This study was undertaken to identify medical staffs’ perception about nutrition care and dietitian's role in hospitals. Questionnaires were sent to 874 medical staffs at 50 general hospials size over 100 beds, located in Seoul and Pusan, A total of 649(74.3%) of medical staffs returned questionnaries from 47 general hospitals. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. 89.6% of medical staffs responded that they required the help of the dietitian when the patients needed the nutrition acre and also most of them(87.0%) held positive perceptions about the necessity of the nutrition support team. 2. When the medical staffs prescribed the special diet of the patients' nutrition care, 90.0% of them preferred that diet would be order after consulting with dietitian. 3. Half of the medical staffs(52.1%) responded that they were scarced of the knowledge about the clinical nutrition and then 66.4% of them recognized the need of nutrition education at the medical school. 4. The medical staffs responded that dietitian must have the knowledge about food, nutrition and medical science(52.5%) and the competence of discussion with medical staffs about nutrition the patients(30.8%).

기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

Although knowledge transfer between two different parties occurs in IS development projects, the majority of prior studies focused on knowledge transfer from IT consultants to clients. Considering two parts of knowledge transfer in IS development projects, we must consider both 'where knowledge is transferred from' and 'where it is transferred to'. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to describe two different routes of knowledge transfer, such as knowledge transfer from an IT consultant to a client and knowledge transfer from a client to an IT consultant. In this regard, we have examined the effect of two different routes of knowledge transfer on system implementation success in IS development project. Specifically, we adopted the knowledge stock-flow theory to examine the causal relationship between IT consulting firms and clients in terms of knowledge transfer and eventual system implementation success. Survey data collected from 213 pairs of individuals (both clients and IT consultants) were used to test the model using three different analytic approaches such as PLS (partial least squares) and two types of mediated regression techniques. We found that knowledge transfers partially mediated both the relationships between IT consultants' IT skills (project members' business knowledge) and system implementation success. Furthermore, the effects of each knowledge transfer were distinguished by depending on the types of system, such as ERP or groupware. Our attempts have significant implications for both research and practice given the importance of effective knowledge transfer to IT consulting.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate current packaging modules and design the most acceptable packaging module for domestic and international distribution systems. An optimum packaging module can reduce package costs as well as total distribution costs such as transport, materials handling and warehouse costs. Three different sizes of packaging modules, namely U-type($600{\times}500\;mm$), K -ype($550{\times}366\;mm$) and I-type($600{\times}400\;mm$), were evaluated in terms of the area efficiency and MOEs(measures of effectiveness) for the T-11($1100{\times}1100mm$) and T-12($1,200{\times}1,000\;mm$) pallets. The results showed that the U-type module could fit very well for both pallets and the area efficiency of each module was more than 99 percents. Area efficiency of K-and I-type modules was greatly affected by the pallet footprint dimensions. U-type module also performed better result from MOEs evaluation. Twenty sub-multiple sizes derived from the U-type module were suggested for the future development of the Korean and ISO standards on dimension of transport packages.

This study emphasizes the necessity of implementing political supports for artists and suggests several details to develop related industries. For these objectives this study analyzes the trend in related researches and overhauls the aid system. It then comes up with results about how artists are aware of the supporting system by conducting a survey of 140 artists. The result of summarize as follows. First, most of the artists have severely limited access to government-funded or private aid programs. This signals the urgency of establishing an integrated portal site since the artists aren't evenly offered the information they need. Along with this, artists should note that the main purpose of this portal site is focused on providing information related to livelihoods. Secondly, the analysis shows the lack of infrastructure for supporting artists. Both governmental and private sectors should take charge of establishing art consulting agencies which can bring efforts to improve rights and interests of many artists via a number of channels. Supporting artists also presents its necessity about solving social problems besides the one suggested by previous studies. This study has its significance by implying the actual perspectives of artists while most of the related studies are rather theoretical.

The paper describes the work of the Working Group on Wind Structure, one of the International Codification Working Groups set up by the International Association of Wind Engineering in 1999. The topics of terrain and exposure, shielding and shelter, topographic effects, tropical cyclone and hurricane wind structure, and thunderstorm wind structure, are described with emphasis on their codification in wind loading codes and standards. Recommendations from the working group are given.

