중년 여성의 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계: 적응유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Middle-aged Women's Gender Role Conflict and Psychological Well-being: Focused on Mediating Effect of Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등, 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 분석하고, 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 적응유연성이 매개하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 만 40-65세 중년 여성 302명을 대상으로 2021년 7월 28일부터 8월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 이 연구를 위해 한국 중년 여성에게 특화된 성역할 갈등 척도, 적응유연성 내적 요인 척도 및 Ryff의 심리적 웰빙 척도를 사용하였다. 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모형 4로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등은 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙과 부적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 심리적 웰빙과 정적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 심리적 웰빙에 대한 성역할 갈등의 직접효과와 적응유연성을 통한 간접효과 모두 통계적으로 유의하여 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

간경변증환자의 환자역할행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on Liver Cirrhosis Patients행 Sick Role Behavior)

  • Liver cirrhosis is the common cause of death in Korea today. But, if liver cirrhosis Patients were treated in the early stage of the disease Process, they can have a chance to carry their daily lives with prescribed medical and nursing regimens. Each patient has different health beliefs that there is a different Sick Role Behavior in the process of treatment. In order to increase and control the desired patient's Sick Role Behavior, it is important for nurses to understand the health beliefs influencing Sick Role Behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine factors influencing Sick Role Behavior and provide objective and scientific data to health education, treatment and nursing care. The subjects for this study were 80 Liver Cirrhosis patients selected from in and out patients of the medical department of four University Hospitals in Seoul, Won Joo and Mok Po city. Data was collected from Sep. 18, to Oct. 15, 1984. The measurement tool was the questionaire that developed by the investigator from the literature review based on Health Belief Model. The data Collection was done by interview. Analysis of data was done by use Mean, S.D., ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The result of study were as follows: 1. The significant influencing variables on the Liver Cirrhosis Patient's Sick Role Behavior in general characteristics were Sex, Marital Status, Educational levels, Family's income and Duration after diagnosis. 2. Between the Sick Role Behavior and Health Belief Model, a) The first hypothesis that the stronger degree of Health Motivation, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis Patient's Sick Hole Behavior was supported (r=0.7892, p=0.0000). b) The second hypothesis that the higher degree of perceived susceptibility, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis Patients' Sick Role Behavior was supported (r=0.6383, p=0.0000) c) The third hypothesis that the higher degree of perceived severity, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis Patients' Sick Role Behavior was supported (r=0.5869, p=0.0000). d) The fourth hypothesis that the higher degree of perceived benefit, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis patient's Sick Role Behavior was supported (r=0.7535, p=0.0000). e) The fifth hypothesis that the lower degree of perceived barrier, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis Patient's Sick Role Behavior was supported(r=-9.7709, p=0.0000) f) The sixth hypothesis that the higher degree of knowledge in Disease, the higher degree of Liver Cirrhosis patients'lck Role Behavior was supported (r=0.7538, p=0.0000), g) In the correlation among variables, it was found positive correlation except that perceived barrier was negatively correlated. In the Stepwise Multiple Regression and Independent Variables, the factor“Health Motivation”could account for Sick Role Behavior in 62.28% of the Sample (F=128. 786, p<0.01). When the factor“perceived barrier”is added to this, it account for 70.38% of Sick Role Behavior (F=93.479, p <0.01) and the factor“knowledge in disease”is also included, it account for 74.78% of Sick Role Behavior (F=75.131, p <0.01). Finally, when the factor“perceived susceptibility”is included, it account for 75.03% of Sick Role Behavior (F=56.329, p <0.01).

USING TRMM SATELLITE C BAND DATA TO RETRIEVE SOIL MOISTURE ON THE TffiETAN PLATEAU

  • Soil moisture, through its dominance in the exchange of energy and moisture between the land and atmosphere, plays a crucial role in influencing atmospheric circulation. To identify the crucial role, it is a common agreement that knowledge of land surface processes and development of remote sensing techniques are of great important scientific issues. This research uses TRMM satellite C band (10.65 GHz) data to retrieve soil moisture on the Tibetan Plateau in Mainland China. Two retrieval schemes that are implemented include the t-(J) model and the R model. The latter one is developed based on a land surface process and radiobrightness (R) model for bare soil and vegetated terrain. Compared with the in situ ground measurements, the soil moisture retrieved from the R model and the t-(J) model with vegetation information obviously appear more accurate than that derived from bare soil model. Retrieved soil moisture contents from the two inversion models, R model and t-(J) model, have a similar trend, but the former appears to be superior in terms of correlation coefficient and bias compared with in situ data. In the future, we will apply the R model with the TRMM 10.65 GHz brightness temperature to monitor long-term soil moisture variation over Tibet Plateau.

상황제한 RBAC 모델을 이용한 U-헬스케어 접근권한 제어모델 설계 (Design of U-Healthcare Access Authority Control Model Using Context Constrain RBAC Model)

  • 의료정보는 환자의 프라이버시 침해 뿐 아니라 환자의 생명에도 직결되기 때문에, 견고하고 유연한 보안모델에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 특히, u-헬스케어 환경은 사용자 상황변화가 다양하기 때문에, 보다 더 유연하고 세밀한 접근 권한제어가 필요하다. 본 논문은 u-헬스케어 영역에서 상황타입(Context Type)과 상황제한(Context Constraint)을 정의하고, 의료정보의 비밀등급, 사용자의 권한등급, 사용자의 역할, 사용자 상황에 따른 권한 변경 등을 정의하였다. 또한, 사용자 역할을 기반하여 상황정보 변화에 적용할 수 있는 상황기반 접근제어 모델을 설계하였다. 상황기반 접근제어 모델은 K2BASE를 이용하여 자원과 권한의 관계성과 접근 포인트로 부터 도달 가능한 모든 자원에 대한 권한을 분석하였다. 상황기반 접근제어 모델은 u-헬스케어 영역에서 상황을 기반으로 권한변경과 역할을 유연하게 변경할 수 있고, 권한이 부여된 자원에 의미적으로 연결된 자원을 획득할 수 있어, 상황변화가 다양한 u-헬스케어 영역에서 유연하고 적응적인 접근제어 모델로서 적용 가능할 것이다.

