High resolution field emission dispplay(FED) devices of 5 inch diagonal in size are fully developped for the applications of near-future flat ppanel dispplays. Under the unique gate-switching drive scheme electron trajectory pprofiles are simulated and tested by considering leakage effects of each ppixel. Uniquely-pprinted sppacer with high asppect ratio are fabricated on real ITO glass for high vacuum ppackaging. In addition new gas aging scheme of stabilizing field emitting array are extensively investigated during the sealing and exhausting pprocess in order to pprevent oxidation effects on the micro tipp. Finally fulll color images of 64 gray scale will be demonstrated.

Buckling and post-buckling behaviors of geometrically imperfect annular sector plates made from nanoparticle reinforced composites have been investigated. Two types of nanoparticles are considered including graphene oxide powders (GOPs) and silicone oxide (SiO₂). Nanoparticles are considered to have uniform and functionally graded distributions within the matrix and the material properties are derived using Halpin-Tsai procedure. Annular sector plate is formulated based upon thin shell theory considering geometric nonlinearity and imperfectness. After solving the governing equations via Galerkin's technique, it is showed that the post-buckling curves of annular sector plates rely on the geometric imperfection, nanoparticle type, amount of nanoparticles, sector inner/outer radius and sector open angle.

The Fukushima nuclear incident of 2011 served as an external shock that prompted Japan to reform its nuclear energy sector. The collusive relationship between the regulators within the Japanese government and the regulated power industry, as well as the lack of institutional independence of the regulatory agency, had derailed Japanese efforts to reform the sector for decades. The Fukushima crisis exposed these deeply-entrenched flaws in the system, causing public distrust and anger toward the government and the nuclear power sector. This paper discusses the institutional reform measures the Japanese government introduced in the wake of the Fukushima crisis to recover public confidence and revamp the sector to prevent future disasters. The paper also discusses the challenges the Japanese government faces on its road to a successful implementation of nuclear sector reforms.

The main purpose of this study is to develop air transportation cultural index which is able to estimate the level of them. Generally Speaking, air transportation cultural, a compound word of 'air transportation' and 'culture', is a substantial entity consisting knowledge, art, morality, legality, cultivation, customs, and etc, which comes from aircraft operation sector, airport operation/management sector and user sector. They are classified in a primary scope, as aircraft operation sector relating to flight operation, airport operation/management sector and user sector. The research and analysis were taken approximately 4 months, from June 2004 to October 2004. To evaluate the index, the detailed item for three categories were chosen and quantified. The grades for each items were induced from calculation formula for air transportation cultural index by applying weight values. The final grade of Korea's air transportation cultural index recorded 63.19 points.

A multi-scale epoxy/CNT/fiberglass annular sector plate is studied in this paper in the view of determining nonlinear forced vibration characteristics. A 3D Mori-Tanaka model is employed for evaluating multi-scale material properties. Thus, all of glass fibers are assumed to have uni-direction alignment and CNTs have random diffusion. The geometry of annular sector plate can be described based on the open angle and the value of inner/outer radius. In order to solve governing equations and derive exact forced vibration curves for the multi-scale annular sector, Jacobi elliptic functions are used. Obtained results demonstrate the significance of CNT distribution, geometric nonlinearity, applied force, fiberglass volume, open angle and fiber directions on forced vibration characteristics of multi-scale annular sector plates.

Growth of the Korean economy has been sluggish, and this situation is more pronounced in the service sector. We argue that capital misallocation, especially in the service sector, could contribute to this slowdown. Utilizing firm and sectoral level data, first we assess the rising dispersion of the marginal revenue product of capital (MRPK) driven by the service sector. This could represent a widening misallocation of capital. Furthermore, a panel regression shows that within-sector misallocations at the sectoral level are closely correlated with the lower growth rate of sectoral real value added. Again, this is mainly observed in the service sector, but not in the manufacturing sector. Misallocations of other resources, labor and the intermediate inputs do not stand out.

The purpose of this study is to explore how citizens perceive application of the metaverse platforms for city marketing and investigate factors that affect overall attitude for citizen relationship management in the public sector. In particular, this study investigates the following: i) how factors including perceived city brand value, public service, emotional value, experience, personalization, economic value, social value, and cultural value on overall attitude and ii) how overall attitude affects intention to use of metaverse for the public sector and citizen satisfaction. This study conducted an online survey with the assistance of a well-known research firm. This study applied factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results found that effects of perceived city brand value, emotional value, information, economic value, social value, and cultural value on overall attitude toward metaverse application for the public sector showed significance. The results provide managerial and policy implications for the public sector on how to apply metaverse to provide public services and enhance engagement with citizens. The results also provide implications which aspects should be considered to enhance citizen relationship management and to build the better city brand value by applying metaverse.

According to the recent increase in air traffic more efficient air traffic control automation is required. Aeronautical traffic environment is different from the common traffic environment since it exist controller for control of aircraft And controller have to control jurisdiction hand-off by manual when aircraft move to the other sector. This paper proposes the automatic control jurisdiction hand-off algorithm for efficient air traffic flow management. It is sector distinction algorithm that aircraft move sector to the other sector it recognized sector and then give permission to authorized controller. As a simulation result, so unlilke simply manual control sector hand-off of existing algorithm. we confirmed that proposed algorithm in this paper can do air traffic control more efficiently by performing automatic aircraft. control sector hand-off.

In this paper We measured average earnings differentials between the government and the private sector, the degree of earnings inequality within each sector, and estimated net earnings differentials between the public and private sector in 1982, 1985, 1990, 1995 and 1998, respectively. According to our estimation results, the public servants in Korea are being more paid than the private sector on the average, and have been enjoying higher net wage premium after controlling variables such as education level, job experience and occupation, etc. In terms of earning inequality within each sector, the public sector was proven to have very narrow earnings differentials between the top and the bottom, compared to quite large differentials in the private sector. Wide recognition that the public servants' compensation is lower in Korea seems quite wrong. The problem to be resolved is the earnings standardization in the public sector and the strong trend toward more equality in recent years. We recommend that the wage gap between the higher rank and the lower rank should be extended, and employment flexibility within the lower positions or ranks of the bureaucracy should be enhanced.

The purpose of this study was to investigate service support programs for the work-family balance in the community. Service support programs in the community are at beginning stages of development, because it has taken about 10 years to put a self-governing system into practice in Korea. This study concentrates on service support programs developed by various service organizations in the city and does not include any rural districts. First, the developmental process of the work-family balance model and type of the service support program in the community were studied. Next, the situation of care service support was examined based on written articles. Finally, a few suggestions were made f3r work-family balance in the community. The developmental situation of work-flmily balance in Korea is in a stage which is shifting from the company-leading model to a family-company-community model. The most common type of service support program offered in the community until now has been the informal sector through relatives, neighbors or friends. However, service support programs, in the public sector by the government and in the voluntary sector by nonprofit organizations and corporations, has rapidly been growing and the number of services from each sector has also increased. Profit organizations in the private sector, such as medical and care service centers, are also now rapidly increasing. It appears that service support programs contributing to the work-family balance in the community come from a number of sectors, including public, voluntary, private and informal sectors, to suit consumer needs.
