This study was evaluated the indicators of GRI guideline LA6-LA9 for industrial safety sanitation field on 22 domestic sustainable management reports and 46 overseas reports published by companies in 2007 and 2008, was developed new indicators with emphasis on industrial safety sanitation act, and was assessed whether they are released. As a result, LA6(Percent of total workforce represented in formal joint management-work health and safety committees that help monitor and advise on occupational health and safety programs) was evaluated highest in release ratio on whether to release the reports by each indicator of industrial safety sanitation field using domestic sustainable management report GRI guideline, and in the case of overseas companies, it was evaluated that there is no companies that release all from LA6 through LA9 among GRI guideline, but it was grasped that the ratio of partial release is high. As for the release of indicators was developed with the use of industrial safety sanitation act of 22 domestic companies, the release of indicator No. 1(report and industrial disaster record) and 10(health diagnosis) of industrial safety sanitation act was high. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the industrial safety sanitation field of sustainable management report(CSR) that has not been attempted so far with the use of new indicators developed with emphasis on GRI guideline and industrial safety sanitation act.

선진국에서는 공정안전관리제도의 도입으로 사고는 상당히 감소하였으나, 규제적 성격을 띄며, 실질적인 사업장안전관리의 실태를 보여주기 어렵다는 한계를 보인다. 많은 기관에서 공정안전상태를 포괄적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 공정안전성과지표의 사용을 권장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공정안전성과지표 적용을 위하여 관련 Guideline을 비교·분석하고 사업장의 공정안전시스템을 분석하여 지표로 활용하는 방안을 검토하였다. 문헌적 지표에서는 절차의 준수 여부 위주로 확인하는 반면, 시스템 기반의 지표에서는 안전시스템의 특정 목적을 위한 절차나 검사 등을 명확하게 식별할 수 있도록 하고, 운영상태가 어떤지 측정하여 모니터링 할 수 있다. 이러한 특성은 안전관리 활동을 운영함에 있어 도출되는 보완사항들의 명료성 측면에서 더 유리함을 알 수 있다. 이를 활용하여 사업장 안전관리 수준을 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있다.

본 연구는 자율주행 차량이 혼재된 교통류의 안전성 평가에 적합한 안전성 지표를 선정하여 차량 추종 조합별 안전성을 분석하였다. 고속도로 엇갈림구간은 기본구간에 비해 차로 변경이 빈번하여 상충 빈도가 높은 구간으로, 일반 차량과 자율주행 차량의 주행행태 차이로 인한 위험이 증가할 것으로 예상하여 고속도로 엇갈림구간을 분석구간으로 설정하였다. 미시적 교통 시뮬레이션인 VISSIM을 활용하여 분석을 수행하였으며, 혼합 교통류의 환경은 본선-연결로 형태의 엇갈림구간을 300, 600m의 길이로 구분하고, IDM을 활용하여 자율주행 차량의 주행행태를 구현하였다. 혼합 교통류 평가에 적합한 안전성 지표는 운전자가 체감하는 위험도와 유사하게 위험 수준을 나타내는 것을 기준으로 4개의 지표를 선정하였다. 선정된 4개 지표의 위험 기준을 넘는 차량 추종 궤적을 대상으로 안전성을 분석한 결과, 자율주행 차량이 자율주행 차량을 추종하는 상황이 가장 안전한 추종 쌍이며, 인간 운전자 차량이 자율주행 차량을 추종할 경우가 가장 위험한 추종 쌍인 것으로 나타났다.

In general, companies operate systematically in response to financial risks such as exchange rates and liquidity, while they are vulnerable to risks in the manufacturing and sales processes. In particular, logistics refers to the activities for planning, managing and implementing efficient flows from the starting point of goods and products to the point of consumption, The purpose of this study was to develop key risks and key risk management indicators (KRIs) for risks that undermine logistics efficiency so that logistics risks can be effectively prevented and managed. As a result, 40 risk management indicators (KRIs) were developed in a total of six categories in the logistics sector, and the definition, calculation method and early warning grade of each KRI were presented so that companies could prevent risks in advance in logistics activities and contribute to enhancing efficiency of their work.

