AHP를 이용한 불안전행동 배경요인 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study on Evaluating Background Factors of the Unsafe Behavior using AHP)

  • Most industrial accidents occur when the workers' unsafe behavior and the unsafe situation of workplace take place at the same time. Although human's unsafe behavior is indispensable to work field, the evaluation scheme to detect the causes for the accident resulted from human's unsafe behavior and counterplan should be prepared to prevent and reduce accident. To do this, we first classify the specific background factors in terms of human inner factor and environment factor and then develop the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to analyze the background factors that affect the worker's unsafe behavior. We also develop a checklist to be able to evaluate the occurrence possibility of individual worker's unsafe behavior.

전자지도를 이용한 3차원 가상공간 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Construction of 3D Virtual Space from Digital Map)

  • This study describes a construction procedure of 3D virtual space using the NGIS data and its application to simulation. 3D space topography is modeled by using DEM consisted with triangular regular network. The elevations of nodal points of DEM are calculated through the interpolation with contour line and elevation points from the NGIS. Also, data for 2D roads and their environments, such as trees, lamps, and traffic signals, were extracted from the NGIS and projected on the DEM surfaces to get 3D virtual space. To give a reality to 3D virtual space and accelerate its graphic speed, data were converted into the directX format. It is believed that the virtual space constructed in this work can be applicable to the ubiqutous because DEM data can be converted to the AutoCAD format and ASCII code.

신체 성장곡선 및 성별 차이에 관한 연구 (Sex Differences in Physical Growth Model)

  • Anthropometric characteristics and considerations of sex differences are essential for the correct design of ergonomic work spaces. This paper is concerned with longitudinal study on the physical growth in Korean youth. Three hundred eighty-seven subjects were selected from third year students of high schools, and their records on physical examination during the last twelve years were surveyed by longitudinal method. For boys and girls, this study investigated the anthropometric characteristics of physical structure and the shape of physical growth. The result showed that the physical growth spurt of girl occurred earlier than that of boy. Also, by regression analysis, the third-order polynomial function was suitable for the growth curves of stature and weight, and there were significant sex differences in the fitted curves.

  • This work has been carried out to study the mixing characteristics of solid in vibrating feeder for stable operations of fluidized bed combustion. The system consisted of two particles such that fine particles were located on the top of the coarse particles before vibratory mixing had started. Effect of particle size, particle densities, vibration amplitude and vibration frequency were experimentally obtained. Also, a diffusion model was applied in interpreting the experimental results. From these results, the following empirical equation for the diffusivity was obtained. $0.87{(\frac{d_c}{d_f})}^{0.73}\;{(\frac{\rho_f}{\rho_c})}^{0.53}(A^2f)$.

  • This paper is focusing on the model to predict the ultimate shear strength on joints of composite system (RCS) with reinforced concrete columns and steel beams considering the transverse beam. It reviews the ratio of experimental shear strength to design strength calculated by existing desist equations which are proposed by Kanno, Wight, Noguchi and the rising of strength by the transverse beams. When the shear strength of joints is estimated, it is necessary to do research work for the stress transfer mechanism considering two concrete strut of inner and outer panel by web of the transverse beam. In order to confirm it requires further experimental and analytical study.

  • 24인승 엘리베이터 비상 브레이크를 개발하기 위하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 최근 대형건물의 빈번한 화재로 인하여 엘리베이터 비상 브레이크의 안전성이 부각되었다. 비상 브레이크의 안전성을 확인하기 위하여 SolidWorks를 활용하여 설계하고 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 활용하여 구조해석을 수행하여 총변형량, 변형률, 응력을 구하였으며 해석결과를 24인승 엘리베이터 비상브레이크를 제작 시 기초자료로 이용하였다.

제조업의 인적오류 관련 사고분석을 위한 HFACS-K의 개발 및 사례연구 (HFACS-K: A Method for Analyzing Human Error-Related Accidents in Manufacturing Systems: Development and Case Study)

