The purpose of this study is to derive and propose agenda to improve the quality of minority services provided by regional cental libraries at the present time when information gap is deepening. First, text mining and topic modeling were conducted on 144 studies in the field of library and information science that dealt with minorities, and the discussions surrounding minorities in the domestic library world were examined in detail. Next, the current status of services for minorities in Regional central libraries were examined in detail, and tasks requiring discussion were sought in planning and operation of services for minorities in Regional central libraries. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners, in charge of services for minorities at Regional central libraries. Specifically, 1) awareness of minorities by practitioners, 2) current status of minority services, and 3) responsibility and role of Regional central libraries for planning and operating minority services and necessary support were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the following tasks were derived. 1) Recategorization of minority groups, 2) Establishment of reference resource, 3) Reinforcement of education, and 4) Cooperation support between regional representative libraries and local public libraries were derived and suggested.

In this study, a survey was conducted targeting specialized librarians, and the impact on the work area according to changes in the internal and external environment and policy support measures was analyzed. In this study, we tried to derive factors that affect library development and policy suggestions accordingly. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that 58.3% of the negative opinions in terms of the importance of library development plans were positive in recognition of the role of library status within individual institutions. Second, in order to increase the status of specialized libraries, it was found that awareness of academic research activities was necessary by recognizing the importance of major functions and roles. Third, among the comprehensive library development plans, the recognition of specialized libraries and operational evaluation was the highest in recognition of the expansion of national public information services to the public. In addition, it was confirmed that among the five-year development strategies, the policy that should be implemented first is the preference for updating the status of specialized libraries and establishing a system for investigation. Fourth, as a result of analyzing effective alternatives and improvement indicators to increase the participation rate in library operation evaluation, the weighting of the "institutional library operation evaluation" item in the evaluation item of public enterprises was the highest at 4.01 on average. Therefore, for the development of specialized libraries, it was recognized as the most urgent task to establish a system that can comprehensively grasp the current status of specialized libraries as well as active academic research and support them.

This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the intentions of elementary school teachers to use artificial intelligence (AI) in mathematics lessons and to identify the essential prerequisites for the effective implementation of AI in mathematics education. To achieve this purpose, we examined the structural relationship between elementary school teachers' TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) and the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) using structural equation model. The findings of the study indicated that elementary school teachers' TPACK regarding the use of AI in mathematics instruction had a direct and significant impact on their perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of AI. In other words, when teachers possessed a higher level of TPACK competency in utilizing AI in mathematics classes, they found it easier to incorporate AI technology and recognized it as a valuable tool to enhance students' mathematics learning experience. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness directly influenced the attitudes of elementary school teachers towards the integration of AI in mathematics education. When teachers perceived AI as easy to use in their mathematics lessons, they were more likely to recognize its usefulness and develop a positive attitude towards its application in the classroom. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude towards AI integration in mathematics classes had a direct impact on the intentions of elementary school teachers to use AI in their mathematics instruction. As teachers perceived AI as easy to use, valuable, and developed a positive attitude towards its incorporation, their intention to utilize AI in mathematics education increased. In conclusion, this study shed light on the factors influencing elementary school teachers' intentions to use AI in mathematics classes. It revealed that teachers' TPACK plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of AI in mathematics education. Additionally, the study emphasized the significance of enhancing teachers' awareness of the advantages and convenience of using AI in mathematics instruction to foster positive attitudes and intentions towards its implementation. By understanding these factors, educational stakeholders can develop strategies to effectively promote the utilization of AI in mathematics education, ultimately enhancing students' learning outcomes.

This study aimed to point out the social meaning of acting and art and the change of perception according to the time change. The research method was based on qualitative research through literature review. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions should be made. Acting is an art directly linked to the life of an individual. Therefore, the life of an individual is an activity that sublimates his or her life into art through acting. Every activity that we do in our daily life is acting, which is directly related to our talents. In other words, a talented person is recognized as a good actor, and a person with a lack of talent plays the role of an extra person. However, talent is influenced by effort and is also influenced by a given environment. That is, an individual's talent is not fixed but can be changed according to the situation. Education is the area that deals with the possibility of changing these talents. Education has been operating in a variety of ways, but with regard to acting, it has long been centered on apprenticeship education. However, as the 20th century began, systems gradually began to emerge, and in recent years, countries have developed into different educational systems. Therefore, it is necessary to practice the development and operation of various education programs so that the acting and the art are naturally applied in everyday education process and can be applied in daily life.

The purpose of this study was to explore how teachers perceive barriers to consultation with school counselors. For this purpose, the opinions of 16 teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, and Daegu were collected through one-on-one interviews and qualitatively analyzed using the concept-mapping method. A second set of data was gathered to classify the similarity and importance of the teachers' statements through one-on-one interviews or the mail. The data was analyzed using multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analyses. The results were as follows. The barriers to the consultation with school counselors as perceived by teachers were represented in 51 statements. Dimensional statement analysis revealed two dimensions: (a) 'School counseling's traits - School counselors' traits' and (b) 'Psychological difficulties - Environmental difficulties' Hierarchical cluster analysis identified 5 clusters: 'The responsibilities as homeroom teachers interfere with communication with counselors', 'Teachers lack of awareness of their ability to seek consultation with counselors', 'Teachers lack of trust in school counselors', 'Perceptions of the school counselors' role and lack of relevant experience with school counselors prevent teachers from seeking consultation', and 'School counselors are overworked due to the school counseling environment' The most important cluster was 'Teachers lack of trust in school counselors'.

