대형 할인매장 주차장 이용만족도의 영향요인 분석 (Study Analysis of Big Box Retailer Parking Lot User's Satisfaction)

  • This research has analyzed factors affecting customers' satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars' traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians' movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users' satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians' movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users' satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars' traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

아동발달 및 양육 지원서비스의 가족친화적 특성과 다양성이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Friendliness and Diversity of Support Services for Child Development and Parenting on Parental Satisfaction with Services)

  • The present study aimed to examine the influences of four aspects of family friendliness (i. e., safety, accessibility, convenience, and amenity) and diversity of services designed to support children's development and parenting on parental satisfaction with services. The participants of this study comprised 259 parents (214 mothers and 45 fathers) who had at least one child aged 0 to 11 and lived in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, or Gyeongsang-do Provinces. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses. Our results indicated that the effects of family friendliness and diversity of services on parental service satisfaction differed by children's developmental level. For parents of elementary school-aged children, the safer the services and the more services they used, the more they were likely to be satisfied with the services provided. In contrast, the safety and the amenity of services had positive influences on parental satisfaction with support services for parents with toddlers while the safety had a significant effect for those who had preschoolers.

임신 중 치료목적으로 한약을 복용한 환자에 대한 실태분석 및 치료에 대한 만족도 조사 (A clinical analysis of patients that used herbal medicine in pregnancy and retrospective survey of patient's treatment satisfaction)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to establish safety and efficacy of using herbal medicine in pregnancy and to investigate patient's treatment satisfaction. Methods : We investigated general pregnancy outcomes of twenty-five gynecological outpatients who visited Dongguk univ. Kangnam Oriental Hospital, from July 1, 2002 through December 31, 2004 and have taken herbal medicine in pregnancy. Additionally we investigated newborn's growth status and patient's treatment satisfaction. Results : The rate of normal delivery of patients used herbal medicine for diseases that possibility of abortion is not high was 100% and there was no malformation in normally delivered 21 cases. Most of Newborn's growth status was normal and the average score of patient's satisfaction was 3.5(absolutely satisfied=5). Conclusion : The results of this study show safety and efficacy of using herbal medicine in pregnancy. And In the future, It is thought that more exactly constructed clinical survey need to be carried out.

  • This study sought to understand the requirements of registered institutions and parents of beneficiary children's through a satisfaction survey conducted at Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) and to improve quality to create a model example of site-based meal safety management in accordance with population trends. In 2019, the comprehensive satisfaction level of the director and parents rose 2.4 points and 2.9 points, respectively, compared to the previous year, and the comprehensive satisfaction level of the director and parents continued to rise from 2015 to 2019. The gap between the highest and lowest institutions is narrowed to 13.5 points year-on-year from 21.4 points. National Institute of Food and Nutrition Service will need to make efforts to upgrade regional centers through (Human Resource Development(HRD) training to strengthen their job-specific capabilities and minimize the standard deviation of each center. Since local centers are distributed across the country and have field-oriented service support systems, CCFSM will need to manage the healthy eating habits of the underprivileged, provide information necessary to establish proper eating habits, strengthen education, and establish a customized food safety service system.

영양사의 직무만족도와 HACCP 시스템 적용 장애요인 인식정도가 위생.안전관리 수행에 미치는 영향 - 경북지역 학교급식소를 대상으로 - (Influences of School Food Service Dietitians' Job Satisfaction and Perception of Barriers to HACCP Implementation on Food Sanitation/Safety Management Performance in Gyeongbuk Province)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between dietitian’s job satisfaction and perception of barriers to HACCP implementation and food safety/sanitation management performance in school food service. An e-mail survey was conducted to 144 dietitians in Gyeongbuk Province. A response rate was 57.6%(N=83) and data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(ver. 10.0). Dietitians were more satisfied with ‘supervision’ and 'co-workers' than 'pay' and 'promotion.' Dietitians perceived 'lack of teachers' support on student education' and ‘limited availability of facilities/equipment' as the biggest challenges in implementing a HACCP system. A total score of sanitation/safety management performance evaluated by school districts was 92 out of 100. By category, 'safety management' and 'personal hygiene' were rated the highest whereas 'facilities/equipment' and 'HACCP system' categories were rated the lowest. The food sanitation/safety management performance scores were not correlated to dietitian’s job satisfaction, but significantly correlated to dietitian’s perceptions of barriers to HACCP implementation. As dietitians perceived facilities/equipment-related barriers greater, the scores of 'facilities/equipment(p<.01),' 'production process(p<.05),' and 'total score(p<.01)' were significantly lower. The findings suggest that more investment on facilities/equipment are needed for food safety improvement and successful HACCP implementation in school food service. Proper facilities and equipment will make employees monitor CCPs and take corrective actions more easily.

