In this study, the Slab Ocean Model (SOM) is coupled with an Atmospheric General Circulation Model (AGCM) which developed in University of Kangnung based on the land surface model of Biosphere-Atmosphere Transfer Scheme (BATS). The purposes of this study are to understand radiative role of clouds considering of the atmospheric feedback, and to compare the Clouds Radiative Forcing (CRF) come from the analyses using the clear-cloud sky method and CGCM. The new CGCM was integrated by using two sets of the clouds with radiative role (EXP-A) and without radiative role (EXP-B). Clouds in this two cases show the negative effect $-26.0\;Wm^{-2}$ of difference of radiation budget at top of atmosphere (TOA). The annual global means radiation budget of this simulation at TOA is larger than the estimations ($-17.0 Wm^{-2}$) came from Earth Radiation Budget Experiment (ERBE). The work showed the surface negative effect with $-18.6 Wm^{-2}$ in the two different simulations of CRF. Otherwise, sensible heat flux in the simulation shows a great contribution with positive forcing of $+24.4 Wm^{-2}$. It is found that cooling effect to the surface temperature due to radiative role of clouds is about $7.5^{\circ}C$. From this study it could make an accurate of the different CRF estimation considering either feedback of EXP-B or not EXP-A under clear-sky and cloud-sky conditions respectively at TOA. This result clearly shows its difference of CRF $-11.1 Wm^{-2}$.

Like most large organizations, there are business rules such as 'separation of duty' and 'delegation' which should be considered in access control. From a SOD point of view, previous SOD models built on the (Administrative) Role-Based Access Control model cannot present the best solution to security problems such as information integrity by the limited constituent units such as role hierarchy and role inheritance. Thus, we propose a new integrated management model of administration role-based access control model and SOD policy, which is called the OS-SoDAM. The OS-SoDAM defines the authority range in an organizational structure that is separated from role hierarchy and supports a decentralized security officer-level SOD policy in which a local security officer can freely perform SOD policies within a security officer's authority range without the security officer's intervention.

Preparing juvenile for future careers in global market becomes one of the most important tasks in education today. This study attests the impact of role model and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention of Korean secondary school students. Total 217 students participated in this research from 11 different high schools across the country. The result suggests that the role model and entrepreneurship education have significant relationships with entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurial intention of secondary school students. Entrepreneurship was also positively related with entrepreneurial intention of students. The findings imply that both the role model and entrepreneurship education are crucial elements to foster entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurial intention of the secondary school students. Practical implications were presented to relevant authorities for takeaway in designing effective pedagogy.
RBAC is accepted as a more advanced control method than existing DAC and MAC. Studies on the permission-role part of RBAC model are relatively insufficient compared with those on the user-role part, and researches on symmetric RBAC models to overcome this is also in an incipient stage. Therefore there is much difficulty in assigning permissions suitable for roles. This paper proposes an symmetric RBAC model that supplements the constraints on permission assignment set forth by previous studies. The proposed symmetric RBAC model reflects the conflicts of interests between roles and the sharing and integration of permissions on the assignment of permissions by presenting the constraints on permission assignment that take the separation of duties and role hierarchies into consideration. In addition, by expressing constraints prescribing prerequisite relations between dynamic permissions through AND/OR graphs, it is possible to effectively limit the complicated prerequisite relations of permissions. The constraints on permission assignment for the proposed symmetric RBAC model reduce errors in permission assignment by properly detailing rules to observe at the time of permission assignment.
Information technology is being applied to the development of ubiquitous healthcare system, which provides both efficient patient care and convenient treatment regardless of patient's location. However, the increasing number of users and medical information give rise to the problem of user management and the infringement of privacy. In order to address this problem we propose a user access scheme based on the RBAC (Role Based Access Control) model. The preceding trust management model for Grid security, FAS(Federation Agent Server), was analyzed and extended to provide supplementary functions for role-based access control in u-Healthcare system. The RBAC model provides efficient user management and access control, but very vulnerable in case when one with valid role tries to leak confidential inner medical information. In order to resolve this problem, a RBAC-WS (Work Status with RBAC) model has been additionally developed which allows only qualified staffs to access the system while on duty. Th proposed RBAC and RBAC-WS model have been merged together and applied to the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).

