서비스품질과 고객만족의 관계 및 성별 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and moderating effect of gender)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 807 customers who encountered employees in telecommunication industry, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that all service quality factors have positive relationships with customer satisfaction. The results of moderating analysis showed that only empathy and tangibility have positive interactive-effects on customer satisfaction with gender. With increasing of empathy and tangibility, female customers have been more satisfied than male customers.

아파트 시설물 유지관리가 입주자의 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Apartment Facility Maintenance on the Residential Satisfaction of Residents)

  • 이 연구는 아파트 시설물 유지관리 및 화재안전시설관리가 입주자의 주거만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 해결방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시설물 유지관리는 주거만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 시설물의 고장이 많을수록 입주자의 주거만족도는 낮아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 관리주체 직원들은 반복적인 업무이기 때문에 입주자 민원 요청에 소홀할 때 주거만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치므로 관리주체에서 결코 가볍게 지나치면 안 되는 사항으로 관리교육지원과 시설물 유지관리를 높여 입주자들의 주거만족도를 높여야 함을 보여준다. 둘째, 화재안전시설은 주거만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 화재안전시설에 대한 작동불량이 많을수록, 소방용품의 교체가 많을수록 입주자의 주거만족도는 낮아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 아파트 단지 내에는 안전문화인식 수준이 낮을 수 있기 때문에 이에 대한 대응력이 취약할수록 화재안전시설에 대한 의존도가 높고 안전을 중요함을 보여주어 관리주체에서는 화재안전시설에 대한 피해를 저감시켜 입주자들의 주거만족도를 향상시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 입주자의 화재안전의식 강화방안으로 소방계획서에 의한 화재진압과 피난 대처요령에 관한 입주자의 교육과 훈련을 반복적으로 시행할 필요가 있다.

산림노동자의 정기안전교육 만족도 분석 (Analysis of the Satisfaction Levels of Safety Education of Forest Workers)

  • 본 연구는 산림노동자 즉 영림단원들의 안전사고 저감 및 예방을 위해 정기적으로 받고 있는 안전교육에 대한 영림단원의 만족도를 분석하여 안전교육 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 전국의 산림조합 영림단원 362명을 대상으로 안전교육 실태, 안전교육 개선 요구사항 및 안전교육 만족도 등을 설문조사 하였으며 설문결과를 분석하여 안전교육 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과 영림단원들이 요구하는 안전교육 개선사항은 산림작업과 관련된 교육내용의 추가와 현재의 강의식 교육보다는 실습위주의 교육으로 개선되어야 한다는 의견이 다수였다. 또한 안전교육 실시 주기는 응답자의 43.8%가 주 1회가 가장 효과적이라고 응답하였다. 안전교육의 만족에 가장 영향을 주는 요인은 교육내용, 교육방법과 강사능력 중 교육방법과 강사능력이 통계적으로 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타나 안전교육에 대한 만족을 향상시키기 위해서는 교육방법의 개선과 강사능력 배양이 중요한 것으로 분석되었다.

아파트 거주자의 안전교육 만족도와 소방계획서의 활용성이 화재안전의식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Safety Education Satisfaction of Apartment Residents and Application of Fire Protection Plan on Fire Safety Awareness)

  • 이 연구는 아파트 거주자의 안전교육 만족도와 소방계획서의 활용성이 화재안전의식에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전교육내용의 만족도가 낮으며 화재안전의식수준에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 아파트 거주자의 안전교육내용의 흥미나 참여가 낮을수록 화재안전의식에도 영향을 미쳐 화재로부터 안전성 확보에 대처하지 못하는 것으로 관리 주체에서는 안전교육의 만족 및 안전문화의 정착을 위해 학습지원 정보시스템 등으로 교육의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 소방계획서의 활용성이 화재안전의식에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 아파트 거주자는 안전에 필요한 교육 및 훈련에 접근하는 기회가 없을 뿐 아니라 의무적으로 수료하는 법적인 책임감이 없어 화재안전의식이 부족하므로 관리 주체에서 소방계획서에 의한 운영강화 및 활성화로 거주자의 참여나 화재안전의식을 고취해 화재로부터 안전한 주거 생활이 되도록 대처하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 아파트 거주자의 안전교육 만족이 화재안전의식에 미치는 영향에 대해 소방계획서의 활용성은 조절효과가 나타났다. 이는 안전교육 만족도가 높아지면 화재안전의식도 높았지만, 아파트 거주자와 관리주체의 직원이 일체가 되어 소방계획서에 의한 업무를 시행하고 참여가 높을 때 화재안전의식에도 긍정적인 효과로 나타나므로 소방계획서의 운영과 안전교육 만족도가 높을수록 화재안전의식도 높아져 주거 생활에 영향력이 높아짐을 보여준다.

간호간병통합서비스 운영병동 간호사의 간호업무성과, 직무 만족 및 환자안전사고 (Effects of Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service on nursing work performance, nurses' job satisfaction and patient safety)

  • Purpose: To study aimed to examine the impact of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service on nursing work performance, nurse' job satisfaction, and patient safety. Methods: A total of 66 nurses were selected as participants, comprising 30 nurses working in Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service hospital ward, and 33 nurses working in a general hospital ward with a similar patient and disease group and distributed moderately. For data analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, and $X^2$ tests were conducted. Results: Nursing work performance in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward was higher than that in the general hospital ward, but this difference was not statistically significant. Conversely, job satisfaction was lower among nurses in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward, although again the difference was not significant. However, the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward had a significantly lower rate of safety-related accidents in patients compared to the general hospital ward. Conclusion: In order to expand and improve patient safety and other aspects of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service, there is a need to establish a mediation strategy for increasing nurses' work performance and job satisfaction.

