Recently, office workers are increasingly aware of the right to disconnect because of the pressure from strong connections with Internet messengers. In this study, we examined the reason why the perception of the right to disconnect increases and how to deal with it. This research model is that smart working and psychological attachment from work affect right to disconnect, and that open communication and gender moderate the intensity of these effects. To verify this research model, survey questionnaires were distributed to workers in smart working environments, and 400 data were collected and analyzed using Smart-PLS. As results of data analysis, it was verified that smart working and psychological attachment from work had a significant influence on right to disconnect, that open communication group had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than closed communication group, and that women had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than men. Organizations need to maintain a desirable level of right to disconnect in order to improve the quality of working life. But, if it is impossible, They need to change the way of communication more openly so as to absorb the burden of strong connection by Internet. And they need to perform task assignment or stress relief policy reflecting gender characteristics.

Requirement of facilitating electronic trade transactions and efforts to platform on the electronic trade in major countries are link to the interest of Bill of Lading, the major transportation document, to be electronic, namely interest in Electronic Bill of Lading. Regardless of the benefits from replacing paper based Bill of Lading to the electronic form, which are eliminating of the Crisis of Bill of Lading and cost saving of international trade community, it has not been successful so far. Among the three functions of Bill of Lading, evidence of contracts and receipt of goods can be easily transferable to the electronic form. However the most important function, Document of Title, became the hardest work to replicate in electronic form. The purpose of this paper is to clarify what kind of conditions shall be prepared to ensure the transfer of right and negotiability of the Electronic Bill of Lading and propose to ensure the use of electronic bill of lading and its transfer of right and negotiability in the era of the electronic transactions.

It has been criticized that the right of reproduction and right of communication to the public in the Copyrigt Act of Korea, which was amended in the year of 2000 in line with new environments around digital networks, limited the limitation to author’s property right in private use and library exemption too much. Solving the problem above, this study analyzes comparatively WCT, Amended Proposal for a Directive on Copyright and Related Rights in the Information Society, Copyright Law of the United States of America, Copyright Amendment(Digital Agenda), and Copyright Act of Korea. Based on the results from related case analyses and a survey on how stakeholders view copyright issue, in addition, this study presents a reasonable way of limiting rights of reproduction and rights of communication to the public.

To supply the materials the right time, and the right place, it is required some information maintenance system to manage this procedure effectively. In this paper, we represent the standard products classification for EMU and the materials maintenance information system to manage the parts used EMU maintenance efficiently. The standard material classification is matched to G2B code made by the Supply Administration. The implemented material information system can perform various functions such as the inquiry of the number of stocks, the demand of the materials, and etc.

Inadequate and inappropriate intake of food is known to cause various health issues and diseases. Due to lack of concise information about healthy diet, people have to rely on medicines instead of taking preventive measures in food intake. Due to diversity in food components and large number of dietary sources, it is challenging to perform real-time selection of diet patterns that must fulfill one's nutrition needs. Particularly, selection of proper diet is critical for patients suffering from various diseases. In this article, we highlight the issue of selection of proper diet that must fulfill patients' nutrition requirements. To address this issue, we present a cloud based food recommendation system, called Diet-Right, for dietary recommendations based on users' pathological reports. The model uses ant colony algorithm to generate optimal food list and recommends suitable foods according to the values of pathological reports. Diet-Right can play a vital role in controlling various diseases. The experimental results show that compared to single node execution, the convergence time of parallel execution on cloud is approximately 12 times lower. Moreover, adequate accuracy is attainable by increasing the number of ants.

The legal relationship between patient and physician is legally equal relationship. But, in times past, patients be compelled to sign an unequal contract, substantially. Because of the imbalance between supply and demand in the health care market. Today, the law of supply and demand in the health care market is running well. And as the cognition of citizens' rights grows, the relationship between patient and physician can also get a lot of changes. Patients have the right to know the information about medical care, and to decide whether or not to get treatment including invasions against their own bodies. In other words, Doctors have an obligation to explain to their patients. If doctors did not provide patients sufficient explanation or information, it violates the right of patients. This is a tort, or a breach of contract. To improve the remedy for violation of patient's right, patient is able to be protected by status as consumer. If patient is a kind of consumer in terms of medical consumption, he/she as consumer can enjoy supplementally the consumer's right. The patient as a consumer can exercise now a consumer's right as a constitutional right. In addition, with respect to consumer's rights, Framework Act on Consumers was enacted. This Act is based on constitutional provisions of Article 124 and the Act can be seen as a law that embodies consumer right because the provision of the constitutional law delegates specific contents. In the health care field, patients need to win recognition the statue of the consumer to hold the sovereignty of the consumer. In particular, if patients are consumers, they may be able to make good use of the quickly and efficiently collective dispute resolution and association lawsuit to rescue their damage, the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) of Framework Act on Consumers.

The purpose of this study is to propose consumer policy related to the protection of personal information on the basis of regulations and laws in the developed countries. From this study, implications for the protection consumer privacy are discussed as follows. First, Consumer education is needed to enhance consumers'knowledge on their privacy right and this should be done not only by private consumer organization but also by businesses. Second, Businesses should realize ethical responsibilities of consumers'privacy right when they use personal information by databasemarketing. Finally, Government should establish a privacy law concerning both public and private sectors.

The objective of this paper is to develop a automatic computation module for optimum stories in apartment buildings in order to assure the solar access right for neighboring areas. Compared to the existing solar access right analysis programs, the proposed solar access right analysis program is more improved and expanded by automating the computing process of optimum stories in apartment buildings. With the result of this research, it would be possible to furnish advanced information for an amicable settlement against the civil petition and disputes, to reduce waste of the time and money, and to improve the efficiency of solar access right analysis works.

본 논문에서는 잊혀질 권리에 대한 법정책적 검토를 논하고자 한다. 잊혀질 권리는 다른 기본권과 충돌할 수밖에 없기 때문에 이 권리를 법률로 구체화하는데 다각적인 학제 간 연구가 선결문제로써 검토되어야 한다. 정보 주체에게 잊혀질 권리를 법제화하는 것은 그 정보를 사용하려는 사람의 표현의 자유 및 국민의 알권리를 제한하는 결과를 초래하기 때문에 일정한 한계를 노출할 수밖에 없다. 비록 현행 개인정보보호법 및 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의 2는 개인정보의 파기제도를 신설하여 부분적으로 잊혀질 권리를 반영하고 있지만 헌법상 중요한 가치인 프라이버시권과 표현의 자유 및 알권리의 조화롭게 균형을 찾는 것이 선행과제인 것이다.

This paper deals with the estimations of the least squares support vector regression when the responses are subject to randomly right censoring. The estimation is performed via two steps - the ordinary least squares support vector regression and the least squares support vector regression with censored data. We use the empirical fact that the estimated regression functions subject to randomly right censoring are close to the true regression functions than the observed failure times subject to randomly right censoring. The hyper-parameters of model which affect the performance of the proposed procedure are selected by a generalized cross validation function. Experimental results are then presented which indicate the performance of the proposed procedure.
