물리치료사의 근무실태와 직무만족 및 직장애착 (Working Conditions, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Physical Therapists)

  • The main objective of this paper is to examine the working conditions of physical therapists and to investigate the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment under different working conditions. A survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for the physical therapists working in Busan area, and data from 175 therapists were utilized in the final analysis. Survey items included general characteristics of the therapists(sex, age, education, marital status, religion, income, career years, etc.), their working conditions(kinds of organizations they work in, location of PT room, weekly working hours, average number of patients, number of co-workers, equipments/facilities, etc.), and organizational effectiveness measured in terms of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Major results are as follows: 1) As for the general characteristics of the surveyed physical therapists, male(51.4$\%$) slightly exceeded female(48.6$\%$) and majority(more than 90$\%$) was 20-39 in age. Also, there were more single(57.7$\%$) than married(42.3$\%$), and 54.9$\%$ of the respondents had religion while 45.1$\%$ did not. In terms of the ranks in their organizations, only a few of them(6.9$\%$) were managers, and monthly salary mostly ranged from $\₩$1,000,000 to $\₩$2,500,000. More than half of them worked in various kinds of hospitals, with the remaining in health centers or social welfare institutions. 2) In regard to the working conditions of the respondents, 19.4$\%$ of PT rooms were located in basement areas while the remaining 80.6$\%$ in first to third floors. 34.3$\%$ of them treated 15 patients or less per day, whereas 25.1$\%$ treated 31 patients or more. Also, 52$\%$ recorded physical therapy charts periodically. As for the equipments and facilities, 25.1$\%$ felt 'sufficient' and 40$\%$'insufficient.' 3) The respondents provided various kinds of suggestions for the improvement of their working conditions, where the most important were 'salary raise' and 'reduction of working hours.' In addition, their requests to the PT Association included 'permission of opening of independent practice,' 'permission of legal specialty,' and 'vitalization of the Association.' 4) The comparative analysis of job satisfaction and organizational commitment among different characteristics of the respondents revealed that there was no significant difference between male and female, but in terms of age, the group of 40 or older was highest in both aspects. Besides, therapists who had 15 or more years of hospital career reported higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment than the others. It was also found that the level of organizational commitment increased as the rank of the respondents got higher. There were no significant differences in terms of marital status and religion. 5) Comparison with regard to working conditions showed that therapists employed in university hospitals, health centers and social welfare institutions felt higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment than those in community hospitals and clinics. Also, respondents who worked in basement areas had significantly lower job satisfaction than otherwise. The length of weekly working hours did not really affect the level of job satisfaction, but it was important to maintain 'regular working hours' for the hospitals to improve the employees' organizational commitment. As for the number of patients per day, 'medium level' (21-25 patients) had highest scores in both aspects. And, finally, sufficiency of equipments and facilities was found to be important for the improvement of organizational commitment.

민간어린이집 교사의 임파워먼트와 직무만족도가 영유아 권리존중보육에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Empowerment and Job Satisfaction of Private Day Care Center Teachers on Infant's Right Respect Care)

  • 본 연구는 민간어린이집 교사의 개인변인에 따른 임파워먼트, 직무만족도, 영유아 권리존중보육의 차이와 임파워먼트, 직무만족도, 영유아 권리존중보육 간의 관계를 분석하고 임파워먼트와 직무만족도가 영유아 권리존중보육에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 어린이집에서 영유아의 권리를 존중하는 보육을 효과적으로 실행 하는데 필요한 실제적인 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역에 위치한 민간어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 228명으로 설문 조사를 통해 자료수집이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에 사용된 연구도구는 김선희(2012)의 임파워먼트와 신현주 (2016)의 직무만족도, 김진숙(2009)의 영유아 권리존중 보육등이다. 연구결과 첫째, 민간어린이집 교사의 개인변인에 따른 임파워먼트 수준은 교사의 경력, 월 급여, 결혼유무, 이직의도 여부에 따라 차이가 있었다. 개인변인에 따른 직무만족도는 연령, 경력, 결혼유무, 근무기관 유형, 교사수, 학급수에 따라 차이를 보였다. 영유아 권리존중보육의 차이에서는 교사의 연령, 결혼 상태에 따라 유의차가 있었다. 둘째, 임파워먼트와 직무만족도, 임파워먼트와 영유아 권리존중보육 간의 관계에서는 모든 하위 요인 간에 서로 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 직무만족도와 영유아 권리존중보육 간의 관계에서는 직무만족도의 보수와 승진 요인을 제외한 다른 요인 모두에서 영유아 권리존중보육과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 민간어린이집 교사의 임파워먼트와 직무만족도가 영유아 권리존중보육 전체에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 임파워먼트의 하위요인 중 전문성신장과 자율성 요인이, 직무만족도 하위요인 중 동료관계와 직무자체 요인이 영유아 권리존중보육에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

