This paper describes electrical fire on residential environment such as apartment and detached house caused by defect of interior wiring. We carried out experimental study on short circuit characteristics by the interior wiring length. We were measured arc current, arc energy and interrupting time of earth leakage current circuit breaker(ELB), when an interior wiring break out short circuit in residential environment. From the experiment results, the longer of the interior wiring, the magnitude of arc current decreased and the interrupting time of ELB increased. When applied the A maker's ELB, the strength of arc current and interrupting time of ELB was 254 A and 245 ms respectively at 30 m interior wiring length. In 3 m interior wiring length, arc current and interrupting time was 716 A and 4.24 ms respectively. Arc energy was dependent on the magnitude of arc current and the interrupting time of ELB, the longer the interrupting time, arc energy increasing. In this paper, minimum arc energy was 277 J using C maker's ELB and 3 m interior wiring length(arc current 283 A, interrupting time of breaker 6.28 ms). Therefore in the residential environment, short circuit caused by defect of the interior wiring lead to electrical fire.

In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

This study examined one room(studio apartment) residential deweller's housing behavior and housing need, and the relationship between the sense of housing values and housing satisfaction of one-room residence, The study surveyed 302 one-room residents in Busan city. The researcher modified, complimented, and used the previous researches on housing values and housing satisfaction. The analysis of the data used SPSS Win 10.0 program. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The motive of choosing one-room residence was mainly the closeness to the school or work, Jeonse(Rent with a one-room deposit) was more common than ownership, and the size is one-room residence was 10 to 15 Pyeong. 2. Among the five housing values of one-room residence dwellers, that is, amenity, indoor and outdoor environment, economy/convenience, convenience in transportation, and the interior functionality, the convenience in transportation was ranked highest, and the indoor and out door environment and economy/convenience followed. 3. The housing satisfaction of one-room residents was highest in location, and also high in the safety and the security or privacy, and the convenience of inside facility.

정부와 지자체의 지속적인 주차공간 확보 노력에도 불구하고, 매년 차량 증가로 인한 주택가의 주차문제는 획기적인 교통환경개선을 보이고 있지 않다. 특히 편안함과 안전성이 확보되어야 할 생활도로 공간이 불법주차로 인해 상시 점용됨으로써 노약자와 어린이의 안전한 보행환경이 크게 저하되고 있으며 이로 인한 "차 대 보행자" 교통사고는 매년 증가추세에 있다. 또한 불법주차문제는 간선도로변에서도 심각한 양상을 띠고 있다. 야간 밤샘주차를 목적으로 하는 대형차량의 간선도로변 불법주차 증가로 인해 주행차량과의 야간추돌 사고도 빈발하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주차시설정비지구와 미정비지구내의 생활도로 및 간선도로를 대상으로 보행자 및 주행차량의 교통안전을 위협하는 불법주차실태와 현황을 조사하고 그 문제점을 도출함으로써 생활도로와 간선도로의 장 단기적인 교통안전 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The elder population is growing rapidly in Korea nowadays. Therefore, a demand for adaptable installation standard of residential space for the elderly is increasing with growth of the elder population. This study analyzed actual state by interviewing manager, surveying actual measurement and using draft of Elderly nursing facility which is for senile patients. As a result of the survey for size and facilities, facilities for elderly safety, accommodation per a person and room size per a person are below to standard. Therefore, establishing adaptable design standard is needed which is to make safe and fresh living environment for the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to invesitigate the residential satisfaction of households living in super-high rise apartment. The questionnarles were collected from 244 residents living in super-high rise apartment above 20 stories located in Ulsan. Used statistical techniques were frequency, one-way ANOVA. The major findings were as follows: 1) Although the respondents were dissatisfied with super-high rise apartments, they chose present dwelling due to public transportation, easy access to work, and other community facilities. 2) Households who have more educated husband and wife and younger child were less satisfied with current dwelling. 3) The attrative features of super-high rise apartment were interior facilities, exterior environment, and social relations, While the negative features were interior environment, safety, and psychological stability.

In case of Korea, immovable property like location, land prise or investment value is more highly estimated than quality of life of residents for performance and value of apartment house, because of limited land area or high density of population. But the high level of life has recently caused the increasing demand in better life. As there is no cases to provide the house in bulk due to the housing market condition, it is necessary to evaluate performance and value of structure, disaster prevention safety, habitability, antiquated condition of building and equipment, maintenance condition and so on that has importantly influence on resident's life quality. So, this study aims to understand the actual condition of environmental performance for the present apartment by comparing the designated apartment, which is ready to have completed in Daegu, with the mixed use residential building, which gained the best grade for green building certification system. Also by analyzing and evaluating a right to enjoy sunshine, floor impact noise etc. and indoor air quality.

현재 우리나라 도시의 주거환경 정비에 있어서 구체적인 구역지정 기준이 없으며 체계적인 정비방식 지정이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS를 이용하여 도시내 주거환경의 수준을 체계?으로 평가하고 정비가 요구되는 지구의 유형화를 시도했다. 이를 위해 종로구 창신동 지역을 사례대상으로 3단계의 GIS분석이 이루어졌다. 즉 도시주거환경의 4대 질적 목표 --안정성, 건강성, 편리성, 쾌적성--를 중심으로 대상지의 환경적 수준을 평가하고, 분석결과 주거환경의 질이 불량하다고 나타난 지역에 대해서는 주택수준, 기반시설, 건물밀도 측면에 대한 세부분 분석을 실시했다. 그리고 그 결과 나타난 유형별 정비지구에 대해 적절한 정비사업방식을 지정했다. 이같은 노력은 주로 전문가의 직관이나 단편적 판단에 의존하던 기존의 방법을 보다 체계적이고도 합리적인 방법으로 전환하려는 것으로서 유사 도시개발정책의 수립에도 유용할 것이다.

사회적으로 1인 가구의 증가와 Home IoT 기술의 발전에 따라 주거 환경의 편의성 개선이 중요시된다. 또한 'COVID-19'에 의한 실내 활동 증가에 따라 1인 가구의 주거 편리성을 위한 제품 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 추세로 그 전보다 현재 주거 환경과 상호작용이 수월해졌으며, 이에 따라 Home IoT 기술 발전의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 온도, 습도, 미세먼지와 같이 실내 환경 유지에 필요한 정보를 모니터링하여 사용자와 상호작용 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 가스 누출 및 화재와 같은 안전사고 예방에 필요한 IoT 센서를 탑재하여 증가하는 실내 활동에 안전성을 향상하는 시스템을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic design elements for dwelling environment planning of downtown in Taegu.The evaluation of the dwelling environment should be approached from the satisfaction and the cognitive of the residents, that are based on their desire and various values on the conditions of residential area. This paper concerns the satisfaction and the congnitive image structure of the residents in the various dwelling types, from which design elements for dwelling environments can be derived. The results are as folIows: 1) The analysis on the satisfaction of dwell ins environment shows lots of displeasure about the lack of open-spaces and the housing low-quality, neighborhood in Mun-hwa, Korean style housing and the low-rise apartment areas. In order to make the variety types of dowelling in downtown district, the improvement of housing qualities and the expantion of the urban facilities for the open-spaces and communities are need. 2) The design elements of dwelling environments in downtown find out the important planning elements for urban design. The evaluation of the cognitive image structures about the safety and affection should be considered in design for urban dwelling areas.