Various leading indicators of safety culture have been advocated for proactive actions as lagging indicators have limitations in reflecting the attitudes and behaviors due to their reactivity and low sensitivity. This study proposes a model of incident-reporting culture (IRC) and determines the influence of the components on incident-reporting rate (IRR) in order to develop proactive indicators of safety culture. A questionnaire survey was administered to 614 workers at a chemical company in Korea, and the internal psychological aspects were explored by using perceptions, attitude, and backgrounds. The relationship between these factors and IRR was quantitatively confirmed. The workers are more reluctant to report injury than property damage, the perception of severity is the most influencing factor, and most property damages are reported regardless of worker's willingness. These features should be prioritized when improving IRC, and the criteria of IRC need to be aligned with safety culture.

The CEOs of global companies have been realized the imagination and creativity that can be obtained from the corporate culture is the crucial competitive power for sustainable growth. Thus, most domestic companies take an increasing interest in how to make creativity efficiently. This paper, however, argues that the proper application of performance indicators can engender creativity and innovation in organizations without costly investing on creativity. Assuming that creativity is actually dominated by the emotion of human resources rather than the rationality, this paper suggests the performance indicators developed based on the viewpoint of the characteristics of human needs and the relationship between the human needs and the attribute of works. The performance system which consists of activity, sociality and creativity is presented and the performance indicators for each category are also suggested to improve the spontaneity and creativity of human resources.

본 논문에서는 도로교통 여건과 제한속도 변화가 교통소통과 안전에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 교통소통지표로 통행속도와 순행속도, 「순행속도-통행속도」, 편차, 대편차비율, 상충횟수 등을 안전지표로 설정하고 도로교통 여건과 제한속도 변화가 이들에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 제한속도는 소통지표에는 크게 영향을 주지만 안전지표에는 크게 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 통계적 유의성 검정 결과 제한속도가 증가함에 따라 소통지표는 증가한다는 것이 유의하다고 입증되었다. 그러나 안전지표들은 증가하는 경우가 많지만 통계적으로는 유의성이 입증되지 않았다. 그러므로 다양한 도로여건과 교통량 변화에 따른 교통흐름 상태를 현실적으로 고려해서 제한속도가 설정되고 운영된다면 운전자들이 주행하는 속도에 부합되고 교통소통과 안전이 향상된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시한 교통소통지표와 안전지표들을 고려하여 제한속도를 산정하고 교통량 변화에 따라 제한속도를 운영할 경우 도로상의 교통 흐름을 안정화시키는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

교통관리에서 교통상황을 판단하는 판단지표의 중요성과 필요성은 계속해서 높아지고 있다. 기존 교통상황 판단지표들은 속도, 교통량, 밀도 기반으로 각각의 특성에 맞춰 개발되었지만, 속성별 가지는 문제점과 종합적인 상황을 보여줄 수 없어 모니터링 지표로는 적합하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로 소통상황과 안전도를 판단하는 지표들을 통합하여 모니터링에 적합한 통합지표 개발을 목표로 하였다. 교통상황의 변화를 판단할 수 있고 안전도를 판단할 수 있는 지표들을 검토하고 실시간 ITS 데이터를 적용할 수 있도록 지표를 재정립하였다. 요인분석을 통해 지표 간 관계성을 분석하여 가중치를 도출한 뒤 하나의 통합지표를 개발하였다. 통합지표는 교통상황의 변화와 안전도의 변화를 보여줄 수 있는 지표로 향후 교통정보센터에 적용하여 종합적인 교통상황을 모니터링할 수 있는 교통환경으로의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Background: Promoting healthy lifestyles at work should complement workplace safety programs. This study systematically investigates current states of occupational health and safety (OHS) policy as well as practice in the European Union (EU). Methods: OHS policies of EU member states were categorized as either prevention or health promotion provisions using a manifest content analysis. Policy rankings were then created for each prevention and promotion. Rankings compared eight indicators from the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks-2 data on prevention and promotion practices for each member state using Chi-square and probit regression analyses. Results: Overall, 73.1% of EU establishments take preventive measures against direct physical harm, and about 35.4% take measures to prevent psychosocial risks. Merely 29.5% have measures to promote health. Weak and inconsistent links between OHS policy and practice indicators were identified. Conclusion: National OHS policies evidently concentrate on prevention while compliance with health and safety practices is relatively low. Psychosocial risks are often addressed in national policy but not implemented by institutions. Current risk assessment methods are outdated and often lack psychosocial indicators. Health promotion at work is rare in policy and practice, and its interpretation remains preventive. Member states need to adopt policies that actively improve health and well-being at the workplace.