일부(一部) 대도시(大都市) 지역(地域) 치과기공사(齒科機工士)의 직업(職業) 및 직업장(職業場) 만족도(滿足度)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study of Satisfaction About Dental technician's Post and Laboratory in Great Cities)

  • This study has been to survey the present situation of satisfaction to the occupation and dental laboratory by means of selscting 200 dental technicians who are woked in Pusan, Deagu, Kwangju, Deajun. Questionaires were distributed to them and the summerized results were as follows; 1. In general, the dental technician's satisfaction of the occpation was revealed as moderate(Mn, 2.83), the dental technician's satisfaction of the laboratory was revealas moderate(Mn, 2.80). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of occpation was the outlook(Mn, 3.23), and the lowest degree item was the advancement and the rise to a high position(Mn, 2.22). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was dental material(Mn, 3.07), and the lowest degree item was the equipment of dust collection(Mn, 2.49) 2. By age, the highest degree item out of the satisfaction of occpation was 30 to 43 group(Mn, 3.28), 50 and over group was the lowest degree item(Mn, 2.89). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was 40 to 50 group(Mn, 3.10), the lowest degree item was 35 to 39 group(Mn, 2.88). 3. By school career, the satisfaction of occpation and dental laboratory were higher in the graduated college group than the graduated highschool group. 4. By personal health state, the highest degree item of the satisfaction of occpation was the health group(Mn, 3.25). The highest degree item of the satisfaction of laboratory was the unhealthy group(Mn, 3.07). 5. By religion, the satisfaction if iccupation of laboratory ws higher in the religious group than the non-religious group. 6. By job career, the highest degree item of occupation satisfaction was 15 to 20 years group(Mn, 3.27), the lowest degree item was 20 and over group(Mn, 3.02). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was 15 to 20 years group(Mn, 3.05), The lowest degree item was 7 to 10 years group (Mn, 2.90). 7. By job position, the highest degree item out of satisfaction of occupation was the chief of laboratory group(Mn, 3.33), the head of laboratory group was the lowest degree item(Mn, 3.07). The hightest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was the head of laboratory group(Mn, 3.10), the lowest degree item was the chief of laboratory group(Mn, 2.88). 8. By the place of employment, the degree of occpational satisfaction by items was found that the highest degree in the group engagel in general hospital(Mm, 3.43), the group engaged in dental clinic and hospital(Mn. 3.24), and the dental laboratory group(Mn. 3.14) in order. The difference among the group was significant emough(P<0.05). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was dental laboratory group(Mn. 2.70). The difference among the group was significant emough(P<0.01). 9. By monthly salary, the highest degree item out of the satisfaction of occupation was ₩500,000 to 600,000 group(Mn. 3.32), the lowest degree item was ₩600,000 and over group(Mn, 3.07). The highest degree item out of the laboratory satisfaction was ₩100,000 to 200,000 group(Mn, 3.03), the lowest degree group was ₩300,000 to 400,000 group(Mn, 2.95). 10. As compared with the degree of satisfaction according to job satisfaction, the highest degree item out of the occupational satisfaction was much satisfied group(Mn, 3.65), the lowest degree item was non-satisfied group(Mn, 2.68). The difference among the group was significant enough(P<0.05). The highest degree item out of the satisfaction of laboratory was non-satisfied group(Mn, 30.9), the lowest degree item was satisfied group(Mn, 2.84). The difference among the group was significant enough(P<0.01).

