수도에 살포한 Fenitrothion의 부위별 잔류에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Absorption and Accumulation of Fenitrothion in Rice Plants)

  • 저항성유기인계농약인 fenitrothion 유제를 8개품종이 수도체에 살포시용하고, 부착 및 침투된 주성분의 경시적변화와 곡위중의 집적잔류량을 GLC로 분석, 검토한 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) FTD/GLC에 있어서 $10\%$ Silicone DC-200 column으로 nano-gram 이하까지 fenitrothion 주성분의 검출이 가능한 조작조건을 밝혔다. 2) 출수전의 수도체에 $0.1\%$ fenitrothion을 반당 20l의 농산로 살포한 바, 전엽에 평균 15.32ppm이 부착, 24시간후에 1.67ppm(약 $11\%$)이 잔존하였고, 살포 24시간후의 침투량은 6.75ppm($44\%$)으로, 24 시간경과후 2.61ppm($39\%$이 잔존하고 그후의 감소는 완만하며, 침투분의 잔존율이 높았다. 3) 엽신과 엽초별 침투량은 엽신이 월등히 높았으나 잔존율은 비등하였고, 침투 3일이내에 급격한 감소(약$90\%$)를 보이고, 그 후는 완만한 감소로 10일후에는 약 $3\%$의 잔존율을 유지하였다. 4) 곡위중의 fenitrothion 잔류량은 왕겨에 0.02-0.05ppm(평균 0.04ppm), 현미에 0.01 ppm-0.02ppm(평균 trace)수준으로 왕겨중함량의 약 $22\%$ 해당하며, WHO/FAO의 권고잔류허용량 (과채류는 0.1-0.5 ppm, 곡류는 미설정)에 훨씬 미달되는 수치였다.

  • To date, rubbing has been widely used to align LC molecules uniformly. Although rubbing can be simple, it has fundamental problems such as the generation of defects by dust and static electricity, and difficulty in achieving a uniform LC alignment on a large substrate. Therefore, non contact alignment has been investigated. Ion beam induced alignment method, which provides controllability, nonstop process, and high resolution display. In this study, we investigated liquid crystal (LC) alignment with ion beam (IB) that non contact alignment technique on polyimide and electro-optical characteristics of twisted nematic (TN)-liquid crystal display (LCD) on the polyimide under various ion beam angles. In this experiment, Polyimide layer was coated on glass by spin-coating and Voltage-transmittance(VT) and response time characteristics of the TN cell were measured by a LCD evaluation system. The good characteristics of the nematic liquid crystal (NLC) alignment with the ion beam exposure polyimide surface was observed. The tilt angle of NLC on the PI surface with ion beam exposure can be measured under $1^{\circ}$ for all of irradiation angles. In addition, it can be achieved the good EO properties, and residual DC property of the ion beam aligned TN cell on polyimide surface.

  • A pivotal mechanical balance of plant for 75kW class molten carbonate fuel cells comprise of a catalytic burner and an ejector which has been designed and tested in KEPRI(Korea Electric Power Research Institute). The catalytic burner, which oxidizes residual fuel in the anode tail gas, was operated at several conditions. Some problems arose due to local overheating or auto-ignition, which could limit the catalyst life. The catalytic burner was designed by considering both gas mixing and gas velocity. Test results showed that the temperature distribution is very uniform. In addition, an ejector is a fluid machinery to be utilized for mixing fluids, maintaining vacuum, and transporting them. The ejector is placed at mixing point between the anode off gas and the cathode off gas or the fresh air Several ejectors were designed and tested to form a suction on the fuel tail gas and balance the differential pressures between anode and cathode over a range of operating conditions. The tests showed that the design of the nozzle and throat played an important role in balancing the anode tail and cathode inlet gas pressures. The 75kW MCFC system built in our ejector and catalytic burner was successfully operated from Novembe, 2008 to April, 2009. It recorded the voltage of 104V at the current of 754A and reached the maximum generating power of 78.5kW DC. The results for both stand-alone and integration into another balance of plant are discussed.

  • H.264/AVC에서 각 블록은 블록의 특성을 고려하여 적응적으로 양자화 파라미터(QP)를 선택하여 양자화를 수행한다면, 개선된 화질을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 블록 기반의 적응적인 QP 선택 방법은 주변 블록들의 지그재그 스캔 된 정수 변환 계수의 비트량과 현재 블록의 QP 값 변화를 이용하여 화질을 개선하도록 제안된다. 제안된 방법은 QP 값의 변화를 디코더로 전송하지 않고, 인코더에서와 같은 방법으로 디코더에서 직접 처리한다. 제안된 방법의 실험 결과는 H.264/AVC에 비하여 대략 $0.1{\sim}0.3\;dB$ 정도의 성능 향상을 보인다.

Fe 입자를 미세 분산 시킨 AlN 박막의 물리적 성질 (Physical Properties of Fe Particles Fine-dispersed in AlN Thin Films)

  • This paper describes the fabrication of AlN thin films containing iron and iron nitride particles, and the magnetic and electrical properties of such films. Fe-N-Al alloy films were deposited in Ar and $N_2$ mixtures at ambient temperature using Fe/Al composite targets in a two-facing-target DC sputtering system. X-ray diffraction results showed that the Fe-N-Al films were amorphous, and after annealing for 5 h both AlN and bcc-Fe/bct-$FeN_x$ phases appeared. Structure changes in the $FeN_x$ phases were explained in terms of occupied nitrogen atoms. Electron diffraction and transmission electron microscopy observations revealed that iron and iron nitride particles were randomly dispersed in annealed AlN films. The grain size of magnetic particles ranged from 5 to 20 nm in diameter depending on annealing conditions. The saturation magnetization as a function of the annealing time for the $Fe_{55}N_{20}Al_{25}$ films when annealed at 573, 773 and 873 K. At these temperatures, the amount of iron/iron nitride particles increased with increasing annealing time. An increase in the saturation magnetization is explained qualitatively in terms of the amount of such magnetic particles in the film. The resistivity increased monotonously with decreasing Fe content, being consistent with randomly dispersed iron/iron nitride particles in the AlN film. The coercive force was evaluated to be larger than $6.4{\times}10^3Am^{-1}$ (80 Oe). This large value is ascribed to a residual stress restrained in the ferromagnetic particles, which is considered to be related to the present preparation process.

