외식업체의 유통경로상 관계특성과 만족에 관한 경로모형 연구 (Relational Characteristics and Satisfaction of Foodservice Businesses in Association to Distribution Channels)

  • Foodservice industry and distribution business could make mutual prpgress when they join forces in responding to environmental uncertainty in an efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to examine the relational characteristics of domestic food service businesses and distribution firms in conjunction with the distribution channels and ensuing conflicts between them, to present possible alternatives on and how they should communicate with each other to achieve a satisfactory result. The relational characteristics and ensuing conflicts of food service businesses and distribution firms appeared to be significantly characterized by incongruities of target, role and perception. The types of relational characteristics that were triggered by the disagreement of roles and perception combined to decrease the intensity of the relational commitment. A satisfactory transactional relationship served to ease their conflicts caused by perceptual disagreement, and the soos of conflicts that were rooted in the discord of roles and of perception that increased the degree of relational commitment. As for relational performance, relational commitment, satisfaction with distribution channel and satisfaction with suppliers allowed them to maintain their relationship on a long-term basis.

첫 임상실습이 간호대학생의 전문직관, 역할갈등, 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Change in the Nursing Professionalism, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction of the Nursing Students before and after their first Clinical Experience)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생이 첫 임상실습을 경험한 후 달라진 전문직관, 직무만족, 역할갈등의 변화를 파악하며 간호학생의 임상 실습교육 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하자고 시도되었다. 첫 임상실습 후 간호학생의 전무직관(t=-2.184, p=.031), 직무만족(t=-2.068, p>.001)은 상승하였다. 그러나 부정적 요소인 역할갈등(t=-3.729, p>.001) 역시 상승하였다. 즉, 간호학생은 첫 임상실습을 통해 예비간호전문인으로서 바른 전문직관을 세우고 자신의 업무에 대해 만족감을 느꼈다. 그러나 간호학생은 첫 임상실습을 통해 임상에서의 현실적인 간호사 역할을 경험한 후, 오히려 심각하게 자신의 미래 직업에 대한 고민을 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 역할갈등의 하부영역 중 개인 내 갈등(t=-3.729, p>.001), 역할모호성(t=-5.720, p>.001)에서 심각한 갈등을 느끼므로, 간호학생을 위한 업무기준과 직준표준안 마련에 대해 간호교육계 및 임상실무 현장 전반에 걸쳐 논의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The Role Adaptation Process of Head Nurses in the General Hospitals

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to identify the role adaptation process experienced by head nurses. Methods. Data were collected from 10 head nurses with in-depth interviews about their actual experiences. All the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The collected data were analyzed by the grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin. Results. The core category was identified as 'weighing and balancing,' and the role adaptation process was divided into six stages by time sequence: inquiring, approaching to others, bringing people into their fold, working with conviction, avoiding conflicts, and settling. Conclusion. The results of this study yield useful information for top mangers of nursing to identify, by stages, the demands of the head nurses in their role adaptation process. The findings of this study contributes to developing programs that facilitates the head nurses' role adaptation.

갈등의 공간적 구성: 동남권 신공항을 둘러싼 스케일의 정치 (The Spatial Construction of Conflicts : The Politics of Scales in the Conflicts over "Southeastern New International Airport" in Korea)

  • 국책사업의 하나로 추진되는 대규모 공공시설을 둘러싼 갈등은 우리나라가 겪는 많은 갈등에서 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 공공시설의 건설로 인한 환경파괴와 지역공동체의 해체 등에 대한 부정적인 인식이 증가하였고, 일자리와 기업의 투자를 기대할 수 있는 사업의 경우 지역 간 경쟁이 심화되었다. 이러한 이유로 지역 간 경쟁과 갈등은 기존 연구에서 자주 다루어져 왔다. 이를테면, 갈등을 최소화할 수 있는 행정적 절차 및 거버넌스, 이슈를 만들어내는 언론의 역할 등에 대한 다수의 연구가 존재한다. 본 연구는 갈등이 구성되는 공간적 방식을 분석한다. 동남권 신공항을 둘러싼 갈등의 공간적 스케일을 분석한 결과, 실제 신공항 입지에 따른 이익과 손해의 공간적 범역과 갈등의 주체가 되는 공간적 단위는 상이하였다. 또한, 사업의 진행 과정에서 갈등의 주체들은 이합집산을 통해 자신들의 이해관계를 관철시킬 수 있는 공간적 단위를 구성해가는 다양한 스케일의 정치를 보여주고 있다. 이는 지역개발을 둘러싼 갈등은 단순히 지역개발이라는 정책의 집행과 실천의 필연적 부산물이 아닌 지역정치의 역동성과 결합하는 과정으로 바라볼 필요가 있음을 보여준다.