레스토랑의 안전성이 신뢰, 불안, 만족 그리고 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Restaurant's Safety on Trust, Anxiety, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention)

  • Purpose: Most people are worried about contracting COVID-19, which in turn increases anxiety that they may have contracted COVID-19. Therefore, this study examines the effect of restaurant safety consisting of hygiene, store management, and countermeasure on trust, anxiety, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 537 consumers who had experiences of visiting a restaurant within the last 2 months and analyzed with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 programs. Result: The hygiene, management, and countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on trust. Restaurant hygiene was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on anxiety, but countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on anxiety. Meanwhile, management did not appear to have a significant effect on anxiety. Trust was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Anxiety was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on satisfaction but had no significant effect on revisit intention. Finally, satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Conclusions: As a result of the study, this study explained the safety of restaurants in the COVID-19 pandemic environment through the protective motivation theory.

건축공법에 따른 북한의 주거환경 만족도 분석 연구 (Analysis of North Korea's Residential Environment Satisfaction According to Construction Method)

  • Recently, as the era of economic cooperation on the Korean Peninsula approaches, the role of the building sector, such as humanitarian reorganization of North Korean housing, is increasing. The purpose of this study is to find out the current location of North Korean housing standards through the North Korean Housing Survey. For the survey, a survey was conducted through 79 North Korean defectors. The main construction methods of North Korean housing are reinforced concrete, steel framed, wooden framed, masonry, and reinforced concrete walled and prefabricated. The residential environment satisfaction items consist of durability, waterproof, heating, ventilation, heat insulation, air tightness, mining, soundproofing, disaster safety, fire safety, and crime prevention. The result is as follows. The housing construction method in North Korea, which lived at that time, consisted of 21 people (30.88%) of reinforced concrete frames, 18 people (26.47%) of wooden frames, 17 people (25%) of masonry walls, 5 people of prefabricated structures (7.35%), and reinforced concrete. Two people (2.94%) were walled. Among these, the wooden frame type had the lowest satisfaction level for each item, and the reinforced concrete had a high level of dissatisfaction in the items of heating, confidentiality, and disaster safety, and the other item had a high level of satisfaction. The masonry wall type has a relatively high satisfaction level in terms of insulation, confidentiality, mining, and disaster safety.

The Impact of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Workforce Productivity in an Iranian Petrochemical Industry

  • Background: Job stress and job satisfaction are important factors affecting workforce productivity. This study was carried out to investigate the job stress, job satisfaction, and workforce productivity levels, to examine the effects of job stress and job satisfaction on workforce productivity, and to identify factors associated with productivity decrement among employees of an Iranian petrochemical industry. Methods: In this study, 125 randomly selected employees of an Iranian petrochemical company participated. The data were collected using the demographic questionnaire, Osipow occupational stress questionnaire to investigate the level of job stress, Job Descriptive Index to examine job satisfaction, and Hersey and Goldsmith questionnaire to investigate productivity in the study population. Results: The levels of employees' perceived job stress and job satisfaction were moderate-high and moderate, respectively. Also, their productivity was evaluated as moderate. Although the relationship between job stress and productivity indices was not statistically significant, the positive correlation between job satisfaction and productivity indices was statistically significant. The regression modeling demonstrated that productivity was significantly associated with shift schedule, the second and the third dimensions of job stress (role insufficiency and role ambiguity), and the second dimension of job satisfaction (supervision). Conclusion: Corrective measures are necessary to improve the shift work system. "Role insufficiency" and "role ambiguity" should be improved and supervisor support must be increased to reduce job stress and increase job satisfaction and productivity.

간호대학생의 환자안전문화 태도와 환자안전관리 실천이 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of attitude and practice of PSM and clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students.)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between attitude of Patient Safety Management(PSM) and practice of PSM and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, also identified how these factors attitude and practice of PSM influence on clinical practice satisfaction, eventually aimed to develop education programs to strengthen practice of PSM in nursing students. A descriptive design was used in the study. The multiple regression was used for the study to prove the factors how the attitude and practice of PSM were affected to the clinical practice satisfaction. The study subjects were 226 nursing students. The results show that attitude of PSM mean was 3.71, practice of PSM mean 3.97, the clinical practice satisfaction mean 3.31. Among the general characteristics, clinical practice satisfaction showed significant differences in satisfaction of major(F=5.10, p=.001), the existence of role model(t=2.64, p=.009). Significant positive correlation was found between attitude of PSM, practice of PSM and the clinical practice satisfaction. Practice of PSM(${\beta}=.39$) was shown as the most important factor to affect on the Satisfaction on clinical practice, also the explanation power of value for this study was found 41.1%. Consequently, this study indicates to develop the education program to strengthen practice of PSM. Also process the additional study for the nursing students in other areas.

교대 근무자의 연령에 따른 건강 문제, 감정적 위험요인 노출, 일-생활 불균형, 근로환경 만족도 특성 분석 (Analysis of Working Conditions of Shift Workers by Age: Health Problems, Emotional Hazard Exposures, Work & Life Imbalance, and Satisfaction of Working Conditions)

  • This study investigates the working conditions of shift workers according to age group by analyzing the sixth Korean Working Conditions Survey's data. A total of 1,323 shift workers were extracted from the dataset. Three age groups (A: 20s-30s, B: 40s-50s, C: 60s and above) were statistically compared in terms of health problems, emotional hazard exposure, work-life imbalance, and satisfaction with working conditions. Elderly shift workers (those in their 60s and above) had significantly more severe health problems and work-life imbalance, greater exposure to emotional hazards, and lower satisfaction with working conditions than young shift workers (those in their 20s-50s). The study's findings reveal the characteristics of working conditions for elderly shift workers and would be useful for improving shift workers' quality of life, as well as safety and productivity in the workplace.
