이 연구는 질적 사례연구방법을 활용하여 지적장애인거주시설에서의 인권관점에 기초한 사회복지실천을 종사자의 경험을 중심으로 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해, 장애인거주시설 중 대표적으로 인권관련활동을 하는 기관으로 추천받은 A기관을 선정하고 사례연구방법을 통해 조직 및 개인차원에서의 경험,성과 및 딜레마를 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 조직차원에서 인권관점에 기초한 사회복지실천은 이용자의 욕구를 어떻게 충족해 줄 것인가에 대한 관심으로부터 시작되었다. 그 과정에서 인권보장위원회 구성,인권규정 제정 등의 조직의 정비와 인권교육 및 인권관점을 강조하는 조직 문화 구축이 나타났다. 개인 차원에서 종사자들은 인권관점에 기초한 사회복지실천으로 장애인의 자기결정권과 선택권을 매우 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 또한 인권관점에 기초한 사회복지실천은 이용자, 직원 및 기관 조직문화에 서 다양한 변화를 야기하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 실천과정 안에서 나타나는 새로운 딜레마로 인해 또 다른 고민과 대안을 끊임없이 모색하는 역동적 과정으로 분석되었다. 이 연구는 인권관련 선행연구들이 정책적, 이념적, 개념적 논쟁에 집중되어있는 것과 대조적으로 미시적 측면의 사회복지실천에서 인권관점이 어떻게 구현되고 있는지를 집중적으로 탐색한 국내 최초의 기초연구로서 그 함의가 크다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the impact of human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness of first-year students in clinical practice on clinical practice adaptation and to prepare practical and systematic personality development program education alternatives to foster high-quality medical personnel. Method: As for the research method, an online survey of 155 medical and nursing students from two universities in G-do (76 medical students and 79 nursing students) was conducted, and the collected data were T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and step-by-step multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN/25.0. Findings: The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in each variable according to general characteristics, human rights sensitivity had a significant impact on gender, patient rights recognition on personality type, and clinical practice adaptation had a significant impact on major selection motivation. Second, the factors affecting the adaptation of first-year college students to clinical practice had a significant impact on extroverted personality and patient rights perception among personality types (regression model results F=6.38 (p<).001), 24.2% explanatory power). Conclusion: This study suggests that education and policy efforts are needed to foster accurate awareness of human rights issues by developing flexible and flexible extracurricular activity programs in the operation of the curriculum to strengthen medical and nursing students' ability to adapt to clinical practice and improve awareness of human rights issues.

This study is intended to identify the difference in social skills among adolescent students, by grade gender, rights practice, and self-awareness. It will raise awareness of the importance of the rights of adolescents and provide basic data of guaranteed rights for adolescents and social skills. Using questionnaires, a 569 adolescents, in four middle and high schools in Seoul and the Capital Area, were analyzed. The study results were as follows: first, females showed higher empathy skills than males did in social skills. In the case of male adolescents, self-control skills among social skills, was higher than those of females. Second, practice for rights and self-concept had positive influences on social skills. The higher the practice for rights, the higher cooperation, assertiveness, empathy, and self-control the adolescents had. The more positive self-concept of physical appearance, gymnastic ability, friends, and honesty, trust and value, indicated a higher assertiveness. The result implied that the adolescents' practice for their rights, self-concept, and social skills were highly correlated with one another, and adequate practice for their rights and positive self-concept had influences on their social skills. Based on the results, in order for adolescents with a low level of social skills to have a satisfactory social life, they should be encouraged to practice their own rights in the right direction and to acquire positive self-concept in the future.

본 연구는 어머니와 두 아들의 '상호존중 권리실천하기' 경험을 살펴 의미를 찾고 가족의 상호존중 권리실천의 활성화 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 2012년 9월부터 2013년 3월까지 연구 참여자인 어머니와 두 아들을 대상으로 전사, 관찰, 심층면담, 기록물들에 대한 분석을 포함한 질적 연구방법을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 어머니의 경험은 어머니와 두 아들과의 상호존중이 충분히 가능하였고 그 과정에서의 첫째 아이 퇴행은 자연스럽고 긍정적인 부분이었다. 또한 보호권과 참여권의 갈등은 상호존중의 실천으로 융화되었고, 어머니는 긍정적인 훈육을 생각하는 계기가 되었다. 이러한 경험으로, 어머니와 두 아들은 관계를 회복하고 서로를 깊게 이해하게 되었고, 권리실천이 더 진행됨에 따라 가족 구성원들이 심리적 안정감을 느끼게 되었다. 또한, 권리실천이 다른 가족구성원들에게 전이되었고, 어머니는 좋은 부모가 될 수 있다는 용기를 갖게 되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 앞으로 가정에서의 권리실천 인식과 접근에 대한 구체적인 연구가 이루어져야함이 제안되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of perception of nursing students' rights participating in clinical practice. Methods: This descriptive study carried out purposeful sampling. The participants were 17 nursing students, who had experience of participating in clinical practice for more than 12 weeks. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Twelve subjects were in their third year and five in their fourth year. All were practicing in secondary general and tertiary university hospitals. The data were analyzed using classical content analysis method. Results: The researchers extracted 23 codes representing the nursing students' rights of clinical practice, which were grouped into 4 categories and 11 subcategories. The 4 categories were 'deep disappointment as an alienated person in a clinical field', 'clinical practice experience that cannot be given up despite difficulties', 'need for a practice environment that takes care of nursing students', and 'hope for support, advocacy and respect'. Conclusion: Nursing students cannot claim rights at this time, but expressed the desire to build a support system so that these parts can be improved in the future. Therefore, nursing education institutions and clinical fields should maintain diverse efforts through reciprocal relationships.