치위생학과 학생들의 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing Factors upon Employment Preparation Behavior in Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생학과 학생들의 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 진행되었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감을 분석 한 후 취업준비행동과의 관련성을 검토하였다. 국내 4년제 대학 3개교에 재학 중인 치위생학과 3, 4학년 243명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여, 빈도분석과 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연령이 증가할수록 취업준비행동을 많이 하였으며, 학년에 따른 차이도 일부 항목에서 존재하였다. 진로결정자기효능감은 남성, 연령증가, 고 학점 집단, 희망 월 급여가 가장 낮은 집단에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 진로정체감은 학교와 성적, 전공만족도와 관련이 있었는데 전공에 불만족하는 학생의 진로정체감이 가장 높았다. 회귀분석 결과 진로정체감은 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인이었으나 회귀식의 설명력은 약 20%로 낮은 편이었다. 치위생학과 학생들이 취업준비행동을 독려할 수 있는 다양한 사회진출로의 모색이 필요하며, 진로정체감과 전공만족도가 긍정적 관련성을 보일 수 있도록 하기 위한 대학교육의 고민이 필요하다.

서비스산업의 경영자 보상차이와 회계정보의 신뢰성 (A CEO Pay Slice and the Reliability of Accounting Information on Service Industry)

  • Purpose - The present study examined the reliability of accounting information based on the pay slice (CPS) information of chief executive officers (CEOs) in the service industry. The difference in the size of CPS under the capitalist system can be used as an index to gauge the influence of top management. Research design, data, and methodology - In accordance with the amendment of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Market Act in 2013, the pay information of individual registered executives with annual salary of more than 500 million won has been disclosed. The sample of the current study is 232 companies listed on the Korea Exchange excluding financial services from 2013 to 2015, when the individual pay-slice information for registration officers was published in the business report in accordance with the revision of the Capital Market Act. The financial data required for this study were extracted from the FnGuide and the TS-2000. With the data, we tested the relationship between CPS and accounting information reliability through a linear regression analysis. Results - The first result showed that the relationship between the CPS and human resource in internal accounting control system in the service industry is significantly negative only with the accounting department personnel. This result implied that the CEO can negatively affect the retention of the accounting department in the firm. Second, both the CPS and quality of audit in the service industry are negatively related both to audit fees and to audit time. Nonetheless, the relationship between the number of the auditor and the CPS is insignificant. This result indicated that the CEO can negatively affect audit fees and audit time of external auditors. The results of the present study suggested that CPS information may have a negative impact on the reliability of accounting information. Conclusion - This study is the first study to examine the reliability of CPS and accounting information for the service industry in terms of human resources in internal accounting control system and audit quality. Therefore, the present study is expected to provide some useful information to economic decision-making of various external parties for service firms.

요양보호사의 전문성 인식이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Care Workers' Awareness of Professionalism on the Service Quality)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 전문성 인식이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 전문성 향상과 서비스 질 개선을 위한 정책적, 실천적 제언을 하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 전라남도 S, Y시 소재 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 190부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 주요 분석방법은 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, t/F-검증, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 요양보호사의 전문성 인식변인 중 공공서비스에 대한 신념과 서비스 질의 감정이입이 가장 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 경력에 따라 서비스 질의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 전문성 인식은 서비스질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전문성 인식이 높을수록 서비스 질이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 요양보호사의 체계적인 교육프로그램 개발과 보급, 요양보호사의 고용형태 및 임금 가이드라인의 설정, 요양보호사를 위한 윤리강령의 제도적 구축 필요성을 제언하였다.

C대학 치위생과 학생들의 대학생활 만족도 조사연구 (A Study on Satisfaction of Campus Life by Students at the Dept. of Dental Hygiene, C University)

