The study is intended to help to select the pilot candidates with exceptional flight aptitude ability and to investigate the relationship between the results of the scholastic aptitude test and the flight aptitude. It is intended that the research will help to draw recommendations on the relevant fields of the scholastic aptitude test that is to be used to select the high caliber candidates with exceptional flight aptitude ability, to gauge the resulting effectiveness of its application and helping to revise the university's syllabus accordingly. From the study, korean, mathematics, english grade and the flight aptitude test results have all shown to hold mutual relationship and through simple correlation analysis, it was discovered that mathematics and English are the two factors that affect the results of the flight aptitude test, with the extent of its impact graded in descending order of English, mathematics and Korean. Lastly, the logistic regression analysis have discovered that the mathematics grade has significant effect on the classification of the flight aptitude and non aptitude category groups, and English also has significant influence close to the 0.05 p-values. It is believed that should the findings of this study be considered as part of the selection process of the university applicants of the department of aeronautical science, making discovery of candidates of higher quality is expected.

The scientific creativity problem solving ability of children has been greatly emphasized in recent years, because it has been regarded as an example of highly developed reasoning and thinking skills. This study aimed to identify the relationships between scientific aptitude, creativity, and scientific creative problem solving abilities in children. The subjects were 100 5th graders residing in Seoul and a small city in Choongnam. Data was analyzed by t-test and by correlation using spss program packages. The main results of this study were as follows: first, a significant difference was found in the scientific creative problem solving ability of children by their respective levels of science aptitude. Secondly, the scientific creative problem solving ability of the children by their levels of creativity was found to be insignificant. Thirdly, no significant difference was found between creativity and scientific creative problem solving ability among the children examined; however there was a significant difference found between the science aptitude and scientific-creative problem solving ability and between science aptitude and creativity in the children who participated in this study.

첨단과학기술의 집합체로서 비약적으로 발전한 항공기 성능과 나날이 고도화되어 가고 있는 군 작전 환경을 고려해 볼 때 이상적인 조종적성을 가지고 있는 인원을 선발하는 문제는 매우 중요하다. 또한 무위로 돌아갈 수밖에 없는 중도 탈락자의 손실비용과 항공사고의 대부분이 인적요인에 의해 발생하고 있다는 사실은 조종적성검사를 통한 인원선발이 왜 중요한지에 대한 좀 더 현실적인 이유가 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 공군이 2004년 개선하여 조종사 선발에 사용하고 있는 조종적성검사 항목의 타당성을 다양한 분류모형을 통하여 분석하고 선택된 변수에 대한 의미와 향후 발전방향에 대하여 논의하였다. 그리고 광의의 적성검사 항목에 속하는 개인특성변수를 투입하여 분류모형을 구성함으로써 예측력을 높이는 연구를 수행하였다.

The main purpose of this study is to highlight the importance and validity of introduction of stress-concerned aptitude items for the safety critical workers, corresponding to the radical environmental change in railway industry. To attain this purpose, the author performed a brief literature survey, and scrutinized the western practice in detail. Then, the necessity of introduction of stress-related aptitude items was suggested, based on the statistics resulted from a survey which has been once performed for experts and drivers. The final conclusion is that the present selection system through which the safety critical workers are being staffed, without any rigorous screening mechanisms cannot but have some limitations. So, an overall restructuring for aptitude management system needs to be done in order for us to advance to the position of upper-class railway country.

학생의 특기와 적성을 살리는 특기적성 교육은 사교육비 절감을 위해 정부가 제시한 학교 방과후 활동의 일환으로 초등학교에서 광범위하게 시행되고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 특기적성 교육활동의 실태조사와 분석을 통해 그에 대한 개선점을 찾고자 하였으며, 설문을 통해 담당교사의 특기적성 교육에 대한 관심도와 초등학교 학생의 참여도를 조사하였으며, 특기적성 강사의 의견을 모아 컴퓨터 교육을 하는데 있어서 가장 시급한 문제가 무엇인지를 조사하였다. 컴퓨터 특기적성 교육이 체계적으로 실시되고 더욱 활성화되기 위해서는 교육부의 충분한 지원과 지속적인 관심이 필요하다. 또한 타 학교와의 연계 및 전시회와 같은 행사를 통한 학교측의 관심이 있을 때 학생들의 컴퓨터 특기 적성 교육의 효과가 더 있을 것으로 판단된다.

As other major, students have difficulties to be successfully adapted to computer science major without some interest and skill to computer programming. In this paper, we try to find successful factors for computer science major freshmen students to computer programming. The factors we focused are programming experience before college entrance, taking liberal arts/natural science courses at high school, application motivations to computer major, existence of mentors, satisfaction to his/her computer department, student's holland job aptitude code. After analysis, taking liberal arts/natural science courses at high school, satisfaction to computer department, some holland job aptitude code are significant to their successful adaptation to computer major. Also, we found the holland job apptitude code is closely related to student's satisfaction to their major for engineering students including computer science students. Our analysis results will be a suggestion for designing computer science education program with students who enters college without some aptitude or preparation to his major.

Human Engineering is the new science that studies tile function and the characteristic of human. It is purpose to design machine equipments for him to be able to manipulate those, exactly, safely and easily. This study will introduce that new science in traffic problems and will be done as follows. 1. The Presentation of Problems: 2. Human Engineering and Accurrence process of traffic accidents. 3. Human Engineering and aptitude analysis 4. Conclusion In this paper, driver is not the man who drives a car, is the man who is able to adapt himself to road, and traffic environment. There is a limitation in Human faculty, especially, in the power of attention. Therefore, this paper will be studied to show that it is seeking the ability needed by traffic analysis as well as getting ability of aptitude to attribute to prevention of traffic accidents.

이 연구의 목적은 보육전공 학생들의 보육교사 적성이 교사전문성 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 A시에 소재한 예비보육교사 216명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 자료처리 및 분석은 SPSS 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 신뢰도검증을 위하여 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$를 산출하였고, 각 변인간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 다면적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 대하여 첫째, 보육전공 학생들이 지각한 보육교사 적성에서는 영유아에 대한 친화력과 업무에 대한 소명감이 교사전문성 인식에서는 사회적 필요성과 직업윤리가 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사들의 보육교사 적성, 교사전문성 인식에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비보육교사들의 보육교사 적성의 하위요인이 교사전문성 인식의 하위요인 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 보육전공 학생들의 보육교사 적성에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 질 높은 보육서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 명확하고 올바르고 긍정적인 보육교사 적성이 형성될 수 있도록 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Job characteristics have influence on the organizational effectiveness. The job characteristics are the core job dimension and organizational effectiveness. Aptitude and personality also act on job characteristics. In this study, we investigate chinese characters by province and city. The purpose of this study is to develop the job characteristics and organizational effectiveness model for chinese by province and city. Consequently, we suggest to be applied the model to korean finns strategically, which push into China, by view of improvement of organizational effectiveness and adaptation in China.
