보행자 전용도로의 이용자 경관만족 요인분석 -분당 신도시를 중심으로- (The Analysis of User's Degree on Landscape Satisfaction Factors for Pedestrian Road -Case Study of Bun-Dang New Town-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road in Bun-dang new town and to suggest basic information for urban pedestrian road design. These works consist of two phase. First, we tested the Hye-Cheon college students' degree of landscape satisfaction for 37 spots of urban pedestrian road and then selected 10 sports slide by the Sturges' formula. Second, we analysed factors and variables on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road using the semantic differential scale method and then processed using descriptive analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The difference of landscape adjectives between the highest score of landscape satisfaction slide and the lowest score landscape satisfaction slide were diversity of vegetation, plenty of the shade of a tree, naturalness and cleanness. 2) Diversity of vegetation, width of road, freedom of danger and diversity of environment can be significant variables of major effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road by using the multiple linear regression analysis. 3) Factors covering the landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road have been found to be Environment of urban pedestrian road and Constitution of urban pedestrian road. By using the Varimaxs' rotation factor analysis for the number of factors' cumulative percentage has been obtained as 64%. 4) Environment of urban pedestrian road and Constitution of urban pedestrian road can be significant factors of major effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road by using the multiple linear regression analysis. In conclusion, the landscape satisfaction factors and variables of urban pedestrian road need to be considered in plan or design the urban pedestrian road.

국도의 경관변화 평가-교외지역 국도를 중심으로- (Landscape Changes Assessment of the National Road-Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas-)

  • 본 연구는 국도의 경관구성요소인 산, 하늘, 도로포장면, 가로수, 논밭, 간판ㆍ전신주, 건물, 구조체, 비탈면, 방호ㆍ방음벽, 중앙분리대의 시각량 분석을 통하여 시대별 경관변화를 파악한 결과, 1.국도의 경관구성요소 중 각 시대별로 가장 높은 시각량을 나타낸 것은 도로포장면으로서 국도경관을 분석 평가함에 있어서 도로의 선형은 시각적으로 중요한 구성요소의 하나로 다루어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. 2.국도의 시대별 경관변화는 중앙분리대(F=33.296)와 가로수(F=32.881)에 의한 차이가 가장 두드러진 것으로 나타났으며, 다음 순으로는 하늘(F=24.735)과 산(F=23.477)이 유사한 정도의 차이값을 나타내고 있다. 그러나 건물과 구조체는 통계적으로 차이가 없음이 판명되었다. 3.국도건설은 점차적으로 자연적 요소의 감소와 인공적 요소에 의한 경관이 주를 이루게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 아직까지 국도건설이 경관적ㆍ생태적 건강성을 인지하고 있음에도 불구하고 접근성과 이동성의 기능중심의 논리에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 현실적 문제를 보여주는 결과이다.

지형공간정보체계를 이용한 3차원 도로시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (A Study On The Three Dimensional Road Simulation Technique Based on GSIS)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 GSIS를 이용하여 3차원 동영상 도로 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 제주도 남부의 해안선 지역을 설정하여 3차원도로 설계를 실시하였다. 사용된 자료는 1/5,000수치지도와 현지측량자료를 사용하였고, 도로시뮬레이션은 소프트웨어 microstation CAD, Inroads를 이용하였다. 해안도로의 특성상 도로주변의 식재인 꽃과 나무 등을 삽입하여 경관을 고려한 3차원 도로가 이루어지도록 설계를 시도하였다. GSIS기술을 이용하여 설계된 도로는 3차원 시뮬레이션이 성공적으로 이루어 졌으며, 특히 도로의 전진주행 및 후진주행 등을 선택하여 산악도로의 경관을 평가할 수 있어 본 연구의 결과는 실제공사 시 해안도로경관 시뮬레이션에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Win-Road Simulation을 활용한 고속도로 중앙분리대 시선유도도장에 대한 경관선호도 분석 (Landscape Preference of the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the Expressway by Win-Road Simulation)

  • PURPOSES: By conducting the landscape survey that considered landscape factors of the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier that applied of the various level by simulating of the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway, they showed the quantitative standard of landscape preference factors that the Guide Coating gives. METHODS: The shape of the Structural Equation Modeling used AMOS program and made a shape that is made of landscape preference for the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway a dependent variable. RESULTS: Result in this, they showed that functionality and emotionalism are the factors that affect the landscape preference. CONCLUSIONS: In the main study, not only showing the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway landscape valuation but also embodying the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) of each group, knowing the Guide Coating and unknowing the Guide Coating. By embodying this, they could study that the drivers' quantitative standard is different when the Guide Coating become first applied and being changed after.

고속도로 사면의 수경처리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Landscaping of the Slope in Highway)

  • In order to develope a road landscape that is in harmony with landscaping purpose, degree of sight occupation by slopes at road sides was measured and physical elements composing the slope scenery were visually evaluated and the results are as follows : In analysis of sight occupation ratio by perspective method, gradient of the slopes influenced more on the sight occupation than height did and the driving lane occupied 2 to 3% more proportion of sight than the passing lane. When there is slope at one side of the road, difference in sight occupation between the lanes was increasing with deceased height and with increased gradient of the slopes. In visual analysis of the slope scenery, negative image was increasing with narrow road, increased height and gradient of the slopes. The effect of the slopes was negative at 60$^{\circ}$ or more but positive at 45$^{\circ}$or less gradient. This phenomenon was more conspicuous with wide 4 lane roads than wide 2 lane roads. Although direct comparison is difficult due to a great difference between Korea and U.S.A. in climate, land condition, road dimension, and public process of purchasing land, etc, it is desirable to treat road sides so that the scenery is in harmony with landscape around as well as emphasizing the regional characteristics, also giving friendly and comfortable image to drivers and nearby residents in addition to safety as can be seen in U.S.A.

