  • 최근 금융권의 수익 기반이 되고 있는 수수료는 다양한 형태의 규칙을 내포하고 있으며, 복잡성이 증가하고 있어 유연하고 동적인 수수료 구조가 요구된다. 이러한 요구 사항을 충족시키기 위해서 업무 규칙(business rule)이 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 은행권의 수수료를 분석하여, 수수료 부과 기준을 업무 규칙으로 정의하고, 이를 파라미터 드리븐(parameter driven) 방식의 룰 데이터베이스(rule database)로 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 복합 수수료를 즉시 적용할 수 있는 유연한 설계로 어플리케이션 구조를 단순화 할 수 있는 업무 규칙 기반 수수료 처리 컴포넌트를 설계하였다.

  • In this paper, a modified YARA software architecture that can perform pattern matching for multi-rule files is proposed. Based on a improved scanning thread algorithm, the new design reduces memory loading time of rule files for pattern matching. Therefore, the proposed architecture can reduce operation time for pattern matching while it requires an increased memory in proportion to the number of rule files.

Optimal Monetary Policy and Exchange Rate in a Small Open Economy with Unemployment

  • In this paper, we consider a small open economy under the New Keynesian model with unemployment of Gal$\acute{i}$ (2011a, b) to discuss the design of the monetary policy. Our findings can be summarized in three parts. First, even with the existence of unemployment, the optimal policy is to minimize variance of domestic price inflation, wage inflation, and the output gap when both domestic price and wage are sticky. Second, stabilizing unemployment rate is important in reducing the welfare loss incurred by both technology and labor supply shocks. Therefore, introducing the unemployment rate as an another argument into the Taylor-rule type interest rate rule will be welfare-enhancing. Lastly, controlling CPI inflation is the best option when the policy is not allowed to respond to unemployment rate. Once the unemployment rate is controlled, however, stabilizing power of CPI inflation-based Taylor rule is diminished.

  • Problems of overlap errors and sidelobe printing by the design rule reduction in the lithography process using attenuated phase-shifting masks(attPSM) have been serious. Overlap errors and sidelobes can be simultaneously solved by the rule-based correction using scattering bars with the rules extracted from test patterns. Process parameters affecting the attPSM lithography simulation have been determined by the fitting method to the process data. Overlap errors have been solved applying the correction rules to the metal patterns overlapped with contact/via. Moreover, the optimal insertion rule of the scattering bars has made it possible to suppress the sidelobes and to get additional pattern fidelity at the same time.

  • We present a practical method for removing biotches and restoring their mission data. To detect blotches, we employ a robust approach of local analysis of spatiotemporal anisotropic brightness continuity Our approach uses first-order spatiotemporal directional derivatives to select the smoothest direction for each examined pixel, and puts out the incorruption probability that he examined pixel may not be corrupted by blotches. As the restoration filter, were employ a spatiotemporal fuzzy filter whose response is adaptively controlled according to a fuzzy rule defined by the incorruption probability. The fuzzy filter is composed of the two different filter of the identity filter and the spatiotemporal directional-weighted-mean filter, and will put out an intermediate value between the original input brightness and the directional-weighted-mean brightness. We design the fuzzy rule in advance by a standard supervised learning fuzzy rule in advance by a standard supervised learning method. The computer simulations are presented.

Analysis of Traffic Accident using Association Rule Model

  • Traffic accident analysis is important to reduce the occurrence of the accidents. In this paper, we analyze the traffic accident with Apriori algorithm to find out an association rule of traffic accident in Korea. We first design the traffic accident analysis model, and then collect the traffic accidents data. We preprocessed the collected data and derived some new variables and attributes for analyzing. Next, we analyze based on statistical method and Apriori algorithm. The result shows that many large-scale accident has occurred by vans in daytime. Medium-scale accident has occurred more in day than nighttime, and by cars more than vans. Small-scale accident has occurred more in night time than day time, however, the numbers were similar. Also, car-human accident is more occurred than car-car accident in small-scale accident.

  • This thesis proposes a diagnostic formula for student's responses based on linguistic variable concept of fuzzy that makes domain expert to input the kernel elementeasily that constructs domain independent student module. And the domain expert can construct the rule with linguistic variable that is used to inference student's recognition state. This study designs a student module that can inference student's recognition state using this rule represented by linguistic variable.

  • One of control methods for underactuated manipulators is known as a switching control which selects a partially-stable controller using a prespecified switching rule. A switching computed torque control with a fuzzy energy region method was proposed. In this approach, some partly stable controllers are designed by the computed torque method, and a switching rule is based on fuzzy energy regions. Design parameters related to boundary curves of fuzzy energy regions are optimized offline by a genetic algorithm (GA). In this paper, we discuss on parameters obtained by GA. The effectiveness of the switching fuzzy energy method is demonstrated with some simulations.

A Location Context Management Architecture of Mobile Objects for LBS Application

  • LBS must manage various context data and make the best use of this data for application service in ubiquitous environment. Conventional mobile object data management architecture did not consider process of context data. Therefore a new mobile data management framework is needed to process location context data. In this paper, we design a new context management framework for a location based application service. A suggestion framework is consisted of context collector, context manager, rule base, inference engine, and mobile object context database. It describes a form of rule base and a movement process of inference engine that are based on location based application scenario. It also presents an embodiment instance of interface which suggested framework is applied to location context interference of mobile object.

  • GDS (Grating automatic Drawing System), which is automatic design system of metal products called grating, is a system that produces various detailed drawings on the basis of information within a Plan Drawing that represents layout of the gratings such as locations, shapes, directions, etc However, automatically produced drawings by GDS do not fully satisfy the standard of the general dimension marking method used among the layout designers. The lack of this standard quality mainly results from the fact that overlapping among dimension markings appears frequently. To solve the overlapping problem we applied the rule-based expert system. The rules for the expert system are designed based on the expertise of skilled layout designers within the grating production lines.