배리어 유전체 방전형 2단 전기집진기의 나노입자 집진 및 잔류 오존 제거 특성 (Characteristics of Nano Particle Precipitation and Residual Ozone Decomposition for Two-Stage ESP with DBD)

  • DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge) plasma in air is well established for the production of large quantities of ozone and is more recently being applied to aftertreatment processes for HAPs(Hazardous Air Pollutants). Although DBD high electron density and energy, its potential use as nano and sub-micron sized particle charging are not well known. Aim of this work is to determine design and operating parameters of a two-stage ESP with DBD. DBD and ESP are used as particle charger and precipitator, respectively. We measured particle precipitation efficiency of two-stage ESP and estimated ozone decomposition of both pelletized $MnO_2$ catalyst and pelletized activated carbon. To examine the particle precipitation efficiency, nano and sub-micron sized particles were generated by a tube furnace and an atomizer. AC voltage of $7{\sim}10$ kV(rms) and 60 Hz is used as DBD plasma source. DC -8 kV is applied to the ESP for particle precipitation. The overall particle collection efficiency for the two-stage ESP with DBD is over 85 % under 0.64 m/s face velocity. Ozone decomposition efficiency with pelletized $MnO_2$ catalyst or pelletized activated carbon packed bed is over 90 % when the face velocity is under 0.4 m/s in dry air.

DLC (ta-C) 후막코팅을 위한 트라이볼로지 코팅 연구 (Tribology Coating Study of Thick DLC (ta-C) Film)

  • In recent years, thick ta-C coating has attracted considerable interest owing to its existing and potential commercial importance in applications such as automobile accessories, drills, and gears. The thickness of the ta-C coating is an important parameter in these applications. However, the biggest problems are achieving efficient coating and uniformity over a large area with high-speed deposition. Feasibility is confirmed for the ta-C coating thickness of up to 9.0 µm (coating speed: 3.0 µm/h, fixed substrate) using a single FCVA cathode. The thickness was determined using multiple coating cycles that were controlled using substrate temperature and residual stresses. In the present research, we have designed a coating system using FCVA plasma and produced enhanced thick ta-C coating. The system uses a specialized magnetic field configuration with stabilized DC arc plasma discharge during deposition. To achieve quality that is acceptable for use in automobile accessories, the magnetic field, T-type filters, and 10 pieces of a multi-cathode are used to demonstrate the deposition of the thick ta-C coating. The results of coating performance indicate that uniformity is ±7.6 , deposited area is 400 mm, and the thickness of the ta-C coating is up to 5.0 µm (coating speed: 0.3 µm/h, revolution and rotation). The hardness of the coating ranges from 30 to 59 GPa, and the adhesion strength level (HF1) ranges from 20 to 60 N, depending on the ta-C coating.

  • LC aligning capabilities and the variation of pretilt angles with ion beam irradiation on the a-C:H thin films, and electro-optical (EO) performances of the ion beam aligned twisted nematic (TN)-liquid crystal display (LCD) with oblique ion beam exposure on the a-C:H thin film were studied. A high pretilt angle of $3.5{^{\circ}}$ via ion beam irradiation on the a-C:H thin film was measured. Also, the LC pretilt angle decreased due to the increase in surface roughness at over 2 min of IB exposure time. It is considered that this roughness increase due to increasing IB exposure time that generated destroy of oriented rings of atoms related to LC alignment. An excellent voltage-transmittance (V-T) curve of the ion beam aligned TN-LCD was observed with oblique ion beam exposure on the a-C:H thin film for 1 min. Also, a faster response time for the ion beam aligned TN-LCD with oblique ion beam exposure on the a-C:H thin film for 1 min can be achieved. Finally, the residual DC property of the ion beam aligned TN-LCD with ion beam exposure of 1 min on the a-C:H thin film is almost same as that of the rubbing aligned TN-LCD on a PI surface.

저속영역에서 교류전동기의 정확한 자속추정을 위한 전류측정오차 보상 (Correction on Current Measurement Errors for Accurate Flux Estimation of AC Drives at Low Stator Frequency)

  • 본 논문은 1-Hz의 낮은 고정자 전류 주파수에서도 동작하는 순수적분 기반의 자속추정을 위한 온라인 전류측정 오차 보상방법을 제안한다. 오프셋 전류와 변환이득오차에 의한 역상분 전류 성분은 상태관측기를 이용하여 제거하고, 동시에 변환이득오차에 의한 역상분 전류는 동기좌표계에서 영구자석에 의하여 발생된 q축 자속을 기준모델에 의한 값과 추정된 자속에 의한 값 사이의 차이에 의하여 보상한다. 이 보상기는 PI제어기를 이용하여 두 값 사이의 오차가 0이 되도록 제어한다. 또한 적분기 초기값 오차 및 관측기의 전동기 상수 오차에 의한 잔여오차 보상방법도 제안하였다. 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 1.1-kW 영구자석형 동기전동기(PMSM)에 제안된 보상 방법을 구현하여 다양한 실험을 수행하였다.
