제조업체의 파워원천별 영업정책이 대리점의 판매의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impacts of Manufacture's Sales Policy of Each Power Source on Sales Will by Agency)

  • 본 연구는 제조업체의 파원원천에 나타난 영업정책을 이용하여 지역판매 대리점의 판매의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로써 제조업체와 대리점 간의 상생을 위한 영업정책을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 지역판매 대리점 관점에서의 판매의지란 "제조업체와 지역소매점을 연결하는 유통경로 상에 있는 지역판매 대리점이 제조업체에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 제조업체가 공급하는 제품 또는 서비스에 대하여 지역 소매상에 팔고자 하는 일방적인 의지와 사업의 지속여부의 정도를 나타내는 것"을 말한다. 본 연구 결과, 대리점 경영자들은 판매의지가 높고, 월매출액이 높으며 직원이 많은 대리점일수록 그렇지 못한 다른 대리점보다 판매의지가 상대적으로 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 파워원천별 영업정책을 이용한 각각의 가설 검증 결과는 첫째, 보상적 파워로써 점주 판촉물의 지원, 영업활동의 지원 등이 판매의지에 유의적인 영향을 나타났다. 둘째, 강권적 파워 중에서 마진폭 인하, 상대적인 마진폭, 여신한도의 축소 등이 불만의 요소로 작용하여 판매의지에 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 가설이 부분적으로 채택되었다. 셋째, 준거적 파워로써 광고지원, 지역독점력 보장, 관련업계 선도자와 거래, 회사에 대한 신뢰 형성에 필요한 영업정책들이 가장 유의한 영향으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전문적 파워인 상품의 적기공급 지연, 본사 영업사원의 상품에 대한 지식 등이 판매의지에는 유의적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대리점의 평균 영업연수가 3년 이상이 약 70%를 차지하고 있어 대리점의 영업스킬이 상당히 수준으로 일상적인 영업정책지원은 만족도와 판매의지에 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

음식점 매출변화를 통해 살펴본 금연구역 정책의 경제적 영향 분석 (Assessment of the Economic Impact of the Non-smoking Area Policy on Restaurant Sales)

  • Purposes: Despite the positive health effects of both smokers and non-smokers, the non-smoking area policy is being negatively evaluated because of the vague fears of declining restaurant sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in sales of general restaurants(including liquor stores) and other restaurants that are considered to have the most applications of smoking cessation policy among the smoking facilities, and to examine the economic impact of the designation and expansion policies of non-smoking areas. Methodology: This study used the wholesale and retail trade survey data of the Korea National Statistical Office from 2011 to 2014 and analyzed 31,577 restaurants excluding missing values. For statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Difference-in-differences(DID) models were used and the interaction term of area and year was entered. Findings: As the non-smoking area policy had been designated and expanded from December 2012 to December 31 2013, high restaurant sales in 2012 declined sharply in 2013. However, despite the expanding of the no-smoking area from January 1 2014 through December 31 2014, restaurant sales slightly recovered in 2014. In the case of other restaurants, there is no significant change in sales since the start of the policy in 2013. Practical Implications: The decline in restaurant sales due to the designation and expansion of non-smoking areas is temporary and can not be sustained over the long term. This result can be used to positively suggest negative perceptions of the designation and expansion policy of non-smoking areas. Also, this result can contribute to health promotion and smoking cessation policies by protecting non-smokers from the risk of secondhand smoking exposure and inducing smokers to decrease smoking rate and smoking amount.

부산수산물의 유통개선정책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Policy of Distribution Improvement of Fishery Products in Busan)

  • In 2006, the share of fisheries distribution in Busan amounted to 1.9 million ton, which was 41 percent of the whole country. In details, coastal fishery 334 thousand ton(14% of the whole country), deep sea fishery 452 thousand ton(82%), import fishery 964 thousand ton(70%), export fishery 157 thousand ton(43%) were distributed in Busan region, respectively. According to distribution share, import(50%), deep sea fishery(24%), coastal fishery(18%), export(8%) are main category of fisheries distribution in Busan. After the institutional changes in 1997, that is, from monopoly to the competitive systems are implemented, the share of sales volume through a home trust market decreased gradually since 2000. Especially, the share of direct sales in farming fisheries sector amounted to 73.8 percent of total production volume, 80.7 percent of production value in 2005. Furthermore, the share of fisheries sale through e-commerce is increasing owing to the growth of IT and competitive price of its products. and the sale share of large discount store is also on the 10% more increase. Hereafter these structure changes of fisheries distribution in Busan will be more intensified.   • This research consists of (1) building (or molding) the Dynamics Simulation Model on Return Policy mainly used in publications, phonographs, and computer industry; which are seen used in supply chain contract known as effective control mechanism under the varied supply chain situations, and (2) analyzing the effects that return rates and seller's contract parameters have in the outcome of the model and (3) observing how the effectiveness of Return Policy changes under such circumstances where the buyer's sales ability and the seller's risk inclination are taken into account. Thus, the main purpose of this research lies in analyzing what exactly are the effects (and or outcome) that sales ability and risk inclination have in Return Policy, and additionally by conducting comprehensive research on Supply Chain Policy Dynamics Simulation Model, we will try to prove that not only the Systems Dynamics approach is highly contributive in supply chain management but also that it will serve as a foothold in future research. As a result of the research, supply chain achievement level turned out to be high when Return Policy is enforced, and the achievement level was even higher when seller's sales ability was taken into consideration along with the Return Policy. On the other hand, the achievement level decreased when the seller had risk aversive tendencies.