Temperature and weather are all around us, quite literally. Furthermore, temperature and weather not only permeate our atmosphere, constantly affecting our visceral states of warmth and coldness, but they metaphorically permeate our language. People, products, and ideas can all be "hot" or "cold." Given this ubiquity, it is perhaps surprising that relatively little research has systematically examined the influence of temperature on choice and judgment. Temperature-related words such as "hot" and "cold" are often used to describe impulsive and calculated behaviors, respectively. These metaphoric connotations of thermal concepts raise the question as to whether temperature, psychological states and decision making are related to each other, and if so, how. The current research examines these questions and finds support for a relationship. Across one field study and one laboratory experiment, I demonstrate that both hot ambient room temperature (Spa) and hot temperature primes (words) trigger decision outcomes in line with the metaphoric association between hot temperature and impulsivity. In the field study, participants were recruited in hot (40-50 degrees Celsius) and cold (10 degrees Celsius) rooms at a spa. Participants were simply asked to indicate their willingness-to-pay (WTP) for three product categories (travel package, birthday dinner, and cell phone). The results showed that participants in the hot room in comparison to those in the cold room were willing to pay more for the same products. Next, I tested if our results would go beyond ambient temperature and would hold if I were to prime temperature concepts by using a different priming method (i.e., subliminal vs. supraliminal). In line with the previous findings in the spa, participants in the hot priming condition were more likely to choose the wrong answer for the bat and baseball question than those in the cold priming condition. In addition, product type (e.g., pleasure vs. necessity) can moderate the effect of hot temperature on impulsivity. Mood and arousal did not mediate participants' responses. My findings seem to suggest that the effects of temperature on decision outcomes can be attributed to metaphoric associations rather than incidental mood or arousal. The current research applies a novel perspective in understanding the relationship between temperature and judgment and decision making. Also, the results have practical implications for packaging, advertising, merchandising, and pricing of goods and services, as well as for public policy and awareness. One of the most natural implications of my findings would be that retailers would be better off carrying more impulse purchase items on hot days. Furthermore, point-of-purchase promotions encouraging impulse purchase is more likely to be effective in retail environments with higher temperature than with lower temperature. In addition, advertisements and product packages evoking hot temperature associations (e.g., beach, sunshine, summer) might lead consumers to pay higher price for the advertised product than those with cold temperature associations.

According to the current Road Traffic Act, the 2020 amendment bill is currently in effect as a system that designates vehicle types for each lane for the purpose of securing road use efficiency and traffic safety. When comparing the number of traffic accident fatalities per 10,000 vehicles in Germany and Korea, the number of traffic accident deaths in Germany is significantly lower than in Korea. The representative case of the German autobahn, which did not impose a speed limit, suggests that Korea's speeding laws are not the only answer to reducing the accident rate. The designated lane system, which is observed in accordance with the keep right principle of the Autobahn Expressway, plays a major role in reducing traffic accidents. Based on this fact, we propose a traffic enforcement system to crack down on vehicles violating the designated lane system and improve the compliance rate. We develop a designated lane enforcement system that recognizes vehicle types using Yolo5, a deep learning object recognition model, recognizes license plates and lanes using OpenCV, and stores the extracted data in the server to determine whether or not laws are violated.Accordingly, it is expected that there will be an effect of reducing the traffic accident rate through the improvement of driver's awareness and compliance rate.

Through inductive content analysis, this study sought to examine the crisis experienced by the institution, the quality of service, and the distrust of the system and institution based on the experience of distrust in the home-visiting care service of bbeneficiary and guardians. FGI was conducted on five managers of institutions that provide home-visiting care services. As a result, the central phenomenon was found: deterioration of service quality, distrust of systems and institutions, and difficulties in opera-ting long-term care institutions. In order to improve the quality of home-visited care services and build trust in care workers and institutions, first, home-based associations or operating corporations should develop new education program plans and manuals to strengthen the capabilities of care workers and social workers. Second, the NHIS's monitoring system and the professional management system of care workers should be established. Third, it is necessary to improve awareness of the role, expertise, and rights of care workers, and fourth, improvement measures are required to reduce the turnover rate of care workers, which is the cause of the deterioration of the quality of long-term care services.

The ocean plays a vital role in the international carbon cycle, absorbing human-induced atmospheric carbon and preventing further atmospheric carbon accumulation. However, while the ocean had been considered a victim of climate change, it did not receive much attention as a solution for climate change in the major agenda of UNFCCC. Recently, a growing awareness that the ocean can provide numerous potentials to handle untapped issues to address the climate crisis has arisen, which has prompted discussions to strengthen ocean-based climate action. Since 2020, UNFCCC "Ocean and climate change dialogue" has been a forum to integrate and strengthen the ocean-climate nexus. This calls for integrating ocean action into climate action and the relevant sectors. In this regard, this study examined the background and international trends of ocean-based climate action and presented the author's perspective on the scope of content that such action should pursue and the direction to achieve it. In addition, this study identified tasks of the integrated approach and advancement of co-benefit as ways to strengthen ocean-based climate action, and it suggested domestic countermeasures for the Korean marine policy on climate change based on this.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the academic librarians' perception of the current status and establishment of the development plans of domestic university libraries to suggest ways to increase usefulness of development plans. And this study sought ways to establish the academic library development plan that reflected the key components of the development plan. To this end, a survey was conducted on academic library librarians, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the persons in charge of the academic library development plan to supplement the limitations of survey. The results are as follows. First, the establishment of academic library development plans tend to be formal and passive, and has limitation in eliciting cooperation between external organizations and academic libraries. Second, most academic libraries do not disclose their development plans on their websites. Third, the awareness of the leaders of the academic library organization needs to be preceded, and a task force needs to be formed to establish development plan. As a result of the study, it is suggested that 'active changes in the perceptions and operation method within academic libraries', 'external disclosure of development plans and strengthening cooperation', and 'strengthening the initiative and role of librarians' are needed as improvement measures.