  • This study is to provide basic materials for the purpose of maximizing satisfaction of university students with campus life and ensuring competitiveness of university by establishing educational conditions to make university students adapt themselves to campus life, enhancing their satisfaction with campus life and making and executing improvement methods of areas showing low satisfaction with campus life and selects 210 students studying dental hygiene at C university in Jeonnam region as subjects of research and as a result of examining their satisfaction with campus life and department using questionnaire, the following conclusions are obtained. 1. Subjects of research are 39.6% at the first grade, 38.1% at the second grade and 22.3% at the third grade, 51.0% of subjects graduated from academic high school, 70.3% lived in lent house or dormitory, 85.6% had normal health state and 60.4% had good personal relationship with schoolmates. 2. On information of dental hygiene before admission, 50.5% of subjects had it a little. On the Source of information in selecting department, 21.8% was through internet, on the period of selecting department, 33.2% was before application and on motivation of selecting department, 33.2% was because of good employment. 3. On satisfaction with this university, 46.0% answered normal, 34.2% answered they were dissatisfied with university and reasons of such a dissatisfaction were environment around school at 23.3% and scholarship and welfare system at 21.3%. On academic results, 58.4% marked average. On club activity, 82.7% didn't join in any club activity and on their current great trouble, 53.5% answered passing national qualification examination. 4. On satisfaction with department of dental hygiene, 57.4% answered that they were satisfied with their department and 19.3% were dissatisfied with it. On reasons of their dissatisfaction with department, 35.4% answered it was because of poor facility and 20.8%, difficult curriculum. On requirements of professors at department of dental hygiene, 51.5% wanted to have personal contact with their professors. 5. On motivation of employment, 50.5% was for economic reason. On areas desired, 44.1% was dental clinic and on standard of choosing job, 40.1% was job with high salary. On period of employment desired, 75.7% said they wanted to continue to work. 6. There were significant differences at satisfaction with campus life according to grade(p<0.01) and between campus life and satisfaction with department depending on health state(p<0.05). 7. There was statistically significant difference in satisfaction with department according to academic results(p<0.05).

지역사회 가임기 여성의 생리대 사용 조사 (Use of Menstrual Sanitary Products in Community Women of Childbearing Age )

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 가임기 여성의 생리대 사용실태를 조사하기 위해 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 지역사회의 만 19-40세의 가임기 여성 1,571명으로, 자료수집은 2020년 9월부터 2021년 8월까지 온라인 및 모바일 설문조사로 진행되었다. 연구결과 참여자의 88.9%(1,396명)가 일반 패드형 생리대를 사용하고 있었으며, 탐폰 5.6%(88명), 면 생리대 3.1%(49명), 생리 컵을 포함한 기타가 2.4%(38명) 순이었으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 사용하는 생리대 종류의 차이는 나이(p=.006), 결혼상태(p=.005), 교육정도(p=.002), 연 소득(p=.018), 임신경험(p=.036), 및 월경규칙성(p=.022)에 따라 모두 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 참여자들의 절반 이상(53.8%)이 면 생리대는 '아주 안전' 혹은 '안전하다'고 응답하였으며, 일반 패드형 생리대와 탐폰은 각각 27.9%, 20.1%가 '안전하다'고 응답하였다. 생리대 종류에 따른 월경불편감의 차이는 탐폰 사용자가 일반 패드형 생리대나 면 생리대 사용자보다 '가장 최근 월경'의 월경불편감 점수(F=4.092, p=.017) 및 '월경 전 4일'의 월경불편감 점수에서 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다(F=4.178, p=.016). 따라서 가임기 여성의 생리대의 사용실태 및 생식건강과의 관련성에 대한 지속적인 조사와 관리가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

류마티스 관절염 환자의 지식, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Knowledge, Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Rheumatic Arthritis Patients)

