The Implications of X-ray Use in Chuna Manual Therapy from the Viewpoint of Korean Medicine Doctors

  • Background: The purpose of this survey study was to understand how utilization of X-rays as an adjunct to Chuna manual therapy (CT) supports treatment, as assessed by Korean medicine doctors (KMDs). Methods: A survey was emailed to all 18,289 members of the Association of Korean Oriental Medicine (AKOM)to determine the implications of X-ray use in CT. Surveys were collected from September 22, 2017 to October 15, 2017. Results: Of the 18,289 KMDs 562 completed the survey. The implications of a radiological diagnosis (X-ray) with CT was assessed using 5 items in a questionnaire: time to diagnosis, accuracy of treatment, patient comprehension and satisfaction, CT effect, and safety of CT. Survey participants identified improvement in patient comprehension and satisfaction as the most important factor for X-ray use with CT, followed by increased safety of CT. From the determinant factors for selection of CT intensity and specific techniques, severity of clinical symptoms was shown to be the most influential factor. Degenerative changes of the spine and degree of spinal malposition were also reported to be highly influential. Conclusion: The KMDs' that participated in this study indicated that utilization of X-rays in conjunction with CT administration improved patient comprehension and satisfaction, and CT safety. Installation of radiological equipment in Korean medicine clinics where CT is provided may increase safety and patients' satisfaction.

소비패턴 변화에 따른 커스터마이징 매뉴얼 적용 실용 네일 디자인 연구 (Application of Customizing Manual According to Changes in Consumption Patterns Practical Nail Design Study)

  • This study is a marketing tool for securing loyal customers and increasing sales by developing a customizing manual according to the change of segmented nail art consumption pattern due to the development of the nail industry and performing art to meet the needs of various customers and increase satisfaction. This was done to demonstrate the possibility of use. In order to develop a manual for the study, we conducted a survey that combined an online survey and in-person survey for ordinary citizens in their 20s and 50s living in Busan and Gyeongnam. Taste (50.0%) was the highest, and personal preference (62.9%) was also the highest for items related to nail art color selection, suggesting that the consumption pattern is changing to require a variety of personal art preferences rather than recommendations or recommendations from practitioners. Could know. As a result of performing nail art by applying the customizing manual developed based on customer selection, opinions were shown in the order of reliability (39.1%), attachment (39.1%), and rarity (26.1%). Utilization (73.9%) was also high in the question of 'If customizing manual was developed as an app', and overall satisfaction with the art selected by the customer was high, indicating that the customer had a high degree of attachment to the nail art design decided by the customer. As for the improvement points of the manual, it was possible to confirm the necessity of developing the app with the majority opinion that handwriting was inconvenient. Based on the nail art customizing manual of this study, the follow-up research proceeds with the app production and utilization process, and it is hoped that it will be used as a basic data for sales promotion by increasing customer satisfaction according to the rapidly changing consumption patterns of nail customers.

SNS 정보와 네일서비스 품질 및 만족도 관련 연구 (Study on SNS Information and Quality of Service)

  • 본 연구는 20대-50대의 네일샵 이용 여성고객 257명을 대상으로 네일샵 SNS 정보인식과 네일서비스 품질인식이 네일서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 설문을 시행하였다. 네일샵 SNS 정보인식을 이해도, 활용도, 충성도로 구성하였고 네일서비스 품질인식을 외적서비스, 내적서비스, 직원서비스로 구성하여 요인들의 타당성 및 신뢰도 검정을 진행하였다. 네일 관련 정보는 인터넷 또는 SNS가 가장 높은 것을 확인하였다. 네일샵 SNS 정보인식은 SNS 이용 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 네일서비스 품질인식은 네일서비스 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 SNS 이용 만족도가 네일서비스 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 체계적인 고객서비스 제공을 통한 다양한 SNS 활용은 네일샵 홍보마케팅에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