  • As passengers feel uneasy about the subway since the fire accident on subway trains in Taegu, this research is intended to appraise the influence of safety upon the customer-satisfaction for the Metropolitan subway. Using the framework of the Korea Gallup survey, a new survey which includes questions regarding safety was conducted and the results are analyzed to show the differences between before and after the accident.

무장애친화공원화를 위한 근린생활권 공원의 현황 및 이용자 만족도 분석 - 천호공원, 간데메공원, 훈련원공원을 대상으로 - (Current Status and User Satisfaction Analysis of Neighborhood Park for Barrier Free Friendly Park - A Focus on Cheonho Park, Gandaemae Park and Hunlyunwon Park -)

  • This study is aimed at grasping improvement factors of Cheonho Park, Gandaemae Park and Hunlyunwon Park as barrier free friendly parks. For this study, current status of parks, users' state and satisfaction were analyzed in October, 2014 and September, 2015. To detect current status, period of designing, whole size, facility pavement green space area, and main spaces were examined. As for BF status, mediation facilities, leading and guidance facilities, convenient facilities and BF pedestrial passage were analyzed. Also, It examined user behavior and satisfaction by accessibility, convenience and safety items. As a result of status analysis, three parks were designed in 1997~1998. The size of parks were $15,180m^2{\sim}26,697m^2$. As for mediation facilities, the slopes of walking-passage in Cheonho Park and Gandaemae Park were flat. The rate of leading-guidance facilities was 72.7%~93.4%. In the three parks, the effective width of safe pedestrian space within BF pedestrial passages was more than 1.8m. In Cheonho Park and Gandaemae Park, more than 50% of soil and urethane were used as paving materials. Users were the most satisfied with accessibilities in Cheonho Park due to flat-typed walking passages. In convenience, when it comes to using benches and pergolas, it showed significantly different satisfaction in every park. In safety, there were also considerable difference in every park. Overall, it was analysed that the satisfaction with information for safety and facilities was significantly low. Against this backdrop, this study suggests three considerations to recreate parks as barrier free friendly parks. 1) Flat-typed walking passages and enough parking areas near parks should be constructed. 2) Additional rest furniture for convenience should be installed and complemented. 3) Walking oriented-spatial safe facilities for safety should be differently supplemented.

의료기관인증이 병원 근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 효과 -일개 종합병원을 대상으로- (The impact of healthcare accreditation on patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment: about a general hospital)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관인증이 병원 근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 효과를 평가하기 위한 단일집단 사전 사후 검사 설계연구이다. 대상자는 서울시내 일개 종합병원에서 1년 이상 근무한 405명을 대상으로 하였다. 시험처치는 2012년 4월부터 준비를 시작하여 2012년 11월 의료기관평가인증원으로부터 조사를 받은 의료기관인증이며, 자료 분석은 SPSS(version 18.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 paired t-test와 One-Way ANOVA로 검정하였다. 연구결과, 연구결과, 의료기관인증 후 병원근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질(t=7.28, p=.000), 직무만족(t=7.13, p=.000) 및 조직몰입(t=3.44, p=.001)은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 의료기관인증은 환자안전과질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 증진시키는 데 효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

  • In spite of the development of the service industry, research on measuring customers' service satisfaction is far insufficient. Therefore, ways to measure the service quality accurately need to be established due to the ambiguous types of service business. This research classifies the types of service business into service factory, service shop, mass service, professional service by using Schmenner's Service Process Matrix and conducts research on domestic literature that measured service satisfaction with Servqual and ServPerf. This study intends to suggest guidelines to measure customer satisfaction according to types of service business by researching ways to measure service satisfaction according to the types of service business and analysing the actual application methods based on a table that summarizes previous research on Servqual and Servperf.

  • The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.