본 연구는 청년 소상공인들의 창업 경영진단과 컨설팅을 위하여 현재 창업 중인 청년 소상공인들을 대상으로 심층 컨설팅을 실행하고, 청년 소상공인들의 창업 인식과 창업교육 후의 인식변화 및 창업 진행 과정에서 겪는 공통적 애로 사항을 도출하였다. 또한, 사례연구를 통하여 Lean Start-up (린 스타트업)의 구조도에 따른 Lean Canvas를 이용한 고객 문제 및 솔루션의 적합성, 아이디어 시장성 검증 및 최소기능제품(MVP)을 통한 제품 적합성을 검증하며 소상공인들의 자발적 경영진단과 컨설팅, 청년 소상공인들의 창업 활성화와 창업 실패율을 감소시키는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 소상공인 지원사업에 참여한 청년창업자의 창업사례를 중심으로 약 10개월 동안 5명의 청년 소상공인들의 아이템을 철저하게 고객의 관점에서 살펴보았으며, 창업자가 검증하려고 하는 문제가 창업자의 문제인지 아니면 고객의 문제인지를 Lean Start-up을 기반으로 분석하여 해결책을 제공하였다. 본 연구는 제한된 표본으로 인해 사례 중심의 질적 연구로 진행하였으며, 향후 양적 연구를 통한 소상공인 대상 린 스타트업 방법론의 효과성을 검증하는 데 기초연구로 활용되었으면 한다.

본 연구는 목표지향적 행동모델(MGB)를 통해 직장인들의 hybrid 창업의도(직장을 유지하면서 창업을 하려는 의도)에 대하여 직장인의 hybrid 창업 관련 자기결정성 동기(내재적 동기, 외재적 동기), 사전지식 등의 영향을 파악하였다. 2020년 6월 13일부터 7월 3일까지 직장인을 대상으로 판단추출법에 의해 수집된 126개의 유효한 표본에 대하여 통계프로그램 SmartPLS 3.0이라는 PLS-SEM을 사용하였으며, 측정모델 평가(내적 일관성 신뢰도, 집중 및 판별타당도)와 구조모델 평가(다중공선성, 결정계수, 효과크기, 예측적 접합성 등)로 실증적 분석을 하였다. 직장인들의 hybrid 창업목표 실현에 대한 내재적 동기만 hybrid 창업태도와 주관적 규범에 유의한 정의 영향을 주었으며, hybrid 창업 관련 사전지식이 hybrid 창업열망과 창업의도에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 고용이 불안정한 직장인들의 hybrid 창업을 유도하기 위해 직장인들에게 내재적 동기를 고취시키고 hybrid 창업 관련 지식을 제공하는 제도와 프로그램이 필요하므로 향후 연구에서는 hybrid 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 정부의 제도와 컨설팅 지원에 대한 분석이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the life satisfaction of after-school classes. For this purpose, utilizing the theoretical background and the findings of previous studies, 147 questions from eight factors were selected for the 1st draft and 67 questions were selected for the 2nd draft by reviewing the validity of the contents after consulting with eleven professionals. A preparatory survey and factor analysis was then conducted using 291 people and a total of 32 questions were extracted from four sub-factors. Exploratory factor analysis by principal component analysis was conducted and orthogonal rotation was conducted by means of the VARIMAX method. The reliability of the class environment, operation management, program and teacher relationship sector were found to be very high. It is suggested that this study can be of great benefit in developing a child-centered scale and it's reliability was also found to be high.

The efficiency of port operations is an important indicator of port development. Moreover, there is excess handling capacity in Chinese ports, which results in a slower speed of development. Under the detrimental environment of the international shipping market, it is necessary to improve the operation efficiency of ports for long-term development. This paper provides an assessment of the competitiveness of Chinese seaport companies using the Boston Consulting Group's matrix, and efficiency measurements using a data envelopment analysis and the Malmquist method. This analysis showed that highly efficient companies reformed their development strategies, which should be a solution considered by less efficient companies, such as Shenzhen Yan Tian Port Holdings Co., Ltd.. Although, having high throughput should be reformed in the investment structure. This research will assist port companies in gaining effective operating experience, and governments in establishing strategic planning to enhance the efficiency of port development.
