균형성과표를 활용한 전자의무기록시스템의 성과측정 모형개발 (Development of the Performance Measurement Model of Electronic Medical Record System - Focused on Balanced Score Card -)

  • The purpose of this study are suggest to performance measurement model of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) and Key Performance Index(KPI). For data collection, 665 questionnaires were distributed to medical record administrators and insurance reviewers at 31 hospitals, and 580 questionnaires were collected(collection rate: 87.2%). Regarding methodology, Critical Success Factor(CSF) and index of the information system were derived based on previous studies, and these were set as performance measurement factors of EMR system. The performance measurement factors were constructed by perspective using BSC, and analysis on causal relationship between factors was conducted. A model of causal relationship was established, and performance measurement model of EMR system was proposed through model validation. Analysis on causal relationship between performance management factors revealed that utility cognition of the learning & growth perspective factor had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.20$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.66$) of the internal process perspective factors, and security had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.31$) of the customer perspective factor. System quality had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.66$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.76$) of the internal process perspective factors, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). Job efficiency of the internal process perspective had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.43$), and decision support had causal relationship with decision support satisfaction(${\beta}=0.91$) and job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.74$), all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). System satisfaction of the customer perspective had causal relationship with job satisfaction(${\beta}=0.12$), job satisfaction had causal relationship with cost reduction(${\beta}=0.53$) of the financial perspective, and decision support satisfaction had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.40$)of the financial perspective(P<0.01). Also, cost reduction of the financial perspective had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.37$), all which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Suitability index verification of the performance measurement model whose causal relationship was found to be statistically significant revealed that $X^2/df=2.875$, RMR=0.036, GFI=0.831, AGFI=0.810, CFI=0.887, NFI=0.838, IFI=0.888, RMSEA=0.057, PNFI=0.781, and PCFI=0.827, all of which were in suitable levels. In conclusion, the performance measurement indices of EMR system include utility cognition, security, and system quality of the learning & growth perspective, decision support and job efficiency of the internal process perspective, system satisfaction, decision support satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the customer perspective, and productivity improvement and cost reduction of the financial perspective. In this study, it is expected that the performance measurement indices and model of EMR system which are suggested by the author, will be a measurement tool available for system performance measurement of EMR system in medical institutions.

노인일자리사업 참여자의 생활만족도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Life Satisfaction for the Senior Job Placement Project Participants)

  • 본 연구는 일자리특성이 노인일자리사업 참여노인의 직무만족과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구를 위한 자료로는 한국노인인력개발원의 2012년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사 자료를 사용하였으며, 주된 자료분석방법으로는 위계적 중다회귀분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 직무내용, 근로환경, 교육 및 서비스환경의 네 일자리특성 변수들은 노인일자리사업 참여노인들의 직무만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 반면에 급여는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 직무만족은 노인일자리사업 참여노인들의 생활만족도 증대에 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 덧붙여, 사회적 지지(자녀지지와 외부지지)는 일자리특성과 직무 만족 및 직무만족과 생활만족도 간의 관계를 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

삶의 의미 추구와 학업만족의 관계: 희망의 매개효과 및 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (Search for meaning in life and academic satisfaction: A mediating role of hope and a moderating role of social support)

  • 본 연구는 한국 고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 파악하고 희망을 향상시키는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 희망이 매개할 것이라고 가정하였고, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 및 친구지원의 조절효과를 예상하였다. 연구 1에서 대학생 190명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 희망이 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 완전 매개함을 확인하였다. 연구 2에서는 희망을 내적 희망과 가족, 친구, 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망으로 구분하여 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 세부적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 고등학생 313명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과(연구 2), 고등학생의 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계가 내적 희망과 친구에게 기반 한 외적 희망에 의해 완전매개 되는 것으로 나타났으며 가족 및 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 사회적 지원의 조절효과와 관련하여, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 지지의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 즉, 가족으로부터 지지를 받는 사람은 그렇지 않은 사람보다 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 정적 관계(연구 1) 및 삶의 의미추구와 내적 희망의 정적관계(연구 2)가 강하게 나타났다. 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 친구지원의 조절효과는 연구 1과 연구 2에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

사서교사의 자율성 지지가 중학생의 학교도서관 만족도와 지속의도에 미치는 영향 - 기본심리욕구의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Teacher-Librarians' Autonomy Support on Middle School Library Users' Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: The Mediating Role of Three Basic Psychological Needs)