  • 본 연구는 류마티스 관절염 환자들을 대상으로 지식, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질과의 관계를 파악하고 류마티스 관절염 환자의 삶의 질을 증진시킬 수 있는 간호중재를 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 본 연구를 시도하였다. 자료수집은 1999년 3월 2일부터 3월 22일까지 광주광역시에 위치한 1개 대학병원과 K 류마티스 내과 개인 병원에 등록된 광주 광역시 주변 농천지역에 거주하는 류마티스 관절염 환자 100명을 임의표출하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구도구는 구조화된 질문지로서, 김순봉(1998)이 개발한 류마티스 관절염에 대한 지식 측정도구와 Lorig 등1989) 이 개발한 도구를 근거로 김종임(1994)이 수정 보완한 자기 효능감 측정도구 및 노유자(1988)가 개발한 삶의 질 측정도구를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SAS를 이용하여 전산처리하였으며, 일반석 특성과 지식, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질과의 관계는 t-test, ANOVA로, 지식, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질과의 상관관계 Peason's Correlation Coefficient로, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 예측인자는 Stepwise Multiple Regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 지식 정도는 평균 15.01점, 자기효능감 정도 평균 1030.40점, 삶의 질 정도 총 평균 135.19점으로 나타났다. 2. 일반적 특성과 지식과의 관계에서는 성별(t=19.03, p=.00), 직업 (F=2.34, p=.03), 운동종류(F=2.95, p=.03), 운동시간(F=3.20, p=.02)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 일반적 특성과 자기효능감과의 관계에서는 월수입(F=3.64, p=.01), 직업(F=2.30, p=.03), 관절염 앓은 기간(F=2.70, p=.03), 운동시간(F=3.77, p=.01), 운동효과(F=4.56, p=.01)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4. 일반적 특성과 삶의 질과의 관계에서는 연령(F=3.36, p=01), 월수입(F=3.11, p=.02), 주거형태(t=4.93, p=.02). 운동시간(F=3.03, p=.03)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 5. 대상자의 지식과 삶의 질과의 관계에서는 유의한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다(r=.154, p>.05). 6. 대상자의 자가효능감과 삶의 질과의 관계에서는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.462, p<.001). 7. 대상자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감으로 삶의 질을 21.4% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.

서울 시내 일부 국민학교 6학년 학생들의 결핵에 대한 지식 및 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Knowledge and Attitude about Tuberculosis on Elementary School student in Seoul)

  • This study was conducted in order to grasp the condition of the student's knowledge and attitude about tuberculosis. And to offer the basic materials for the prevent tuberculosis in elementary school. The objects were comprised 395 of volunteered 6th grade students who study in two elementary schools. The material of this study was the questionaire(chronbach $\alpha=.9016$) suited to the purposed of this research which has been made through studying references. All the questionaire were collected immediately without explanation. The data was collected from 13rd to 25th of May on 1994. Analysis of the data was done utilizing SPSS for percentage, mean, ANOVA and pearson-Correlation Coefficient. The Result are as follows; 1. General features of the objects of study. Sex distribution was similar. Salary of 1000-1500 thousand won were highest (40.2%), nuclear family was highest (87.1%), fathers of graduated high school were the highest(44.0%), mothers of graduated high school were the highest(56.8%). And there was nobody about tuberculosis patient in one's close relatives were highest(95.4%). 2. The conditions of attitude about tuberculosis. Having experience of tuberculin test were highest(59.0%). Less than 9mm indulation among the tuberculin tested group were 85.1%, more than indulation were 14.9%. Have a B. C. G. injection among the less than 9mm indulation were 83.2%. Leave alone among the more than 10mm indulation were 56.0%. Think it too much trouble to do not tuberculine test were 63.0%. Do not take a chest X-ray in the past were 60.3%. And take a chest X-ray in the past were 39.7%. Health educated group was 74.3%. If tuberculosis sign was developed, notified to parent was 73.8%. 3. The condition of knowledge about tuberculosis. When 5 points was given to 'very affiming' and 1 point was given to 'very deny', the total average was 3.54. And symptom of tuberculosis secion was 3.67, vaccination of tuberculosis section was 3.66, tuberculine test section was 3.56, epidemiology of tuberculosis section was 3.54, infection of tuberculosis section was 3.38. And every section showed affirmative correlation(P<.001). 4. Correlation between the general features and attitude variables. High incomed group may have more attitude on tuberculin test than low incomed group($x^2=16.$ 190, P<.01). High educated group may have more attitude on tuberculin test than low educated group(Father : $x^2=28.530$, P<.001, Mother: $x^2=26.060$, P<.001). High educated group may have more attitude on health education than low educated group(Father: $x^2=20.$ 767, P<.000, Mother: $x^2=10.639$, P<.05). Nuclear family may have more attitude on notify to parent than others($x^2=51.45$, P<.000). Tuberculosis patient in one's close associates have more attitude on notify to parent than others($x^2=51.$ 45, P<.000). 5. Difference between the general features and knowledge of tuberculosis.
