소음지도 시뮬레이션을 이용한 도로교통소음 개선방안 연구 (A Road Traffic Noise Management Using a Noise Mapping Simulation)

  • 급속한 도시화와 인구밀도의 증가로 도시의 주거지역은 점점 고층화, 고밀화 되어가는 추세이다. 그로 인하여 인구의 공간적 집중으로 발생하는 교통수요를 감당하기 위하여 도시내부 도로는 점차 증가하였으며, 주거지역은 도로에 바로 인접하여 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 도로에 연접한 주거지역의 도로교통소음 문제를 해결하기 위하여 방음벽에 의존하는 실정이었으나, 경관저해, 소음차단성능저해 등 다양한 역기능이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방음벽의 역기능을 해소하고 바람직한 개선방안을 제시하기 위하여 도로변에 위치한 주거지역의 현장측정을 통하여 시뮬레이션의 정확도를 검증한 후 방음시설별 성능평가 및 전체 지역을 분석하였다. 그리고 개선방안으로 건축물의 배치형태 변화와 도로단으로부터의 이격거리를 20m 증가시켰다. 분석 결과 도로변과 평행한 공동주택의 피해가 가장 심각하였고, 시설별 분석에서는 방음벽의 성능이 우수하였으며, 건물 배치형태는 $30^{\circ}$ 배치가 우수하며, 이격거리가 증가함에 따라 교통소음이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

소음저감장치의 도로변 설치 효과 분석 (Noise Reducers Effect on Road Traffic Noise)

  • Community noise has been great concerned in public. The traffic noise in seoul, especially has been growing awareness for the quiet living environment. In this paper, the effect on the noise barrier in order to reduce highway noise near on the street has been examined. First barriers have been evaluated at 5 locations in the city. The evaluation is performed before and after construction, with the reference point which does not affected on road traffic volume. Then, noise reducers mounted on the harriers also have been examined. the result shows that it reduces noise level by $3{\sim}3.5dB(A)$ with a standard deviation of 2.8 dB(A).

공동주택에서의 소음보정계수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Noise Correction Factor in Apartment Complex)

  • Road traffic noise has increasing broader effects on urban areas as well as rural areas because of rapidly increasing traffic volume and newly-constructed roads. 10 sites in building development areas were selected and the noise level were measured by the apartment floors and by the various block plans of apartment complex. Analysis result, about correction factor, in the case of right angle arrangement, apply - 2.5dB(A). In the case of apartment house correlation of each floor apply 1st floors 0dB(A), 2st floors 1.2dB(A), 3st floors 2.1dB(A), 4st floors 2.6dB(A), 5st floors 2.7dB(A), 6st floors 2.7dB(A), 7st floors 2.4dB(A), 8st floors 2.0dB(A), 9st floors 1.6dB(A), 10st floors 1.1dB(A), 13st floors 0.2dB(A), 15st floors 0.5dB(A). The level of road traffic noise in the arrangement construction of right angle was about 3.0dB(A) at N-4 point and 2.1dB(A) at N-6 point lower than that of a plan figure, respectively. The results suggested that application of correction coefficient obtained by the apartment floor and by the arrangement construction can be improved in road traffic noise.   • 우리나라는 1970년대 이후 시행된 도시계획사업을 통해 도시지역에 대규모 주택단지 및 주거지역이 나타나기 시작하였다. 그리고 개발된 지역에서는 공동주택의 비율이 점차 증가하는 경향이 나타나면서 도로변공동주택의 도로교통소음이 새로운 문제로 대두되었다. 그리고 1980년대 후반이후 공동주택은 15층에 머물던 공동주택은 20-30층의 초고층의 형태로 변모하였고, 최근에는 40층 이상의 공동주택이 등장하면서 도시지역의 주거밀도는 더욱 고밀화 되면서 이로 인하여 도로교통소음은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 도로변에 위치한 공동주택에 영향을 주는 인자 중 교통량, 통과속도를 변수로 하여 소음지도를 구축하여 저감효율에 대해 살펴보았다. 결과는 교통량과 속도제한의 증감에 따른 변화는 한정된 공간에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 버스중앙차로제는 도로변에 약간의 영향만을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Noise maps of a city in Korea have been made using commercial noise map softwares by measuring the basic data in the city. The result in this study will be used to evaluate the environmental impact of noise from various noise sources and to implement the Korean noise map standard.

  • This study is a paper relating to between road traffic noise(RTN) and sound power level(PWL). At present to prediction of RTN is used to many experimental models and prediction methods. RTN is computed PWL using existing experimental models and prediction methods. Then, computed PWL is compared with it of measurement value, in them, it is selected model most similar to measurement value. And then, this results will watch for make Noise Map, as application field applied to computed results.

  • The tyre/road noise becomes aggravated due to the rapid increase of motor vehicles. It has a great effect on the dwelling environment. Therefore we investigate the characteristics and sources of the tyre/road noise through grasping the status of the tyre/road noise. Traffic noise results from the collective contribution of the noise produced by individual motor vehicles. The tyre/road noise varies enormously depending upon its type and mode of operation.

도로연변 환경시설에 의한 교통소음 저감방안에 관한 연구 (A study on Traffic Noise control by the Environmental facilities around Roadway)

  • This study was carried out to determine traffic noise level and analyze noise reduction effects of various sound protection facilities in the area of Seoul, Inch'on, Songchoo and Seoul- Busan Expressway from March to Octover, 1987. The results were as follows; 1. As compared with the environmental standards and the traffic noise level in heavy noise areas, traffic noise levels observed were shown in higher than environmental standards. The noise levels in Seoul were determined at 12.8-18.2 dB(A) in daytime and 19.0-26.9 dB (A) in nighttime. And incase of inch'on, it were 6.7-9.6 dB(A) in daytime, 7.9-18.9 dB(A) in nighttime, respectively. 2. The environmental noise level observed in the backside of protection facilities, such as apartment, soundproof barrier and houses, which were constructed in paralled to the road was lower about 3-5 dB(A) than perpendicular to theroad. Noise recuction effect of upper stairs in apartment was higher than lower stairs. 3. The predicted noise level obtained from the equation $({\triangle}L\;=\; -10\;log\;(^{I'1}/Ii)\;was\;\pm\;1dB$ (A) and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.923. 4. The noise reduction effect in backside of apartment was measured at on sites and predicted by total noise loss equation. The predicted noise level was 60.9 dB(A) and the measured level was 60.6 dB(A), respectively. 5. The narrow width landscape less than 10m width was almost no effect for the protection of traffic noise. According to the synthesis of the above results, the noise level of the road was exceeding mostly the environmental standard in the heavy traffic areas. The counterplan should be set as well. The insulation of noise protection facilities were effective by the location with near distance from the road edge. The reduction effect of double window in apartment was represented so much. The prediction model could be applied to estimate the noise levels in the roadside as well as the effectiveness for the noise protection facilities.

The evaluation method used in this study is to calculate "Site Equivalent Noise Level". It will be possible to set up effective sound proof system with calculation of "The Number of Houses Exceeding Standard Noise Level".

  • The effects of the additional visual and auditory stimuli on the loudness evaluation of road traffic noise was investigated by the method of magnitude estimation. As a result, it was shown that additional visual stimulus of noise barrier can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise. Also, additional auditory stimuli such as green music or sound of flowing water can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise. approximately $5{\sim}10%$ lower than the absence of stimuli. But this effect was disappeared in the range of over 65dB(A).