  • 본 연구는 사서교사의 자율성 지지가 학교도서관 만족도와 지속의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자기결정성이론(self-determination theory)을 적용하여 사서교사의 자율성 지지와 학교도서관 만족도의 관계에서 기본 심리욕구(basic psychological needs)의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 331명의 중학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 회귀분석 및 Hayes의 병렬다중매개분석을 통해 연구모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 사서교사의 자율성 지지는 직·간접적으로 학생들의 학교도서관 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 기본심리욕구의 하위요인 중 자율성과 유능성은 사서교사의 자율성 지지와 학교도서관 만족도 사이에 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학생들의 학교도서관 만족도는 지속의도에 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 학생들의 학교도서관 이용 동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로써 사서교사의 역할을 제시하고 학교도서관 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

농촌부부의 배우자역할평가와 결혼만족도 (- Role Evaluation of the Spouse and its Efect on Marital Satisfaction Among the Korean Rural Couples -)

  • This study is designed to understand marital relationships of the rural couples in Korea. The primary purposes of this study are to examine the relationship between marital satisfaction and role evaluation of the spouse and to construct a path model in which shows the relationships among background variables, role evaluation of the spouse and marital satisfaction. Structured guestionnaires from 435 couples with school-age children and teenagers living in rural area are analyzed in this study. The major findings are as follows : 1. Factor analysis of the role evaluation of the spouse results I 4 factors for both husbands and wives; emotional support-sexual role child socialization-economic role, kinship role and housekeeping role. 2. The most important factor influencing the marital satisfaction is the role evaluation of the spouse o emotional support-sexual relation. While the number of children, and role evaluations of the spouse influence directly on the marital satisfaction of the wives, age, level of education, level of income and husband's occupation influence indirectly through role evaluations of the spouse on that of wives. 3. For husbands, family life cycle and their occupation influence indirectly on the marital satisfaction of the husbands and the marital satisfaction of them is also mediated by role evaluations of the wieves. Level of income of the family not only influences directly on marital satisfaction but influences on it indirectly. 4. Marital satisfaction is mediated by role evaluations of the spouse. The role evaluation of the spouse on emotional support-sexual relation has the most powerful effect on the marital satisfaction for both wives and husbands. About 60 percent of the variance in the marital satisfaction of rural couples can be explained by the role evaluation of the spouse. therefore, the result of the result of the study indicates that the role evaluation of the spouse on emotional support-sexual relation plays a significant part in determining the marital satisfaction of rural couples.

IPA분석을 통한 창업보육센터 입주기업의 지원 방향 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Support Direction for Start-up Company in Incubation Center through IPA Analysis: Focusing on the Youth Cube in Ansan)

  • In order to support start-ups effectively with limited resources, it is necessary to provide support tailored to start-up companies. Businesses that are operating in local incubation centers may have different demands for the support depending on the region characteristics. This study was worked on companies that have entered into the incubation center 'Youth Cube', which is operated by Ansan City. We investigated the perception of importance in the field of support to identify support policy priorities, and the satisfaction level of each field of support currently supported. Then We conducted an IPA analysis to derive the direction of support. The Ansan area has regional characteristics that it is located in the metropolitan area with well-equipped start-up infrastructure and many innovative institutions, As a result of the importance survey, technology commercialization was recognized as the most important, and education/mentoring was recognized as the least important. Satisfaction with the space and facilities that can be used free of charge was the highest, and the satisfaction was the lowest for entrepreneurship education/mentoring, as was the degree of importance. In addition, according to each quadrant, we derived support that should be maintained, support that should be intensively improved, support that should be given a low policy priority, and support directions that should be kept in mind to avoid excessive support.

공과대학생들의 학습지원을 위한 수학클리닉 프로그램별 교과만족도 차이 연구 (The effects on subject satisfaction of math-clinic programs for learning support in engineering students)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the math-clinic programs which offer to engineering students and to compare the subject satisfaction between participants and non-participants. Five math-clinic programs are operated and 1397 students took part in this study. As a result, the Likert-type scales of satisfaction with three programs; the exercise problems solving class, the tutoring program and the achievement tests, were 4.07, 4.05 and 3.95, respectively(5-point Likert-type scale). And we found that the participants expressed higher subject satisfactions than nonparticipations did.

