현대패션에 표현된 하이브리드 경향 연구 - 1990년대 후반을 중심으로 - (A Study on Hybrid Expressed in Modern Fashion - Focusing on the End of 1990s -)

  • This study was carried out with an objective to prepare the framework of conformity for the 21st century modern fashion, which is interactive with mankind, based on a position that the 21st century contemporary fashion with its amalgamating trend of diversified artistic forms may not be elucidated on a standpoint centering on one certain modality. The hybrid fashion trend of historical modality which provides freedom and satisfaction in creation of an individuals expressive power in expressing true desire of mans inside through man-centered thought of the times has made multifarious motives of the past and present fragmentary. It thus extracts inner divisions and the concept of consolidation through three-dimensional form. Modern fashion is newly interpreted by the material and details of high technologies. and is harmonized by mix and match with various expressions. By having it, it is being expressed together with many types of dresses and ornaments. The hybrid fashion design trend of regional elements formed by stimuli and contacts of diverse local culture by globalization of network that was achieved by scientific technologies of the contemporary information society has disintegrated varied boundaries in the conventional culture by the latest communication technology-new media on the basis of newly created culture. The fact that regional elements could be expressed as if they were interrelated without each being deprived of originality may be explained with an interpretation on pluralism. The hybrid fashion design trend of cultural aspect, which manifests in the background of scientific technological culture as it transcends the societal-cultural boundaries based on the de-centralization theory of Frederic Jameson, has supplemented the imperfect meanings through conversional correlation with other forms and internal program changes. The middle stratal and polyhedral characteristics are seen as each cultural element is dismantled and reassembled by application of 'multiple-time point expression'. Design forming method is not to bring destruction from outside, but to embrace instability and chaos through radical dismantling of the inside. and to pursue diversity and openness. Thus. it is implemented by an approach that takes the role of design process. In communication of discontinuity, continuity was dismantled through forms of mixing, overlap, perversion, insertion and coincidence.

  • 유전자가위 CRISPR-Cas9은 유전자편집을 위한 생명과학기술 가운데 하나로서 무한한 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 이는 인류에게 많은 혜택을 줄 수도 있으며, 또는 예측하기 어려운 도전과제를 남겨줄 수도 있다. 유전자편집의 표준 또는 규제를 위한 거버넌스는 이러한 기술로부터 발생할 수 있는 연구자의 과학 발전을 위한 목적과 윤리적 책무 사이의 충돌을 합리적으로 해결해기 위한 절차적 방식이다. 관련 연구자들을 비롯한 그의 연구로부터 영향을 받을 수 있는 당사자들이 거버넌스 절차를 통해서 연구자들의 유전자가위 CRISPR-Cas9을 남용한 연구를 경계하기 위한 그들의 책임의식 향상에 기여하여야 한다. 이러한 거버넌스 절차는 연구자들의 책임의식을 어떻게 효과적이고 실효적으로 고양시켜줄 것인지 확인시켜줄 수 있다. 즉 세계적으로 논의되고 있는 유전자가위를 활용한 인간 배아에 대한 연구가 누구를 위해서 진행되는지 명확히 하여야 한다. 연구를 통한 과학적 호기심의 해결이 유전자가위를 활용한 인간 배아 연구의 목적이 될 수도 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구의 목적인 인간 배아는 단순한 연구의 도구로 취급되어서는 안된다. 그러므로 거버넌스는 유전자치료에 관한 연구를 장려하는 것과 더불어 연구자들의 책임의식을 고양하여야 한다. 그렇지 않으면, 과학 발전만을 위한 연구만 남을 것이고, 이러한 연구는 인류에게 기술을 통한 혜택보다 오히려 불행을 초래할 수 있다. 그러므로 이 글은 연구자의 책임의식을 고양하기 위한 거버넌스를 중심으로 연구하는 것을 내용으로 한다.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 대표적인 기술인 빅데이터와 인공지능 기술이 적용된 스포츠 환경의 최근 동향을 분석하고 스포츠 분야에서의 빅데이터와 인공지능 기술의 융합이라는 관점으로 접근하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 글로벌 소프트웨어 기업인 SAP사의 '스포츠 원 솔루션'은 독일 축구국가대표팀과의 협업을 통해 선수 및 경기 데이터 분석과 팀의 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 솔루션을 제공하였다. 둘째, 선수의 경기력과 부상방지가 승패의 결정적인 요소인 스포츠 환경에서 빅데이터와 인공지능 결합을 통한 각 선수별 개인화된 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 셋째, 컴퓨터 비전 시스템이나 레이저 센서를 통해 수집된 데이터를 빅데이터와 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 스포츠 경기에서 문제가 되고 있는 오심판정을 보완하고 점차 확대해 나가고 있다. 넷째, 빅데이터 분석과 인공지능 기술을 통해 시장, 팬들에 대한 거시적 시각을 바탕으로 마케팅에 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며, 기존의 스포츠 중계에 비해 저렴한 비용으로 가능한 AI 중계방식을 통해 팬들과의 적극적 소통에 나서고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 기술은 모든 산업 전반에 혁신적 변화를 가져오고 있고 스포츠 분야도 그 과정 중에 있다. 빅데이터와 인공지능의 결합은 과학적 분석과 훈련이 승패를 결정하는 스포츠 환경에서 빠르게 변화하는 미래에 핵심적인 기술로서 그 중요한 역할을 하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • Systems biology is an emerging field aiming at a systems level understanding of living organisms and focusing on the characteristics of the whole network of them. The emergence of systems biology is partly because of the availability of huge amounts of data on organisms and the extensive support of computational technologies as the tools for understanding complex biological systems. The scientific understanding of Korean medicine has been obstructed because of the lack of proper methods examining the complex nature and the unique property of it. However, systems biology could give a chance understanding Korean medicine objectively and scientifically. Pattern classification is a unique tool of Korean medicine to diagnose and treat patients and systems biology would give a useful tool to interpret pattern classification. Various omics technologies has been used to explain the relations between pattern classification and biological factors and then many characteristics of pattern classification in various diseases have been discovered. Therefore, pattern classification could be a bridge to understand the features and differences of western medicine and Korean medicine and it could be a basis to develop pattern-based personalized medicine.