This paper suggests the design of MVC model for an authorization tool of UML class diagram. In the design of MVC model, it is designed to define view, controller and model and perform the individual role of each component. The View represents GUI and the Controller is responsible for data input and output and the Model is to handle the business logic. The MVC model design for an authorization tool of class diagram gives the role independently and tries to be flexible with system by dividing into the suitable features of each component.
Chamber of commerce and industry plays important role for development of business community and creating vibrant competition. Present paper compares chambers operations in Bangladesh, especially, Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry(SCCI) by reviewing global models of chambers practices. The study identifies important gaps between international standards and Bangladesh practices. Mostly practiced chambers model in the world are: Continental Model, Anglo-Saxon Model and Mixed model or Asian model. Like other Asian countries, chambers in Bangladesh including SCCI, have been following Mixed Model. The empirical study found that SCCI is performing different developmental functions like accumulating members, collecting revenue, fulfilling corporate social responsibility and providing business development services to its members and business community. The notable constraining factors of SCCI operations are: short term orientation in assembling members, limited functional activities, lack of creative endeavors in diversifying services, linkage between SCCI and academic institutions, poor research involvement etc. The necessary suggestions for improvement of chambers performance include adoption of creative measures in various operations, providing training to the members, assisting entrepreneurs in obtaining industrial finance and extending support in the establishment of specialized industrial zone for attaining long term developmental objectives.

Semantic role labeling task(SRL) is to extract predicate and arguments such as agent, patient, place, time. In the previously SRL task studies, a pipeline method extracting linguistic features of sentence has been proposed, but in this method, errors of each extraction work in the pipeline affect semantic role labeling performance. Therefore, methods using End-to-End neural network model have recently been proposed. In this paper, we propose a neural network model using the Biaffine Average Attention model for SRL task. The proposed model consists of a structure that can focus on the entire sentence information regardless of the distance between the predicate in the sentence and the arguments, instead of LSTM model that uses the surrounding information for prediction of a specific token proposed in the previous studies. For evaluation, we used F1 scores to compare two models based BERT model that proposed in existing studies using F1 scores, and found that 76.21% performance was higher than comparison models.

This study aimed to analyze the subjects, situations, and reflection levels related to role modeling experienced by medical students during their clinical clerkship and their own reflections. This study intends to suggest ways of improving how residents and clinical faculty should treat and teach medical students. Written interviews were conducted regarding senior medical students' role modeling experiences during their clinical clerkships in 2018 and 2019. Content analysis was conducted for a total of 224 cases from 196 students. Content analysis revealed three types of role modeling content: subjects (faculty, residents, nurses, peer students), situations (clinical competence, personal qualities, teaching skills), and the level of reflection (critical reflection, reflection, thoughtful action, and habitual action) in each case. As role model subjects, faculty were found to be the paramount role model (n=142, 62.83%). Role modeling was the most frequently performed for clinical competence (n=103, 45.98%). Clinical competence was frequently shown in communication and empathic listening during rounds and outpatient relationships between the patient and doctor. Regarding the level of reflection for role modeling, the number of critical reflections was 86 (38.39%) and that of reflections was 80 (35.71%). In particular, negative role modeling showed a high level of critical reflection in relation to faculty (64.44%) and nurses (8.89%). In conclusion, role modeling of medical students participating in clinical clerkships occurs in situations that the role models are not aware of, with positive or negative effects on the formation of professional identity among medical students.
This study set out to shed more specific light onto sales managers' coaching and salespersons'organizational commitment and role perceptions, which have been proven to work as important variables in salespersons' performance. It thus conducted an in-depth investigation into the overall sale management activities of sales managers from five high-sales organizations and five low-sales organizations and analyzed differences between them. The interviews of the ten sales managers were combined and analyzed. As a result, the ones from the high-sales organizations demonstrated the following characteristics: first, the salespersons of the high-sales organizations were strongly committed to the goals and values of their organizations. Second, the salespersons of the high-sales organizations had clear perceptions of their roles and showed relatively fewer role conflicts than those of the low-sales organizations. Third, the sales managers of the high-sales organizations demonstrated coaching behavior strongly. They provided positive feedback and role models for the salespersons to follow, thus earning great respect from them and maintaining trust-based relationships with them. And finally, the sales managers' organizational commitment and role perceptions had positive impacts on the salespersons' organizational commitment and role perceptions. Those research findings indicate that sales managers' organizational commitment and role perceptions can be a positive role model to salespersons and that such a role model can have influences on salespersons' performances as part of the characteristics of coaching behavior.
