Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity was proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.

In this quantitative research, it was enhanced to understand the impact of intrinsic motivation on creative process engagement by examining the significant role of psychological safety on intrinsic motivation. These relationships were examined by targeting the employees working full-time for five star deluxe hotels. Total number of 230 responses had been collected out of 250 cases requested and he number of 213 cases was used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 7 software program. The results suggested that psychological safety is significantly associated with intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, the hotel employees' problem identification, information searching & coding, and idea generation are affected by intrinsic motivation. That is, intrinsic motivation plays a significant role for each sub-factors of creative process engagement in the hotel industry. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are established and related suggestion for formulating marketing strategy is well discussed.

본 연구는 신규간호사를 대상으로 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리행위 정도와 상관관계를 확인하고 환자안전관리행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 신규간호사 127명을 대상으로 2020년 9월 11일부터 9월 30일까지 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Person's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 환자안전동기는 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 환자안전관리태도는 환자안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 환자안전관리행위에 가장 유의한 영향을 준 요인은 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리 교육경험 이었다. 따라서 신규간호사의 환자안전관리행위 능력을 증진시키기 위해 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도를 포함한 환자안전교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 제안한다.

본 연구는 간호대학 3학년을 대상으로 안전동기, 안전관리 수행자신감, 안전관리행위 정도와 상관관계를 확인하고 안전관리행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 간호대학생 127명을 대상으로 2020년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 안전동기는 안전관리 수행자신감, 안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 안전관리 수행자신감은 안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 안전관리행위에 가장 유의한 영향을 준 요인은 안전동기와 안전수행자신감이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 안전관리행위 능력을 증진시키기 위해 안전동기, 안전수행자신감을 포함하는 안전교육 프로그램의 개발을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for improving the safety behavior of university lab students by grasping the relationship between leaders' safety leadership, the lab's safety climate, and individual safety motivation variables. To this end, a survey was conducted on nationwide university laboratories, and the main results are as follows. First, transformational and transactional safety leadership had a positive effect on safety behavior, while the laissez-faire one had a negative impact.Second, it was found that the laboratory safety climate plays a mediating role in the relationship in which safety leadership affects safety behavior. Third, it was found that individual safety motivation was governed by the laboratory safety climate's effect on safety behavior. Fourth, individual safety motivation was found to control the mediating effect of the laboratory safety climate in the relationship between safety leadership and safety behavior. The conclusion of this study is the following: to strengthen the safety behavior of university laboratory students, the laboratory manager must operate the laboratory with a transformational and transactional safety leadership. Additionally, educational institutions must effectively operate their own safety-day programs to create a safe climate for each laboratory and improve students' safety motives.

The study examined the relationship between workers' safety awareness, safety performance and the components of the intelligent image analysis system in accordance with preventing the workers from safety hazard in dangerous working area. Based on the safety performance model, we include safety knowledge, safety motivation, safety compliance and safety participation, and we also define three additional factors of the intelligent image analysis system such as functional feature, penalty and incentive by using factor analysis. SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) analyses on the data from the total of 73 workers showed that functional feature of intelligent analysis system and incentive were positively related to safety knowledge and safety motivation. And mediation effects of the relationship were verified to safety compliance and safety participation through safety knowledge as well.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to establish a hypothetical model on silence regarding patient safety and to verify the model's goodness of fit and hypotheses. Methods: The participants in this study were 330 registered nurses working in tertiary hospitals with over 300 beds. Data were collected between July 1, and August 30, 2017, from nurses who agreed to participate. A covariance structure analysis was performed. Results: The model of fit index was $x^2=59.54$, normed $x^2=2.29$, GFI=.97, AGFI=.93, SRMR=.05, NFI=.99, CFI=.95 and RMSEA=.05. The organizational culture had an influence on patient safety motivation (${\beta}=.26$, p=.003) and attitude (${\beta}=.43$, p<.001). RN-MD collaboration had an influence on patient safety motivation (${\beta}=.33$, p<.001), attitude (${\beta}=.35$, p<.001), and patient safety silence (${\beta}=-.17$, p=.026). Supervisory trust had an influence on patient safety motivation (${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), attitude (${\beta}=.12$, p=.036), and patient safety silence (${\beta}=-.23$, p=.002). Patient safety motivation had an influence on patient safety silence (${\beta}=-.33$, p=.006). The model of patient safety silence explained 36.0% of the variances. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data for nursing education and program development for rejecting patient safety silence.