부가통신서비스산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석: 산업연관분석을 이용하여 (The Role of the Value Added Network Service Industry in the Korean Economy: Using An Input-Output Analysis)

  • 부가통신서비스산업은 통신서비스 산업과 국가 경제 발전에 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 2000년, 2005년 2009년 세 개년도 동안 부가통신서비스 산업의 역할에 대해 조사하였다. 분석을 위해 수요유도모형에 따른 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과 그리고 취업유발효과, 공급유도모형과 레온티에프 가격 모형에 따른 공급지장효과, 물가파급효과 그리고 전후방연쇄효과에 대해 알아보았다. 분석 결과 생산유발효과는 2000년 0.5253원, 2009년 1.31314원, 부가가치유발효과는 0.25112원에서 0.5337원으로 취업유발효과는 0.09749명에서 0.21025명으로 성장하였고, 공급지장효과는 1.29003원에서 2.12048원, 레온티에프 가격모형에 의한 물가파급효과는 0.0022%에서 0.00258%로 상승하였다. 마지막으로 산업연쇄효과에 따르면 최종 수요적 원시산업형의 특징을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

국제결혼한 농촌남성의 에이전시에 대한 생애사적 '사례이해' (A Biographical 'Caseunderstanding' on the Agency of Men in international Marriage in Rural Areas)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국제결혼한 농촌남성들의 에이전시를 생애사적 맥락에서 재구성하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 8개를 실시하였고, 인터뷰자료는 Sch$\ddot{u}$tze의 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 분석과 Rosenthal의 내러티브식-생애사 인터뷰 분석 방법을 응용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 다중적 소외자로 객체화되고 있는 외부자적 관점과는 달리, 에이전시를 작동시키며 살아가고 있는 주체로 재현되고 있었는데, 주 생활영역인 직업생활에서는 주변부에 자리한 직업적 위치에도 불구하고 자기주도적인 직업생활을 하도록 추동하는 에이전시가, 가정생활에서는 '아래로부터의 다문화주의'를 실현하는 초국가적 가정의 주체로 위치시키는 에이전시가, 그리고 학교생활에서는 탈획일화된 학교의 주체로 자리매김하도록 추동하는 에이전시가 작동되고 있었고 또 현재도 작동되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거해 국제결혼한 농촌남성들에 대한 이해가 전제된 사회복지실천을 하는 데에 시사하는 함의를 제시하였다.

A Trust Management Model for PACS-Grid

  • Grid technologies make it possible for IT resources to be shared across organizational and security domains. The traditional identity-based access control mechanisms are unscalable and difficult to manage. Thus, we propose the FAS (Federation Agent Server) model which is composed of three modules: Certificate Conversion Module (CCM), Role Decision Module (RDM), and Authorization Decision Module (ADM). The proposed FAS model is an extended Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model which provides resource access capabilities based on roles assigned to the users. FAS can solve the problem of assigning multiple identities to a shared local name in grid-map file and mapping the remote entity's identity to a local name manually.

플랜트 모델참조를 이용한 병렬형 퍼지제어기 설계 (Design of Parallel Type Fuzzy Controller Using Model Reference Plant)

  • Parallel type fuzzy controller is designed by using a hybrid connected type fuzzy-PID controller and a model reference fuzzy controller. The first controller, consists of a fuzzy-PI and a fuzzy-PD making a hybrid type fuzzy-PID controller, plays a role as firstly reaching stable responses and secondly overcoming disturbance in plants. The second controller, model reference fuzzy controller, plays a role as reaching faster responses than other controllers. We have confirmed that the controller produces rapid and stable responses and overcomes disturbance by using parallel type fuzzy controller in a DC motor application.

The Role of a Wiring Model in Switching Cell Transients: the PiN Diode Turn-off Case

  • Power converter design requires simulation accuracy. In addition to the requirement of accurate models of power semiconductor devices, this paper highlights the role of considering a very good description of the converter circuit layout for an accurate simulation of its electrical behavior. This paper considers a simple experimental circuit including one switching cell where a MOSFET transistor controls the diode under test. The turn-off transients of the diode are captured, over which the circuit wiring has a major influence. This paper investigates the necessity for accurate modeling of the experimental test circuit wiring and the MOSFET transistor. It shows that a simple wiring inductance as the circuit wiring representation is insufficient. An adequate model and identification of the model parameters are then discussed. Results are validated through experimental and simulation results.

Empirical Study of Multimodal Transport Route Choice Model in Freight Transport between Mongolia and Korea

  • According to the globalization of world economy on distribution and sales, logistics and transportation parts are playing an important role. Especially, they have to decide what is the key factor of route choice model and how to choose the right transport route in multimodal transport system. By considering the key factors in rote choice model for freight forwarders between Mongolia and Korea, this paper propose 4 main factors: Cost, Delivery time, Freight and Logistics service with 13 sub factors. The importance of factors is surveyed base on AHP through interview with freight forwarders. In results, the empirical insights about current status of Mongolian forwarders are provided with different factors between transportation modes. Expecially, the Time factor is a role factor to choose transport route for air transportation forwarders.