의료소비자의 정보탐색행태와 지각된 위험이 고객만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향 (The Effects of Information Searching Behavior and Perceived risk on Consumer Satisfaction in Medical Service Consumer)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is 1) to understand the information-searching behavior of health care consumers ; 2) to examine the relationship between the information-searching behavior of health-care consumers and regulatory variables such as socioeconomic factors, characteristics of medical utilization, and perceived risks ; and 3) to determine the factors that affect consumer satisfaction, especially with respect to information-searching behavior. Method : The data for this study were collected from 838 respondents in five university hospital located in three areas?Seoul, Gyeonggi province, and Chungchong province. As the first step of the study, we conducted a preliminary survey from September 23?26, 2008. At the second step, we conducted a survey on the effect of information-searching behavior on those individuals who had visited. Furthermore, personal interviews were conducted through a face-to-face survey between September 30 and October 17, 2008. Results : The major research findings that were obtained from the study were as follows : First, the age, educational level, and residential district were associated with information source utilization. Second, the level of information searching effort and quality of service had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conclusion : These results show that it is essential for marketers to have in-depth knowledge about the young and educated people who actively search for information and about those who are in the prime of their life and rely on word-of-mouth communication from personal and experi in-al informers. Therefore, marketers should develop different marketing strategies to meet the needs of such consumers.

사회복지관 무료급식서비스 이용 노인의 특성 및 만족도에 관한 연구 : 충청북도를 중심으로 (A Study for Food Service Utilization and Service Satisfaction of the Elderly Participants)

  • The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the characteristics of the meal service participants; 2) to evaluate the food service utilization of the elderly; 3) to identify major factors that affect food service satisfaction of the participants in Chungchongbuk-Do. For doing this, 309 subjects were selected and the survey research method was adopted. The characteristics of the meal service participants were similar to the characteristics of general elderly population in Korea. The public assistant recipients were under representative in this sample, that is, most of elderly people who participated in meal service consisted of non public assistant recipients. It meant that meal service was not provided to low-income elderly people. The health status of the elderly people was stable to be able to attend to the meal service organizations. The most important reason to use a meal service was to see their friends. It showed that meal services played an important role to provide support systems to the elderly people in community. Thus, meal services should be provided to the elderly people with social services. In order to analyze the factors influencing food service satisfaction, multiple regression analysis was employed. The results showed that physical activity, contact with friends who met in meal service program, and the number of social services were the important variables to predict meal service satisfaction in this study. These findings contributed to a better understanding of developing a meal service planning. Several improvement strategies were recommended to provide effective meal services. First, socio-economical characteristics of the elderly should be considered to provide appropriate services. Second, meal services should be provided to the elderly people with social services. Third, home delivery meal services should be available to the home-bound elderly.

국민보건의료에 대한 민간의료보험의 영향고찰 : 의료서비스 이용만족을 중심으로 (Effects of Private Health Insurance in National Health Care System)

  • 본 연구는 민간의료보험이 국민보건의료에 미친 영향과 관련된 오랜 논쟁에 관한 기존연구들을 분석하고, 논의가 부족했던 의료서비스 이용만족에 대한 영향을 확인하여 민간의료보험의 발전적 역할설정에 기여하는 데 목적이 있다. 선행연구 고찰을 통해 민간의료보험이 국민보건의료에 미친 영향을 확인한 결과 민간의 료보험 활성화가 저소득층과 건강상태가 좋지 않은 국민을 배제시키는 국민양극화를 초래할 가능성이 있고, 민간의료보험에 가입한 가입자의 의료이용량이 많아서 건강보험 추가재정지출을 유발할 가능성이 있었다. 그러나 민간의료보험이 의료서비스 질 개선과 의료소비자 만족에 기여하는지는 더 많은 연구가 필요한 상황이었다. 문헌고찰에서 연구가 미진한 것으로 확인된 민간의료보험이 소비자의 의료서비스 만족에 미치는 영향을 국민건강영양조사 자료를 통하여 확인한 결과 민간의료보험가입여부에 따라서 외래의료이용과 입원의료이용에 대한 의료서비스 만족도의 차이가 없었으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 영향관계도 없었다. 즉, 민간의료보험가입이 의료서비스 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것이다. 이러한 분석결과에 따라 향후 우리나라의 민간의료보험은 비급여 보충형으로 운영하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