  • The objective of this study is to provide recommendations for the interir design of motor showroom as a sales policy. ten cases of motor showrooms were selected from already observed 50 showrooms in Seoul area. findings revealed that the car industries of Korea should meet the strong needs of differentiated sales policy, and the showroom design was an important factor which influenced client's pruchasing power. From these findings and analyses, this study suggests that each brand has to represent the typical total image to appeal to the consumer strongly . Additionally each showroom should be flexible in modification to meet the diverse conditions such as the location, required function and the trend of consumers. In conclusion , researchers provided 6 types of recommendations in terms of floor plan and interior elements such as circulation path, moduled furniture and objects color and lighting variation . Hopely, this research provides more functional and comfortable environment of automobile showrooms for consumers and companies.

  • This research is basically deals with an inventory distribution system with several regional sales branches. Under the continuous review policy, each sales branch places an order to its supplier whenever on hand plus on order inventory falls on the order point, and the order quantity is received after elapsing a certain lead time. This research first shows the method how to apply the product with low lever of demand into the continuous review policy. For the application, we use an order level as the maximum level of inventory during an order cycle. Also we analyze the lost sales case as a customer behavior. Further we use variable demands and variable lead times for more realistic situation. Based on the above circumstances, the research mainly discusses those methods to decide the optimal order level, order point, and order quantity for each sales branch which guarantees the system wide goal level of service, while keeping the minimum level of the system wide total inventory.

이원적 인식에 따른 의류점포 서비스품질특성에 관한 연구 (Service Quality Characteristics based on Two Dimensional Recognition in Apparel Store)

  • The purposes of this study are to identify service quality elements using Kano's theory, and to examine differences in service quality characteristics among apparel store types. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas in South Korea participated in the study and a quota sampling method was used. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; importance of quality, degree of satisfaction, and demographic factors. Data from 525 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: First, four factors of service quality(sales person, variety of goods, policy, and facilities) were identified. According to Kano's quality elements, sales person was categorized into both one-dimensional quality and must-be quality, and variety of goods, policy, and facilities categorized into attractive quality. Second, sales person, in all store types, was included in one-dimension quality elements and sales person and variety of goods, in local store, were included in attractive quality element. Service policy, in chain store and local store, was included in attractive quality element. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the store service strategies.

  • Small and Medium Business Associate has supporting small and medium business and private business for establishment business and sales increasing with various policy since 2005. Arousing the interesting on customer relationship management, small and medium business and private business have recognized the necessity of the concept and introduction the CRM. This study suggested the effectiveness of the CRM throughout real cases of the CRM for small and medium business managers in order to rising sales in such an environment. The case of this study tried to figure it out to accomplish manager's ends of small and medium business to get successful business results based on innovative volition and mind trying to change. The owner who has experience 12 years in meat sales was analyzed the results of aptitude test that the business is highly appropriate to him in personality and aptitude. As also saw the strength and opportunity of SWOT analysis, he has an excellent talent for friendship, knowledge of searching Internet and organizing information, and learning ability. This study provided a marketing policy, ideas of customer services and system remodeling to improve relationship with customer, and a division diagnosis of business activities. The owner has an excellent friendship, so that this study suggest to remodel interior inside store clearly and sanitary displaying on products, to introduce aggressive and concentrated marketing strategies, and to recognize the important of public relation.

  • 현재 우리나라의 공동 주택 공급은 선분양 방식을 통해 입주자를 모집하고 있다. 선분양 제도는 주택 공급에 기여한 바가 크지만 그에 따른 시장 불안정등의 단점을 나타내었고, 주택시장이 수요자 중심으로 변화하면서 이에 따른 제도차 정책이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시장변화와 정책변화 요구에 후분양 제도화에 대한 논의가 대두되었다. 후분양 제도화는 결과적으로 공동주택 건설사업에서 주택 수요자의 분양대금 수입의 시기변화의 문제이다. 본 연구는 분양시기 변화에 따른 건설공사 현금흐름 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 현재의 사업성 분석 방법을 고찰하고 시기변화를 고려한 현금흐름 예측 툴을 제작하였다. 분양시기 변화에 따른 분양대금 유입 시기 변화로 초기 대규모 자금이 요구되는 주택건설 사업에서 금융비용의 변화가 사업성에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 공동주택 건설사업의 안정적인 수행을 위해서는 금융비용 변동을 고려한 정밀한 현금 흐름 예측이 필요하다.

Effects of Small Business Support Projects: Evidence from Korea

  • On average, small business support projects appear to improve beneficiary sales, and the growth effect is obvious when supporting young or growing firms. However, the effect is largely offset by sales reductions due to overcrowding. Small business support projects must be operated in two ways to alleviate the overcrowding of businesses in a few industries and to enhance the overall effectiveness of the support programs.