  • Purpose: Fruit and vegetable production is a fast-growing sector in East Africa, and it bears considerable local and international market potential. In an effort to analyze the challenges within this sector and suggest possible solutions, this study reviews the postharvest handling technologies commonly used with fruits and vegetables in East Africa. Methods: During the course of this study, small-scale farmers were identified as the most prominent producers of fruit and vegetable crops in the region. Results: We found that many of these small-scale farmers employed relative simple and inexpensive techniques in handling their limited volumes of produce. Several factors could be addressed to reduce postharvest losses, including weak policies, inferior infrastructure, and poor market strategies. However, the lack of basic knowledge (including demographic, scientific, and economic knowledge) among the stakeholders (e.g., researchers, farmers, governments, nongovernment organizations, and merchants) on how to develop, implement, use, and sustain the recommended handling technologies is probably the most problematic. Conclusions: We recommend that high priority be placed on closing the knowledge gap, which could enhance the efforts of all the stakeholders to address and reduce postharvest losses.

  • Science & Technology(S&T) is the most important thing to attain competitiveness in the 21st century. Our traditional S&T policies have been forcused on hardware infra structure. We should consider software of S&T to enhance effectiveness. S&T Should be had a correct understanding method of the creation for S&T culture. It implies that S&T policy should consider nonmaterial factors which include social, environmental and culture. Under this background, The purpose of this paper is to seek new S&T policy. Therefor this paper deals with how we can prepare for the future S&T policy and classify the change of S&T policy of korea. In addition, Recent construction sector integration and fusion technologies in various areas of research and planning system is being maintained by the system. Past experience of conservative management in this emerging technology-driven technology commercialization in management of technology through the convergence of various technologies and to find synergies to secure the future of construction technology because it is a need.

  • The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

  • The efficiency of the regional fiscal policy implementation is based on the achievement of target criteria in the formation and distribution of own financial resources of local budgets, reducing their deficit and reducing dependence on transfers. It is also relevant to compare the development of financial autonomy of regions in the course of decentralisation of fiscal relations. The study consists in the cluster analysis of the effectiveness of fiscal policy implementation in the context of 24 regions and the capital city of Kyiv (except for temporarily occupied territories) under conditions of fiscal decentralisation. Clustering of the regions of Ukraine by 18 indicators of fiscal policy implementation efficiency was carried out using Ward's minimum variance method and k-means clustering algorithm. As a result, the regions of Ukraine are grouped into 5 homogeneous clusters. For each cluster measures were developed to increase own revenues and minimize dependence on official transfers to increase the level of financial autonomy of the regions. It has been proved that clustering algorithms are an effective tool in assessing the effectiveness of fiscal policy implementation at the regional level and stimulating further expansion of financial decentralisation of regions.

OAPR-HOML'1: Optimal automated program repair approach based on hybrid improved grasshopper optimization and opposition learning based artificial neural network

  • Over the last decade, the scientific community has been actively developing technologies for automated software bug fixes called Automated Program Repair (APR). Several APR techniques have recently been proposed to effectively address multiple classroom programming errors. However, little attention has been paid to the advances in effective APR techniques for software bugs that are widely occurring during the software life cycle maintenance phase. To further enhance the concept of software testing and debugging, we recommend an optimized automated software repair approach based on hybrid technology (OAPR-HOML'1). The first contribution of the proposed OAPR-HOML'1 technique is to introduce an improved grasshopper optimization (IGO) algorithm for fault location identification in the given test projects. Then, we illustrate an opposition learning based artificial neural network (OL-ANN) technique to select AST node-level transformation schemas to create the sketches which provide automated program repair for those faulty projects. Finally, the OAPR-HOML'1 is evaluated using Defects4J benchmark and the performance is compared with the modern technologies number of bugs fixed, accuracy, precession, recall and F-measure.

  • Based on my attendance at the CIPA International Symposium(CIPA2023) organized by the International Scientific Committee on Heritage Documentation(ICOMOS), this paper explored research cases applying digital technologies, including BIM, to architectural heritage. The researches presented at this symposium were categorized into specific areas: data acquisition, data management, data sharing&experience. Through this classification, an analysis of research cases in architectural heritage utilizing digital technology was conducted. By categorizing the 43 academic papers from the CIPA2023 based on research themes, trends in the digital architecture field were analyzed, providing insights into future research directions for the digital acquisition, management, sharing, and experiential aspects of Korean architectural heritage. In conclusion, it is deemed necessary to reference and supplement the methodologies, including algorithms, workflows, and approaches developed in each study, to effectively apply methodologies suitable for the characteristics of Korean architectural heritage and its data.