치위생과 학생의 자아탄력성, 가족지지, 교수효율성이 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The effect of ego-resilience, family support and teaching effectiveness on clinical practice satisfaction of dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine factors influencing satisfaction with clinical practice in dental hygiene students. Through this study, we suggested efficient guidance to increase satisfaction levels with clinical practice. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 235 students of clinical dental hygiene in Seoul Gyeonggi Chungcheong Kyongsang and Jeolla province from June 9 to 30, 2017. The questionnaire consisted of questions on general characteristics (6 items), clinical practice characteristics (7 items), ego-resilience (14 items), family support (24 items), teaching effectiveness(35 items), and clinical practice satisfaction (30 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. One way ANOVA, the Scheffe Post-hoc test, and the Pearson correlation coefficients were reviewed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Cronbach's alpha of ego-resilience, family support, teaching effectiveness, clinical practice satisfaction were 0.784, 0.892, 0.954 and 0.935, respectively. Results: ego-resilience was 3.24 points, family support was 3.24 points, teaching effectiveness was 2.93 points, clinical practice satisfaction 3.44 points. The meaningful variables which influenced clinical practice satisfaction were the ego-resilience, family support and teaching effectiveness. These factors explained 40.6% of the variance in clinical practice satisfaction. Conclusions: One of the most significant predictors of clinical practice satisfaction in dental hygiene students was teaching effectiveness. Therefore, a teaching program to improve eaching effectiveness should be developed and applied.

종합병원인력의 직무만족요인과 충성지수 (Job Satisfaction and Commitment of General Hospital Employees)

  • This study was intended to enhance the level of hospital personnel management through analysing job satisfaction of hospital employees in terms of structural, personal and environmental variables. The sample of this study consist of a total of 790 persons including doctors, residents, interns, pharmacists, nurses, medical engineers, office workers and manual workers who have worked for general hospitals with 200 beds, 300 beds and 800 beds respectively. The Likert's 5 scales were used for the measurement of satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Structural Variables The level of satisfaction on the job itself was generally low, 2.8 in Likert's 5 scales, with the order of role ambiguity(3.87), routinization(2.6), work overload (2.45) and autonomy(2.37). Hospital employees are aware of their responsibility and they regarded their work as heavy one. The compensatory satisfaction degree was 2.5 which was also low: There were in the order stability(3.1), distributive justice(2.57), pay(2.3) and promotion(1.9). Usually hospital employees showed high degree of stability, while, their satisfaction on promotion possibility is quite low due to specially differentiated structures of hospitals. The degree of satisfaction on the internal conditions of organizational culture was relatively higher as 2.92: They were co-worker's support(3.69), supervisory support(3.15), role conflict(2.64) and welfare(2.17) in order. The satisfaction on welfare as an economic condition was the lowest. 2. Personal Variables The level of satisfaction on personal variables was 3.27 which seemed to be quite high: Contribution to the hospital(3.38), attitude on job performance(3.28) and pride as a member of the hospital(3.07). They seem to believe that their work has been helpful to the performance of hospitals. 3. Environmental Variables The degree of satisfaction on these variables was 3.07 on the average which was derived from environmental factors such as family-role conflict and community support related to hospital employees' environment. The order of satisfaction for each variable is community support(3.2) and family-role conflict(2.94). They turned out to be fairly satisfied with their job in community and yet, they wanted more spare time to spend with their family.

교수학습지원센터에 대한 학습자 만족도 및 효과 분석 (An Analysis of Learner Satisfaction and Effectiveness Regarding 'Center for Teaching and Learning Support')

  • 본 연구는 교수학습지원센터에서 교육정보를 이용하고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 해당 교수학습지원센터에 대한 만족도와 효과성을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 교수학습지원센터가 학생에 대한 교육 지원을 강화하기 위해 어떤 부분의 개선이 필요한지 개선 사항을 도출하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 분석 결과, 각 학교급에 따른 만족도와 효과를 가지고 있었으며, 개선에 대한 요구도 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교수학습지원센터는 일원화된 서비스 체계보다는 학교급에 적합한 서비스를 강화할 필요가 있다. 즉, 교육정보를 제공함에 있어서도 초등학생과 중학생에게는 재미와 흥미를 강화할 수 있는 개선이 요구되며, 고등학생에게는 정보의 질적 측면을 강화하는 등의 노력이 요구된다.