가족기업과 비가족기업의 경영자 보상 구조의 차이에 관한 연구 (How is the Compensation Structure of Family Firms Different from that of Non-Family Firms? : Evidence from Korea)

  • This paper examines the difference in compensation structure between family firms and non-family firms in Korea. A manager's compensation is an important means of motivating a manager to make decisions for shareholders by mitigating conflicts of interest between them. However, the role of a manager's compensation can be weakened in family firms for the following reasons. First, a family member manager has fewer conflicts of interest, compared to a non-family member manager. Second, a family member manager has an intrinsic incentive to increase a firm's value (i.e., family wealth). Finally, a family member manager can monitor non-family member managers more effectively. For the reasons, the agency problem will be less severe in family firms and subsequently the role of compensation will be reduced. The empirical results show that pay-performance sensitivity is smaller in family firms than in non-family firms. The main result is robust to variations such as changes in family ownership, the definition of a family firm, and control variables. Furthermore, this paper compares the pay-performance sensitivity of Chaebol family firms with that of other firms. The result shows that the sensitivity is higher for Chaebol family firms, compared to that in other family firms and non-family firms.

수자원과 관련된 분쟁 및 갈등의 조정을 위한 거버넌스 (Governance for the Negotiation and Management of Water Resources related Conflicts)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 수자원과 관련된 분쟁 및 갈등을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 적응형 거버넌스 시스템의 구조 및 역할을 제시하였고 분쟁의 원활한 합의 조정방안 및 문제점을 제시하기 위한 다양한 형태의 시민참여모델에 대하여 특징 및 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 분쟁해결을 위한 공학적 도구로서 공영시각모형, 게임이론, 제도설계이론 등의 공학적 모형을 바탕으로 하는 과학적 접근 방안을 제시하여 물 분쟁의 해결 및 조정을 위한 대안을 모색할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 다양한 형태의 물분쟁 해결을 위한 대안은 물 관련 당사자들이 어떤 합의점을 찾을 때 추측과 가정에 의한 결정보다는 참여와 과학적 해결방법에 의해서 보다 합리적인 대안과 합의점을 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Globalization of Technological Development and Opportunities for National Innovation Systems of Developing Countries

  • Prior literature expects a lower marginal cash value for weaker governance firms. We test this empirical hypothesis by using the sample of publicly traded Korean firms from 2005 to 2013. To measure the quality of governance structures, we employ the corporate governance scores provided by Korean Corporate Governance Services. The empirical model of Faulkender and Wang (2006) is adopted to estimate the marginal value of cash. Our empirical analysis shows a higher marginal value of cash for the good governance firms in the examination of the total governance score. This finding is consistent to the agency view of cash policy predicting a larger marginal value of cash for the firms with higher governance scores. However, this positive relationship is not robust for a subset of detailed governance scores; a lower marginal cash value is observed for the firms with better qualities of board structure, auditing, dividend policies. Moreover, our empirical analysis verifies a quite low level of marginal cash value for Korean firms, which supports the existence of severe agency conflicts in Korean corporations. Our results verify the significant role of agency conflicts between a manager and shareholders in the determination of marginal cash values in the Korean firms.

테크노스트레스와 일과 후 업무연속성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 : 일-삶의 갈등의 매개역할을 중심으로 (The Effects of Technostress and Work Connectivity after Work Hours on Job Satisfaction : Focusing on a Mediating Role of Work-Life Conflicts)

  • Due to the rapid development of information communication technology, employees have conducted their tasks with smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs in the midst of after work hours. In line with this phenomenon, we have examined the relationships among technostress, work connectivity behavior after hours (WCBA) and technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction. Based on the results of prior research, we developed and tested our research model which posits the certain factors such as technostress, WCBA and technostress inhibitors affect work-life conflicts which, in turn influence employees' job satisfaction. Survey data collected from 345 users who have experiences on using smart devices was used to test the model using PLS (partial least squares). In this study, we found that technostress and WCBA were positively related to the work-life conflicts. We also found that the relationship between technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction was significant. The implications of these findings for both research and practice are discussed.

병원 간호사의 갈등과 갈등 해소 경험 (Hospital Nurses' Experiences of Conflict and Conflict Resolution)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate conflicts and the experiences of conflict resolution of hospital nurses. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological methodology. The research participants were 8 nurses of C hospital. Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews from November 2016 to February 2017. The data analysis method was based on Colaizzi's approach. Results: The study results showed that the experiences of nurses consisted of 15 themes and 6 theme clusters: 1) Ambiguous role, 2) Recognizing lack of competence, 3) Difficulty maintaining relationships, 4) Unsatisfactory work environment, 5) Efforts to resolve conflicts, and 6) Conflict resolution process through labor union. Conclusion: The findings of this study recommend that hospital organizations and managers should pay attention to improving the work environment and organizational culture of members. The results of the present study can improve the understanding of various aspects of the daily life of hospital nurses.

이마고 부부치료 모델 내용의 타당성과 적용 효과성 연구 (Validity of Imago Couple Therapy's Contents and Effects of Application of the Imago Couple Therapy)

  • This study focused on the validity of Imago couple therapy's contents and the effects of application of the Imago couple therapy model. The participated subjects were 38 graduate students and their spouses. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the types of couple relations that formed and sustained marital relations after growth could be predicted by the early childhood relationships between the subjects when they were children and their parents. Second, the marital conflicts and frustrations could be healed by the 'parent-child dialogue' and 'guided imagery'. Third, Imago couple therapy was effective for couple counseling to improve the areas of marital relationships, especially marital intimacy, marital communication, communication skills for marital conflicts, mutual respect, gender role, sexual satisfaction, time together, and decision-making. Fourth, Couple's Dialogue was a powerful tool for couple and parent-child relationships as well as general counseling practices.