중국 전통원림의 치석피도(置石被度)에 따른 원로경관의 시지각적 특성 분석 - 한국인과 중국인 시지각 비교를 중심으로 - (A Survey on the Visual Characteristics and Preference of Road Landscape of Traditional Gardens in Suzhou, China based on Rockery Ratio - With a Comparison of Consciousness between Korean and Chinese -)

  • 본 연구는 중국 전통 강남원림인 소주원림의 원로경관을 대상으로 치석피도(置石被度)에 따른 한국인과 중국인의 시지각적 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 SD스케일에 의한 경관 형용사 분석방법으로 시지각적 이미지와 선호도를 파악하였다. 연구방법은 다음과 같다. 중국의 전통 강남원림인 소주의 졸정원, 창랑정, 사자림, 유원, 망사원 원림에 위치한 원로의 경관사진을 촬영하여 그 중 15매를 선정하여, 형용사 21쌍으로 이루어진 설문지로 대학생 한국인 51명과 중국인 52명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 한국인과 중국인의 치석피도에 따른 원로경관의 시지각적 특성과 선호도에 대한 차이를 파악하기 위해서 T검정을 실시하였으며, 치석피도의 선호도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 치석피도를 산출해서 유형화하여 한국인과 중국인의 설문결과에 대한 평균분석, 요인분석을 실시하였다. 경관특성 선호요인을 파악하기 위하여 설정된 경관형용사를 척도화 하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이를 수행하여 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 한국과 중국인의 원로경관 선호도에 대한 차이분석을 실시한 결과, 중국인의 전체적 선호도는 한국인보다 더 높았다. 치석피도로 구분한 유형별로는 평균치가 중간, 매우 작은, 작은, 큰, 매우 큰 순으로 높게 나타났다. 치석피도에 따른 선호도는 치석피도가 낮을수록 선호도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 치석피도에 따른 선호도의 영향에 있어서는 중국인보다 한국인이 더 큰 영향을 받았다. 전통 강남 원림 가로 경관의 시각적 특성을 요인분석 결과, 한국인의 시각적 특성은 <심미성 요인>, <쾌적성요인>, <정연성 요인>, <흥미성 요인>로 총 4가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 중국인의 시각적 특성은 <심리성 요인>, <쾌적성 요인>, <정연성 요인> 총 3가지 요인으로 분류되었다.

도시고가도로 입지구간 가로환경 설계 -능동로 '걷고싶은 거리'의 구간을 대상으로- (Designing the Space under the Urban Elevated Road -A Case Study for Nengdong-Ro Street-)

  • Although the urban elevated road is welcomed in modern society to deal with urban traffic problems, its negative influence on both the pedestrian environment and urban landscape has been frequently observed. Furthermore, the space under elevated structures has been ignored, being the lost space. Recently, several efforts have been devoted into bringing back the lostspace. However, any specific design guidelines shown in the street design of Japan and Singapore have not been suggested in Korea, yet. This study proposes a case of the Nengdong-Ro street design where the two-story urban elevated road is being constructed and negative effects of the elevated road are largely expected. One of the purposes of Nengdong-Ro street design proposed in this study is to relieve the negative effect os the two-story elevated road, and to provide a better pedestrian environment in Nengdong-Ro. The other purpose is to suggest general guidelines that can be applied to the similar context as Nengdong-Ro. It is considered that the space under the elevated road generally consist of three sections: 1) main section where the elevated road runs parallel with the ground, 2) landing section where elevated road goes down to the ground, and 3) facility section where facilities such as the platform and the ticketing booth are located. The design guidelines are suggested for each section, because each section has a different situation. Plans, section and elevations and the details of the street furniture are also incorporated to support the design guidelines.

동해연안의 주택경관 유형별 인지 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on evaluation of recognition with type of Housing landscape in Donghae Seaside)

  • This study is derived from relation between the natural landscape and architectural landscape. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And we selected three landscapes about individual housing; Western, Traditional, Modern. This paper is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, which evaluated with semantic differential method in using 12-bipolar adjectives. The results of this study are as follows(ref: table 6). 1)The housing of western style do not correspond with landscape of Road, but landscape of mountain and seaside were suitable to the western style. 2)Mountain in Donghae seaside harmonizes with housing of traditional style. 3)Even though the housing of modern style were marked low assessment in three landscape, we found out relation, modern housing was well-matched with load landscape.

형태지수를 이용한 도로경관의 선호성 분석에 관한 연구 - 설악산 국립공원을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Analysis of Landscape Preference in the Road-landscape by Index of Shape -The case of Sorak National Park-)

  • This study is focus on exploring the relationship between the index of shape and the factor of perception. This study site is a Sorak National Park which sciences of road-landscape. Slides, which were used in the study, were taken in the Sorak National Park along the roads. For this purpose, the study used the questionnairy about the Road-landscape which was presented by a slide projection, also used th index of Shape. This research used analysis method of multi-regression between the preference and perceptional factors, and between the preference and index of shape. 1) The regression result of $R^2$ is 00827 between the preference and perceptional factors, therefore we can positively consider that the preference is related to the perception. The preference is affected highly by the intimacy which is the one of perceptional factors. 2) The regression result of $R^2$ is 0.692 between the preference and the index of shape. The preference has a relation with the index of shape, and it is affected highly by the index of sky. 3) Therefore, this study identifies the relationship between the preference and the perceptional factors, and the index of shape makes this relationship possible.
