 발사하여 9.19군사협의에 대한 모라트리움을 선언하였다. 국군은 국방과 안보를 위해 군사안보를 지켜야 한다. 북한으로부터 해킹공격을 받은 국방부는 군사안보에 더욱 보안을 지켜야한다. 최근 군사자료의 유출이 스마트폰을 통해 발생하고 있다. 장교와 부사관은 업무중에도 스마트폰 사용이 가능하다. 따라서 스마트폰에서 군사자료의 정보유출을 확인하고 책임소재를 분명히 하려면 스마트폰 포렌식이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 S사의 갤럭시S20 기종에서 군사자료 유출애 대한 스마트폰 포렌식을 연구한다. 스마트폰 포렌식 증거자료의 확보와 Metadata 확보 및 증거자료의 채택을 위한 무결성 검증을 연구한다. 본 연구는 군사안보와 포렌식 기술발전에 기여할 것이다.

AHP 기법을 활용한 여객기의 화물기로의 개조사업 성공요인 분석 (Analysis of Success Factors for Converting Passenger Aircrafts to Freighters Using AHP)

  • The air transport industry is experiencing unprecedented fluctuations in aviation demand through the Covid-19 pandemic, and is more focused than ever on maintaining and generating business profitability. During the pandemic, demand for air cargo has soared, and the conversion business from passenger aircrafts to freighters(P2F) is drawing attention as a new business in the aviation maintenance industry. This study derives important factors to be considered in order to successfully carry out the P2F project through a wide range of cases and related literature, and analyzes the relative importance of each factor using the analytic hierarchy process. Through a survey of 33 aviation maintenance experts with more than 20 years of field experience, the importance of main factors and their sub factors was determined and implications were drawn. As a primary result, in order to succeed in the P2F project, the main factors were identified in the order of skill, finance, and location. The most important sub factors for each main factors were identified in order of securing airframe modification skill, securing infrastructure construction cost, and creating P2F business complex and district. The quantified success factors suggested the critical direction for the successful development of Korea's P2F business, and presented viable and specific business strategies and implementation plans for each factors.