스마트폰을 이용한 공정관리시스템의 학습연구 (A Learning Study of the Product Control System Using Smartphones)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 산업현장 공정관리에 대한 학습 App을 연구한 논문으로 공정의 측정치 데이터를 입력하여 관리한계선을 구하고 해당 범위를 벗어나는 이상 원인을 관리하였다. 본 공정관리를 위한 데이터입력 메뉴를 통해 이상 원인의 측정치를 검출하고 지난기록을 조회하도록 하였으며, 학습도구로 사용하기 위해 교육기관의 공지사항을 게시판 형태로 제공하여 정보교류에 도움을 주었다. 또한 본 이론과 사용방법에 대한 메뉴를 추가하였다. 본 공정관리의 결과는 차트로 제공되며, 알람메시지는 색상 심볼로 경고의 레벨에 따라 명확하게 결과를 표시해 주는 UI로 설계하였다. 본 App에 대해 관련학과와 App개발학과에 설문조사를 한 결과 사용의 편의성에 활용도가 있다는 응답이 약 82%, 학습효과 대해 약 90%가 만족한다는 결과를 보였다.

전북지역 학교급식소의 급식유형에 따른 친환경농산물 이용실태, 학교영양사의 인식 및 만족도 연구 (A Study on the Utilization, Recognition, and Satisfaction of Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products in School Food Services according to the Type of Food Service in Jeonbuk Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the utilization, recognition, and satisfaction of environment-friendly agricultural products (EAPs) in school food services according to the type of foodservice in the Jeonbuk area. Among the 270 school food service providers evaluated, 56.3% of the schools were located in an urban area and 43.7% were in a rural area. About 80% of urban schools used the EAPs for school foodservice, and 89.8% in rural schools (p<.05). The purchase frequency of grain (p<.01), fruits (p<.05), and processed foods (e.g. Tofu) (p<.001) was significantly different between the urban and rural schools. The perception of school dietitians in urban and rural schools between the EAPs and general agricultural products was significantly different (p<.05). The most different fact was 'safety' (p<.001). Most school dietitians has a gut understanding and a lot of confidence about the system of EAPs (p<0.01). The satisfaction score with EAPs was 3.35; in the urban schools it was 3.36 and in the rural schools 3.12 (p<.01). The satisfaction with EAPs in urban and rural schools was significantly different with regard to several factors; these were 'design' (p<.05), 'color' (p<.001), 'fresh' (p<.001), and 'diversity' (p<.01). There are conflicting views between the urban and rural schools for the additional costs brought by using EAPs (p<.01). In conclusion, our central and local governments should change their roles in financially positive ways and reflect the issue to make the policy effective.

IT와 온라인 증권거래의 융합 : MTS 서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Convergence of IT and Online Security Trading : The Effects of MTS Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction & Customer Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 최근 온라인 증권거래에서 이용 비중이 증가하고 있는 MTS 이용자를 대상으로 MTS에 대한 서비스 품질요인이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 또한 선행연구에서 제시된 인구 통계학적 특성이 MTS 이용자의 서비스 품질요인에 차이를 나타내는 지를 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 품질요인과 고객만족도의 회귀분석 결과 유형성, 반응성, 확신성 및 신뢰성의 네 개 요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 신속성과 공감성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 서비스 품질요인과 고객충성도의 회귀분석 결과 유형성, 반응성 및 확신성의 3개 변수는 1% 수준에서 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 정(+)의 부호를 나타내었다. 신속성, 공감성은 5% 수준에서 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 신뢰성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 서비스 품질요인과 인구통계적 특성 요인 간에 차이가 있는 지를 검증한 결과 확신성과 이용기간, 공감성과 이용기간이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 연구결과는 IT와 금융이 어떻게 융합되어 고객가치를 창출하는 지에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 제공할 것이다.

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰의 증가로 인해 소비자들의 생활방식에도 많은 변화가 일어났다. 소비자들은 브랜드 상품을 더욱 저렴한 가격에 구매하려는 경향을 보임으로써 백화점은 브랜드 상품의 온라인 쇼핑몰 판매를 늘리고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 쇼핑몰의 실용적 쇼핑가치와 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 쇼핑몰 만족에 미치는 영향과 가격민감도의 조절효과에 대해 검증하였다. 연구한 결과 쇼핑가치는 쇼핑몰 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가격민감도가 높은 집단은 실용적 쇼핑가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 가격민감도가 낮은 집단은 쾌락적 쇼핑가치에 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.