  • As Korean government and safety-related organizations make continuous efforts to reduce the number of industrial accidents, accident rate has steadily declined since 2010, thereby recording 0.48% in 2017. However, the number of fatalities due to industrial accidents was 1,987 in 2017, which means that more efforts should be made to reduce the number of industrial accidents. As an essential activity for enhancing the system safety, accident analysis can be effectively used for reducing the number of industrial accidents. Accident analysis aims to understand the process of an accident scenario and to identify the plausible causes of the accident. Accident analysis offers useful information for developing measures for preventing the recurrence of an accident or its similar accidents. However, it seems that the current practice of accident analysis in Korean manufacturing companies takes a simplistic accident model, which is based on a linear and deterministic cause-effect relation. Considering the actual complexities underlying accidents, this would be problematic; it could be more significant in the case of human error-related accidents. Accordingly, it is necessary to use a more elaborated accident model for addressing the complexity and nature of human-error related accidents more systematically. Regarding this, HFACS(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System) can be a viable accident analysis method. It is based on the Swiss cheese model and offers a range of causal factors of a human error-related accident, some of which can be judged as the plausible causes of an accident. HFACS has been widely used in several work domains(e.g. aviation and rail industry) and can be effectively used in Korean industries. However, as HFACS was originally developed in aviation industry, the taxonomy of causal factors may not be easily applied to accidents in Korean industries, particularly manufacturing companies. In addition, the typical characteristics of Korean industries need to be reflected as well. With this issue in mind, we developed HFACS-K as a method for analyzing accidents happening in Korean industries. This paper reports the process of developing HFACS-K, the structure and contents of HFACS-K, and a case study for demonstrating its usefulness.

전기공사 현장 안전관리자의 직무자원, 직무요구 및 조직몰입의 영향 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Electronic Construction Site Safety Managers' Job Resources, Job Demands, and Organizational Commitment)

  • This study was conducted to suggest a direction in which safety managers can concentrate on industrial accident prevention and safety management for the organization. The job resources of safety managers were divided into organizational and individual levels, and the magnitude of the impact on organizational commitment was compared. Furthermore, job demands were classified into environmental risk factors and personal psychological factors to confirm their effect on organizational commitment. The moderating effect of job resources and sub-factors of the variable in the relationship between job demands and organizational commitment was verified. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 193 safety managers in the domestic electric construction business, data were collected, and a questionnaire of 180 people was used for the final analysis. Based on the results, organization-level resources among the sub-factors of job resources and individual psychological factors among the sub-factors of job demand had a more significant influence on organizational commitment. In the relationship between job resources and organizational commitment, the moderating effect of job demand was verified, confirming that job demand had a negative moderating effect. Individual psychological factors had a modulating effect, whereas environmental factors did not. The significance, implications, and limitations of this study are discussed based on the research results.

옵저버를 이용한 크레인 작업자의 에러 검출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fault Detection for Crane Handler by Observation Techniques)

  • 본 연구에서는 옵저버를 이용한 크레인 작업자의 작업오류 검출에 관한 연구로서 작업오류를 검출할 수 있는 옵저버 설계 및 시뮬레이션에 의한 검증을 다루었다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 크레인 작업자 모델에 대해 옵저버를 제안하였으며, 제안된 옵저버에 대한 이론적 증명을 통하여 작업 오류를 검출할 수 있음을 보였다. 시뮬레이션에서는 종래의 연구결과인 크레인 작업자 모델을 기초로 작업자 모델을 구현하였으며, 이때 작업 오류는 작업자의 부주위에 의한 오류로 가정하여 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 이 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 옵저버에 의해 작업 오류의 검출이 완벽히 이루어짐을 보였고 이에 본 연구에서 제안한 옵저버의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.

사업기획단계에서 흙막이 공사비 예측에 관한 연구 -서울시내 아파트 건설사업을 중심으로- (A Study on Prediction of Earth Retaining Work Cost in the Project Planning Stage -Focusing on Apartment Construction Projects in Seoul-)

  • 일반적으로 건설공사의 흙막이공사는 구조물의 건설을 가능하게 하고, 주변 지반의 변위를 최대한 억제하며, 주변 구조물이나 현장 작업자의 안전을 확보하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 지반 특성, 주변의 지형 특성, 수리학적 환경 등의 설계 조건에 따라 흙막이공법 및 시공방법이 달라진다. 그 결과 흙막이 공사비도 변동하게 된다. 특히 서울시의 경우 지역에 따라 다양한 환경과 지반조건이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 주로 서울시내의 아파트 건설사업의 흙막이 공사비를 분석하고, 사업기획단계에서 대략적인 흙막이 공사비를 산출하는 것이다. 서울시의 특성에 맞는 흙막이 공사비를 예측하는 모델을 개발하고, 이를 이용하여 흙막이공사의 공사비를 예측한다. 본 연구에서는 10개(대지면적, 연면적, 동수, 건축면적, 지하층면적, 굴착깊이, 굴착량, 굴착면적, 흙막이둘레길이, 흙막이면적)의 사업개요를 독립변수로 이용한 다중회귀모델에 의한 흙막이 공사비의 예측치를 제시한다. 다중회귀모형을 이용한 서울시 아파트 건설사업의 흙막이 공사비 예측 결과 오차율은 10.75%였다. 이는 서울시내 아파트 건설사업의 기획단계에서 흙막이 공사비 산정업무에 적용될 가능성이 높고, 서울시내 아파트 건설사업의 흙막이 공사비 산정작업에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
