  • The study aimed to investigate the impact of social networks safety (SNS) on the marketing information quality (MIQ) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia. The study examines the statistical differences in social networks safety SNS and marketing information quality MIQ according to the demographics such as age, sex, income, and education. For this study purpose, information security and privacy are two components of social networks safety. The research materials are website resources, regular books, journals, and articles. The population includes all Saudi users of social networks. The figures show that active users of the social network reached 25 Million in 2020. The snowball method was used and sample size is 500 respondents and the questionnaire is the tool for the data collection. The Structural Equation Modelling SEM technique is used. Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, and Multicollinearity are the main assumptions of structural equation modeling SEM. The findings show the high positive impact of SNS networks safety on MIQ and the statistical differences in such variables refer to education. Finally, the study presents a set of future suggestions to enhance the safety of social networks in Saudi Arabia.

  • This study is aimed at developing a measurement instrument for the superior product development program of Deli Serdang cassava, Indonesia. This research population is the target population of Deli Serdang Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) which produces cassava. The sample was randomly selected and consisted of 300 MSMEs. The study method is research and development with confirmatory factor analysis using Amos software. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. Study results used the maximum likelihood method which showed that the validity and reliability instruments met the ideal loading factor value > 0.5 and a significance value of p (0.000). The model built also meets the fit criteria based on the Goodness of Fit Model Standard. All instruments are presented to build and measure the superior cassava product development program by Deli Serdang MSMEs. This superior product development program comprises (1) economic contribution (with a loading factor value of 0.76) (2) social aspects (with a loading factor value of 0.76) (3) cultural aspects (with a loading factor value of 0.99) and (4) institutional (with a loading factor value of 0.87). This result means that all instruments have proven construct validity.

  • Consumptive behavior is the behavior of consuming goods that are actually less or not needed (especially in relation to the response to the consumption of secondary goods, namely, goods that are not really needed). This study aims to determine the influence of factors such as lifestyle, financial literacy, and social demographics on the consumptive behavior. The population in this research is students of STIE Bank BPD Jawa Tengah who had taken entrepreneurship I and II courses, with a total of 230 students, while the sample is determined by using accidental sampling technique and using Slovin formula, which obtained 70 samples. Quantitative data are used, and data collection method in this study is questionnaire. The analytical tool in this study is the multiple regression analysis. Data is processed by using the SPSS program 21. The results showed that there were positive influence of lifestyle variable on student consumptive behavior; positive influence of financial literacy variable on student consumptive behavior; and positive influence of social demographics on student consumptive behavior. The most dominant variable influencing consumptive behavior is variable X3 (social demographics) with a regression coefficient value of 0.510, followed by variable X1 (lifestyle) and variable X2 (financial literacy).

  • This study aims to examine the role of social media marketing on the performance of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative approach and the analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample in this study was MSMEs who use social media for marketing. The social media used are Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. The number of samples in this study was 254 MSMEs. Data collection used online questionnaires. The research findings show that the use of social media marketing is influenced by compatibility, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease-of-use. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media for marketing has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, especially in increasing sales, customer relationships, productivity, and creativity. This means that the better the management of social media for marketing, the better the performance of MSMEs will be. The theoretical contribution to this research is built on the TAM and UTAUT theories and their impact on social media marketing on MSMEs in developing countries that are living through the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research analyzes the variables such as perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value on customer's intention to use in relation to the variable of trust as the intervening variable. The data collection is done through distribution of questionnaire; the population of this research consisted of the commercial banking customers located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sample determination is done through Purposive Sampling and the analysis technique is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value have positive and significant effect on intention to use the mobile banking system; perceived usefulness of the application has the most significant influence on intention to use compare to the perceived of ease-of-use and perceived value of the mobile banking system. • The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of attitude toward green brand on green brand positioning and repurchase intention of environmentally friendly products, product knowledge on attitude toward green brand and the effect of green product knowledge on green repurchase intention. This study uses a structural equation approach with a sample size of 175 and uses an eight-point Likert scale. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for respondents are to use environmentally friendly cosmetic products and the respondents live in Central Java and have consumed more than two times. Online sampling using google form. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that green brand positioning has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Attitude toward green brand has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between green brand positioning and repurchase intention. Similarly, green brand knowledge has a positive effect on attitudes, although green knowledge has no positive effect on repurchase intention. Product positioning in the minds of consumers is important in shaping attitudes. It is important for companies to continue to develop environmentally friendly products so that product positioning can be distinguished from competitors' products.

  • The study uses an innovative management perspective to investigate the environment of higher education institutions to ensure the survival of universities in Cambodia. This has led Cambodian universities to expand their educational offerings to students in Years 2, 3 and 4. The data was collected through a Google Forms survey to facilitate and accelerate data collection. The sample of 500 students come from three higher education institution by employing multi-stage sampling technique of probability and non-probability sampling methods to ensure representation of the research population. The data were analyzed by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) to investigate the impact of these determinants on students' satisfaction and loyalty, via answering 54 questions. The results showed that the three Cambodian universities perform well in terms of satisfactory conditions such as transformative quality and university image. There are four issues to which universities need to pay attention, namely, teaching methods, infrastructure facilities, learning material, and academic environment that are yet to meet the needs of students. This study contributes to the principle of innovative management in the context of Cambodian academic environment. The results help to fathom the depth of enhancing quality and institutional survival.

  • This research aimed to investigate the key factors affecting student satisfaction and loyalty in selected private universities in Cambodia. The study implemented a quantitative survey designed and guided by seven hypotheses to test the causal relationships among variables, such as academic experience, faculty services, campus life, social integration, student support facilities, student satisfaction, university image, and student loyalty. The research applied a multi-stage sampling technique of probability procedures to guarantee the presence of the research population. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were applied for data analysis to test the hypotheses model. The collected survey totaled 543 from three universities. The purposive sampling methods were used to select the three target universities, based on their reputation, the number of students, year of establishment, and the recognition from the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport. The stratified random sampling method was employed to select target respondents for data collection by dividing the population into subgroups to ensure a random sample. The results showed that student support facilities, campus life, and social integration, faculty services, and university image play very important roles in the satisfaction and loyalty of the students in three universities.