본 연구는 보육교사의 교사효능감과 심리적 소진이 영유아 권리존중보육 실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 I시와 S시 지역의 보육교사 398명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 Win program을 사용하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 교사효능감은 보통 수준이었고, 심리적 소진은 보통보다 조금 낮은 수준이었으며 영유아 권리존중보육 실행은 보통보다 약간 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 교사효능감과 영유아 권리존중보육 실행은 정적 관계가 있었으며, 교사효능감과 심리적 소진은 부적관계, 심리적 소진과 영유아 권리존중보육 실행도 부적관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 영유아 권리존중보육 실행에 대한 교사효능감과 심리적 소진의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 교사효능감과 심리적 소진은 영유아 권리존중보육 전체와 하위변인인 하루일과 존중, 아동 최선의 이익에 영향력이 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 영유아 권리존중보육의 실행을 위해 보육교사의 교사효능감과 심리적 소진을 관리하고 지원할 수 있는 방안이 제시되어야 함을 시사하였다.

The concept of expectation rights considers 'the expectation' that the patient should be given proper medical treatment as the benefit and protection of the law, so it would be the benefit and protection of the law due to personal rights different from 'the legal principle that has the possibility to a considerable extent' being in an extension of life and body. However, the problem how the patient's expectation of medical service sets up in order to make it the benefit and protection of the law would be still left in the vague concept of the patient's 'expectation', thus, in the first place, the medical practice following formed medical standard in every particular medical institutes should be the standard because these medical services are normally within a range of the patients' expectations. In addition, it should be naturally constituted as mental profit to get the subjective circumstances such as 'the patient's expectation' to be an object, and also, different from the profit and protection of the law such as life and body that should be absolutely protected, the origin of violation behavior should be regarded simultaneously to define the denotation of expectation rights. Therefore, the expectation rights violations would be problematic in case it fails to reach the medical standard that is expected for common doctors to practice properly. This is the concept of expectation rights that gets subjective matters such as the patient's expectation to be objectivity as medical practices that can be expected by generalized abstract doctors. This standard should be defined as the minimum standard that is naturally expected for doctors to practice, different from medical standard that decides the level of doctors.

According to newly revised Korean Commercial Law, 1991, several amendments on the maritime liens as a special legislative rights duly performed so as to make an equity with mortgates of the ship. Consequently, it is also noteworthy that claimants of the maritime lien should know how to secure their legal rights on the ship. Such a legal practice is performing in accordance with the doctrine and principles of the law of forciable excution without court order. This paper, therefore, intends to study specific legal practice for exercising legal rights on the ship by due process of law.

Objective: The present study examined how childcare teachers at home daycare centers perceive their rights as teachers and what kind of rights situations pertain to them at their respective daycare centers. Methods: Adopting a qualitative research method approach, this study conducted focus group interviews to collect empirical data. The participants were childcare teachers and directors at home daycare centers, which were shown to have relatively poor work environments compared to other types of daycare centers Results: The findings revealed that the participants at home daycare centers perceived their rights as childcare teachers to be extremely vulnerable. It was shown that their rights could not be protected in various frameworks involving mutual relations between teachers and directors, the Infant Care Act and childcare policy, and social perceptions that fail to recognize them as professionals. Conclusion: The fingdings from the present study contribute to our understanding of the rights situation faced by childcare teachers at home daycare centers and to the social discourse on finding ways to realize the teachers' full rights as childcare professionals.

Purpose: This study aimed to derive a conceptual definition and attributes for nursing students' rights in clinical practice in South Korea. Methods: This concept-analysis study was conducted at a nursing school in South Korea. The participants were recruited using purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria were being a fourth-year nursing student and having two or more semesters of practical experience. The hybrid model used in this study had three stages. First, 12 studies were reviewed during the theoretical stage. Second, 10 in-depth interviews were conducted during the fieldwork stage. Third, in the analytical stage, the concept of nursing students' rights related to clinical practice was defined and the attributes were derived. Results: The analysis established five attributes of nursing students' rights: the right to learn, the right to be protected from infections and accidents, the right to be cared for and supported, the right to be respected, and the right to be recognized as a member of a nursing team. A key theme that emerged from this study was having the right to learn in a safe and supportive environment. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a measurement tool based on the above five attributes and to verify its effectiveness.
